Look, I walked in expecting the usual: sticky floors, questionable fries, and a Coke machine that tastes like sadness. Instead this McDonald’s is so clean I thought I’d accidentally wandered into a hospital lobby. I half expected someone to offer me hand sanitizer before I ordered. Whoever’s manning the grill back there deserves a Michelin star—or at least a better hourly wage.

I stop every morning for my breakfast, order #6 with orange juice or fresh coffee. Customer service has improve a lot since my last review on this branch. Good job!

They always get me in and out quickly. Good service, really nice employees and my food is always right for the most part! It always seems to be clean and tidy as well. Good job guys and gals!

Latina lady who works there was very generous providing me another coffee because my last order from yesterday tasted like a watered down iced coffee. But when i went in, there was a lady who i believe was the manager, she looked stressed and ignored my prescence when i walked in. She also confused me with a uber eats driver and didnt even care why i was there

This place is close to home which the kids love and I absolutely LOVE the iced coffees from here. Only thing with this McDonald's if you are coming at night make sure it's before 10 because they close.

Post round frozen Dr pepper was delicious, as always.

I am only giving it 3 stars because sometimes they CAN manage to get my order right and quickly... Stopped by today around 7pm to get my kids happy meals. They completely screwed up. I asked for a plain cheeseburger happy meal at the speaker, a 6 piece nugget happy meal, both for girls. When I went to the window to pay I made sure I clarified the order again. Needless to say when I came home there was onion, mustard and pickles in the burger, nuggets in the second happy meal were stale and they forgot the 2 drinks with the happy meals. The drinks I shouldve noticed but nonetheless they even forgot to put girl toys in the boxes. I dont normally write negative reviews but I go there at least every other Friday and it seems like in the past 2 months the fries and nuggets are stale and cold and service is pretty much hand you the bag and slam the window. That being said I dont think I will be going there as often unless I have to.

Staff couldn't provide a breakfast menu after noon. Asked if they had a paper copy, but they didn't. So it was extremely frustrating. Staff wasn't helpful or particularly inviting/friendly. Don't plan on returning. On the upside the food was delicious. Also I wasn't offered a drink and I'm not sure if I should have received one with my meal or not, since I didn't get to see the menu. /

Went on a Friday morning for breakfast. Took a couple tries to get my order right but the food was fine. Lady at the second window seemed frustrated or upset that I was telling her that it was incorrect.

Ordered burritos from here just to get them with barely any egg and sausage visible. Was all a tortilla rolled up , unlucky for me its the only McDonalds close to me. And no napkins as usual.

Unnecessarily slow. I get it, lines get busy. This is an example of people just not doing what they're supposed to be doing. The last time I went, I was nearly charged for a wrong order in the drive thru and had to repeat my order at each window. Gave it a few tries prior, this was the last. Won't be going back. Also, I run DoorDash. I can't express how many times I've received an order and I arrive at the store to find it closed.

This is just a standard run-of-the-mill McDonald's. It does seem that their shake and frappe machines are down at I least once a week. It's kept clean, but the employees are not very friendly, based on my experience.

I will never give any McDonald's a 5 star rating because they never get everything right. The food was good but put together poorly. Like my burger falls apart because the meat and the bun weren't centered together. They usually have very bad service because they focus on speed. This store was no different.

A smell around the drink area little sour which needed to be cleaned. Hate using the kiosk if I'm paying for service I expect a cashier at the front.eat was bearly warm on the quarter pounder bacon was cold. Tables could've been cleaner not get the food then someone comes to clean especially when not busy and people talking in the back.

I know this is a busy location. However, the service is super slow. We also didn't make it in time for breakfast, but we asked, and they said it was over. Another guy came in, and the counter assistant took time to see if there were any pancakes available.

Finally got a hot Quarter pounder! The Crispy chicken was not crispy at all, was not hot at all, and was a total grease bomb! Worse than thatis they charge so much for the crispy chicken, and the meat inside didn't even touch the outside of the bun, What a ripoff!

If I wanted lettuce on all 3 of the mcchicken sandwiches that I ordered without lettuce I would have ordered them with lettuce. And they didn't seem to be in any kind of hurry. Fries and food was hot, which is good. But overall disliked the experience.

