The spicy big & wicked chicken sandwich was bomb! Better than Chick-fil-A and pretty affordable too. Docking a star because they said a free sandwich if I install the app but the system won’t recognize it!

I’ve been coming to this Golden Chick since it opened and have always had great experiences until recently. The last few visits have been disappointing due to poor customer service at the drive-thru window. The young man working there was dismissive, handled items roughly, and made it feel like customers were an inconvenience. Hopefully this can be addressed with better customer service training, as this location has otherwise been solid.

Dinner overall was pretty good. One issue I have is how the dirty rice is being served? Like a ball of rice? Doesn't look good. Also, Jalepeno poppers were burned or cooked too long, and some poppers were empty like cheese filling was missing. Okara was not cooked thoroughly. I've been to other locations, and the overall experience was better. I know you all can provide quality food. The fried catfish was good.

This is their idea of "SPICY TENDERS." They think adding a slight seasoning packet to one side means spicy chicken. If you ask for extra spicy, they just give you packets of spice like pizza places give red pepper. This is HORRIBLE service. Don't come here for even the slightest decent service. Chicken's decent, not great.

I arrived at 9:58 PM, and they informed me that they're closed, but the site says they close at 10 PM. Than once again they want to inform me that they have no chicken, that they ran out of everything. This is a scrappy and unprofessional place and I'd recommend going to Wingstop instead.

On 1/5/2026 around 9:00pm, this location has disgust me to the max I placed the order through the drive-through waiting on tenders and chicken while I was waiting. The young redhead girl was spraying cleaning solutions around the food on windows with the bread that heat warmer with the bread as soon as I seen it, I pulled around to the front and get out my car to let the manager know and ask for a refund immediately the cleanest solutions was getting on chicken and she was just spraying everywhere. I let the Manager on duty know and she defended her and said she didn’t get on anything. I said are you serious? I seen the mist from the cleanest solutions getting on food and why is she spraying clean solutions on food items and food while they are still out, And then I asked for a refund she wanted to know why I said because I want my money back. I’m not gonna get any food from here. That is in jeopardy of getting me and my family sick. She didn’t care she didn’t apologize. Both of these individuals needs to be terminated immediately. If you want to get sick continue to eat here. These people do not care the manager, dark hair lady and a young redhead girl needs to be terminated and that’s not my first altercation with that Manager. Zero stars Thank you

Food is good, Fast but ALWAYS forget items in your order through drive thru. Has happened 3 times now. Worst service so always check your order.

The chicken is good but dont go thru drive thru. I thought the employees were just dumb but starting to think they intentionally leave items out of drive through orders to shave cost. I have been at least 15 times and they always miss 1 to 2 items. Always charged for them on reciept. I swear off going and then forget after a few months and then get screwed again.

So I came up there and ordered a 4 piece tender spicy combo and a chicken sandwich extra mayo no pickle (highly allergic). The sandwich had pickles so I couldn’t eat it. The tenders the dumped spicy powder on one spot. So much powder that’s all I can taste. The employee had an attitude so I paid $17 for a roll and potato’s.

This experience sucked when I opened my dinner. I saw what I thought was a bird because it looked like it had feathers like it was gonna fly away before I ate it. it flew away when I opened the box.

I miss the days when chicken places served FULL sized chicken tenders, and even gave extra. What the heck is this? I got 6 of these, this size. So basically paid $15 for a 3 piece. Update: completed the survey as instructed in the response from the owner, and never heard back from anyone.

This girl at the drive thru gave me a large cup full of ice instead Cherry Pepsi. They do this all the time here but somehow this time it was worse. I feel like I've been robbed. Where is the drink? If I pay more for a LARGE drink, why would you fill it to the brim with ice and no drink? I dumped the whole thing in the sink. It was watered down. Training is needed. I'm done with this place and so is our household.
