Watch out for flying ketchup packets. Flat burgers are in Brunswick. Not here. Also whoever took thier smoke break needs to clean up. Stop rolling blunts.

This is a clean very popular drive thru store. You can eat in. The drive thru has 2 order stations to keep the line moving. I had medium hot chocolate. It was hot. Hooray. They put whip cream on top which is nice. They did not provide anything to stir with. I had a spare spoon on hand & stirred the whipped cream into milk. But the milk looked white. I stirred from the bottom of the cup & the chocalate then mixed in & it was very good.

As I walked into this Mcdonald’s, I was expecting a normal experience. However it was the best moment of my life. I was greeted by a young man named Omar who was a delight to be around. He was unbelievably friendly and mesmerizing to watch flip burgers. I will forever remember this experience because of Omar!!!

Remember how McDonald’s used to screw up every order? Well, no more. This McDonald’s gets it right, every time. It’s been years since there’s been a mistake on my order. And now they have a complex menu, and they still get it right. And the food is good. If you aren’t using their app, you should be, because they have great bargains on there, and you get points you can use to get free food.

Hot fresh food. Pleasantly surprised. I ordered a fish sand with extra cheese and sauce (and honestly usually comes out of kitchen a disaster) but this time it was the best sand I've EVER had from McDonald's. It looked picture perfect was fresh and crispy and not just thrown together in a mess.

Was here over the weekend, I went in with my son. Was greeted within minutes and had my order taken, my son needed to go so we went. When we come back they remembered us and kept it safe while we were away. The food is McDonald’s we know how it tastes. Overall had the food before we got outta the bathroom. Fantastic!!

This Mc Donald's is good but not the greatest. Need better management. When the inconveniences of screwing up or making a mistake, all fast good chains should always fix the problem and give a Lil something extra for the inconvenience in the 1st place. This place does NOT do that. Your really just lucky to get it fixed here. No smile no apologies, just here ya go,....... can I charge u anything else? Lol Really? Wowzers!

Fast and quick! Order correct and delicious! Unfortunately the drive-thru attendant was not pleasant! When we ordered after each item, she said very fast, is that all?, continually. We did want one more item but gave up! Maybe she was nervous because it was busy! She needs to slow down!

I was thirsty and hungry beyond imagination. I walked into this McDonald's hoping for exceptional service and was not disappointed. A fine gentalman named Omar helped me with my order. The food was delightful. The drinks were divine. The wonderful ambiance combined with the helpfulness and impressive Omar made this McDonald's experience one for the ages. Thanks again Omar.

Well 1st off I was lil irratated because I had to pull off to side for a med frappe and donut sticks... and waited a good 5 plus mins, but they redeemed themselves by bringing me a large frappe and it was nicely decorated.

It was decently busy. I ordered at the kiosk and went and sat. Food was out quickly and HOT! Meeka was so amazing and friendly. She delivered our food and was smiling and talkative. Even my 1 year old who is afraid of all new people was laughing and happy in her presence! My son spilt a drink and the staff quickly got him a new one without me asking and cleaned the mess before I could even get back from the bathroom with paper towels. Meeka is definitely someone they’ll want to stick around tho, she’s amazing with customers.

This is a great location! Very busy too, it is lunchtime. Very clean restaurant with a dedicated person cleaning the entire time during our visit. Very friendly service and our food was delivered to our table after ordering from the app. Love the modern look and wide open layout. We got a Halloween bucket and the food was quality as usual! Easy 5-star location.

This McDonald’s is pretty good! I do not recommend the Dr Pepper because it always tastes flat and only get the hash browns when it is a busy time like the morning orated on when they have to make it fresh. Even in the mornings I have gotten stale hash browns that are hard on the ends. Everything else is amazing! And the service is quick and fast.