Food is good here but there's always drama. Last time their system was down and today I had to park and wait for their signature burger! Reading this sounds crazy since this entire transaction still took less than 10 mins but it's the managing of the expectation that's important. McDonalds should be fast.

Today Christmas Eve 2020 I ordered an easy mobile order and let’s just say it didn’t go well. I waited about 20-25min for my order. I called they say oh it’s just a few minutes. I saw that they were not coming I got out of my car went inside. I saw half of my order sitting in a tub. I told the girl hey I still have items missing from my order she grabbed the missing items and said she was sry. Busy day but more training is needed.

I am fully on board with hiring people who's first language isn't English but the person who takes orders should be able to speak english at least passably! The guy they had taking orders was nice enough but someone else had to come help the guy complete my order. My daughter also had to have clarification and point to the menu item she wanted on the board! I would be more understanding if we weren't in America but we're in the north part of Texas.

Ugh, I just spent 26.00 and the girl at the drive thru didn't properly apply my code to collect my points. I can tell she's new, but come on train your workers more efficiently that's 2600 points I didn't collect 🙄what's the purpose of the point system if the employee doesn't know how to apply the code, and this isn't the first time this has happened at this location.

Thank you McDonald’s for contributing to the diabetes epidemic in America. There is now 0 healthy options, no salads or grilled chicken. On a good note, the people were nice and service was fast and I do like the deals, however what you don’t pay for in $$ you pay for with your cholesterol levels.

This location is really just not great. The staff have been really unkind the majority of the time I’ve been here, forgetting orders, missing items, and giving blatant disregard. I completely understand how hard this job can be, but, the customer service is downright ridiculous at this point.

Young girl who worked 12-10-23 Sunday on the from 6 pm to 7 pm about 5ft to 5ft 2 in with short blondish hair mostly was concerned with speaking with friends who worked the drive thru rather than work the service counter..... My husband had to ask her if she wanted to work after she kept looking at us waiting to be served (6 minutes). Noted, no one else was in the lobby except us. The evening manager noticed what she had done and took over and gave us our order. We knew she was young and seemed to have an attitude. We forgave her, and the manager told us to have a wonderful evening. Even when someone shows an attitude, remember it has nothing to do with you. But it has everything to do with how one chooses to respond. 💐 Thank you, McDonald's. Noted. I will just go to another location when I want something quick or will just go to another place of business for a quick bite. Noted I will be back to this McDonald's.

Drive thru girl was very hard to understand and really rude when we asked her to repeat what she had said. No thank you no please no how can I help you.

I was told that they didn’t receive any Szechuan sauce and that they won’t receive any either I asked for a poster and was told they didn’t have any either I went right before 2 which is when they Big launch for it was supposed to be but nope nothing and once I got my food it wasn’t even the right one I love McDonald’s and I miss that sauce more then anything else but I guess I won’t ever have it again since they didn’t receive it or I was being lied to about it either way I won’t be returning due to how rude the manager was also when asked about the sauce his response was “is it 2 yet no so no and also we don’t even have it” but if you look at the website it clearly stated that this location had it. If I could give a no star or half a star I would I have never been more disappointed

Went at 10pm last night. They habe 2 drive theough lanes. Inwas in the left and there were cars in the right. The car in front of me placed their order and pulled ahead and I pulled up to order and waited. The car in the lane next to me took about 10 minutes to order. Amd then pulled ahead.the car behind him pulled up ordered and then pulled aheadi. Mean while I'm still waiting to place my order. The third car in the right lane pulls up and is waiting. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our order and they never did. He pulled off and left and I Waited 2 more minutes before I left. There was an line of cars behind us and I have know idea if they ever got their orders taken. When I was leaving I noticed no one in the window where u pay and only one lady at the handout window waiting to pass out the cars food that was sitting there. Its like they just stopped taking orders and never said anything

The staff here are inconsiderate, lacking in basic skills and customer service, and are extremely rude. The girl at the window clearly did not want to be there and was clueless about how to do her job. The crew leader who helped her was insubordinate and rude. The only saving grace was the manager who finally corrected some very simple issues after 4 tries by the others.

