New Thai Cuisine Merced Reviews
The Pho is really good. I had yhe chicken, I also had the cucumbers and mango sweet rice... Service is good, the.place is clean. You can't go wrong.
Great place to eat. Family owned and staff is great. Since finding it a few months ago we go there weekly. Kids like the orange chicken. Good stuff.
All is amazing Pho shrimp 😋 Spring rolls 😋 Egg rolls yum 😋
I am from out of town, but I briefly interned in Merced before the pandemic and found this place by accident. I got the pad se ew with tofu and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve EVER eaten in my life. Sweet, salty, spicy, juicy, and crisp veg. Months later, I came back to Merced on business and got to come here again. Ordered the same dish and it’s as good as ever. Workers are cheery and polite, and are careful re: vegetarian/vegan requests. Dine in and take out were pleasant experiences. I’ll make more excuses to make the trip to Merced just so I can eat here again. For real. Their pad se ew is worth the trip.
The food here is great! Good speedy service. Huge portions for relatively cheap. Amazing overall experience. Thank you for feeding us!
I almost gave up hope trying to find me a pho restaurant in Merced. Then two friends of mine suggested going to a Thai restaurant to get some pho and that confused me. So today I had time to stop by and try some of their chicken pho and I was highly impressed. The flavor was just like the phone I case it back in San Jose where I'm from I've never had that much chicken ever in my phone. This place is first class even down to the napkins. Next time I stop by I'm going to have me some Thai food. Friendly staff clean bathrooms.
I love this place. Best Thai around. Food is fresh, generously portioned, and always delicious. Add to that a friendly and courteous staff and you've got a top notch restraunt!
Okay food is really tasteful and great. Price is absolutely decent for this quality of food. Service is very friendly and hardworking. If I visit this area, I will defiantly come this restaurant again.
The food is always so good! Usually get the combination pho, pork chow mein, or orange chicken. The staff is also very friendly. They also have the best Thai coffee!
I travel a lot all around the world and I try all kind of food everywhere I go. So I was very surprised when I had to admit to myself, that your Seafood Tom Kha Gai was one of my best food experience in my life. Even better than a Michellin restaurant in Bali I went to..
I pick my lunch up from here occasionally and the food is so Delicious that I say to myself, "Self why don't you remember to eat here more often, the food is GREAT, the service is GREAT and the people are always so NICE and POLITE. Best of all the price is AMAZING.
Everything on the menu is amazing. Absolutely best Thai curry; Panang utterly phenomenal, Green was so delicious I didn't want to stop eating. Definitely have an addiction to this place.
Very good food, but need a bigger place 😊 your food is so good, please get a bigger place so that we don't have to wait in line to enjoy your food. Customer service is amazing.
Had a Great experience. The waitress was very friendly and upbeat. The food was good. Large portions for a cheap price.
Decent Thai and Vietnamese food offered here. Lots vegetarian options. Close early 7:30pm for dinner.
I've always wanted to try this place and then I did and now its my new favorite place to eat. The food is excellent and they make vegetarians options~
This place is delicious. Very friendly. This was my first time, but sons and family members come here all the time. I definitely will be going back. Thank you
Their food is delicious. Sometimes you have lines but well worth the wait. They have good service even when busy. Its minimal wait time for meals too.
You wouldn’t think much of the place looking at it from the outside, but they have some of the best Thai food anywhere in this side of the coasts, bested by only by Banh Thai in San Diego in my opinion. We had the pad see ew and Penang curry and both were phenomenal! The pad see ew was cooked with wide, and I mean wiiiiide, noodles, exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to pad see ew. The Penang curry was equally delicious, mildly sweet and full of flavor. The service was also speedy and pleasant. I definitely plan to visit if I pass through Merced again.
We love this spot. Staff is always welcoming and friendly the food is always on point. Thank you guys for always making us feel apart of the family. Blessings!
One of the best restaurants in merced guaranteed. The portions don't leave you wanting for more and the taste definitely places it above a plethora of restaurants here. The menu is extensive and I have yet to grow tired of it despite numerous visits over the past couple years.
My boyfriend and I stopped by off the 99 grumpy and hungry 😤😣 we took a chance to try New Thai Cuisine.. We were pleasantly surpised. I asked for basil and it seemed as though she picked it from a secret garden in the back 😁😄The food was full of flavor and the service was excellent!!! I'll defiantly be back 😉😁
This place is great. We've been twice now. The service is great and the food is fresh, amazing, ultra flavorful and decently priced. We will definitely be back a third time.