I have had good and bad experiences here. Late nights mean lax workers in the drive thru, which translates into forgotten food items and incorrect orders. But the establishment itself is a nice place. Very clean. Management is not good, honestly. Anytime I have to address a mistake on my order they don't apologize, they don't offer any compensation, or assurances it won't happen in the future. I wouldn't be so miffed in those cases, but one in particular stands out. I once had a whole meal for six mucked up. No one had their sandwiches right, and we were in a rush. When my husband went inside to fix it, they dismissed him until the rush died down, and the manager said nothing the entire time they remade the food. No apology, no nothing. We ended up being late because of it.

The staff here is a joke. Order a kids meal and 1/4 with cheese meal. Nothing special. Asked to pull to side. Then drive thru girl runs out 60 sec later asking what I ordered. Told her then 2 min later someone else comes out and asks what I ordered and if I had my receipt. I give him my receipt then 4 min later 2 girls come out with an order and hand it to me. I look in the bag to find my receipt and food which is not on my receipt or what was ordered. But, these people think they should receive $15 an hour. 🤣😂🤣

My Wife and I will go to the restaurants on Wooster Pike Rd and Pearl Rd (both in Medina Ohio) My wife will always order a large caramel iced coffee with extra caramel and every time there is NO hint of caramel in the drink even after paying for extra caramel. You should be able to order a caramel iced coffee and taste some caramel in the drink without having to pay for extra caramel and still not taste any caramel. We then have to have them remake the drink. Not sure if this problem is from poor training or bad formulation.

This is McDonalds. People are nice and food arrives in a timely manner. The worker that consistently sweeps the floor right next to you while you are eating in a booth has to stop (gross). Lately this location cant even get a double cheeseburger and large fry order correct. This location been sliding downhill for at least 6 months

Food was ok. Nothing special. Nuggets were hot, fries were not. Burger was ok. Not even hot enough to melt the cheese. Service was pretty terrible. Nothing is in available to the customers, like drinks, or sauces. You have to stand by the counter, and hope someone notices you. Employees were just talking about random things, while people were waiting at the counter. No booster seats, or highchairs in any particular place. Had to walk around the restaurant to find one at a table.

I have been here many times of the last few years. Pretty inconsistent. The service is good and the dining room is beautiful with lots of natural light and plenty of nooks & crannies in which to hide, have a meeting, have a birthday party, or even get some sun! But the food is very inconsistent. When you order a quarter-pounder through the drive-thru, you *always* are required to pull forward and wait. I like the fish; but the last couple visits, it tasted like an old sponge. The bathrooms are either semi-okay or sometimes like the bad part of Calcutta....

lousy parking and no matter where you park you have to walk between the very busy drive thru line of cars. Thankfully drivers were paying attention to pedestrians. Inside was a bit messy but I guess it is to be expected with the amount of kids .Awesome play area

everytime i come here and get chicken nuggets i asked for ketchup and honey. i never get them. either i get no sauce at all or just ketchup or just honey mustard…which isn’t even what i asked for. honey. not honey mustard. i also always ask for a bag of apple slices and they never give it to me. workers need to pay more attention. i understand it’s hard to hear, or gets stressful but it’s everytime i come. pay the workers more to care more or something idk

I ordered 6 piece chicekn nugget with bbq. Anyway 2 of the six piece chicken nuggetes had chunks of raw chicken in them? I dont know how thats possible but it is. Can yal cook ur nuggets better. This place... Not so good. It has really fallen off over the years. Now they've implemented an all new "build your own sandwich" feature. They supply all the ingredients inside the wrapper for you to put together yourself. ... is garbage.

Pulled up to drive thru speaker. Told the drive thru employee we needed a moment to look at the menu. The employee was impatient and kept asking for our order. Told the employee we had 2 separate, he said go a head. Placed the 1st order told the employee that was for that order, he gave us the total told us to pull around, reminded h we had a 2nd order at which time the employee rudely said well you'll just have to back around to place it, we don't allow separate orders. So we said forget it and went across the street to KFC.

