Dickey's Barbecue Pit Mesquite Reviews
We went at the peak of the lunch hour and people were streaming in, but the expertise and speed behind the counter was truly something to see. I had a chopped brisket sandwich, a side of delicious creamed spinach and some of the best macaroni and cheese I've ever eaten. The staff is also very helpful. One fellow had to show me how to work the water machine. If you go there you'll see what I mean but then again, you probably already know how to work the water machine. Extra sauce in mild sweet and spicy varieties, along with free pickle and jalapeño slices and plenty of napkins.
I’ve been to this location about three times so far and every time I go the staff is extremely kind and very welcoming. Food is always great!
Very good! I had a 1 meat plate with two sides..green beans and Cole slaw..and iced tea. The beef was so tender it melts in your mouth. Atmosphere and dress is casual and there is plenty of free parking.
The food was great! The turkey was juicy and tender, the ribs was better than I had anticipated. Oh! the sides were very good as well, will definitely revisit this location again.
Dickey's is always great BBQ. But this time it was less than great. I ordered a sliced BBQ sandwich off the big end and all outside cut. This may seem strange but consider that the big end of a brisket is tender and juicy because there's some fat in this part. The small end has no fat and tends to be tough. The outside cut is where you see the black from the smoke. This is where you get the BBQ taste. You don't want a slice of fat or a dried out piece of meat that is overcooked. If they cut your meat as I described, you will have a tender, juicy and consecrated BBQ taste in your sandwich. I had to ask three times to cut as described. He finally said he understood. Half of the meat was as I asked and half was dried out. Even though my experience this time was less than great, I still give five stars because they get it right most times and being a Texan, I love BBQ and Chicken Fried Steaks. I'm still looking for the best Chicken Fried Steaks in the DFW area.
To the cashier and pitmaster there on Sunday night 12/20/15, your owner needs to give you a Christmas bonus & raise. With that said, 5 stars for great customer service. I tipped them well once I left and I was a take out customer.
Fast, fresh and friendly and there place is always clean
Food was hot, delicious, and portions were perfect. Very nice and hardworking staff! The restaurant is extremely clean as were the restrooms. Already thinking of coming back again.
First time eating here! Very clean, pretty cool and respectful employees and amazing food. They got a girl working as cashier pretty cute and sweet another reason to come back. 100% recommended.
A great place in downtown Dallas for lunch. The interior could use a refresh but it is comfortable. The food is great and I have become a regular since starting to work in the area.
We ordered online while at the cotton bowl game. When we finally made it to the food it was well past the pick up time. They made sure the food was still hot. It was packed up nicely, no spilling into my new car
I've visited a couple of other Dickeys before but there was something a little different about this location. The food was very good, the servings plentiful, the dining room was spacious and clean. There was a steady stream of customers, with this being July 4th, and quite a few took their meals to go. I'll visit the Mesquite location again. Soon.
THEEE BEST BBQ ON THE PLANET! Expensive but worth it when you can afford it. Whenever I "treat myself" I get the Picnic Pack. Which had 1 lbs of meat and 2 sides and some rolls. I get half pound of chopped turkey. Half pound chopped brisket. Okra and mashed potatoes. Then I go home and make macaroni and cheese myself and eat it all up. It's like $40 for that though, but it lasts me 2 days. So $20 for the meal.
Surprising all men work and gave excellent service. Food fantastic.
I recommend this restaurant in Mesquite if you have a taste for barbecue. My personal favorite is the chicken. There's also a drive-thru that goes pretty quickly if you want to dine at home. Their prices are reasonable. Delivery is quick and easy!
Best BBQ in Mesquite. Employees are always friendly. Just good vibes all around.
Jesus and Eddie has great customer service!! ( The whole staff) They fixed my food so prompt and filled my plate up!! My food was delicious! This is the best barbeque in Mesquite!! Delicious food, come and eat this tender food and enjoy this great customer service because they treat you like family!! I love this restaurant, me and my family!!
The food is typically good. The staff is friendly and efficient. Next time I want BBQ in Mesquite, I will go here.
I stoped to eat here on the day before Thanksgiving and the place was busy, nevertheless the ENTIRE team was amazing. They had about 10 guys working and I was in disbelief of how they were able to attend all online orders and all in store customers at a timely manner with such a. Positive attitude. These guys ALL of them definitely deserve a raise or a token of appreciation from the owner of this store. Thanks to them I am bringing more business to them and will request this specific location for Work catering which we do a lot of. This was on Wednesday 11/22/23 around 7-8pm
Visited today Oct.03, 2024, service still great, place is super clean, staff friendly. Great experience today. This Dickeys is awesome, always take your order correctly. Staff is friendly, place always clean. The negative I have is the indoor dining, I wish they would go back to serving on plates instead of plastic containers, makes the bbq experience to inviting
This is the best Dickey's I have ever been to. I walked in and was taken aback by how clean the restaurant is and how fresh ALL of the food items looked. The staff was very impressive as well. They welcomed us in and did not rush us as we admired the food and establishment. They even gave us recommendations. I am also very happy to report that as a bilingual person, I was well accommodated to order in Spanish while my husband ordered in English. I would recommend you visit-even if only to see what a 5-star Dickey's is like in person.
