The staff was quite busy, yet still happened to bust out everyone's orders quick and CORRECT! AND They offered to give more than the "normal" amount of dipping sauce and not ask for a penny more or your first born . Great job to this crew 9/6/18 at 5:45pm

Clean and friendly staff. Much better and cleaner than Delaware Ave store. Food is hot and fresh. They made a mistake with my order and were quick to resolve the issue without any hassle. Will no longer go to Delaware Ave or Central Ave stores. This store is refreshing from the nasty attitudes of staff in other stores.

We came 15 mins to close and asked the woman profusely if it was okay (we didn't want to be those people) and she was extremely nice, let us order, apologized multiple times for having to put substitutions in our meals (which was totally fine with us b.c we came so close to closing and were just happy to be served) AND the food was actually HOT and tasted GOOD!! Honestly an overall great experience. Kudos to the night crew at this KFC!!

I,ve updated my review from 2 to 5 stars due to improvements in staff, food and more. See update below. Thanks! UPDATE: I ordered a 3 piece original meal for pickup through Uber Eats app at 2pm (late lunch) last week, and the chicken was moist, fresh, and the fries were delicious- perfect! The staff was also friendly when i picked up the order. I believe in complimenting a restaurant when they've improved. They also added a blocked uber eats pickup area so you have to show proof in the app and ask someone to get the order. This prevents people from walking on and stealing uber eats orders - well done! Keep up the good work. Thanks!

Now i know what you are thinking "Oh 3.1 star review [as of now] I don't want to go here" but this place was awesome when i went here. Me and my family decided to get a Jack Harlow meal to share and it was very good, worth the money. And the girl that was working there was very nice. The food did take a long time to take out like maybe 15 to 20 minutes but it was still very good which makes up for it. 5 star definitely suggest.

This location was extremely busy and all 5 employees were working very hard to get everything done. They were very pleasant and I was so happy with the service. In addition the food was really good. It was such a great experience to see people act like they really cared about keeping their customers happy.

I like fast food occasionally but feel that it has become a misnomer; it's not fast anymore (and some will question the "food" claim based on marginal, if not negative nutritional value ;-) . These guys got me out the door with my accurately fulfilled order in about 4 minutes from when I stepped into the building. They are putting the FAST back into fast food. And all was warm and delicious (except for the slaw, which was cool and delicious, and intentionally placed at the bottom of the bag so it wouldn't get heated by the other food, yay!)

Food is always fresh and delicious! Manager is very nice and always willing to help when staff gets confused about the order. Overall decent fast food joint for lunch or quick dinner. Would recommend ordering online though if you're in a hurry, lines get pretty long around meal rushes.

Their fried chicken is great! We had a coupon, so we got a great deal! The cashier was unfamiliar with how to put the coupon in, so he had to get the manager who was trying to get a quick smoke in before the lunch rush. The coupon was 12.99 plus tax for a meal for two. We only paid 11.43. I'm not sure how that worked out, but im not complaining. Excellent food. Friendly and prompt service. We got our food right away. The only thing I can say about the dining room is that they should clean up the dead flies in all the windows.

I had the opportunity for a late lunch at the 112 Broadway KFC today. I had recently downloaded the KFC app, and was planning to order from the parking lot, but the app defaulted to delivery and proved unworkable. I was able to place my order at one of the two electronic kiosks. I ordered the 3 piece combo with 2 chicken breasts and a wing. I paid extra for the larger mashed potatoes. The service was relatively quick, but I was served a regular 3 piece combo with regular mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The chicken was hot and fresh, as were the potatoes. The cole slaw was OK, it's a bit sweet to my taste. After enjoying my meal, I retired to the rest room to wash my hands. Regrettably, there was no hot water for washing, a likely health code violation. Compared to the weight of chicken served for the dollar, KFC is a good value compared to Popeye's and other chains. However, it's a bit disappointing NOT to get what you actually order from the kiosk, which theoretically removes human error from the process. To make room for the drive thru, there is comparatively little parking, and you may need to circle the building to exit onto Broadway.