Not sure when fast food went to slow food, but it's getting out of hand that it takes nearly 15 minutes to get food. I can order ahead at normal sit down restaurants and get better food in the same time.

Now the most depressing place. We walked into this McDonald's and it was quite depressing being there. We used to frequent this place and we have not been having as much fast food lately and it was a shock to see how much this place has changed. The first thing we noticed was that there were no employees in the whole building except for back in the grill area. There was trash on a table that remained our whole stay. There were several oversized screens to take orders in the middle of the dining area by the doors. The play areas were completely gone and had been redone with seating. The seating is very spaced out and open inside this building now. But the interior looks incredibly modern and industrial and not in a good way in a way. The lack of welcoming employees combined with the warehouse like, industrial decor makes you feel depressed being there. The kids we had with us all said this. Since no one seemed to be coming to the only cash register that existed, we ordered from a screen. After quite some time they brought us our order and they apologized for the long wait and gave us a free fry because we waited so long. I did not complain that we waited so long because I figured they were short staffed, so the only thing I can say is that a free fry was a nice gesture. During this time they were mostly taking orders via drive-thru as the drive-thru was quite busy. We were one of three groups inside the whole restaurant at the time. I can see why this dining area is not frequented very often because it was not a friendly or welcoming establishment based on the design, decor, or lack of staff. I'm probably going to stick with what we have been doing avoiding this McDonald's after this experience and continue going with other fast food places when we must eat in a rush. What they are doing at this place feels robotic, depressing, and definitely not welcoming. I am not one to give our such low reviews normally, but this one goes to whoever from corporate designed this dining user experience (from the decor and the process of order taking and lack of humanity). It was flat out depressing.

Ordered a meal for my son and myself, his was perfectly fine. I took 1 bite of my burger and the top patty was pink/red while the bottom burger was cooked all the way through like it should be. Called 5 times to try to talk to someone, had to use the menu prompt, no one answered at the store. Tried getting ahold of the GM through the prompt, met with the same thing no answer. Finally had to leave a message. Don't know if I'll actually get the issue resolved, we will see...

The morning drive through is horrible. I go through it at least once a week. They went down to using just 1 window. 10 minute plus wait times are not uncommon. The staff is not very friendly.

They need to make sure they don’t rush and just make food correctly. First did get a large fry that I ordered. Second let’s make sure the burgers and what not are actually on the bun not half off. And since they didn’t care they put the mayo where the burgers half off and it all just fell off. Now slow down and make the food correctly.

Not once, not twice but three out of the last 4 times we have went this location they have prepared or order incorrectly. Either we didn’t get all the food we ordered or it was made improperly. I blame management and McDonald’s Corp. Please train your employees, or pay them more money so maybe they would take more pride in their profession.

Went here at 9am this morning. Went to counter. No one around to take my order. Ordered thru kiosk. Order number 231 - 1 sausage McMuffin with egg. Finally someone comes to counter. Paid them cash. At 9 minutes after 9am I finally thru my receipt on the counter and walked out without my sandwich. I spent over 10 minutes trying to one standard menu item with no one in line in front of me. Some fast food joint!

My burgers were literally thrown together. One pickle, no onions, the burgers were half off the bun. Looks like a disaster wrapped in a paper. Also the drive through employee taking my order kept asking " anything else?" When I paused for a moment during my order. How about "Can I interest you in..?"

I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes today and actually had to pull out of line because it was not moving. This establishment continues to get more expensive while simultaneously becoming less efficient and more time consuming. If you’ve got somewhere to be or you’re on a schedule, don’t bother, it’ll only cost you time and to patience. It blows my mind that this is a “fast food” restaurant and nothing is being done to fix the poor and lengthy amount of time guests end up spending here waiting for food that is easily comparable to a 4 hour old gas station hot dog. Pathetic.

This place always seems to get the order wrong, no matter how small the order is. Make sure before you pull away that you thoroughly go through your things. Over ten years of going to this location, they religiously are forgetting parts of our orders. Go to Taco Bell instead.