Fantastic service. Quick too. Food has excellent flavor profile. Their red curry with duck is served on the bone giving great essence to the broth. Pad Thai is well sauced and not dry.
I tried the pad Thai ,yellow curry with sticky rice ,thai drunken noodles, pineapple rice and vegetarian pad Thai to go …amazing experience everything was delicious my favorites was the pad Thai and drunken noodles on another level a absolute must try.. I read a review saying it was 2 star. This is my favorite place for pho and first time trying the Thai from Sacramento Stockton Manteca Modesto to Fresno and everything in between hands down the best pad Thai level 4 heat and drunken noodles I ever had.
Don't judge the place from outside. The food was very delicious and the service was top notch. They check in on us frequently and the food was done quickly considering they were busy. Highly recommended
Get the green curry and spring rolls. You're welcome. Excellent pho! Wish they would bring back Satay chicken but they do have a chicken with the same seasoning and super delicious peanut dipping sauce.
Delicious food! HUGE portions for an incredibly reasonable price. My favorite is the Massaman Curry, so rich and creamy with big hunks of potato and giant cashews mmmm! They have the best peanut sauce too, it tastes good on anything - rice, chicken, veggies, you name it!
Serves big portions of great food! It can get crowded really fast though. I wouldn't take more than 6 people to eat here because of the seating situation. They serve vegan and vegetarian options
Great customer service, great food and even though I order take-out and the restaurant was packed, I was served as if I was going to eat there. Great Thai tea, great red curry duck and egg noodle duck. I will continue to eat here for sure.
Usually go to Thai Cuisine further down, today we decided to try it here. We were greeted right away and with a friendly smile. The pho was delicious and hit the spot! Most definitely will be back.
We tried this restaurant based on the review in Google Maps and were not disappointed. Huge portions at moderate prices. In our party of four we all took home leftovers for a second meal.
This place never disappoints. The best Thai Fried Rice in Merced. Amazing BBQ Chicken and when I ask them to over cook it because I'm weird...they always stay true. Best sauces mixed with the flavor of the dishes makes this spot one of the best gems in Merced. I always will recommend BBQ Chicken and a side of fried rice. The chicken stuffed shrimp egg rolls are mouth watering...just be careful, the food comes out hot. Don't ever change please.
I love this place😍😍😍 I recommend everything😘😘 I have tried lots of their food. But love especially the Pho combo soup😅😅😅😅 Yum woon salad and Yum seafood salad. Mussels, shrimp and plenty of other great stuff. A must try plus the Satay skewers for appetizers. Oh yeah, sticky rice dipped in the sauce that's on the salad tastes really good.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Food was delicious!
We ordered the chicken pho. We were a little under the weather, so it was nice to have a warm and tasty pho to enjoy. The broth is very aromatic. Nice crispy veggies to add to your pho. Never a bad meal here! Took the food to go so we enjoyed at home and they wrap the food very well so it won't spill. 👍🏾
Cozy atmosphere, the food was very good, and the staff were very friendly. If you think this place doesn't look like much on the outside, do not let that deter you. You won't regret it.
Food was really good. The two girls that were serving were super friendly and very pleasant. We are really happy to go back, this restaurant will be a regular for us. We love to eat Calamari everywhere we go, so we were a little disappointed with that. It tasted really good but you can tell that it had been frozen and it was over cooked, but like I said it still tasted good. This won't stop us from going there again. The rest of the food is very fresh and very hot temperature wise. You can add your own hot sauce to taste.
HUGE portions, good food. Our to go boxes after stuffing ourselves looked like we hadn't eaten anything. Prices are really good for the amount of food. We could have split and entree and still had leftovers!
First visit. Food was great. I had Pineapple Rice with shrimp (only 4) but plenty of chicken, calamari and pork, along with cashews and, of course, pineapple. Very moist and delicious. Spices can be added (none for me please). Egg rolls were also good. It was a hot day but was cool inside! Staff were friendly and attentive, kept the raspberry tea flowing! We'll eat here again.