We ordered 2 extra crispy chicken buckets. Only one order was fulfilled. We didn't know the second one was regular until we were handed the bag with both in it. The lady told us they didn't have enough for two so they only did one. We weren't given the option to decline the second order before we were given our food. That's why only 4 stars. 😔

I placed my order online and went to pick up. Chicken was overpacked in basket but biscuits had just come out the oven and were delicious. Wedges had the right amount of salt and were freshly fried so no soggy fires is always a plus! As far as atmosphere not busy and clean tables. Employees you get a variety: the one who's just there, one who is welcoming and one that just is stuck in misery. Overall good experience.

I’ll admit—I was nervous after reading the reviews while sitting in the drive-thru line. It was around 6 p.m. on a Tuesday, which is when KFC usually has a family meal special, so I expected a long wait. I was even about to ask the cashier how long it would be before I paid. But to my surprise, I watched the car ahead of me get their food quickly, just like a drive-thru should be. That gave me some hope. Sure enough, I pulled up, the lady swiped my card, turned around, and within seconds handed me my food. Super fast and smooth. I could also see from the window that the team was moving efficiently. Maybe Tuesdays are busy, but today, they had it under control. I appreciated the quick service! I will have to agree that the exit and entry depending on where you came in at is dangerous.It seems like it's going to definitely mess up someone's car if it's low riding.

What an easy location to find, its prices are easy on the pocket also. They keep the inside pretty nice. The servers are very helpful and they seem to change the menu more than I would expect...its all great. I'm not pleased with the outside of the building. They could do so much more to landscape and increase curb appeal. Its a very popular corner and I'm sure that more colorful landscaping would increase sales dramatically.

The drive thru is not being used here anymore but no signage stating that! Messed up order, didn't add dipping sauce for tenders and gave coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes as asked. Person ringing me out was very friendly and the lemon cake was DELICIOUS!

Good food but limited selection. Very poor preparation. We came there at 5:30pm on a week night and there was NO chicken or sides prepared for the dinner rush!! No coleslaw!! No extra crispy!! This is simply poor management. Food should have been restocked after the lunch rush. Also, the counter and dining area was absolutely filthy. The floor was filthy and had food on it. The workers were not helpful nor did they offer alternatives for the long wait for customers order. Overall a very poor experience for a well established national chain restaurant.

They were short a cook, so what was supposed to be an 8 minute wait was 45 minutes. The other staff were doing their best and were very kind, but they were overwhelmed. They kept taking and filing new orders, and didn't keep track of all of us who had already ordered and paid. This is unusual for this store - they're usually really good. Think it was combination of a busy night and being short a cook.

I waited almost an hour for my stuff and then it wasnt even right. And the lady behind the register was down right miserable and clearly has never been trained for how to deal with customers during a busy time. She acted like we were wrong for being there and was mad because she had to take another order. That place would be great if they could get in sync with each other and work as a team instead of everyone running around getting in each others way. And please....please look for another cashier/order taker. It would been been a much better waiting period had we not had to listen to her the whole time.

Ordered 2- $5 meals exactly the same - Chicken Breast w/wedges, Pepsi. Total was $10.80, gave a young girl $20.80 and got back $9.00 in change. I told her it should be $10.00, she gave me my food and slammed the window in my face. Beeped the horn and she opened the window and said she was trying to get the drawer opened. She never said that to me or my passenger. Opened the window, gave me $1.00, and I thanked her. She slammed the window again without a word. Get around the corner of the building, and saw both orders had mashed potatoes instead of wedges. Didn't want to deal with the clerk's attitude again. Worst service ever....

The food was ok, but not great. The chicken I get from the frozen aisle of the grocery store tastes better than this. The biscuit I had here was the worst biscuit I ever had in my life—it didn't taste like a normal biscuit. Lastly, my fries were soggy.

Food was okay, but I had order online 30 minutes in advance and it was not ready when I arrived. Coke from soda machine tasted so strange. Gave me coleslaw instead of Mac and cheese. Not the most welcoming employees. Inside very dirty, I can’t imagine the kitchen is too sanitary. Love KFC, but not this location!