I had to wait almost 30mins for a cup of coffee that I had to doctor up. Just because your crew had and was waiting on. Food orders that was after a coffee order. Just because your in a rush doesn't mean I wasn't already there for my order. Just because I didn't speak up doesn't mean I wasn't there. Do better or train your crew better unexable.

I was looking forward to the big breakfast. A treat. I had an elderly family member and 2 kids with me. The gal that rang us up was being trained. We were told to get a table and handed a numbered table tent. The food came. I settled the others and realized that I didn't have utensils. They're behind the counter so I waited and asked for them. I returned to my seat. I began with the sausage and egg. I finally got to that tempting pancake and no syrup. Again, it's hidden behind the counter. I waited in line and asked. I returned to the table. I began prepping my now cold pancakes and realized that there's no butter on my pancake. I returned to the counter and requested a refund for my big, sad, cold breakfast. No refund could be had but I was offered dessert. I declined the desert, as it was 1110am, and opted for this lengthy review. Bad cook. Bad counter people. (I did get an apology from the new hire.) For only 3 cars in the drive thru they were all made 'pull around to the side', they some how manged to have us wait for over 15 mins only to find out they can't keep track of the cars they have pull around instead of the parking spots reserved for drive-thru waiting. We get our food home and our fries are only half cooked, cold and my milkshake is melted. This place has gone down hill. Would definitely not waste my money here.

The manager here SUCKS! Ive had 2 awful experiences at this mcdonalds always when this manager is working. They purposely HID onion in the plain mcdouble. They refused to take our order. We were standing at the cash register for a good 10 minutes. They were focused on mopping 2 hours before they close.

There’s a pretty low bar for a McDonald’s to qualify as “decent”. Be somewhat clean, somewhat friendly, have reasonably quick service, and have the same offerings as every other McDonald’s. Measured by these standards this McDonald’s is far and away the worst in Medina. The lobby/dining area is always covered in grime from the unmopped floors to the unwashed tables. I wish I could rate the employees on their friendliness…but you’d have to see one first and that’s a rarity since the front counter is never staffed. Service is slow and the food, when you choose to eat in, comes out cold. The only place this McDonald’s comes close to meeting the bar is the menu, which generally matches what you’d expect, though heaven forbid you want a refill on your drink…no, that’ll be an additional charge. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the disappointment, and drive a little further to literally any other McDonald's in the area.

Extremely slow service they always pull you forward even if it’s a single fry they need to teach there employees how to move faster and truly do there jobs and stop worrying so much about there line times but then again if it didn’t take an employee 5min to put one sticker on a bag they wouldn’t have such a big issue with there times

I ordered using the mobile app. It was just under $20 for 2 people. We went across the street first and I'll admit that did take a little longer than expected. When we did get to McDonald's we could not get our food because "they didn't have a receipt for the order". How is that my fault? How about you update your system so that you're not stealing from your customers? That sounds like a splendid idea. And then dude goes "I can ring in your order again." No you can not. Despite the fact that he did say many times that the charge for the original order would drop off, I no longer trust McDonald's or their employees. Currently it is being considered theft and if it doesn't drop off my bank statement as claimed I will raise hell. However in the meantime I'm certainly not going to allow them to charge me a second time. WTH McDonald's? Do you treat all your customers this way? It was literally an hour. **Update** As I suspected, the charge went through and did not drop off. I'm being told not to go to the police. I'm going to go to my bank and see what they can do for me and ask them if I should go to the police. I really don't want this to happen to someone else. I'm sure it already has but if I could help even one person from this fate, at least there would have been a reason for it to happen to me.

The most chaotic fast food place I've been to in years. Drive thru was bananas, so I thought I'd save time going inside to order. Kiosks were set up for breakfast ordering only (it wasn't breakfast time), so I waited at a register. It was about 15 minutes until I was even acknowledged and got to order. I was just standing at an empty, unmanned register. Two happy meals finally got to me 14 minutes after I got to order. After driving home, we find out they weren't even made correctly. 30 minutes for two incorrect meals. Employees were complaining about how food being prepared wasn't up to "quality standards" in the kitchen, and multiple people waiting around me never got their food in the long, long time I waited.

