An excellent experience. The food is delicious. Ceci served us and recommended some options; we tried the green chilaquiles with pork rinds and the ones filled with sausage. We also had coffee and orange juice. We tried their Abuelita hot chocolate and chai latte, and they were both good. We arrived too late for the sweet bread they bake daily. My recommendation is to arrive early or make a reservation. It's pet-friendly, and they have food for them.

All the staff are very attentive and always on top of things. The food comes out very quickly and is delicious. In the air-conditioned area, they have a mini boutique with lovely things like mugs, t-shirts, notebooks, and more.

It far exceeded our expectations. The portions are huge, and the flavor of each dish is delicious. Despite being super crowded and having a line waiting for a table, the service is spectacular! Sergio served us, super friendly and smiling. Hugo was always there to make sure everything was okay at our table. Definitely a new favorite.

The place is very nice, the food is delicious and of very good quality. The atmosphere is very nice. The only thing I got was a chair that was a little bent at the leg, but they quickly replaced it.

A place that definitely deserves a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The food is delicious, with excellent seasoning and generous portions. The dishes not only look appetizing, but also deliver on flavor. I loved the cheese sandwich! (Grilled sandwich, $210) The day I went, I preferred to eat inside, but there was no room, so they offered me one of the tables outside, and it was super nice (it's covered, with lots of plants and fans to mitigate the heat). What fascinated me was that they were attentive and, as soon as a table inside became available, they offered me a change of seat. From the first moment, the service was excellent; the staff was always attentive and friendly, and even the owner or manager (I'm not sure) is on top of making sure everything is going well, which is greatly appreciated because it reflects their commitment to their customers. Excellent!

THE MOST DELICIOUS CHILAQUILES I'VE EVER TASTED! Don't miss trying the Swiss and cream chilaquiles at Xcatic, you won't regret it. Their bakery is also delicious. The refillable coffee is good despite being a refill, and the cold latte was also delicious. It's usually packed, so expect to wait a bit for a table. ☺️ But I highly recommend this place!

Delicious, the price is average, a little higher, but the portions are great. ... I loved it! I recommend the Xcatik chilaquiles and the chocolate and strawberry croissant for dessert. What I loved, besides the food, was the service from the super attentive and friendly staff. What I didn't like is that the air conditioning is insufficient, and although the outdoor area is cool with beautiful plants and fans, Mérida is too hot for this option.

What a delightful brunch we had today. They were quite busy, but it wasn't annoying. The customers were all happily interacting. The bagel with salmon had a wonderful taste. All the ingredients blended harmoniously. ( Bagel was more like bread than bagel) The French toast disappeared from my husband's plate. We'll be back.

The breakfast was delicious, the place was very clean, and the service was excellent... my only complaint is that I got a table next to the bathroom, which was inconvenient 😐... other than that, everything was great... I would definitely go back, but to a different table, hehe.

We didn't expect it to be a busy place, as I'm from out of town and really wanted to visit based on a recommendation. I recommend making a reservation before going. Even though the place was full, we were quickly assigned a table. We were inside, fully air-conditioned and pleasant, but since it was full, it was a bit noisy. The service was good; our food was served promptly. Their menu is extensive and varied, and the food is exactly as described. The chilaquiles, both red and green, were exquisite, the orange juice was flavorful, and the nut horchata was delicious. I think both food and drinks are served in good proportions. Good value for money. It's pet-friendly, so you can go with your friends.

Please go with someone. They look at you a bit strangely if you go alone. I literally walked in and they asked me "what can I get you?" One person seats you, another takes your order, and another clears your plates (if they even see you). Aside from the inconsistent service, the food is delicious. The cold brew horchata is unbeatable.

Had a bowl of fruit. A little bit on the pricy side. Also had a decaf Capuccino. Unfortunately a little on the cooler side and pretty large. Tasted more like a latte. But the staff was super friendly.

This place had been recommended to me, and I had a very bad experience. I ordered a Croque Madame, and it looked spectacular. Everything was perfect until I broke the bread and a hair came out... I thought, "Okay, maybe it was an accident," but when another of my companions broke his breakfast, it also included hair inside his bread. I immediately felt sick. They approached us and offered to exchange our dishes. Personally, I was already upset. The staff approached us and apologized, as did the owner or manager himself personally. Overall, the atmosphere was good, and the service and staff handled the situation well. They gave us a discount on our bill and apologized profusely. Even so, with these types of situations, I was unlucky and had a bad experience. I hope this will serve as a precedent for finding better processes and ways to handle products with greater safety and care. Personally, I don't think I'll return, but I hope no one else has to go through an awkward moment when they go somewhere to enjoy their food. As you can see in the photos, everything they served us looked spectacular. The devil is in the details. Good luck in the future 🙌🙌 I thank the staff for all their attentiveness.
