The place is good but it is very small, sometimes customers gather in vehicles and at the counter which makes you have to wait more than 10 minutes for your order and OUTSIDE when you line up for the counter. For the same reason, sometimes the ice cream melts very quickly even if it is delivered to you upside down. WHEN there are few customers, the ice cream is thicker and takes much longer to melt. The service is very good, the parking lot is also very small

The service is good... The service isn't bad, but I don't know if they don't want customers to stay too long, but they've closed the bathrooms, and that's terrible for families with children. Then, getting out of the parking lot is a hassle because the drive-thru staff won't give you space...

I ordered an Oreo cake, and honestly, the cake was good, but I ordered the extra decoration, which included a message and a topping. I asked for M&M's, and I imagined they'd deliver a cake with whole, colorful chocolates. I NEVER THOUGHT they'd deliver a monstrosity, an abomination of a decoration 🥲 Seriously, I might as well have just left it undecorated. The flavor was okay, but they really messed up the cake. Excuse me, but it looked like something else, like chocolate vomit or something. The decoration wasn't worth it.

It's unbelievable that with six people behind the counter, it takes them so long to serve three ice creams... and badly served at that! The place reeks of bathroom odors, and to top it all off... the service is terrible. It's a perfect example of: "I work here because I have no other choice, and that's just how it is." Everything is disappointing!