First time coming inside since they remodeled, I'm leaving a 1 star review simply due to the lack of soda refills. What is that? Literally every other place gives refills. Makes me not want to waste my time here and just go down the street to the other McDonald's that does offer refills. I will say the lobby looked nice and very modern and it seemed clean.

Let me start by saying we get breakfast here all the time and have never had a problem. That said today we stopped to pick up lunch through the drive thru. Got a 20 piece mcnugget and 2 large fries. When we got home (maybe 2 miles away) and went to eat the fries they were cold and undercooked on the outside and pretty close to raw on the inside, literally still in a clump in the container, and the nuggets were rock hard and cold. So hubby takes our inedible food back up to the location and had to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone in the back noticed he was at the counter. Then the young lady who he talked to tried to tell him the fries were fine because she took them out when the timer told her to. He told her to try them and so she could see they were raw but she did not take him up on that offer. Anyone with eyes could see that the fries were barely cooked at best. They did give us new food but instead of putting it in a new bag reused the bag that we brought back the inedible food back in. And while the fries were hot and edible they were still slightly undercooked but at least not raw this time Meanwhile the supposed Manger was no where to be seen and at no time came out to help the young employee deal with a dissatisfied customer. The Medina sub owner/manager doesn't seem to understand how to run McDonald's aside from running it into the ground. The Medina manager/sub owner consistently raises the prices on items on the menu and denies basic services that all McDonald's provids . I feel bad for the employees. It's got to be hard to tell customers that even though every other McDonald's does it one way the location in Medina has a manager/owner who is to cheap do it that way so they can't. Needless to say the Medina location is Subpar even for McDonald's standards. Primarily because of the sub owner/manager Looking forward to calling corporate. I doubt they will appreciate the hack jobs antics. McDonald's is a brand name certain features/ services come standard!

Perhaps the most impersonal McDonald's in the world. Also probably the only one that doesn't have a fountain, and they won't give refills on drinks. That might be ok if everything on the menu also didn't cost more than every other McDonald's in the area.

The service inside the restaurant was terrible! I had to wait a few minutes just to pay for my food. Also, being passed over to tend to another customer (knowing I was there 1st). I would've left but my kiddos wanted McDonald's smh. Forgot to mention, I had two drinks but no cup holder...

I waited 30 minutes in curbside and went in to find that they didn't have my order whatsoever. The entire restaurant was desolate except for a few angry people in similar situations due to poor management and service. 45 minutes wasted for a mcmuffin and a hashbrown. I cannot forsee myself visiting this location again.

Things haven't changed at this McDonald's they lack customer service. Cold hard French fries. When asked for fresh french fries it's like a bother to them. McDonald's has dumbed themselves down you can do better. BTW I know you can do better was a manager at McDonald's in the late 1980s this would have never been acceptable Always have cold hard salty fries and cold hamburger with barely any ketchup or mustard

No more sugar free French vanilla coffee at any locations. It is the only restaurant anywhere that doesn't have free refills on fountain drinks. Keep paying your employees $17.00 an hour for a job that is not meant to support your family on. I would definitely rather eat at a real restaurant for what they charge now.

Never ever do you get your order correct at this McDonald's! Out of the last seven visits I was there, there was not so much as one correct order. Different people every time I'm there. Not even going in the store to get your order will get your order right. Today, I returned a sandwich four times that couldn't have been any more simple to make. Even though the manager, or so it seems she was, was indicating what was wrong about the order to the employees. Employees they still seem to get it wrong. I assumed that going inside would have helped correct any issues because I was not just being shoved out of the drive-thru window as normally I am. Turns out that was wrong. Save yourself retirement aggravation, in my opinion, and avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

Staff is normally very rude when it comes to the ice coffees. Ive gotten into several spats with employees and had to speak with managers.. managers are friendly. They literally asked me if I wanted the drink or not thru the drive the and some other things. Then I still shake up the sloppy made coffee.. if you put some liquid then syrup then most of the liquid it would work better for you guys.

