Good to go for groups and Individuals, some of the staff members are rude but some of them like "Azyl" they are pretty helpful and generous. They will help you through with one of the nicest Subway's around. Also it's among the only subway in the area the other ones are quite far away and really wouldn't recommend them at all.

By far the BEST Subway I have EVER been to!!! They don't nickle and dime you like every other , always healthy portions (i.e. cheese, vegetables etc.). Ray and Rosemery are the absolute best!!! Love this place!!!

This Subway location is always a good experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and they keep the place really clean. It’s the kind of spot where, if you come by often, they’ll start to remember your order — which makes it feel more personal. Overall, solid service, good energy, and fresh food every time. Definitely one of the better Subways around.

No ciabatta bread for new ciabatta sandwiches?

Quick service, small portions as usual.

For weeks now the floor has moved. Ants have been found on the tables, chairs, floor and even the bathroom. Flies on the interior of the veggie bar were today's addition. Staff doesn't seem to care and prefers not to be bothered. The sandwiches while usually good or at least tolerable have a tendency to be sad and bland. Yellow lettuce, tasteless meat and not so fresh bread. If the bug and attitude problem is not resolved soon I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This Store is very clean, abd management very nice but, the reason I gave 3 stars is there is no comparison in the quality of the sandwich compared to jersey mikes or blimpies for the price they charge and the new vip sandwiches are tge same sandwiches just with double meat which they always had just a promotional tact to get you instore

Wow. This guy skimped on meat, doesnt offer spinach, and actually refused to make one of our sandwiches as requested. Also was very obviously irritated about the way we wanted our sandwiches and then refused to speak to us. Will never go back

Two days in a row this guy is literally closing an hour early you close at 9:30 please keep your schedule me and my family been going there for years we are only trying to get some sandwiches to eat I arrived at 8:30pm and every time we get there now for the last 2 days he's saying oh no I closed early if you have a schedule on that website that says 9:30 p.m. please keep that schedule

I placed an order online for buy one get one free at this Subway because it came up as a participating store, however, I was charged for both sandwiches. When I went to Subway for pickup, cashier said they were not a participating store. I asked her could she take one sandwich off my order since I ordered two because I thought the second one was free. She said no she couldn't. Time was of the essence for me so I told the cashier I would take my order. The cashier refused to give me my order even though I paid online for it. I called the next day. There was a different cashier working that day. I explained to her the situation and she said a refund would be put back on my card, $23.88. It's been 10 days and no refund. I called the Subway yesterday and was told the manager is out of the country. I tried calling Corporate but message says they went digital so I left message (written message) as was requested, but as of now, no reply. I will never go to this subways again.

While ordering food, there was a misunderstanding, and they started making a different menu item. When I informed them that it wasn't what I wanted, two female employees looked at each other and showed me a very unpleasant expression. Their expressions were very nasty and ruined my day.

Got there at 7:59, lights were on and doors were open, they stated they were closed while the hours online stated they closed at 9:30. I'm not sure when food establishments closed an hour and half early but if that's the case update the website. Wasted my time going over there.

Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. Once inside it took a while to be acknowledged besides “you here for pickup?”. They gave the wrong bread even after we tried to tell them it was wrong. Tried to give the wrong bread for the other sandwich. Even though we got the sandwiches toasted my cheese wasn’t really melted and my meats were cool. They kept talking over us to other people in line behind us. Definitely will not be coming back.

I started coming here for a few weeks because of their meal of the day. However when I ordered today, they refuse to switch out onions for cucumbers even though I've been doing it for weeks. I guess they don't want my business anymore there's plenty of other subways to choose from.

Absolutely Shameful. This sandwich ruined my lunch break, not even exaggerating. To begin with I had special instructions in all caps with my order. I specifically placed my order in the app and walk in while submitting the order. I walked in and heard the order come in and verified my name and order. I was standing there to make sure she didn’t mess up the sandwiches. She insisted and said several times “please have a seat”. I respectfully gave her space to do whatever she does. As soon as I got my sandwiches I opened it up in a table and sure enough saw that she got the special instructions all wrong. She proceeds to pick through the sandwich and remove whatever she shouldn’t have included at the register. So I left and while driving out I took a bit and tasted dry bread and salad. I was furious and wanted to launch the sandwich out the window. Traffic in front of me and traffic behind. If I had went back I would’ve been late for work. But this woman is serving kids meals, she literally wiped the tuna spoon on the bread and probably counted the other pieces of toppings. Here are my pictures of the sandwich with one bite taken out of it and untouched, you make your own judgement and decide if you want food from here. To add to this, the tables haven’t been wiped, bathrooms of course out of order and please have a seat because she’s trying to beat the world record as the fastest sandwich maker. Im a paying customer, was not asking for a favor Shameful !!!

I never leave reviews, but this Subway was so special in their horrific service I felt I had to. The two woman who work at this establishment are extremely rude - multiple times I have gone to get the deal of the day, and even just muttering those words gets you hostility and then a “mistake” overcharge at the counter for what the sandwich would cost without the deal of the day, which leads to you having to call the worker out and say “hey, it’s 6.99, not 10.20”. If it happened once I would chalk it up to miscommunication but the fact I have gone, immediately stated I want the 6.99 meal and received the same outcome every time shows it’s a tactic to attempt to rob people who aren’t paying attention. I will never come here again and I advise anyone to find another Subway that actually treats their customers like they are valued and not treated like a mortal enemy

The attitude of the two lady employees at this location has been increasingly ignorant and unprofessional. They won't follow the Sub of the day promotion appropriately. Anytime you ask for more toppings, they will act as if you asked for one of their kidneys. With all this rude behaviour, I also found a hair in my Sub. Don't waste your money and time here.
