The food is fine. The fact I have to sit in park for a long time each time I come is ridiculous. The fact I can put my car in park before I even order and scroll through social media says this is not fast food. Than to finally order pull up than sit and wait even more..

Got order completely wrong on my wife's combo even after repeating back to us. Was looking forward to ultimate steakhouse burger was only supposed to come with fried onion the put fresh on it to and a lot of it and it was cold. Fries were the only thing that was good.

Sense of time doesn’t apply here. Workers move around like slugs in syrup. Rather watch paint dry than wait in the line inside. Sad to see such a good fast food line go to the dump because of incompetent workers. The main young man in there needs help

$4 for a large onion ring and it’s not even filled. Workers don’t care and forgot sauce and acted annoyed when I asked for it.

Why is it when you order onion rings you guys always forget the sauce? The onion rings are shit without the sauce and yall seem to forget it every time. Thank you for messing up yet again another order.

Ordered two whopper jrs to go and receive two hamburgers, not whopper jrs. in the to go order. Employees could be stealing, just causing distress on the management and customer, laziness, or ill trained. But you don't find this out till your 10 miles away and you open the wrapped and bagged order. The Buger king night manager corrected the error after a phone call to the location. She corrected the situation. I had the order number and receipt.

Took forever, first off. Been dealing with diarrhea ever since I had a whopper and some nuggets. Not worth it lol

Came inside the restaurant and had my order made twice , girl handed it out the window both times. Then had to remake the doordash order for the dasher inside the restaurant because she handed the order out the window too. Then proceeded to just laugh and giggle about it then couldn’t even give me a refund because the manager is NOT at the store? Proceeded to kick me out of the restaurant and tell me not to come back when I waited 35+ minutes just for all the orders to be handed out the window and not even given a refund.

I honestly can't say much about this place. When I pulled up around 10:00 p.m. the workers were just standing outside smoking because evidently they decided to have their hood cleaned at that time so they were completely shut down. All the lights were still on, but they weren't serving anyone not even through drive-thru. Pretty disappointing at the very least they could have shut their lights off not to attract people.

Had an order put through at 3:57am and couldn't make it to burger king until 4:10am. The employee would not cook my order that I already paid $23 for. This was the worst customer service ever and the guy named Dillan would not even respond to me after what he said. The only thing he said twice was “you can go to on the burger king app and contact support to get a refund”, just wow. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to even get my money back. They better fix this employee issue before no one comes here anymore I mean people buy food and then drive up just to get told they need to get their order refunded. This could happen to you just because the employee Dillan wont cook the food you paid for.

I understand that it's fast food but when you order I don't think you are ordering a salt sandwich or tater tots...so ridiculous bk has really went down hill in quality and employees. Last time for me.

I waited five minutes to get served for someone to take my order and the staff member CJ is on his phone has his back against me. Then I asked if someone was taking orders. He shook his head. He turned back around and he finally decided to come over and take my order. Very poor customer service don’t come to this restaurant.But the manager on duty correct my food because CJ didn’t put the order in he has an air pod in his on the left ear. Totally feel disregarded by an employee. And as a past manager I feel this is extremely unacceptable

Check your order and prices!! I ordered a few things today. One was a value fry. It was $1.59 on the menu but it showed up as $1.79. I was not worried about the 20 cents. I questioned them and they had no response. They did manage to give me a receipt with no prices on it though!
