The air was perfect for a hot day. The food was hot. I have the bowl half white rice half vegetables and Kung pao chicken
The restaurant is new in the area. My first visit. The food was fresh! Service was superb! I would definitely drive the distance to visit this Panda again. 🐼 🥢😋
Food is great. They prep fresh food when it runs low. The downside is that while you wait for a side to come off the stove, another item may be overlooked. They do take names for a future pick up of said missing item, just don’t wait too long or they will not have it any longer and you will leave empty handed and about $8 shorter. Good thing a new Panda Express is now open east of the 215 fwy
Service was great but it was late almost an hour before closing and some food items looked like were sitting there for a while.
Greeter and order starter great, down the line and cashier not friendly at all. Ordered the family meal. Had to wait 25 min or longer for one of the main dishes, not because it wasn't ready in 10 min but because the cashier didn't care to complete the order.
Service was good, food a bit dry. Chow mein undercooked. In the past they've done well with serving good orange chicken. I guess it's a hit or a miss.
We came here because my daughter had earned a gift certificate at school. The food is okay, we like it, but the service was disappointing. My 10 year old patiently waited in line to be ignored twice and the old lady behind the counter clearly felt the adults that walked in after her were more important. Very rude! The other issue is that their bathroom is locked and requires a code, where are we that it is necessary to lock the bathroom for customers. Having said that it is what is, but if you are going to lock your bathrooms please DO NOT ignore my child to the point she is about to wet her pants because you do not feel obligated treat children with respect. I had to ask for the code, they just continued to ignore her.
The reason I'm giving the service a bad review is because Tatiana was rude and messed up the flow of the cook line. She inserted herself and threw down the morale of the servers around her. I could see it! She slowed down my order getting to me because she took my side and gave it to another customer and told one of the other servers give me another one In such a rude way. No eye contact with anybody and she just does what she wants. Horrible. I know you guys won't discipline her but I want everybody to read this.
Absolutely no cheese in any wonton ! And 7$ for a side of honey walnut shrimp that had maybe 6 in there .
I ordered bigger plate to go with noodles only as entree. I don’t understand if someone playing a prank or what because my noodles was almost all veggies. This has to be a joke. Looks like they poured the leftovers from previous batch in my plate. Very unprofessional. really disappointed.
DON’T ORDER FOR DELIVERY ! Ordered through delivery service and was very very saddened to see what the store did, this is the 2nd time it’s happened, ordered beef broccoli and only received broccoli with old rice & chow mein many pieces were hard. They gave me all the “what’s left” serving. The delivery service was kind enough to reimburse me. I’ve been to this store and picked my food and it was good but I won’t go there because what they do for “to go/deliver” orders.
I ordered online for a family meal for pick up, not sure what’s going on here, but the orange chicken was halfway full in the entrée container on top of it was not even fresh. It was cold and hard And not edible at all, The rice kernels were hard and uncooked, The fried rice was white, and you can see the rice kernels uncooked and When I went to go bite into it, they were hard. After opening these two entrées, all the rest, I realized they literally just rushed this and put uncooked Out food and overcooked food in this whole Entire family meal! I would’ve waited for fresh food! I don’t care how long customers have to wait serving uncooked food is not acceptable! For the uncooked food I’m definitely going to report this to BBB!
The worse experience ever!! Look at the amount of food they gave us . 3 pieces of orange chicken !? Really?? 5 pieces of Shrimp. Everything cold and you can see how old that chicken was!! No one answers the phone for me to speak to the manager!! Very bad place !!
10% Beef and 90% Broccoli, Fried rice was hard and there were bits of the metal grill brush in my food. My sister said they were also not very friendly. She and my roommate worked at a different location and confirmed that it was plastic/metal pieces. Need my refund.
I ordered a plate with one entree & 2 sides - I chose chow mien & beyond orange chicken, I was expecting to pay $9.50 plus tax as shown on their menu. Somehow, I ended up with being charged extra. I asked them, they said there are extra charges for premium entree that no where do they state they will charge extra for plant based meat as a premium entree in the store. So whenever you eat there, beware of hidden charges.