Order for a family gathering. I ordered through the catering and got the quote. My quote was followed up the next morning. When I went to pick up the order it was ready. The food was really good. Everyone kept saying how good it was. The price was very reasonable. Definitely 5 stars all the way on everything and I will definitely look at Dickey’s first again for any future events.
Went here yesterday to get the XL family pack that stated it served up to 9 people because you get 3 meats (1 lbs each) and 4 sides. This is not true, I wanted to treat my staff of 7 for Thanksgiving and I ordered an extra 1 lbs of meat for a Total of 4 lbs. With the extra lb of meat that made it enough for 7. However, the sides came in these yellow tubs that was enough for about 4 people not 9 like they stated. However, the customer service was awesome and fast. The food was delicious. I spent a total of $89 with no drinks. I think I would've been better off getting the staff individual meals with a drink.
It was a great experience, from how easy it was to place order to on time delivery. Everything on order was delivered and no missing items. Everyone commented how great food was, had enough for entire party and some to go plates. Will definitely use them again in the future. Fast and friendly staff from start to end in the process. Delivery driver very courteous and helpful with all items being delivered.
Come here almost every Sunday. All the works knows us. Lol. We speak to each other Ike we have know each other for years. Excellent service. The older lady that clean the tables. She is so sweet. She is always so happy to see us.
Like this location. Candy is always a pleasure to interact with. She’s sweet and patient. Juan always cuts the meat just right. The baked potato with meat is really good at this location.
Such an amazing crew. My family & i went to go eat, the guy offer me some fresh fries because he saw that the ones i got were old. Some other guy got my daughter a high chair for us. Love the employees! Very friendly & nice.
Happened to try it due to a gift card on grub hub and the special the restaurant had. The food (pork and brisket) was so good, meat, sides, and rolls yummy. Only thing I would have liked more was butter to come with rolls and for my gallon of tea to not be warm. Fried Okra is the best I have had
This is truly the best Dickey’s! I recently moved to the area and I didn’t know a Dickey’s could be this good! My fiancé and I lived near one before and after trying this one we were shocked at how really good the quality of meats, bread, sides, and service could be! I’ve ordered from here for catering, delivery, and dine in; each experience has been absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this location.
I had a three piece plate delivered today and the meat was excellent. the chicken and the beef and the pulled pork were all very lean , delicious meat. I added an extra rib and it was also tender and delicious. Kudos to Mesquite Dickies !!
Always good. Gettin a bit pricy though ... still good.
Great atmosphere. It was laid back and enjoyable. Great service! The people were friendly and shared the specials with us. They checked on us several times while eating. And were friendly to my whole family. The food was AMAZING! There was something for the whole family on the menu and prices were very reasonable.
Best Dickies location I have been to. And I have been to a fee around the DFW. The servers are always welcoming and the food is always fresh.
Juan, Daniel, and Jesus have become great friends, always a good greeting and product is top notch. Great customer service and ribs are sensational. Sliced turkey and brisket is great. They have also catered for us on holiday meals. Can’t go wrong here, Best in town!!! Eat here a couple times a week.
Much better food than Smoke Sessions in Royse City!
First time dining in, I rarely go because BBQ here to me is considered something special. My uncle came and took me to eat there. We decided to dine in and took food to go. We had a nice meal, very good size portions. It is a little pricey, but it's worth it. I enjoyed eating inside, instead of just hitting the drive thru. It made it really enjoyable. I would highly recommend treating yourself, too. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. & restaurant was very clean. 😊
Love the food and atmosphere i reserved every time … the employees are excellent and the cleanliness of the place is great. But they one thing I dislike about this recent visit was the new big roll of napkins set on the table, they take most of the space on the table and I feel like the hygiene on this is bad , a lot of people touch them and they get dirty I prefer the small napkins, they were more convenient and less messy. Also the roll ones are so rough. Other then that is a very good place to eat 🫶🏻
I was craving barbecue tonight. I came here definition for closing ordered the three meat platter which came with two sides breast and drink was extra. Sausage, brisket, and the ribs where's and my two sides for BBQ beans and pasta salad. The ribs was still moist and tender. The sausage was the perfect mixed with spice and heat. The brisket was very tender and falling apart though it was a bit dry. I believe it was that it was the last of the brisket and that it sat in the heat lamp too long. All in all, all the meat was flavorful and didn't need any sauce though the sauce enhanced the meat. My two sides were great and made me wish I had a bigger portion. When I come back to Mesquite Texas I will come back here.