Left out a portion of our order after having to wait a while - it was busy so having to wait was a given. But it's not the first time something we paid for was not put in our bag and we didn't notice until we got home. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the nearest store so going back is not a quick trip.

Even though the dining room was open According to the App and the hours listed on the door, both doors were locked. When using the drive thru To pick up the pick up order they were rude Because we didn't stop at the speaker however there wasn't a no one's door telling pick up orders to do so. Then we were advised they didn't have the 5 piece. After she repeated it again, I asked what our options. She sd a 3 piece, 5 boneless tenders that were ordered cost same as 3 piece that was also ordered. We agreed. She asked up to pull into pick up parking spot. Then she yells to us from the store that she don't carry sweet tea. We get home and the sides to the "new" 3 piece were the same as the 2nd instead of what was originally ordered. Don't waste your time

Arrived at drive-through at 7:15 pm. We asked for the 20-piece bucket deal (that was advertised on the order panel) and were told the largest bucket they offered was a 16-piece. We ordered a 16-piece bucket of all dark meat, original recipe. We were given our total and told to pull up to the window. At the window, the young lady said that all they had was extra crispy and that it would be 20 minutes before they could get our original recipe order. We said that it was ridiculous not to have 16 pieces of original recipe, dark or light meat, with hours to go before closing.

I just came through the drive thru everything was fine until the girl brought my food out the front door than proceeded to say in a nasty attitude tone that I was suppose to pull up from the window. I would have done just that if I was asked. Which I said to the young women but she mumbled something and shook her had no. I will never come here to this KFC.

Definitely my LAST KFC order! To start - Drive-thru Lady had an additude at the speaker. I pull up to the window, she snatches my card out of my hand slams the window shut, hands me my drink with such force the lid cam off Then when I get my food the fries are cold and my Mac-and-Cheese had skin on it like it was from yesterday. Side note the chicken sandwich was good, only reason they get 1 Star rating.

I grew up on KFC for dinner. I will never go here. Not even worth giving them a second chance. I ordered online at 8:41, not on Doordash or grubhub, on their actual website. I ordered a 12 piece meal and 24 piece hot wing. I showed up at 9:10, the heaters were empty, they clearly were closing early, and when I spoke to the drive thru female, after she got off her cell phone, she said "the system automatically deleted the order." When I asked why, I was told because they didn't have what I was ordering. But why would the official KFC website system take my order and place my order if they didn't have anything? Why wouldn't the restaurant call and say you're order has been canceled? Then they can't refund my order, I have to call a 1 800 number to get my money back for KFC's mistake. Worst customer service. I can manage this store better than them.

Just terrible.. I order the tenders box it came with 1 sauce for some reason like I only ordered one tender.. and my fries were very very soggy and cold. Whoever was the manager in charge needs to be fired immediately! Because 20 dollars for this is unacceptable. Oh and btw I was supposed to get two orders of fries it look like they gave me a kids meal..

They had like three people in the whole store and they completely ignored me I was there for a doordash pick up didn't say hi to me and anything I waited there for like seven minutes... nothing. I was only getting $5 for this order so I just unassigned it and moved on and the second I step out the door they helped the next customer. So is it cuz I'm a dasher? Cuz they were absolutely 100% blatantly ignoring me. Plus the place was filthy and lack proper management

First thing I noticed when walking in the building is that the dining-room was trashed not one clean table napkins and straws all over the floor. Once ordering we clean a table to sit at we waited about 15 minutes for our food we ordered extra crispy but got original chicken. Went to the counter to place a togo order and I waited 5 minutes Till someone who just came off of break to take our order the manager had her back to me and was on her phone why I stood there and waited for my order to be take the girl who just came off break was very friendly and apologized to me for her manager who was rude and lacked customer service

Ordered two drinks with no ice, both were filled to the the brim with ice. It was the only modifier I made for my entire order and they couldn't get it right. Annoying but whatever. Ordered a 4 piece chicken thigh meal and they rang me up for a 3pc tender. I noticed this before they made the food and had them correct it. They still gave me the 3pc tender meal I didn't order. Didn't notice until I got home. The cherry on top 🍒; they rounded my total up to the nearest dollar for their KFC foundation without asking. Abysmal service, never going back.