Ordering lady doesn't know how to place it in the machine. Very rude and unprofessional.

It really takes a lot for me to take the time and review a company after all of my years in customer service I am the first to know things happen, however the service and quality at this location tonight was TERRIBLE!!! I got home to cold food, the bottom of the barrel French fries and missing a 20 piece nugget that was $6.99. I called to speak with a manager to let him know my disappointment and he told me I could come back on Friday or Saturday from 10pm -2am that was his nexts shifts to resolve it. Umm no, that was dinner for my family, I don’t feed them at 10pm on Friday or Saturday nights, then when I disputed the time frame he hung up on me!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, I expect a call or message from someone with the authority to make things right or I will NEVER go to your location again, your only 5 blocks from my house and I was a frequent visitor. Very disappointed, never complained before, you store and your management is wrong, period!!!!!

I don’t know what’s going on at this McDonald’s location but it’s bad. It’s really close to me so that’s why I go there. The food is never good though. Burgers are dry, fries are soggy. Like the food tastes stale. The drinks have been flat. The staff never know what they are doing. And they never get the order right. Ever. They really need to have the management and staff replaced. Definitely the worst McDonald’s location I’ve been to.

If you don't speak Spanish, don't expect to get your order correct. The food was delivered quickly, and was fresh, but not what we ordered. We were also there specifically to get Halloween buckets, but didn't tell us that they were out until they delivered the food to our table.

I just went through drive thru for a kidsmeal and had to return it because they only gave me five singular fries and when they returned it to me, it only had eight in total. The employee that handed me my food was very rude and management has to train their employees better on how to pack the food correctly.

Worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. We ordered shakes, nuggets and fries. At first they forgot to give us the fries, didn't ask us what drink we wanted and just gave us a sprite. We drove off and quickly realized they hadn't given us any straws for the shakes, and didn't put any salt on the fries which tasted horrible. We went back through the drive thru to ask for straws and salt on our fries. We waited about 10 minutes before the guy finally came up to the window. He said "that's impossible we put salt on all our fries". After I insisted that the fries had no salt on them, he went and got us new fries. We drive off once again, and after tasting the new fries he gave us, we noticed he had put like 10 times the regular amount of salt on the fries. Very disappointed

This place is always messing up my order sad thing is they weren't even busy.

We stopped in on our way home for a large sweet tea. After going down the road a ways, we took a drink and realized it was UNSWEET. So we made a phone call, as we have an hour drive home from work, and the phone was picked up on the 1st ring, then sat down and promptly forgotten about. We held, listening to all the noises going on and even was hollering into the phone in hopes someone would hear us. But after 27+ minutes we lost signal. 40 minutes later phone line is still open. I realize this is fast good and my expectations are not overly high, but come on... Not overly happy with this location...

Every single time I come here my order is always incorrect.. either I’m missing food or my order gets put in wrong... seriously how hard is it to get it right... replace the management, replace the employees or shut the place down. Corporate needs to send somebody down to overwatch their operation to make sure everything goes smooth and people like me finally actually get our food correctly on the first trip. Instead of them remaking my food, they handed me the missing ingredient and asked me if I could just put it on myself I am beyond disgusted with this place...

Saturday afternoon we went to the Mcdonalds at 240 W Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75069. We were asked to park in slot #1 and that they would have our food out to us shortly. Cars were parked into slots 2, 3 and 4 after us. They all received their food and ours was still not there 15 minutes later. The couple in slot 2 and 4 had left with their food and the couple in slot three rolled their windows down and asked about our order. They were starting to eat and were going through the food and realized it was not their order. We confirmed they had been given our order by mistake. When the girl started walking out with their order, bringing it to our car, he got out of the car and informed her she had delivered the wrong order to them, told her she would need to remake our order as they had started eating some of it and been through the rest of it and took their order to the car. One and a half minutes after walking in, the girl comes walking out with our order REBAGGED and brings it to our car and apologized that our order had taken so long. When I informed her that she needed to remake the order and that we had been talking with the couple next to us, she informed us that they had not touched the order. The couple next to us rolled the window down and told her that she needed to remake it and the girl turned around and walked back in with the order. At that point, I was done. I had no faith in the sanitary measures in place. I went in and asked the manager for a refund on the order. All I got was an “I’m sorry for this situation.”. I let into him at that point informing him that even in a time when there WASN'T a deadly virus circulating the globe, once an order is delivered to someone, you don’t turn it around and give it to someone else if they have handled the food. My advice to everyone, don’t eat here. Dash cam of the whole incident will be included in my review to corporate.

