The pizzas were delicious, and the waiter was very friendly. What I didn't like was that they asked for a $5 tip (meaning we were $5 short of the required tip, which isn't supposed to be mandatory).

The chili fries are very tasty and the plate is very large, the deep dish meat pizza is very tasty and the medium one was enough for 2 people and 2 children.

The deep dish pizza is delicious, and although the price is high, it's in line with the quality and size of the product. They also offer other types of pizza, pasta, appetizers, and a kids' menu. We ate the pizza so quickly we didn't even take a nice photo. The manager's service was superb.

The place is nice and the service is good, they served us very well, the four cheese pizza is very tasty, we ordered the large one and I was full with one slice, the milkshake was also very good.

I think we all understand that Chicago pizza is very special and you will probably not find a perfect one outside Chicago. That being said this pizza was good it had 600 grams of cheese (they do a blend of 4 cheeses, that knocked one star off because I prefer mozarrela and I do not personally like Gouda in my pizza) the crust was like a decent Chicago pie crust. The service was super nice and they had a stout on tap which you do not find often. With the medium pizza two people can eat, since it has too much cheese one slice was enough for me, well after having popcorn at the movies. Overall a good experience.

Honestly I was skeptical trying this place because of the reviews but it was a GREAT experience. Service was a 10/10 food was 9/10. I will say the prices for the pizzas are more expensive than Chicago 😅

We saw the reviews but decided to try this restaurant anyway, because I am a huge fan of deep dish pizza. Everything was fantastic. The service was prompt and polite. The pizza was delicious. The drinks were great. If you want authentic Chicago deep dish, I suggest you take a trip to Chicago. That's the only place you're gonna get it. Comparison is the thief of joy, and it is unrealistic to expect pizza in México to taste exactly the same as in Chicago. We had 4 different pizzas and they were all prepared perfectly and tasted great. We really enjoyed the outing and plan to go back again in the future.

Deep-dish pulled pork; a medium-sized portion was enough for two people, even to take away. It had a different flavor than the usual mid-range options. The brownie was very good. The service was a bit slow, but understandable, it was busy.

Excellent pizza, we would definitely return. The atmosphere is pleasant and there are games inside… the food was delicious, a great idea for a date with friends and a pleasant dinner… my friends and I loved it. One large pizza was enough for four people and we were completely full. The only downside was the poor service we received. We asked the hostess for a photo and she reluctantly took it, looking angry. We didn't feel she had greeted us very warmly. We don't know if she was having a bad time, but we were respectful. That was the only unpleasant thing about the night. We really appreciated the good service; the only point to consider is how the staff could improve their treatment of us. However, we would definitely give the place a second chance.

Kinda pricey and isn’t equal to the taste and quality, it tastes just like Costco’s pizza… Cheese doesn’t tastes fresh btw, there’s a lot of better pizza shops in Merida definitely.

Nice place. NOT deep dish pizza at all. Just a bunch of costco cheeze and a bit of Costco pepperoni on top. Not what I expected of the place. I would not recommend if you had pizza in the US or Europe.

Im from Chicago and I’ve had plenty of deepdish. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. Also the menu QR code takes you to a Google drive with 4 different pdfs, it looks bad and there’s a very simple solution. Physical menus. Our server was new and not perfect but still nice and did a good job. Also kinda pricy for the quality but it was a good experience.

Honestly, I was really disappointed. I wouldn't have liked this, but I expected so much more, and given the area it's in, I would have liked something better. To start with, the place is nice, and the waiter's service is just as good, but the food was what left me wanting more. The pineapple on the pizza was already a bit overcooked, and the Jamaican drinks were also a bit off. When they brought us the mac and cheese, I think it was the most disgusting we've ever had. A homemade one is a thousand times better. But the worst part is that we ordered it with some crispy strips, which were seriously the worst, and one came with a hair tangled in the breading. That was enough to make me want to leave. Honestly, they didn't charge me for the strips, and the waiter was attentive. I wouldn't recommend it, but it's in a good area, so I don't think they're short on customers.

There was no host at the entrance I had to go find someone when I first entered. And after 10 mins I get amenu saying that it takes 30-45mins for 1 pizza. What a waste of time. There prices are terrible even compared to the US. Not a place is would recommend to anyone but if you really want to waste time and money this is the place to be.