I litterally never post reviews places but this place was an absolute joke. Got there at 12:05 to grab lunch and was barely able to get out the door by 12:30....the time I was supposed to be back at work. The manager Chris was yelling at the near clueless cashier to go faster but couldn't even meet the demand himself. He was rude and couldn't be bothered to even pretend to care about multiple orders being skipped. To top it all off, he didn't wear gloves at all while handling the food. Absolute trash. 1 star is too many.

Okay first off let's start off by saying the place is disgusting !! Honestly if I wasn't really hungry and in a rush with a child I would have walked out ! But I said hey maybe the service and food will be good ! Wrong Again !!! The food was disgusting!! My wedges were hard and old and cold !! The cashier told me she made a fresh batch when she didn't because they were cold !! So I kindly just handed them to her she remade them and surprisingly this time they were actually hot ! So she lied in the beginning when she said she made a fresh batch. chicken tenders were cold biscuit was hard and cold like .. this location needs order or at least people who's not too lazy to make fresh food when requested. Never again !

The place was gross. Everything needs to be clean and tables are broken. The food didn't taste right. Everything you touch was sticky. The servicers was singing and screaming in the back. NO hair nets or gloves on. They give people free drinks and food without paying. The chicken drumstick was to small and run out of everything. Chicken tenders was spicily to me. They don't know how to put lids on right. They go outside smoking pot because you can smell when they came inside.

Sparsely been here for the past half year and let me tell you this is the worst KFC I've witnessed. It's always something going here. I've been charged with unrequested donations to the KFC foundation, been shorted a piece of chicken in a 3 piece (TWICE), been given the wrong sides, and been given rude employees. I wouldn't be surprised if the people they hire here can't even count their fingers. Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave.

I went there twice, the first time I had to wait for them to cook the chicken. They said it would be 3 min. It took 20 min. And I had to go inside and ask for it. The second time they told me the most I could get was 8 pieces of chicken and it would have to be dark meat only. I said to them you are a chicken place and you never have any chicken. I left and and will never go back. I do love their chicken but they need new management.

I work really close so it's convenient to go there from time to time but every single time I've gone, something is wrong, missing or I end up waiting 25 min for two meals. Everyone in there acts like I'm inconveniencing them to do their Job. This place either needs better management or to completely start from scratch with personnel.

Tonight was the eleventh time, in less than 6 months, that I wanted to purchase a chicken pot pie $5 fill up and was told that they didn't have any to sell. They said it would take 22 minutes to prepare one,because they have to cook the chicken special. I told the order taker that every time they don't have any for sale that a different excuse is given!!!!!

If I could give less than a star and leave a review I would. They never get your order right even when they are compimg you food from the last time they screwed it up. Franchised chain waiting to hear back from corporate again. I wasn't happy having wasted $42 to get my order wrong. Even more mad when the free $42 order contained less food than the first one.

Service is SO slow. The manager took and handled my order, no one inside or in the drive through beside one person in front of me. Refused to take my other until the car in front of me recieved their order, (6 mins) and took another 11 minutes to get my food. The lady behind me had to wait for me to get my order handed to me before the manager took another order. Absolutely insane.

Placed mobile order for pick up, 6 hrs ahead of time, got to the store and no food. After standing at the counter for 15 mins finally got an employee’s attention to check in the order. Once it was found in the computer said he was unable to forward it through the system to the back to process, also mentioned that that has happened to four previous orders as well. Asked what could be done to get our order and was told” what do you want me to do about it”. Asked for the order to be cancelled and was told they could not do that but I could. BEWARE: we received No Food, No Resolution, No Customer Service but did get Attitude UPDATE: now they have the nerve to charge us after we asked to cancel the order and we’re told they couldn’t, the order was cancelled!!