I am seriously in awe of just how delicious the food is! Not only that but the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I had traveled from out of town and happened to stumble upon this restaurant (wanting some good pho for my son and I). I will definitely be back just for this food. We had taken it to-go and by the time we got home it was still hot and so full of flavor. Ten out of ten recommend this establishment! Don’t miss out. I’ve already told a handful of friends that frequent Merced. Hopefully they listen to my RAVE review!! We ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken (not spicy for my kiddo), Green curry with chicken and sticky rice, and a Kids order of chicken Pho with an extra broth. I’ve also read that the crispy tofu is a must. Our next visit for sure :) I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Lovely place, will return! Food was amazing, and authentic Friendly staff, good prices Clean dining room. Try the Pad Thai and the chicken Wings 🔥🔥🔥
We stopped here on the way back from Yosemite to SF Bay Area. Delicious food and was especially impressed with the fact that most items including curries could be made vegan / vegetarian. Generous portions as well at reasonable prices. We had the vegan Panang Curry and vegan stir-fry eggplant. Highly recommended and would return for sure.
Another of my top pho places in merced. This place dont miss. Great food and service. Affordable price. Good amount of food for price. I recommend the beef and meatball pho with chili oil. Or the chicken wings with sticky rice. Enjoy!
Five star for the food and 3 1/2 for the restaurant. I had the Pad Grapao - 7 spice level and my husband had the Yellow Curry - 8 spice level. We both like spice. The 7 was perfect for me - did not make my nose run! My husband said the 8 was good for him - made his nose run a little! The food was delicious. It was fresh, hot, and the portions are ample. The service was very good, too. The restaurant space could use a little freshening up - fresh paint on the walls (no need for that fake bamboo ) and in the bathroom (as well as the bathroom door). I would definitely go back when visiting Merced. Makes me hungry just thinking about the yummy food!
I really enjoy New Thai Cuisine. Most of the time we order take out and pick it up. This time we came to dine in around 630. Tonight happened to be a busy night (Friday and the first). We didn't have to wait too long for a table and were informed that food was taking 15 to 30 minute wait. We did not mind waiting bc we know the food is really good. We ordered an orange chicken, pad Thai, and fried rice. Fifteen minutes later the waitress came over and was real sympathetic about their rice maker not coming properly. We ended up ordering bed and broccoli and instead of sticky rice we got steamed vegetables instead. I must say that I was extremely happy with the broccoli and beef, it had lots of garlic and I could taste the fish sauce and the steamed veggies were delicious. The shrimp pad Thai was wonderful as was the orange chichen, as it always is. This is a place that my picky eater 13 year old will eat at. The three dishes and a soda was a whopping $35, you can't beat that! We even had left overs! We will definitely be returning.
Been going to this place for a bit now. Sad they closed the one down in Atwater. It was much closer to me. I still drive out of my way to get the food here. Especially if I don't feel like cooking Thai food at home. I recommend the fried rice, yellow curry and shrimp in a blanket. Service is great.
I used to go to this location as a child, but it was called the Rice Bowl and it was chinese food. While the building is a different color and the food is different, I still love walking into this building. They staff is so friendly and fast, and the food is great. Very fair prices and you get a lot for your money.
Under new ownership some of the best Thai food I’ve eaten very fresh very good customer service. The new owner is very friendly. I would recommend this place over all other Thai places in Merced hands-down thank you so much for bringing good food back to Merced..The chicken ..sticky rice and spring rolls are my favorite.. Don’t let the outside older building scare you ..Food is excellent 😊
Food was awesome. Never had this kind of food. Loved it staff was friendly and was really good on checking up on us to see if there was anything else we needed or wanted. Place was clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I'm always open to try new foods. Glad I tried the food at this restaurant.
Food was great. Everyone at the table had different plates and they were all delicious. Service was great everyone really friendly. Dairy free thai tea which out daughter loved.
It was my first time at this place, and I am definitely going back. The food tasted good and was reasonably priced, and their space was very cute. The service was great; the hostess was very nice.
It's exquisite Thai food that's delicious and filling. Lao people know how to throw down in the kitchen, and this restaurant is living proof! The fried tofu and tom ka are the must have gems of this place. Please! Please! PLEASE, try their sticky rice with any dish you buy. The coconut and Thai iced tea are yummy as well.
Another wonderful meal! This time is a shrimp and pork noodle salad with fresh tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, green onions, mushrooms, iceberg lettuce, and rice noodles is an excellent dressing/marinade.
Excellent. I went there on a recommendation from a co-worker and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and so was the aervice
Excellent service and good food. The pho and appetizers are all tasty and delicious. The curries are also good. Get there early for pho in the winter time. They occasionally will run out due to demand!
