I came here almost everyday for a torta for $18 pesos and it was delicious every time. Grab a torta here, you don't be disappointed, especially for the price, then if it's morning walk across the street to the juice bar and get some fresh fruit juice to wash it down.

The double-decker special tortas are amazing, they sell Sabritas chips and soft drinks to go with them, and also some local desserts. 100% recommended for breakfast or to take away a tasty lunch.

The sandwiches are tasty, but nothing more; they're just a way to stave off hunger. They don't contain ham, but rather "pimento cake." The price is reasonable, but they should be a little cheaper for what they actually contain. The service is the worst thing about this place; the ladies who serve you seem like they're doing you a favor by selling you something. Horrible. I wish the owners would realize this. The place needs remodeling, as it looks dirty and old. Finally, I only recommend buying here if you're hungry and on a budget and/or want to eat something quickly.

I don't know why they're making so much noise; the sandwiches are awful. Cheap ham, no mayonnaise, no sauce, nothing. Dry and overpriced for what they are. The employees have a bad attitude, and the place is really hot.

Everything is dirty and does not comply with health regulations (this can be reported to the Ministry of Health). The people who serve you are terribly bad at providing service; it seems as though you have to pay them to serve you. I was told that these cakes are famous, now I understand why they are.