Run down, not very clean, staff, management ironically, is rude and not cut out for working with the public. Used coupons they mailed out, but their self-service kiosk didn't have selections in size offered. The kiosk didn't have an option to redeem coupons and Nanette wasn't happy that she had to assist. Coupons made a lunch for 3 people a bargain @ $18, but not worth it if you have to deal with attitude. They also forgot the drink.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked in I was ready to walk back out. Between the fact the music in the lobby area was loud and someone's personal music in the prep area was even louder making me feel like I was yelling my order at my husband who was right next to me..And the employees speaking loudly over both radios, it was a completely overstimulating experience and I probably won't be back.

Went there today got a 3 piece tender meal on my break. Go to sit in the lot and eat and look in the box there's a long piece of colored hair in my fries. I immediately go back and show them and request a refund the lady gonna say "we don't do refunds do you want another meal". I responded why would I want another meal when my meal has hair in it! I said I want to speak to a manager. She claims she was the manager. I said well I want my money back I done lost my appetite! She gonna close the window make a call then open it back up and say I'll give you a refund...oh I know you will!! Their attitudes are unacceptable and their customer service sucks! One thing for sure is they just lost a 5 day a week customer after today! Oh and let me not forget nobody had on a hair net!

Double check your credit card if they don't give you a receipt. Two separate occasions I was over charged. They either round up with out asking or add dollar donations without asking!

Worst KFC! Ordered online for a pickup at 7:15pm. Waited in store until 7:40pm for my food. Store was dirty. Out of the 15 employees on staff, only 3 were working. Very unprofessional. One young man was complaining that if he didn't get paid, he would no show all next week. Not sure what he was talking about. If I owned that place I would fire everyone. The rest just stood around and looked like the could care less to be there. It took 10 minutes someone to come to the counter to wait on the person in front of me who's order was not right after waiting a long time. I should of seen that as a sign for what's about to come. When I got home, My 2 extra crispy chicken breast pieces were missing, the 2 biscuits were not edible. The popcorn chicken in my bowl was not cooked well. The corn was old and dried out. Whoever gave this place a 5 star review has family working there!

This is the 3rd time I've picked up my order and they forget to complete it. I get home and notice. I had a huge order and did check. Thought the apple sauce were the drinks for the kids. So no drinks. Didn't complain the 1st or 2nd time but should have. Won't go back there again.

Very frustrated. I love KFC but this location is the worst! I ordered a 4 piece original meal via Uber Eats. Spent $30 and received only 2 tiny little original chicken wings and one extra crispy thigh. I only received 3 pieces of chicken total and giving out two tiny chicken wings is entirely unacceptable. A 4 piece meal is supposed to consist of 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 breast and 1 wing. All original flavor as I selected. Ya'll had the nerve to give me only a 3 piece meal that only had 2 original chicken wings. I ordered a 4 piece meal though and you guys can't even answer the phone. Luckily Uber eats gave me a partial refund. I've called and notified Kfc corporate and sent pictures detailing my experience. Stay away from this location. The best local kfc is the one on state street in schenectady.

I just walked in to pick up a grubhub order. Asked a young lady by the name of Denise Caucasian young lady, for kates order then African American Girl with a gap Who was on her phone and ignored me when I said excuse me by the way name is angel so she' says came to the front and literally just started being all loud about the fact that the order was taken already by someone else because she made it. I asked her to lower her volume Why are u yelling She said Because I made the order and people continue to take stuff That is not my fault as the driver as a worker she was. So unprofessional, Aggressive and rude you should not be talking to people like this. In a business, you're really comfortable. If you hate your job quit, there's no need to treat people this way.

I was not satisfactory with my order so much... This is what happened. I drive through to pick up my order as usual. However, they do not check my order and do not like to communicate. Even though I provide the email receipt and the order number, the manager ignores them and does not like to communicate with me. I felt greatly disrespected and overlooked, especially by the manager, who strongly shakes my interest in KFC. I tried going into the store, calling the service, and there is no reply. Then when I tried driving through to pick up again, the clerk finally find it was their mistake. But no single apology has been made until I leave. It takes over 1 hour for me to pick up, which should be done within 10 minutes. It was a waste of time and a terrible experience for me. I didn't know if I will still believe the service of KFC in the future.