The food was sooooo good!!! The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was perfect! I was craving red curry but they were out so, they made me yellow curry with the vegetables from the red curry. 😋 YUMMMM!!! It was so good that now I need to try the yellow curry just as it comes. This is definitely a new favorite for me!!

Excellent food. Used to be The Rice bowl. Went there many times in the last. We had shrimp pad thai and special fried rice with pork. Brought 2/3 of both dishes home. I like the vessel used. Kind of a bowl plate. Kept food hot. Waiter was very good.
What a pleasant surprise this eating place is. Unassuming, but it packs in pleasant atmosphere. wonderful service, and great food. And finally - the vegetable were not over cooked, leaving me with not only great taste but also a bit of healthy. Recommend

I ordered the Pho combination and Pad Thai with chicken. The pho was well made with the noodles well cooked. The only one complaint was that the beef was not fully cooked and I it was slightly still pink. Besides that the rest of the meats were well done and the pho was excellent. As for the Pad Thai it was very well done and not to sweet or salty, just right. With a side of crushed nuts to add flavor if pleased and finished with cold sprouts on top. The service was as expected for any fine establishment and great with smiles. Seating is chosen by the guest and the establishment is small hower with enough eating space to feel comfortable.
Very small place but clean. 1 bathroom available for everyone. I eat a limited selection from the Menu because I don't like alot of Thai dishes. What I eat is delcious and that little place is always packed. The service is very good too.
I love New Thai Cuisine. They have so many different dishes to choose from. Everything I have tried is yummy. The fried shrimp is so scrumptious. I also enjoy the chow main. It has so many yummy veggies. It's one of my favorite dishes. Give them a try. You're guaranteed to find something that floats your boat.
Generous portions of Thai food that are very satisfying, though the dishes could benefit from a bit more depth and boldness in flavor.
Had broccoli & beef with a bowl of sticky rice. It was delicious. My first time here. The bowls of Pho (soup) a huge. I am used to Chinese restaurants that have a combo meal, with 3 items and fortune cookie. Service was quick and food did not take too long to arrive. Atmosphere, place was clean; there were no pictures in the dining room.
Great service..delicious food..I always come for their Pho and spring rolls..must try if u haven't yet, and there's so much to choose from
Updated photos of the menu as of January 2nd, 2025! It was delicious some dishes tend to lack flavor but we ordered in person for togo and We forgot to take pictures of our food so we will make a new post whenever we eat out again! We love the combination Pho, yellow curry, pad thai, orange chicken with sticky rice, their Papaya Salad! We try to get one new dish every time plus a favorite.

I frequent this restaurant. Just had someone incredibly rude answer the phone, don’t know if I’ll keep calling if she answers, again. The food is usually good and the brother/sister server/manager are great, the other servers need to learn from them. Not so content with new staff being hired.
Heard this was a good pho place, so my little family went to try it out. Bad customer service, there were no friendly greeting and waiter from the start was not in the best of mood. We were missing a food item but the same waiter whom checked us out said they did not know what happened. No REFILLS asked, ever seen Reservoir Dogs? I was pulling Mr. Pink but wifey gave it anyways. We only tried the combination pho and the kids pho. It was alright, not your typical soup base. There were no onion oil, if you're a true pho eater. The combination comes with shrimp, calamari, beef, beef balls and imitation crab (which to me throws off the taste). The kids pho only comes with one side of meat and when you order another side they do not put it in the soup. Final Verdict: Not the best of Pho in my own opinion, portion was good. Customer service was not great. We did not try the other food there and it was our first time there, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt (hence the 3 stars).
I heard lots of good things about this place... Went twice, initially the web stated they're were open until 8pm. It didn't specify they stopped taking orders at 730pm. No biggie. Went back the following weekend, as I don't live in Merced, ordered Honey Hot wings, Veggie Chow Mein and chicken Pad Thai. The Honey Hot chicken wings were as advertised, delicious, a must reorder in the future. The Veggie Chow Mein was okay, nothing to write home about. Finally, the chicken pad thai was really bad, it had a funky smell, we didn't finish it. The chicken pad thai at Thai Cuisine II, is much better. We are open to try it again. The staff was welcoming and nice.
The staff was helpful and friendly, we came with a group over 5, 7 actually so the gratuity was automatically added not a huge fan of that but it's understandable. My sister is vegan and the lack of knowledge as to what is in certain dishes and the I don't know response isn't an acceptable response guys. Especially considering it was her birthday dinner and she had picked this place because staff had been very helpful and understanding when it came to her dietary restrictions in the past. The food was good, the staff was friendly, just expect to get I don't know as a response if you have dietary restrictions.
