The chicken sandwich was great, solid 3.5, very juicy and tasty. Service was good, always used gloves, and were very nice, but seemed a little slow, but we were the last order of the day. Great food, very nice people.

My wife and I got a Chicken Bacon Ranch and a Club sandwich and both were really good. Everything is cooked to order. Chicken was tender with no gristle and plenty of cheese. Fries are average but the portions were good. It’s a little on the pricy side but no worse than the prices at the other food court venues.

Tried planet grilled cheese tonight while visiting friends in Melbourne. Was very pleased with the experience! The owner of the restaurant took my order and was very happy and friendly. The other crew members were so nice as well. I got the Mac and cheese grilled cheese and it was great! Mac and cheese part was super tasty and the extra cheese they put on was super melty and delicious. Also got a side of loaded fries which were good too! Overall a great experience and would love to go back!

Killer vegan grilled cheese with tomato on gluten free bread. If you get bored of the limited vegan options you find out there try their amazing vegan grilled cheese. Perfectly melted vegan cheese was just amazing. I also saw a vegan chili on the menu to try next time. They grilled the gluten free bread I chose perfectly. Mix it up and try this place out. Highly recommend.

Mona and co were very helpful and kind for me and my sister when we came by today. We are both wheelchair users and they helped us make sure the food was exactly as we asked for as well as helped us bring our food and drinks over to the food court tables. Again incredibly helpful and kind I thank them.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Planet Grilled Cheese, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! i came into planet grilled cheese while it was quite busy. I expected poor service but to my surprise Sophia was quick and polite. She was getting orders done fast and i did not have to wait long for my food. She smiled a ton and was happy to help. during short conversation she informed me that it was only her second week working. she did amazing as if shes been working there for years. job well done sophia! ill definitely be back.

When I came across this restaurant in the mall I was excited. An elevated experience of a childhood favorite. I had to try it! I can definitely suggests the voodoo fries, so good! I also really enjoyed the chicken parm grilled cheese and the mac n cheese grilled cheese sandwiches. The customer service is always great as well, a lovely staff.

This place hits that craving! Who knew we had a grilled cheese spot in Melbourne Square Mall? When I heard about it, I didn’t walk, I ran! Located in the food court this cute spot has a unique and fairly large assortment of grilled cheese options and sides. I went for the Buffalo Chicken. It was perfectly toasted, oh so gooey with cheeses, crispy juicy chicken and a medium buffalo sauce. Absolutely yummy!… once I added salt. It was very bland without the extra salt. I was about to be disappointed but that really elevated its flavor. Such a simple fix but a good tip to others. The tomato soup was also improved with salt. It was heavily basil flavored with a evenly complimented texture that wasn’t too thick, nor too watery. The service was unfortunately less than friendly but I won’t base my review on that, and will solely judge on the food only. It IS after all; a fast food, mall food court establishment. Cannot wait to go again and try some new grilled cheese sandwiches and sides.

I love grilled cheese and although they have a lot of different types. I decided to go with the good ole normal plain grilled cheese with fries. The food was good. I had a lot of bread left over but I’m not big on thick bread. I would eat here again, but the service was at a snail pace. One employee was enjoying her job so much you got an aggressive eye roll while ordering 🙄.

Tasty and not wildly expensive for a non-chain place. I had the Voodoo Melt (chicken, cheeses, mac n cheese) with fries. Sandwich was great, fries weren't bad either, thin but with some craggly coating that enhanced them. Mac n Cheese in the sandwich was enough for you to know it was there but not enough to be overflowing and overtake the sandwich. Meal was just under $20 total; sandwich was $9.99, fries another $3.99, and I think the drink was another $2-3. Only not rated higher because if I'm being honest cheese and carbs is a pretty easy route to a good meal, but this is still a great example.

They should call this place "Ultimate" Grilled Cheese. Perfect thickness of bread (you have choices) that can hold up the fillings. Love the choices. I will go back to try the mac&cheese and the organic tomato soup! Holly was awesome! If you love grilled cheeses, this is your place! Atmosphere....it's in a mall.