Horrible. #15 one breast, mashed potatoes and a cookie n drink. My ice melted while I waited 15 mins pulled over, waiting on tenders. Didnt give me a receipt so I can't complain? I stopped going here 6 months ago. And I won't be going back. Plus its burnt. I can't even eat it.

Other items are ok at best, DO NOT BUY ANY CHICKEN PIECES! They are burned and unedible. The thigh pieces are just fried coating over chicken bone and the chicken leg has no meat on it. Who is going to eat this???? This also took them forever to prepare! It's only 3 pieces of reheat chicken and it's worth *TEN DOLLARS*. How does it take 6+ minutes to make? Don't eat there, your better off getting frozen chicken and heating it in an oven from the grocery store then eating this.

Not the staffs fault but whoever came up with the system and running the show. Today you get the whole team doesn’t show up so your waiting 30 minutes to order , then the way the systems set up I watch people walk in , go over to the tablet place a online order and skip the huge line wait like I’m standing here waiting 20 minutes already and they walk out before everyone else I guess it’s my fault for not knowing online orders are prioritized first but that’s ridiculous and is a huge slap in the face as a customer to wait 20 minutes to not even order my food to watch people walk in walk over to a tablet order 20 minutes after me and get their food first Kfc is rolling in his grave over the state of this company and this country , I get it because in sales online potential sales are prioritized over people already waiting in line but the fact you can walk in and place a online order thru the tablet and skip the line makes me shake my head ,the foods otherwise decent but this locations hit or miss some days fries and chicken are fresh others it’s sog if I’m paying 20 bucks for fries and chicken it’s better be fresh , older lady’s always working hard even like today when people don’t show up

Yeah like other reviews, food can take upwards of 30mins to 1 hr. Staff is extremely rude, and seem like they hate their job. Messed up a bunch of orders that people waited for, including mine. The chicken was not the best , I think I may have gotten food poisoning. Do not go here, I don't know how this place is still open.

Asked for a hot and spicy famous bowl with extra ingredients all around and that I had no problem paying extra. I've asked for the same thing at different KFCs which have been able to do it no problem. I was given a regular famous bowl with old dry chicken that was barely filled up halfway with runny gravy. I ended up throwing it away. Lady was also rude on drive-through, cutting me off before I could finish my order. I used to work at KFC, it's really not that hard....

Food is fine usually, but very annoying issues with anything related to the drive thru or online/mobile orders. I feel like at this point it's not that insane to think people are using whatever app to save a few bucks and get a free sandwich at some point. Why would they be advertised so much, if it's extra hard to fulfill mobile orders? I thought that's what they wanted, mc donalds gives you free medium fries just for using the app. Why does this kfc hate me when I use the kfc app? It makes zero sense to me. Especially this kfc, with a vastly superior Krispy krunchy chicken right next door, they are thrilled to sell me chicken there, very friendly. Or go to the worst kfc with garbage parking lot, that's another great thing about this kfc. Horrible parking lot, my wheel bearings hate this parking lot

Went there tonight.. was the worse..gave my order at the windows was told to move up to the door to wait for it.. after waiting for a while I was about to go in to see what was taking so long. But a worker came out and had to re-ask what I order.. I gave my receipt.. worker went back in. Waited a little longer be I finally went in.. there was fighter be hind the counter about who was do what and what order needed to be worked on. Was asked again what I order I had to repeat my self 5-8 times. And even said the guy had my receipt.. they finally found my order on the screen.. but there was still arguing over what the order was. 2 employees where arguing the whole time.. I at one point had to say please stop arguing and work on my order. This place was a joke. No organization any where didn't know who the manger was.. worse place I have ever been too.

When you go there in the evening they want you to come inside and order. People get out of work, they want to order through the drive thru. People tired. What’s the point of having a drive thru if you have to come inside to order. That’s a complete inconvenience. I just pull off and my money is their loss. This places used to be good but it’s definitely going downhill. Update: 10/10/25 = went back tonight to TRY again to order food, it seems like I gotta order a meal instead of exactly what I wanted. I wanted just a 3 piece chicken, no meal, and the guy told me they don’t sell like that. That I would have to order a whole meal. I ordered before just a 3 piece, even in the app I can as well. You’re not gonna force me to order some thing I don’t want. They have some bad workers in that establishment that don’t know how to customer service!