It's okay. Pho is the easiest and fastest food to come out but this place definitely took its time. Even our Laab came out first. Pho is not the best but the most expensive I've seen. Small for $14. Too expensive here. You can get the same food at other restaurants for less.
I order seafood yellow curry with rice and they gave me chicken curry. On top of that, there's also a hair on my rice. I'm gonna call them today when they open. Hopefully they can do something about it. I've always been happy with this place, just not this time.

Just went there ordered to go and when I got home saw that there was plastic floating in the pho the lid had a hole and they put something on top to try to cover it up not even replace the lid
Made a stop here for some lunch on our roadtrip. I had high expectations considering the reviews, especially for the Pad Thai. In the end, I was pretty disappointed... The service is good, but the food was meh. My family ordered the Combination Pho, Pad Thai, and a seafood dish. The pho was probably the most delicious part of the meal. We finished the bowl with no problem. I highly recommend it. The seafood dish was also pretty good, just a little too sweet for my taste. Now... the Pad Thai was probably the worst I've ever had. It was too sweet and way too salty. After a couple bites, I had to start eating it with rice because I couldn't handle it. My family was convinced that they accidentally seasoned it twice. Maybe they did, and their Pad Thai is actually delicious. Who knows? This won't be my first choice the next time I'm passing through the city.
Staff was the best thing here. We ordered the steak salad, spring rolls, the peanut dish, tom kha, and veggie stir fry. The steak salad was the onoy thing I would eat again. The peanut dish tasted like a jar of Skippy with sugar and milk. It was inedible. The spring rolls had just lettuce, shrimp, and chicken. The tom kha was tomato soup with coconut milk, the stir fry was bland as well. Merced has great Vietnamese/Thai places, but this isn't one of them.
I'm shocked to see such great reviews. I love Thai food, but this was bland and flavorless. Even the rice was strange and unlike anything I've ever seen before. The only dish that was good was the pho. Tofu was burned and had a weird after taste. Beef was hard and chewy... maybe old? Noodles were clumped together and should have been unacceptable to serve, but they gave them to us anyway. Oh, and the waitermixed up the order of the people at our table (one chicken dish. One beef dish), but it wasn't a big deal we didn't ask for anything to be redone. Def the first and last time I'll ever eat there.
Needed to pick up something for lunch while in the area and decided on this place due to the high reviews. I ordered the red roasted duck curry. The customer service was great, food came out in a decent time however the duck was the worst I've ever eaten. They were small bits that were very tough and chewy reminiscent of meat that's been nuked in a microwave several times and very jerky-like. This is not an exaggeration. I generally don't give bad reviews but this was an extremely disappointing experience.
We had orange chicken that was overcooked. The rice was absolutely amazing with the red curry. The egg rolls were a little over cooked but wonderful. The noodle bowl was tasteless. It was presented beautifully, The noodles and the vegetables but just lack any flavor whatsoever

Just went here at 730ish to order to go and they pretty much said they stopped serving that the kitchen had already started to shut down. I'm sorry your door says your open until 8pm which means you should continue to serve until 8. I really liked their food but I refuse to go here anymore. Most restaurants want your business and will serve you even if you walk in the door 5 minutes before closing but not this place.
Foods are terrible, its not what it was shown on picture and not advertised is to bolds but foods is not goods
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK. I have been coming here for 2 years now. I went there last night and idk if it was the fact that it was all the left over food from the day or what but I was up all night just sick. If you have a sensitive stomach and want fresh food do not go here especially at night.
Poor service. They just lost potential customers. We came here for the first time because we were told this place had decent food. We had 2 out of town relatives that came to visit and we arrived at 7:34 p.m. They close at 8:00 p.m. however, we was told that they were done for the day. Which didn't make any sense. Why close at 8 if you cannot serve anymore customers after 7:30 p.m.? I mean, seriously? In my entire 29 years of eating out at restaurants had we not ever been told this. Why I would say this? Because I, myself used to work in a Buffet that closes at 9:00 p.m. if we get a customer that walks in the door at 8:59 p.m. -- me and the rest of us especially the cooks: damn, we gotta stay an extra 30 mins on top of our off time which was 10:00 p.m., I would never recommend this place to anybody.