Ordered the 2 for $6 Fish filet and 2 apple pies. Took a bite out of the first pie and it was gummy and dried out. Tried the second one..same. I wasn't able to go back last night so I tried to take them back today. The female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional! Told me that because I did not have my receipt, that she could not replace the pies. You could clearly see that these were McDonald pies, in their packaging. I will be calling Corporate to make a formal complaint. The pies were less than $5 but it's the principle of being treated poorly as a customer! Do better McDonalds!!

This used to have the best Burgers when they started making them fresh, unfortunately that didn't last very long. I asked for a fresh burger and it came out cold and raw in the middle, fries were cold. I sent them back and the cook was like nothing was wrong with it. Was a 5 star now its a 1

The Hispanic lady at the 2nd window in the morning time during the week is absolutely ridiculous! RUDE AS HELL for no reason. I come to this location every single morning for the exact same thing and this woman is deplorable! Y'all need to put her on the fries or something and give someone else the window

Got here 11:30pm on a Friday, website says open until 12am. Even though you could see employees moving around in the store they were not taking orders through the drive thru. Waited at the drive thru for about 10 minutes along with several other cars and nobody helped us. Maybe the manager should try hiring employees who actually do their job or Mcdonalds should just shut this location down. This is not the first time I have had bad service at this location but it is definitely the last time I will be coming back.

They only get my order right about 1 out of 5 times. So check your food before pulling off. Update 5/5/18: tried to give this location another chance, but wait time for drive though was 10 minutes. Update: 9/7/18: Still a wait after ordering from the drive through and order was wrong.

Served me undercooked tender then only refunded me for the tenders that I didn’t eat....sorry I didn’t expect the third and fourth tender to be undercooked???? Also to add when I mentioned the fact that it wasn’t my fault that the tenders were undercooked the manager made a face and said she doesn’t even eat there... thanks for that gleaming review ma’am, after this experience I won’t either! Only go here if you’re willing to check everything prior to eating to ensure it’s fully cooked (something I thought was a BASIC requirement at a restaurant but apparently not)

The employee stated that they don't except app coupons anymore, which was whack, but we were willing to pay full price. Was handed our drink & I noticed a bug on the rim, immediately handed it back & showed the bug to the manager, he stated "it didn't come from inside here, we don't have bugs" He went on & on as he refunded our money. Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered breakfast from them to be delivered to my house and whoever bagged the meal cut the drink holder in half which made it unstable for it to hold the coffees that I ordered, and that being said, spilled the entire cup of coffee, the bottom of my bag, and my food is covered in coffee. The bag was leaking all over my kitchen table my floor everything I order 2 coffee and there both not even full now everyone at this McDonald’s is never courteous or pay attention to there job will add pictures if I can

First of all, why does this McDonalds have a 3.5 stars. NO WAY!!! This is one of the worst McDonalds. Lots of untrained employees that do not follow the McDonalds policy on serving food. Poor customer service. No smiles nothing. I worked at McDonalds many years ago with great management and training. It does not exist at this McDonalds. First of all, the cashier in drive through did not read my order to me completely. She read 2 items from my order, took my money and didn't smile and say thank you or anything. Secondly, you do not make the food first if the drinks are not ready. The first thing you do is prepare the beverages first so the food doesn't get cold. I received my food first and was asked to pull up to the next window to wait 5 minutes for my 2 MC Frappes. I asked them to put my bag with the food under the heat light to keep it warm since I now have to wait for the drinks. She looked so confused and started speaking Spanish to the other lady who shrug her shoulders as if it was strange to ask to keep food warm. OMG! That was a huge red flag that the staff at this McDonalds isn't trained properly. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGMENT IN this place so they can better train the staff on good customer service.