The service person just put very little food on the bowl, I was with my wife, and bordered a bowl with white rice a 4 shrimp they charged her $16.00 for that order, Shane on them!.
Just got off work went in there to get something to eat. I had 2 $20 bills wrapped together. The bill came to 9.90 First of all, I had to wait and wait and wait just to check out then the girl comes over. I give her the money and she gives me $.10 back. I said where the rest of my chain she said oh you gave me a 10 I said no I gave you a 20 she argued with me and I said open the drawer. She said oh we’ll have to look at the camera. I said no just open the drawer so she opens the drawer and she’s fiddling around in there and then she takes 2 5 $ bills and slaps them in my hand without even apologizing Wow, this place needs to get better help. I have to argue to get the right change, super rude and then walked away. Everybody watch your money
Bad Managers This review is concerning one new manager in particular, Karina, who failed to in their duty to meet my need and concern as a customer and disguised their concern for the business as an act of discrimination, pride, prejudice and belittling. Yesterday, 5/23/25, I went into Panda to have a remake of my order since they messed it up. I spoke to the associate at the register and she got Karina, they manager. When Karina arrived I told her there was an issue with my order. No sooner than I told her there was an issue she automatically jumped to conclusions and said why I had an issue with the tofu and why because it was fresh. Then she lied and said I complained 3 times that week and got 3 remakes. My mouth dropped in horror as Karina stood there and lied. She made me the problem because she failed to take accountability for the food served. Instead, she attacked and lied about me. What kind of manager does that?? I asked Karina why she said that. Wondering why she lied. She said that she was trying to see what was wrong with the tofu and how to make it better. Really Karina?? Is that what you call it when you attack me and lie that I came in 3 times that week to get my orders redone? No. Karina went on to say that she is concerned their tofu didn’t meet my standards and that they follow the recipe all the time. She told me I can go to Hemet for their tofu. Not only did she not resolve the reason I came in there but she diverted me to another Panda to cover up the lie she spoke. So to solve her own lie and save the business from me Karina told me that I could never have a remake done since I came in 3 times that week for a redo. So I was punished and discriminated against and told to eat elsewhere to resolve Karina’s lie that I came in 3 times that week for a redo. And this is what Panda Corporation and the Menifee store consider an honest and trustworthy manager? I came in for a simple redo but found myself in a verbal situation with someone who needed mental help. I told Karina what changed from my experience and what the difference in taste was. Karina denied and dismissed it. Giving me the impression that their pride and ego is worth more than making the dish great again and that it is an inability to fulfill their job duties and more an unresolved personal issue than anything else. Eventually after 10 minutes of this Karina remade my plate. After she did that I spoke to her again at the register and informed her that her statement of me coming into the store 3 times that week for a remake was not true. She agreed. Then I asked her how long she has been at that store? 4 weeks. And that was wrong of her to say that and not what I’ve expected of a manager. She apologized for saying that. I thanked her for my food and left. Writing this review in the early morning hours I realized my soul was not at peace with what transpired at this location and the negative encounter I had with Karina. It saddens me she would lie and blame me instead of take responsibility. My soul is not at peace eating here anymore. Karina needs help. She needs management classes, mental health class/counseling, conflict resolution classes, cultural competency classes and an ethics class. Because if she could lie about me and take her issues out on me when all I did was come in there for a redo then there is a bigger issue at hand. I pray the store and corporate read this. I will pray for Karina today. And I will take my money elsewhere.
My pickup order was 30 minutes late. They prioritized a line of people even though I placed it ahead of time. I was waiting the whole time while they served the line. Because they prioritized the line, they ran out of what I ordered. They turned the fryer off after the line left. What’s the point of placing and paying for an order ahead of time if it’s not going to be started or finished? Don’t bother placing orders ahead of time.
This is the second time we have ordered takeout in the past couple of months. The food was cold when we pick up. The mushroom chicken had more Mushrooms, very little chicken. Plus my order was not correct on one of the plate sides. We ordered and picked up the food Saturday 3/29/2025. I have been trying to call and no one picks up the phone, so I will leave my review here.