The review is for the food, not the service. So the place I normally order my Thai Food from was closed, so I decided to try a new place for my favorite food. I ordered Chicken Panang and Pineapple Fried Rice. Let’s start with the Panang. It wasn’t a curry, it was just water with some panang curry paste mixed together, it wasn’t a sauce, it was legit water. The chicken was dry and chewy. The panang was so bitter, I couldn’t smell or taste any peanut or anything. It was so disappointing. My only problem with the Pineapple Fried rice was that the tails were left on the shrimp in the fried rice. I had to sort thru the rice and remove each shrimps tail, but I missed one and my boyfriend almost choked on it, cuz we mix our panang with our rice so it’s all blended for him. But yeah otherwise the rice was okay. I don’t know if this is an everyday occurrence but this meal definitely did not do this place the best 4.5 reviews it’s got.
We had been craving pho for a while now so we got our late valentines dinner last night BUT it made both of us so sick. We were up all night throwing up and just miserable. We had got a golden bowl, chicken/beef pho and pork fried rice. I don’t know what part made us so sick but when I called to let them know she basically just told me that it wasn’t their fault and to have a good day. I wasn’t calling to get anything for free or anything like that I just wanted to inform them so that no one else got sick from whatever it may have been. (Could have even been the oils or something of that nature) But her lack of empathy and understanding is what pushed me to write this review. This WAS our pho spot but they just lost us as a customer after this experience.
I don’t recommend this place, I got a wrong order and the lady had a bad attitude to me she said it wasn’t her fault.
The most sub par Thai food I have ever had. They do have big servings though.
This place has almost the same exact name as another Thai restaurant on the same street. I mistakenly called this restaurant thinking it was the other, and placed an order to go. When we discovered my mistake, we went with it to see if this place was going to be a good dinner option. It was not. You can see in the photo… what looks like a refrigerator magnet with clip must have fallen into the pan while the were cooking my wife’s green curry. The plastic is visibly deformed from the heat. The magnet separated and was elsewhere in the broth, implying that we were eating the melted glue before we discovered it. Otherwise, the food was pretty substandard. The curry broth was quite thin. The pad thai sauce was unusually sour. My pad king was overcooked and very greasy. The sticky rice was dried out.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but as of late the experiences here have been subpar. Especially, after calling to let them know that they had not cooked my orange chicken all the way through and served me raw chicken I was told to bring the food back in and “prove it’s raw” if I wanted a refund. Unfortunately, for them I was only calling to inform them so no one gets sick. Was not looking to leave a bad review or get anything for free, but how the situation was handled by the girl over the phone this is only fair to let everyone know. Unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be returning here in the future. Be careful and make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through if you decide to eat here. Food quality is definitely on the decline and from my previous experience so is the customer service.
Garbage food and inpatient waiter. We first walked in and our waiter was rushing us to order and after we finally got our food it tasted terrible. My yellow curry tasted like a bar of soap and seemed like it was instant broth and boiled meat. Our party of 5 did not enjoy any of the dishes and to top it off there's an automatic 15 gratuity charge so normally you tip for good service but here your obligated. Not only that as I was wrong up the waitress had the nerve to say 15% is added already but you can add more here. Your better off going to McDonald's or literally anywhere else then here. Don't waste your money its only a matter of time until this place gets shut down for sure. You have been warned eat at your own risk.
This place use to be good but recently the 3 times I've been here, I've experience fake customer service and the food suck. The meatballs in my pho was over due and the moment I took a bit of the meatball I immediately spit it back out. Anyone who knows pho.. knows what I'm talking about. My nephew loves pho and he's only 2. He spit out to so it's not just me. My sister couldn't eat it as well. So disappointing.
It's a shame that I need to give them a low review, because the employees were so nice and they were able to accommodate my request to sub out chicken for tofu. But they gave me fish sauce on a take-out order when I specified that I don't eat fish or meat and I specifically asked for non-fish sauce... I feel like I wasted $8 on an appetizer that I can't eat. Extremely disappointed.

In the fired rice I have found stone and the was not at all spicy. At last they said the chef is not there.
Picked up dinner - it was horrible. If I could give a negative star I would. They forgot the rice. There were barely any vegetables in the dishes, all of the meat was tough. Very unhappy.
I will never go this place again , I’ve never had this bad service ever , ordered a plate the rice was raw I told the girl can they cook it right it’s raw then the owner said to charge me double because they had to remake it the waitress was dum enough to said it look good to me they don’t care how they serve their plates to customers , will never recommend this place.
