The service was alright not what I was excepting the guy that took our order wasn't very suggestive seemed like he didn't want to be there the bathrooms were really dirty they only had three people working so I assumed they were short handed..... my drink was super thick with not a lot of coffee flavor and my husband's drink was really watery no music on and the lobby tables were dirty not going to come back to this location again

I stopped by yesterday for a mobile order that I placed. the girl at drive thru is who greeted me. there was a person in hot bar in front of me and a guy on cold bar making drinks. Neither of them 2 cared to ask if I had an order , if i wanted to order absolutely nothing. I waiting to the side for about 8 mins until i asked if those 2 drinks were mine. Again the drive thru person is who grabbed the drinks and gave them to me . Very unprofessional for the other 2 workers. I’m a regular at this starbucks and it’s a bummer when baristas can’t even be acknowledged.

I put in a mobile order before I even left my house, drove to this Starbucks and was told that they were going to have to park me because “they have a 12 minute grace period for mobile orders” which is perfectly fine, but she was telling me this at the speaker while there were 4 cars in front of us, which means she had absolutely zero faith in her team and KNEW that it was going to take at least 20 minutes to get the order done because we sat behind the other cars for at least 10 minutes. I didn’t even leave the $5 tip at that point because at the VERY LEAST, you could TRY and do your best instead of giving up any idea of getting the drinks made in a timely manner. The app said 14 minutes to be ready but they needed an extra 12 minute grace period. I know the dress code sucks but you still work there right? It’s not a hard task to make drinks quickly.

Slow they took the whole 30 minutes to give me a traveler and they gave me my drink sticky from the outside of the box didn’t even bother to clean it

this place sucks. i always have problems with my orders. today i went and got a grande and it wasn’t even filled up. why did i pay for a grande when its basically a tall. i’m so tired of spending money here. won’t be going here again.

Had one of the worst experiences at this location by far. Placed a mobile order and was given attitude when I asked for a Strawberry Asae. Aside from that it was a long wait before I received my incorrectly made drinks and a half filled tall water. The worker made this an overall bad experience and I will not be coming back to this location.

I go to Starbucks around Central Valley to rate them. This one is terrible. From the handfuls of Starbucks I visit, I’m always able to order a coffee and get a side of cream when I’m at the window. I’ve been doing it for years. And after this one declined me I went to the Starbucks down the street and was able to get it. This one tried charging me 3.75 for a side of cream I was going to add to my coffee? Outrageous I know. Not going back, I’ll drive the extra mile to the next one available. They even tried telling me I couldn’t use their bathroom unless I was buying something and confirmed my order to make sure I wasn’t lying a while before this happened. I knew something rubbed me the wrong way then and this only confirmed it more.