Horrible service! Tried to use my app for $5 20 piece nugget. Girl at Drive thru had no idea what she was doing. I gave my whole order and she said it’s not working, didn’t know what I ordered and I had to give it all again. She said she got it, asked what sauces and then when I got up to pay, she said it didn’t work. Called someone over and it still didn’t work. And the scanner didn’t work. I gave another number and still didn’t work. Seemed odd since I have never had that problem at any other McDonald’s, but was done at this point, so I ordered a $3 bundle. The girl said a 10 piece and I said no, $3 bundle with 6 piece nugget and small fries. When I got my receipt, she charged me for a 10 piece nugget and small fry at $6.78 plus tax. When I got up to the window, I told the young man there and he called the same man, who I guess was manager over and told him. Then I had to explain the whole thing again because he kept asking if I was missing the 10 piece nugget I never ordered! He came back to give me my food and I had to tell them they over charged me, but they didn’t give me my receipt back. Then he came back and gave me $3 dollars cash, no receipt. And now I am still at least $1 shorted. I have had problems at McDonald’s before, but I have never left a review. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not be going back.

This place sucks they can never get my coffee right I pay for a Carmel macchiato and they gave me straight black coffee

I when here for my lunch I order McNuggets meal I ask for BBQ sauce. Well when I got to second window there wore two girls employees talking and talking then o opens up the window and gives me the drink turns around and keeps talking them again to give me the bag with my mail I checked the bag and there is no sauce I ask her I need BBQ sauce the replays is in the bag and close the window and am there waiting never turns around. And on top of that I call and an employee answered the phone. All she said was okay there's is nothing I can do sorry. So disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. Been waiting at the speaker over 5 minutes. Went inside to try to order and the girls were just talking I was waiting another 5 minutes wasted they weren’t even working. Do they even work here seems like they just gossip the whole time. Where is the manager making sure these people are doing their job???? I need to start paying attention to who waits on me. Early hours of the morning, I'm the only one in this establishment. I had to 'wait' for 10+ minutes to have my order taken. The lady that waited on me was short with me as if I was taking up her time. Then, I was told I cannot sit in the table area. I said I don't want to eat in my new car. Again, only one there and wasn't allowed to eat in the dining area. Not happy at all!

Terrible. Never going to this location again. Ordered spicy nuggets, coffee and a burger with fries. They told me to pull forward to wait, meanwhile EIGHT cars had ordered, payed, and left. I had to finally go inside to get my food, which was stale tasting and cold from sitting there. Then I had to remind them that I had an iced coffee. After waiting for 5 more minutes, the manager came to ask me "what do you want" in very broken English. Terrible service, Terrible quality food, awful employees. Very unhappy with this location.

Got there about 11:47. Just wanted a happy meal for our daughter. They turned the drive thru off and ignored us and had their friend sit at the window so we couldn't talk to them. Also ignored our online mobile order till they closed.

Unable to put sentences of english together to get orders correct... Unable to get coupons codes correct... Unable to let two or three cars go in front of you when you were there for ten minutes waiting.... And then you'll be lucky if you get anybody to understand what you're saying to begin with.

Very very bad service ever! They’re too busy playing with each other not helpful with costumers. The employees are lazy! I don’t even want to give one star. They hand the happy meal box us not even close it they left it open and just hand it to us. I’m not surprised why McDonald is less quality now. The employees lack of work! So care less!! I went to drive through around 8:00pm. So hope the manager straight up with all the employees and better service.

Workers are very slow, it took 20 mins to get my food any there were only 3 cars in front of me. When I did, they gave my stale fries, no straws and oddly colored chicken. Never again.

Ordered from Doordash last night and only received two drinks. Spent $60 just for the employee to give my driver two drinks. The driver even confirmed the order to make sure that’s all he needed to take and the employee said they were sure. Nothing has been done about it. Not even a refund.