Overall I had a great experience, It was pretty busy when I went and I was impressed with how quickly I received my order. Izzie especially did a wonderful job managing everything up front. She was extremely fast, efficient, and kind.

The only reason I’m giving 4 vs 5 stars is because I feel it is very overpriced. $18 for a sandwich + meat and a (very small) side of tomato soup is kind of crazy even in today’s times. I got the Mac n cheese grilled cheese + grilled chicken and it was absolutely phenomenal. I read reviews on service being horrible, the employee I ordered from, Laila, was wonderful.

So, imagine my excitement when I saw that Planet Grilled Cheese replaced Subway in the food court at Melbourne Square. This franchised gem is not going to win any culinary awards, but they do quickly and competently prepare a grilled cheese. These slightly above average sandwiches might have curbed my enthusiasm, but as classic comfort food goes, these handhelds still comforted. I should point out that the cashier thought I was secretly recording her. I ask you, is there anything quite as refreshing as encountering schizophrenia in a company representative? I’m not sure what I did to make her so cagey. I tried coaxing a smile from her with no luck. But getting back to the food. I ordered the Four Cheese Melt, described as having “All-Natural Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone and American.” Next came the Chicken Bacon Ranch, billed as containing “American, All-Natural Cheddar & Mozzarella, Antibiotics-and-Hormones-Free Grilled Chicken, Smoked Bacon, and Creamy Ranch.” Last was the Ultimate Club, indicated to be comprised of “American, All-Natural Cheddar, Antibiotics-and-Hormones-Free Grilled Chicken, Smoked Bacon, Fresh Lettuce, Vine Ripe Tomatoes and Mayo. This might be just your simple, basic, frozen reheat chicken and bacon, but for fast food, this place is a notch above your run-of-the-mill burger joint. Nothing great, nothing bad. All sandwiches on the menu (like those made at this spot by Subway before Planet Grilled) are touted as being served on locally baked bread. The Big Boy says, “If you are hankering for a grilled cheese sammie, Planet Grilled Cheese is a solid choice. No harm, no foul. Just don’t make eye contact with Ally.”

I was really excited to see a grilled cheese place because that’s my favorite sandwich. However it was a little disappointing. It said they were four kinds of cheeses and bacon was an extra dollar so I’m not sure where the four cheeses actually were but it was not real bacon it was bacon bits. The bread was not grilled and soft, it was almost more like toast and the crust was hard and leathery in some spots. The cheese was tasty however. I’m not sure if they made toast, put the cheese on and then heated it in the microwave to melt the cheese or what. I’ll give it one more try, because everyone else seems to like it. Maybe I just didn’t have the luck that day.

The workers do a great job for sure, but the area is way too crowded to order food. I shouldn't be bumping shoulders with the people next to me. If you're going to have self service ordering, space it out better, otherwise have cashiers. The cost of food is also outrageously high. $20-$30 a person basically. For grilled cheese with chicken and hot sauce.... It was decent food, but not good enough to pay $20 a person...

I have had their grilled cheese several times. Sorry to say that THIS last visit was not god! The sandwich was actually tough to eat. Could only eat the center … the edges were SOOO tough. Really odd.

Honestly, great food, but the workers however, I have not had one pleasant encounter with them and I have gone plenty of times, they are terrible. Extremely slow, they would rather stand and talk to each other then serve anyone. As well as pick-up orders they DO NOT do their job until you almost beg. Genuinely needs to be an ADULT at this place because these teenage girls are not cutting it. Absolutely terrible work ethic, don't see this place lasting with those 3 teen girls.

Mozarella sticks weren't made from scratch. Can buy the same thing at Costco. :( The Chicken Bacon Ranch - had ZERO Bacon, ZERO ranch, ZERO flavor. Basically fried chick on bread. You would think generous cheese based on the restaurant name, nope. Barely a slice. Disappointing to say the least. Never again.

