A great place to get an after work snack and slush on the long drive home. I personally order the same 3 every other Wednesday on my way from Gatesville back to Waco. Every server has been super friendly even when they are busy. Thanks guys for making some great treats.

Ive always had great service and never an issue with my orders. Just one complaint, breakfast food is always too salty at this location. Ive gone to several other locations near by and its always this one that is over salted. Overall great service and food, but maybe talk to the morning crew.

Every time I go to this specific Sonic the quality of the food changes. Sometimes the chicken is over cooked, sometimes under. Sometimes you get fresh French Fries, sometimes they taste like they were cooked 3 days ago. Half of the ordering stations have been broken for over a year.

I'm sharing my experience solely based on the drinks. I've been here twice now within the last few years and each time the soda is almost flat. Well tonight I ordered 2 shakes for my party. I ordered while at the stall, as soon as they were received both were halfway melted. I am not sure what is going on with the equipment at this Sonic but I am severely disappointed. If I'm going to be consuming carby drinks I expect them to be highly carbonated or frozen.

Everytime we order, you get order wrong. Stop making orders your way instead of how customer request. I repeated 3 times no vegetables and mayo only and I get a sloppy dripping soggy vegetable burger. LISTEN to your customer!!!!

I've lived around the area for over 20 years. They always hire young staff who serves you cold limp fries and shredded cold tater tots. The jumbo popcorn chicken is a joke it's tiny little chicken peices the size of your thumb nail. We payed 31$ for dumpster food.

So tired of the absolute lack of care they take here in the food you purchase. We can't wait for some new places to come to town. This place is an absolute dissapiontment every single time. Thanks for throwing my sandwich in the bag on its side half wrapped so everything fell out into the bag.

Every time I go to to this sonic it keeps getting worse! Overcooked chicken that tastes old and soggy vegetables on soggy bread. My chicken tender meal came in a bag...I will not be returning to rhis place. Just terrible quality and when I pulled in there were two cars so I know it wasn't busy. Worst sonic I've ever seen by far!

Today ordered a sundae with nuts, sadly out of nuts no big deal except I was charged 30¢ for nuts I didn't get and I didn't get that 30¢ back after a run around with the hired "help"and being lied to... 30¢ not a lot it's the principle behind good business practice and what not. I also got the master shake for myself got that right, however huge air pocket at the bottom so I got charged full price for about 2/3 of what product I received.

Lacking in customer service. Staff doesn't look at you or do anything other than read the receipt and hand the items to you. We ordered fries and they came out cold and soggy as if they were sitting in a pan for hours. We pressed the red button and asked for fresh fries. When they came they were exactly the same as the first ones. No apology!!