Went there yesterday and the cashier that took my money had such a bad attitude and was very rude. Also, she gave me 2 cheese Burgers for my happy meals instead of 2 hamburgers, so I had to go back in line and get a refund and get my hamburgers. She then had an attitude and asked rudely, "is that all or do you need more". Luckily for me, she gave me a FULL refund on my 2 happy meals instead of just the refund from cheese burger to hamburger so I got 2 free happy meals, so thanks! Edit 4/13/2024: Maria had such a bad attitude even though they messed up my order Edit 10/1/24: EVERYONE there was so rude, I am not sure if they are having a bad day, but that is not my fault!!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I have yet to encounter one nice person in there. I had a Gift Card that I couldn’t get to scan and the teenager in there, did not even attempt to help me at all. It was quite the opposite. He just shrugged me off and went back to talking with his friend by the Drive Thru. I know this is a Fast Food Place, but someone in there really needs to train their staff on customer service. Ridiculous.

They have done away with ordering at the counter. They legitimately expect you to dig through the menu tree at the kiosk. It doesn't even have a search option. I am not going to learn how to work at McDonald's, not today, not ever. Where did they get the idea that there food was good enough to fight for? I am fine with the entire McDonald's chain going completely under. It is a relic of the past.

They closed the store early and refused to give me my order avoided eye contact have a video of them messing with my order on their tablet the manager trying to shoo me away well before their window states they close. Disrespectful and I think corporate needs to find a new manager for this location. As a manager myself I would never shut my store down early. That’s a loss of business.

If you don’t want to get scammed, do NOT redeem your McDonald’s points at this location. They take your reward code, my app even showed it was redeemed, but then they told me it “didn’t go through.” When I questioned it, the guy at the window blamed the owner and said it’s the owner’s fault this keeps happening. This is exactly what happened to me this morning.

Today I went at 3:30 pm to buy and they have a terrible customer service (one is going to buy I think they should change the counter cashiers since one is buying not asking for a gift). Apart from those who deliver your order, they ask you what their order is, they are supposed to have a list as the customers ask, what is the order of each one.... Thank you for your attention. I hope you improve the treatment since people most likely won’t come to consume .

Not once have the fries been decent nor has my order been correct. The staff get irritated when you bring up the mistakes and they NEVER fix it or make things right.

I normally come here all the time, but I’ve decided not to anymore. Nobody greets you especially if you’re a person of color. They’ll look right at you and say nothing. There can be more than five employees inside, but every single one of them is focused on the drive-thru while customers at the front counter are completely ignored. This was my second time here. The first time the French fries were hot and tasty, so I ordered them again. The poor drive thru clerk was out of one dollar bills. I said to just give me 4 quarters. She said she isn't allowed to do that. She had called out for ones and got no response. She then left her till open and went to the counter, ran back to till and took money back to counter. This was around 3 in the afternoon. Now 4 cars are backed up behind me. Ten minutes later I drove to the second windoy to get my food. Of course, my fries were cold and soggy. Never again!

Avoid this McDonalds like the plague, if you are unlucky enough to choose this McDonalds expect a few things; First- they are rude taking your order ,if you are deciding or thinking you will almost hear them sigh or be snarky. Second- expect to be missing at least two things from your order no matter how simple or complex. Third- they will purposely not give you a receipt so you cant prove what you ordered easily. Fourth- they will talk about you in Spanish whether they think you speak it or not. Fifth- if you order large anything they will only fill it halfway, fries, mcflurrys, drinks, etc etc. I hope this has saved a few hungry souls just go to the one on the other side of the bridge.

This is the worst McDonalds. They’re absolutely atrocious, they forget items multiple times, the staff are nasty and rude as heck. My experience this morning before the breakfast cut off- no idea what her name was, but my lord, she was absolutely disrespectful and so snarky. Coming here day or night is absolutely unbearable.

they make you order on a kiosk, and the kiosk doesn’t even work. it is very clear that the management prioritize drive-through metrics and not the dining inexperience. You were completely ignored whether at the counter or on a kiosk that doesn’t work that you cannot order at even after an order is completed on the mobile app get no response from anyone at the counter .

Got my usual breakfast from McDonald’s but switched up the location to this place. I get a mocha just about every morning to help wake me up. The “mocha” that I received from this place had no coffee in it and hardly any flavor. What I received was basically just hot water with creamer in it. Ordered through the app to save time since I was on my way to work and didn’t notice the mistake till it was too late. I’d rather drive a little farther in the morning to the next McDonald’s than get this again.
