It's a shame the pizzas are so good, but the Mexico branch is extremely dirty. The employees don't look good, and there's a small room in the back that looks very dirty; you can see it from the entrance.

Mal servicio, no te hacen caso, a todos les dicen q tardará 10 minutos y tardan más de 30 minutos demás del tiempo de espera, solo les entregan alimentos a sus repartidores mientras todas las personas esperan más de 1:15 1:30. No lo recomiendo.

El primer contacto es muy bueno pero al llegar al lugar a recoger la pizza se tardaron 15 minutos mas !! El lugar es incómodo caluroso con mucho sol la pizza nada fuera de lo común el pan de la pizza pareciera ser el de supermercado entonces textura sabor en general para mi gusto no fue agradable ademas no tienen queso para lo mal servidas que son no vale la pena estan caras para lo que te llvas al final !! Hay muchas mejores opciones

It's unbelievable that just today, I ordered pizzas for dinner at 8:30 pm, and they told me they'd arrive in an hour at most. It's already 11 pm and they still haven't arrived. They just keep giving me the runaround, saying they're about to leave, but nothing. It's incredible that they have such deplorable service. Two days ago, I called in the afternoon to see if they could provide me with an evening service to Colonia Revolución. I wanted to order several pizzas overnight and was unsure if they would deliver there. The guy who answered the call was very kind, asked, and told me that they could, even though the ticket was over $350, and with such a long wait time. I called at 9 pm to place the order, having previously asked that same day if they could deliver it to the same neighborhood. And the girl who helped me told me it wasn't possible, that their service didn't reach there. I told her that I had called hours earlier to ask if they could handle the service and they had said yes. To which this girl simply replied that no, they couldn't, without offering me any other solution. Terrible service and terrible service from the afternoon shift. In the end, I was left without the service I had previously planned…

The service from the counter staff is very poor. When you arrive, they don't welcome you; they practically have a negative attitude that discourages you from buying. I suggest they take a customer service course or replace that man at the counter if they want to achieve 5 stars.

The pizza has gone down in quality these last 2 years, I ordered garlic bread and they gave me the bread with 1 peso of cheese, I would believe it if it was a gift but I paid for it, they changed the cheese and the pizza as well with 1 peso of cheese, terrible, nothing like the quality that distinguished them, the guy who takes the order doesn't even notice his change, terrible service, the first photo is the one they gave me and the second is how it was before

We ordered a pastor pizza and requested a cilantro dip instead of chipotle. However, the chipotle dip arrived in a separate container, and the pizza itself was without cilantro. Furthermore, the pastor meat was extremely burnt (black). The toppings were very basic, and the dip seemed to be mostly mayonnaise with some food coloring. A disappointing experience, as they couldn't even fulfill a simple request. First and last time we order from here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered two Texas pizzas and garlic bread at 12 pm. It was 3 pm and the delivery hadn't arrived. I had to send someone to get them. The pizzas were burnt, and they didn't even send the garlic bread. I called to see what could be done, and they told me to wait another hour without resolving the issue. I would never buy from this place again!
