The best subway to visit if you are in the Doral, the place is clean the staff is lovely and they prepare your sandwiches with care. The ingredients are always fresh.

I visited subway during my lunch break. I ordered a tuna sub, the tuna was fresh and delicious. Isabel helped me and as always her customer service is amazing, She is very friendly and attentive.
My experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this location. It was exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly. Isa was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and pricing. I look forward to returning soon.

It's Subway what more can you say about it. This place is quick and easy to get to for lunch and the staff that work here are quick and nice. When I walked in and saw the line at first I almost walked back out but the speed and friendliness didn't make the wait seem long at all. Not really a Subway fan but I'll be back
Not sure if I continue to order here. I’ve done 2 online orders. The first time I went in to the register and waited to the side to pick up my food. The lady at the register never acknowledged me. I had to wait for the entire line to finish. As I walked to the register she walks off and starts putting receipts down to make online orders. I stand there waiting until another employee asks me if I needed something and gave me my order which awaiting on the shelf. Nothing express about this. Second time I again wait to the side and she doesn’t acknowledge me. A customer saw me waiting and signaled for me to go ahead to the register. Again my order was sitting there on the shelf. I assumed since i order ahead and the food is sitting there waiting that i can use my 15 min break to pick up the food and my 30 min lunch to eat it but apparently ordering ahead has no benefit .
I placed my order online, the app allowed me to place an order and I used my reward points as well. I get to the store and the open signs is on however, the door is locked. An employee opens the door finally after me telling her I’m picking up a confirmed order. She was rude to me and said she cannot make the orders at this time, when I told her I already was charged for the order she told me to call corporate to get a refund, however there is no number for me to call. When I looked on my app, my order status said ready for pick up, even though she told me she is not making any orders currently and I did not get my order. This is not the first time they have messed up my order at this location, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I am not going back to this location again.
I placed an online order 30 minutes prior to closing. At arrival the subway lady told me 2 bad and kicked me out of the store. She didn’t want to make the order because she wanted to go home. The sucky part is she put the order as completed and lied. I can’t get my money back. I’ve tried calling and they just hang up and tell me they don’t care. There is no corporate number to handle these issues, they just redirect you to the store.
The lady working here today lied directly to my husband's face and charged him extra for things that the menu itself says are free. When he confronted her about it, she lied to his face. When I confronted her about that, she said "sorry, me no speak English" even though she has served us the entire time with no issues. Only come here to spend more money than you have to. Pathetic.
Didnt get a chance to experience this subway, they state close at 8PM the rep inside closed at 745pm and would not take my order
Visited today and had a bunch of dirt in the ice. Reason I’m leaving the review is I told the worker and they just shrugged at me and didn’t do anything. Owner looks pretty responsive on here, so hopefully will get fixed.
It's the 4th time I buy online from this location and they NEVER read the notes nor the actual order.. It's NEVER TOASTED!! GEEZ how hard is it to read? From now on I'll just go to another location...
Bread was stale, service ok but prices are outrageous for a average sanwiches at best. Soda, 1/2 sandwich and two cookies 14.95, I could eat a huge meal next door for less. Owner posted that this may be a suspicious review, trust me its not suspicious and its very rude for an owner to reply that way, just own up and fix your issues, once this area builds up better youll be closed once us that work in the station get more options. Shame on you
