The service is friendly, but that's about it. The place is small, and the tables tend to be a bit dirty. The pizza is bland—it's really like eating dough—but it takes the edge off your hunger and they deliver it quickly, so I think it's good if you're in a hurry.
The service is terrible; only one person attends to you while the other plays on their phone. They don't have whole pizzas, only pizzas by the slice, and they're cold. We asked for ketchup and they told us they didn't have any; they only had one empty bottle, which is what we took. Overall, I don't recommend this place.
The layer of ingredients is very thin, the dough is very heavy, and they could be better. If you can find another option, do so.
I asked them to clean the table and they didn't do it, the pizza was delivered quickly, lack of attention from the staff as they go into the kitchen and don't see the needs of the people.
They refuse to honor our promotions. They charged us $200 for a $125 pizza, and when we complained, they said it was because it had more pepperoni, when in fact, it was the same pizza. The taste is average, it's not a good pizza, and it's very greasy. Plus, it seems like they're serving you out of force, not out of taste. What a bad experience, really!
The worst food I've ever eaten... Plus, if you don't remind them, they won't honor the promotions. They need to hire more staff because it's impossible for one person to do everything: take orders, cook, take out the trash, etc., and this leads to terrible service.
The employees do the bare minimum, but they have zero manners and don't know how to treat customers. I ordered fries and it took 55 minutes to get them, when they told me it would take 20 to 30 minutes. The quality of the food and service has gone downhill fast!
Don't trust Didi's so-called promotion because that's all you get, and then everything's done wrong, and their big dads are at best just average.
Don't buy here. It's nothing like pizza. It's just baked bread. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it had no cheese, ham, or pineapple.

Disgusting place, bad service, high prices, bad food.
The pizza is really good 😌👌🏽, but they give you the sauce very forcefully, they are on their cell phones instead of attending, the food delivery is very good but the operator doesn't even tell you what order is yours or the sauces, a pizza is not pizza without sauce 😒
They deceive with their publication, they are for ordering on platforms, but their photos are misleading, you get an individual-sized pizza (4 pieces)
On your Didi profile, you should post photos of your pizzas. We ordered a pizza thinking it was a regular size, but they only came with 4 slices.
