Stopped by yesterday and ordered the new deal they had and was super excited to dig in but once I got home! The wings were rubbery and the fries were soggy!! How gross! I live literally down the street which don’t make no sense! ANYWAYS I contacted the store the day of and was told I could come in for a remake until I actually called for my reorder! WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS HE WAS SUPER RUDE! CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY AND HE DEFINITELY DIDNT HAVE IT!

I come here all the time and you guys just played me again. You guys might just need to hire the night time crew for day because the slack is real. My fries were cold and there was no seasoning on my lemon pepper wings and hardly any sauce on my hot wings. The staff is always nice but like…make the food fresh idk.

Two words explain my thoughts and experiences with Wingstop. Those two words would be. Always good. There are a lot of options for wings, however for me, Wingstop has the Pole Postion and 2nd place isn't that close:) Always flavored to perfection, hot and fresh. On a final note, if you like Ranch Dressing, beware. Their Ranch is amazing:)

This wingstop is either a hit or a miss, most recently it was a miss. The classic bone in wings were dry/overcooked with not enough sauce on them. The fries tasted off like they were stale. Usually they are amazing and taste fresh with a great amount of seasoning. If I get another order like that, I'm not going to want to return. Only reason I go to this location is because it's close to my house.

I love to go to Wingstop for the fries but tonight they served us some that had been obviously sitting out for a long period of time that were cold and stale. Very disappointed.

Ordered online, walked in and said my name and she said they were just packing it up, I sat down in the bench in front on the registers. Cook then placed order on the shelf a minute later, I then sat there for 10 minutes. Another order gets put down, a nother man walks in rays his name, shes looks at the bags grabs his and he leaves. Another 10 minutes go by, and she asks who is it for, i say my name, she looks at the bag, she says the name, yes, thats me. It was just sitting i was just sitting there for 20 minutes for nothing

I was served at this wingstop and they forgot to put my food in the bag instead of just fixing the issue Katherine was very argumentative stating that “she knows she put it in there” . Thankfully, After further observation by Jonathan he was very friendly and accommodating.

I ordered wings almost every two weeks and every time we asked them to do them extra Krispy extra with. It’s never right. I mean never. Then we have to wait there a long time for them to fix the order and when they take your order, they don’t know the prices or the specials.

This is the worst Wingstop that I have ever been to. The food I got was atrocious. My fries were mostly hard and cold. I ordered lemon pepper wings and there was barely any lemon pepper seasoning on it. I made sure to ask if the fries would be made fresh and I was assured that they would be. They were not! I am so irritated because Wingstop is not cheap. Either way, I'll be contacting corporate next because this is unacceptable. My first and last time there! They also need to clean up the place. The counter was so dusty.

The WORST wing stop location. Got to any other location except them! I’ve given this location so many chances because they are near my house but they are honestly terrible. I made my order on uber eats. Called up to the restaurant and everything and they still got it wrong! If you want soggy fries with no seasoning on the wings or fries go here. They like never season the fries or cook them. Wings barely have seasoning it’s like they’re trying to save money or something and skimp us. I hate this location and if you’re serious about the quality of your wings and fries DO NOT GO HERE! I got lemon pepper wings with extra seasoning and fries with extra seasoning.

This review is not about the food, which we have never been disappointed with and is why we continue to give this location a chance. This review is about the customer service. Apparently ordering and paying in advance does not ensure that you will receive your order on time (last year over an hour and a half past expected time and this time almost an hour). This alone is not something I would consider a review for if the service was anything more than disappointing. Challenging a customer and not delivering what we paid for (and is clearly listed on our receipt) is something I have never encountered before - especially after patiently waiting for our order that was close to an hour late. ForgettIng something on someone’s order is not an issue; refusing to make it right is. It’s unfortunate that the service here is so disappointing and certainly does not match the quality of the food. So much so, we will choose another location going forward.

The young basically bald girl is extremely rude. Apparently if you order ranch and show the receipt says ranch, she states the internet is wrong and wings do not come with ranch and tried refusing to give me the 4 ranches on the receipt. Customer service goes a long way and hopefully she learns this lesson later in life.

Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. The location is close to my house but honestly i will drive to the Custer location next time or even try BWW after the meal i received. The food was terrible. My fries and tenders were obviously old and reheated in grease. The fries were so soft and moist with greasy i didn’t even care that they barely gave me any. The tenders were over cooked, hard and super crunchy. Tasted like old grease. My tenders even sat in a puddle of grease. Never been given food like that from the other Wingstop locations. Is the food only good when they are busy and forced to cook/give out fresh food??? Disappointed and pissed off for sure.

Ordered wings 3 days in advance and when showed up to pick them up, I was told they weren’t ready and they were able to fulfill the order for another hour due to other orders. I was told they can handle 400 wings per hour but they aren’t able to match orders to this quantity and orders aren’t prioritized at time of ordering. No offering of a discount or a future coupon, just told they struggled to and were only paid hourly. I’d imagine a place specialized in wings would know their capacity and tailor and prioritize orders accordingly, but I guess their operational planning skills are inversely proportional to their food skills.

I don’t think any location in this city cares about the quality of their service and more importantly the quality of their food! All the sudden the food taste is wayyy off! Change of vendors trying to save a buck! Why is it only the locations in this area. Had Wing Stop in Tarrant County and it was the same chicken I’m used to. A lot of bad recent reviews!!! Seems like the owner has lost control and gotten greedy!

Stay away from this Wingstop customer service was terrible completely messed up the order and that was after waiting 20 minutes then inquiring about our order to see how much longer it would be and they replied oh we forgot to submit the order and make it… even after that they messed up the order! Need new management in this store for sure!

This location always gets our meals incorrect or incomplete. Tonight was the last time. Our order was incomplete on 2 Combo meals. So, we went up to the establishment, after our meals were delivered, and the manager said it was the dashers fault. The bag was completely sealed, and this has been a reoccurring problem so that would mean all the Dashers were stealing food. We had enough of the issues so we decided to go up to the store...wasted DD fees, but it has been ridiculous. The manager made us pay for the items that were missing, even though we had a receipt. When we got home, it was still incorrect...should've checked in the car, but we were just so put off by the whole scenario. He made a switch completely on purpose. I plan on calling the corporate office tomorrow. Do not order from this location. If you are a Dasher, then don't pick up food from this location because they will blame it on you. It is sad to say that one location can make us not favor Wingstop anymore.