Ordered Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Obtained Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Sandwhich was DRENCHED in sauce, so much so that they somehow managed to make the top of the bun covered in sauce too. I should clarify that it looked like this when I first got it, in the parking lot, as I intended to eat it on my drive back to the office, but I couldn't for obvious reasons.

We sat in the mobile pickup for at least 30 minutes and ended up having to go in and wait at least another 10 minutes, the Happy Meal was supposed to have two orders of fries and only gave one and the chicken products were burnt. Quickly becoming the worst McDonald's in Medina and this isn't the first time at this location. I understand teenagers needing work experience, but they're not even doing the job correctly. I didn't even get lettuce on my McChicken.

This place used the McDonald’s app to steal $30 from me. The store itself is impossible to get thru to a management. I ordered $30 on food for pick up thru the app. I sent my daughter to get it as I was heading out of state. The employee told my daughter she cannot charge the card or make the order unless the app owner was there in person, which I’ve never had to in the thousands or orders I have placed. So I attempted to call and cancel, no answer. Couldn’t cancel thru the app. I called the store numerous times leaving 3 voicemails. The next day the charges showed up on my card and it shows in my app they made the food in which they absolutely did not. Store refused to refund or give me the money.

I did a review on this place like 3 years ago, 5 stars. Now 1. No humans to be found in the front of the place. Nobody at the cash desk, nobody at the tables. No workers anywhere but the kitchen. I like people, I like to order from people, some people still like to talk to people not a kiosk. Get with it, get a person to take orders at the register. We had to literally yell back into the kitchen to ask for a person to take our order after 10 minutes at the register. I will never come back here. Ever.

My experience 80% of the time it’s wrong - Half assed. Or not even what you ordered. .Talk to the manager they always correct the issue, really there shouldn’t be an issue it’s assembling sandwiches. Told it’s from under staffing it’s more like under trained - under staffing - don’t care - just slap something in a bag and that’s what ya get. After waiting 15 - 20 minutes. Has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in this area. I guarantee this and all these reviews mean nothing.

One Star Absolutely ridiculous experience today at McDonald’s. First, my food was undercooked—it’s beyond unacceptable that they can’t even get the basics right. I don’t expect gourmet meals, but I do expect my food to be cooked! On top of that, I paid for the Guardians promo deal and guess what? They didn’t even give it to me. It’s not my job to remind you of your promotions, and I sure as hell shouldn’t be paying for something I didn’t receive. To make matters worse, I had to wait over 15 minutes for this mess. Why am I wasting my time and money on this joke of a service? I’m tired of dealing with these kinds of mistakes and incompetence. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on—if you value your time and health, I suggest you do the same.

I came through there at almost 6:00 in the morning I asked for two strawberry cream pies something so simple Unfortunately they tell me that none are made and it will be 12 minutes whatever happened to fast food I mean actual fast food where you go through there and you get your food immediately. Ordered breakfast through the mobile app before ending time period and chose drive thru to pick up my order. I provided my code to the employee through the speaker and was told that I was all set and then was told they cannot complete my order at the window because I am picking it up after the cut off time to serve breakfast. The mobile app granted that order and should have been fulfilled and made so it could be ready for pick up despite picking it up 5 minutes after the end time. Very disappointing and frustrating!

I’ve never been treated so poorly at this McDonald’s. After my mom and I placed a mobile order using the last of our money to buy dinner for our family, we were told at the window that the order was “canceled on our end” and they refused to make it. When we calmly offered to reorder and pay with our card at the window, the manager, D, accused me of being “hostile” despite the fact that we were simply trying to resolve the issue. She then refused service entirely and walked away from the window. This was shocking and humiliating, especially coming from someone in a management position. A manager should de-escalate situations and help customers, not make false accusations and abandon them. Corporate was kind and helped cancel the order, but because of D’s refusal to do her job, my family ended up going without dinner. This experience was unacceptable, and D should not be managing customer interactions if this is how she treats people.