The kitchen and restaurant should be fine for not keeping the Kitchen and restaurant clean inside the tables were never wiped down or cleaned that is a good way for someone to pick up germs while they’re eating this is a health hazard issue that needs to be brought up to the manager she is responsible for the staff to keep the restaurant clean it’s like the manager doesn’t take pride on her own staff members to help to keep the business clean

DO NOT waste your time. Smh idk why I did . They brought the wedges back so it was nostalgia. Nope they forgot one of my drinks the one that made it was lemonade n curdled vanilla. The tenders were rubbery as I remembered like microwaved? The spicy wings were all breaded & not fresh. Hard coating n inedible. The wedges were not fresh but saved by the air fryer. Biscuit was burnt idc because I don’t eat it. They gave ZERO sauces even tho I ordered 2 combos. I thought maybe they are trying to win back customers with the wedges and will actually care. Nope lol I live 10 minutes away and nothing was fresh SAD Store. I don’t even think management cares what goes out the door there. Anywho that’s my experience.

Walked into this establishment and was rudely told to use the kiosk. I was paying with cash. After 15 min of waiting to speak to someone, a young lady making biscuits came to assist but wasn't able to. However, I had to use the app to complete my order. The restaurant was hot with no air conditioning. My order wasn't ready for another 30- 40 minutes. The meal was soggy and tasteless.

First off, the entrance/exit from the main road is extremely steep and scraped the bumper of my stock height car, so it was off to a bad start. The side path is marked as a one way exit, but that’s definitely the place you want to both enter and exit from unless your car has a good approach angle. I placed an order for pickup and scheduled it 15 minutes ahead of time. I arrived and nobody was working the front, so I waited with several others, some of whom arrived before me and some who hadn’t had the chance to place an order yet. I was ignored fully the entire time. I wouldn’t have minded the wait if one of the staff took a moment to update me and say it was running late. Also, the AC isn’t on despite it being 94 degrees which is unacceptable for both the employees and guests. Whoever is in charge of this location should be ashamed. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and tunnel visioned on preparing orders. They kept filling drive thru orders despite those inside waiting on orders placed first. There was no clear manager directing them, and that’s a problem for us waiting at the counter unattended. I worked in food service for a time and understand the challenges they’re facing. This place needs a solid shift lead and site manager, asap. Food was good as expected and was a good value, but the wait was rough and the team needs someone overseeing them. A drive thru order that just came in never takes priority over those in your dining room.

Went through the drivethru in the middle of a snowstorm did not get all of the food I ordered. With my meal I wanted 2 mashed potatoes and 2 Mac and cheese, instead they gave me corn and coleslaw. The person who took our order could barely hear him through the intercom when we asked him a question. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone and after it rings for about 10 times, it asks me for an access code.

****NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY FOOD HERE**** May 31, 2024 ordered 1 3-piece meal & 1 2-piece meal at drive-thru, sounds in speaker made ordering difficult. Once at window felt very rushed, paid & driving out directly onto Broadway to head South, the driveway is way too short & steep. Dropped 3-piece order off at friends house, got home and my 2-piece leg was small about 3 mini bites of chicken, then peeled skin off thigh and it was gray-color and darker gray bone, did not attempt to eat. Too Gross. Biscuit was dry, but Mashed Potatos & Dr. Pepper were perfect. I will never order chicken here again, only sides & beverages & chocolate ring cake. June 13, 2024 i spoke to the lady that had the 3-piece meal and she said the chicken had red blood coming out of it and inside, it was definately not cooked enough and a Health Hazard & Violation.

This is a truly terrible place and service! I did request a cup for gravy. She said I had to pay, so I assured her it was fine and paid the fee. The size is little I spent $2.69 made me feel suspicious. It's overpriced because the gravy cup is excessively huge. Silly! I will not back! Never!