Spent 20 bucks on a mediocre sandwich, artificial tasting lemonade and about 10 fries. I got the cheese stick sandwich and it came out only warm and not gooey at all. There was zero cheese pull. The fries had zero salt and the couple of fries that did come in my 5 dollar box, were undercooked. The girls were nice enough but I don't think they take any pride in their sandwiches. The only reason I finished my meal is because the outrageous price I payed for it. I won't be coming back. Next time I want something from the mall I'll grab a chicken sandwich.

Poor service during boil water advisory - they wouldn’t refund my fountain drink but also couldn’t give me one. They also wouldn’t just give me lemonade instead without an upcharge but I had already paid for a soda. Learn better service if you want repeat customers.

The food and drinks here are amazing. Why the one Star? The atmosphere and customer service is disgusting. It’s a holiday, kids aren’t in school so the mall/food court is going to be busy. The girl working here today at 12:40 was completely rude and made me change my mind about placing an order. She came out of the back to a line of 3-5 people and let out a deep sigh and rolled her eyes while looking directly at us and then continued to say things under her breath while huffing and completely ignored the line. No worries from me I just walked away and picked something else to eat. If you can’t handle a group of 5 people trying to place an order then you shouldn’t be working in a customer service job. If this establishment doesn’t want business, this employee is doing a great job at losing it for you!

No big deal. I could make better at home. Very disappointed. I ordered 4 cheese on wheat. Hardly any cheese, very thin layer. $5.99 was too much.

Spent $60 for two orders of mozz sticks, a 4 cheese grilled cheese and a bacon chicken cheddar ranch sandwich. Food wasn't all that great. Wanted ketchup, they charged me $0.50 for 3 ketchup packets. Who charges for ketchup packets??!? Worst part was the lady making the food kept touching her face and hair and wiping her nose with her gloved hands then going back to making food without changing gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Will not eat here again.

Extremely disrespectful "supervisor" at this location was mouthy after I witnessed her leaving the FAMILY RESTROOM in the mall this afternoon. She was in the only available family restroom for over 15 minutes and then proceeded to make excuses as to how the family restroom is in fact not a family restroom, but for anyone; including my family she inconvenienced FIVE families with her careless, time wasting misuse of the family restroom. This so-called supervisor was rude, unapologetic and flat out careless. She should not be a supervisor at all with that kind of attitude.

Food undercooked. Shared equipment for all of the food? Seriously? I have been here multiple times and have been trying to give these so called workers, especially touching food with no gloves. They need to hire people that know what they’re doing. I use to go all the time when there was a guy that is no longer working there and quite frankly, I don’t blame him if he quit or they fired him. I can’t remember his name but he was the only one that knew how to work around the kitchen and help others. Please get people that want to work in this establishment.

Worst grilled cheese sandwich I ever had. It's not even made on a grill. They just put it in a toaster oven with cheese on top and toast it. I only had the cheese stick grilled cheese sandwich, and that came out to over $10. Don't waste your money. Anyone can make a better grilled cheese than this place.

I do not normally write reviews and try to give everyone the benefit of doubt, but my most recent experience at this location was sad and rather gross. On my work break I bought a singular sandwich with no one infront of me. 20+ minutes later I received my sandwich, after the employees helped other individuals, gossiped, and even made their own sandwich which they began eating before serving me near where they prepare food (the employee did not appear to be on break as they were still working while eating). This was on top of watching them touch their faces and rub their noses, and work without gloves for a majority of the time. I do not know if they washed their hands in the back or if there was a reason why they waited so long to serve my food when there was no one infront of me. But while I do enjoy the food, I can not see myself wasting over 20 mins for a sandwich where I question the hygiene of the employees.

Went today for the first time , only ordered the mozerella stick . Super greasy , do not have a good taste at all. Marinara sauce is a joke .

I ordered a Ultimate Club and what I got I wouldn't ever pay what I paid for that trash.
