It's a small place to buy products and order them to go and enjoy at home. The tamales are good; not the best in the world, but not bad either. One advantage over other tamale vendors is that they're also open on Sundays.

Considero que deberían replantear el personal de atención al cliente o reforzar la capacitación, ya que la experiencia no corresponde con la calidad del producto

Los tamales muuy ricos la verdad pero el chavo que atiende el teléfono, es muy grosero y atiende de malas, van 3 veces que pido y cuando llamo tiene muy mala atención.

They're complying with hygiene regulations. One person at a time makes their announcement, but as usual, people don't read it and enter. Another issue is that their foot mat is dry (why would they put it there?). Yes, there's gel. I bought Mexican-style tamales. They're 17.50 MXP. Of the sweet tamales, only two were hot and the rest were cold. Average service. Nothing extraordinary.

I'm fed up with this being the second time I've ordered green vaporcitos and they always send me an incomplete order through Rappi. I ordered 8 vaporcitos and they only sent me 4; really, stop being like that! We pay for the product for a reason; do they want to make us look bad or something?

Terrible service! I arrived to eat with my children and the girl wouldn't serve me because I told her I was going to eat there and she told me she was leaving at 3 and there were still 15 minutes left! And in fact, it says they close at 10 p.m. It's really bad. It leaves me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I'll never go back. They should train their staff better.

Terrible service!! They're supposed to open at 8 am, the staff arrives late, and it still takes them about 50 minutes to have the product ready. That means the tamales aren't ready until after 9 am. The hours are misleading, they're out of stock (not all flavors are available), the clerk has a bad attitude, and the service is awful.

I always buy King Tamale at another branch. This is the first time I've bought here and the customer service is disgusting. I didn't order anything. I preferred to leave and go to another branch.
