We used to eat at the grill often, the food was excellent but today it is not so much, since the menu offers you one thing but the reality is another, the salads for example, they have everything but mostly they only put tomato, lettuce, the avocado is overcooked, it lacks orange segments, they practically use false advertising, the meat board offers skirt steak but they don't have it, it's a shame they don't make an effort to do their job well, the service is not as good as they used to give, now they only worry about making money without serving the customers properly. I hope they change to improve both the food and the service

Terrible service. They take ages to serve you, and the guy at the entrance in the red shirt got annoyed when we asked him to take our order. The mojitos are awful. The only thing worth eating is the pastor burrito. I'm never coming back to this place.

Food is food but drinks are not. They have a 2x1 promo on mixed drinks. I ordered a mojito and it barely had any alcohol and looked nothing like a mojito. See picture.

I went there to eat and they forced me to pay a much larger tip than I wanted to give. It's awful that they do that.

IT'S TERRIBLE!!! We paid 600 pesos for a soda and some nachos that cost over 400 pesos, and it was only enough for two people. Plus, they were supposed to be al pastor, and the meat tasted like absolutely nothing—very fatty and badly cut. Disappointing. I won't be back. Just to clarify, this is from the Xmatkuil location so you can report it. I hope they don't serve food this badly at their other locations, or even worse.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this restaurant fell far short of expectations. Compared to other places like La Isla, the experience was disappointing. The food quality left much to be desired; the meat was tough and difficult to eat. Furthermore, I was annoyed that they brought the drinks before the meal, despite my having specifically requested them afterward. This is a marketing tactic I don't appreciate. Another issue was that I ordered an extra drink for my daughter, and it never arrived. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he promised to bring ice, which never came until I asked for it again. Given this experience, I would not recommend this place. There are better options like La Isla, where the quality and service are significantly superior. Thanks for spending $800 on the worst meal of my life.

Terrible service. It took 45 minutes to deliver my order, and the place was almost empty. Everyone chatted away, and they forgot my dish and handed it to me completely burnt. DON'T GO THERE.