Just left this McDonald’s and it was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. We ate inside, and it took 35 minutes to get our food. When it finally came out, several items were missing, and what we did receive was cold, sloppy, and clearly rushed. We weren’t the only ones dealing with this — multiple families around us were having the exact same problems. Instead of trying to fix anything, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. The manager was especially unprofessional. When people asked about their orders, she actually told everyone that “Burger King is open down the street if you’re not happy.” Absolutely unbelievable behavior from someone supposed to be running the place. There were also no employees wearing gloves in the kitchen working with the food.. they were actually handing fries to customers and loading them on trays while holding them from the top so the food was touching their palms. This location desperately needs better leadership, better service, and basic respect for its customers. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I honestly don’t know how the McDonald’s at 1069 N Court in Medina, OH is still operating the way it does, because the level of service here is some of the worst I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant. And I’m not saying that lightly. Every visit feels like a test of patience, and this location fails every single time. The employees inside seem completely uninterested in helping customers who actually walk through the doors. It’s like the moment you step into the lobby, you’ve entered a forgotten zone. There’s no urgency, no acknowledgment, and hardly any effort to provide basic service. You can stand there waiting, watching staff members glance past you as if you’re not even there. What really adds to the irritation is how absolutely obsessed this location seems to be with the drive-through, and the customers inside are left to suffer because of it. The drive-through gets all the attention, all the speed, and all the priority—while inside customers wait and wait and wait… for orders that would take minutes anywhere else. You can literally watch car after car fly through the drive-through while people inside are stuck with ridiculous delays. It feels chaotic, unorganized, and honestly careless. The atmosphere makes it look like nobody is communicating, nobody is coordinating, and nobody is making an effort to treat inside customers with the slightest bit of importance. The lack of urgency borders on disrespectful at this point. This location desperately needs leadership that actually notices what’s happening in the lobby. They need real training, real customer-service standards, and a serious reset on how they manage orders. Until the day they start treating all customers with equal priority—and actually act like they care about the people standing right in front of them—I absolutely cannot recommend this place. I’ve given this McDonald’s more chances than it deserves, and every visit has just reinforced how much improvement is needed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Seems that we are serving/deleting orders before they are actually served. I was told to pull up around the building waiting on QPC. Usually I’m all about that given it means your burger will be fresh. After waiting 15min I called in and spoke to Will (GM- listed on receipt)- my reasoning was confirmed when I had to repeat my order. He tried to make it right with a free pie (thank you). And the order was out to me immediately. But I didn’t receive sauces for the nuggets I ordered. KVS times are important no doubt. Getting orders correct is more important. After waiting I at least expected accuracy. Hope this helps.

I don't even know what to say. Not only is the wait time crazy here and the orders wrong, 90% of the employees behind the counter are not clean at all. No gloves, no hair nets, and the worst of all was the African American man who had his pants completely below his butt and his underwear completely showing with his hand on it WHILE he was putting food on the tray. The woman by the fries had her hair in front of her and it was hanging right over top of the fries. I felt sick to my stomach knowing todays employees were in charge of food preparation and handling. The week before todays visit, we waited over 25 minutes at the counter and NOBODY came to offer help even though they acknowledged our presence there. They couldn't even fix the order they messed up on. It's just a mess and this location needs to be shut down or under new management immediately. Never again will I come to this location.

The last several times I have ordered at this particular location, some of the employees have been rude, the service has been slow, and the food has been sub par. I ordered my burger with no extra salt, and instead they coated both sides of each patty with tons of salt and pepper. I tried to eat the sandwich, but it was awful. Like eating a salt lick. I guess the teenagers working there think they're cute.