We ordered online for curbside pickup. It was raining when we arrived. We checked in through the app and waited for our food. After couple minutes of waiting, I called to find out the status. App says food delivered to customer. The person who answered said they can't go out because it's rainin'. I get that part... what I don't get is if I didn't call, they wouldn't bother even if my food gets cold even if they know I am right outside. At least call me, or state somewhere in your website/app that no curbside pickup when weather is bad because it's not common sense.
The food was very good! They offer a military discount that is larger than most, and very much appreciated. There was quite a long line when we entered the restaurant. The reason for the four stars and not five is because we had to wait well over 10 minutes with our food sitting on our tray waiting for the cashier who was in charge of to-go orders. She actually had to leave the register and go pack up all of the sides for the to-go orders. Our food was quite cold by the time we finally we're able to pay for it and sit. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed because it is New year's Eve, or if they need to rethink the way they process customers through.
The brisket is very good, and most of the time the sides are very good. However, be mindful of the drive-thru. It is not great for the alignment or shocks. Additionally, it might be a little difficult to understand what's being said through the vintage sounding speaker if the person on the other end doesn't enunciate or has a thick accent. Customer service skills could be improved with a smile or a friendly tone... or just acknowledgment of a statement. I like Dickey's food, and I'd be willing to deal with the less than optimal drive- thru situation, but I think I'll find another store that has better service. Maybe the guy just didn't like that my husband explained he couldn't understand what was being said through the speaker. I don't know, but my husband wasn't being malicious. He was just stating a fact. I'm Latina and I couldn't understand what was being said without repetition. Anyway, that's my experience. Take it as you will.
Food is almost always good and nice size portions. Would be nice if the person at the drive thru spoke clear English as it's difficult to understand someone when English is not their first language. We had some difficulty getting out order completed, but over all nice people.
Could be cleaner when your clothes stick to the chair it could be cleaned better. The staff was rude not very Hi welcome to Dickey's. They just stair at you. And speak Spanish. Really makes you feel unwanted. The food was good. Brisket was tender. Lacked a little bit of smoke flavor. The chicken was very tender not dry. The pork was good and flavorful.
Brisket and pulled pork was very moist and tender. I had a Caesar salad. The lettuce was fresh and crisp but the croutons were a bit soggy. Probably should put on after serving or put on side bar with condiments and not on top of the lettuce in the serving tray. The baked potato casserole was lukewarm. Would have been better if hot. Otherwise the meal was good and I would go back again.
Good food.first try i have to admit the promotional coupon got me there
The food is good, just a little over priced for the amount you get. Look for your Val-Pak coupons.
Food was good but I was disappointed because the last time I ate at a Dickey's they had free ice cream bar.
I got the chopped beef sandwich meal with two sides. Food was pretty good. Potato salad is definitely a 10! The lady at the window seemed to be having a bad day because she wasn’t friendly at all but overall, I will be back.
This location is in a older part of Mesquite off I-30, there is road construction all around to get here. Walked in the aroma was awesome, love that smokey smell. No one here of coarse, l begin to think its me. The cooks suggestion the beef plate, l choose the 2 meat with 2 sides instead. The macaroni and cheese typical taste, the stuffed mash potatoes very delicious. The sausage was very flavorful and good. The top 2 pieces was very good, but the rest was tender but dry and almost warm tasting. The rolls were hot and fresh, no butter. Place was very clean all tables cleared and stocked for customers. While l was here, 5 more groups came in.
Food was really good. They might just need more people during the night shift. Everyone was all over the place. Took them awhile to acknowledge the people inside waiting in line like myself. After 15 mins in line i finally got my whole order and sat down to eat. Really delicious.
Well the food is amazing, my favorite is the brisket and macaroni, but the reason I am rating this 3 stars is because last year on new years this place had charged us twice for an order that we made and apart from that they gave our order to another person when we got there and had to wait an extra hour and 30 minutes for our order to be done. We have tried calling the restaurant, bank, owners and it has not been resolved yet. I hope before december this problem can be resolved and we can be rewarded back our money.
food was okay. staff was friendly. had to dock stars for the inconvenience of not having a baby changing table in the restroom. the stress of changing a baby in the car carried on all throughout my eating experience… if we were to return it would definitely be through drive-thru only.
Have fresh food compared to several of the dickeys I've been too.
To pay you first must agree to tip or decline to tip. Your business will always be a zero customer service wise with me. If you are expecting your customers to help pay your employees. Because you hired a cashier to do a job. You hired the person to make my order and put it in a container. There's no logical reason to tip your employees. Unless you are on purpose not paying them well. Then the food is mediocre at best and over priced for the portions. There's actually nothing positive about going to such places. I don't like having to be negative. But there's just nothing positive about a large number of these food places. Especially and specifically the ones with built in tip scam gaslighting system.
I love Dickey's but somehow this location just didn't do it for me. On this particular day, the crew seemed very busy with take out and pick up orders. We stood in line longer than usual to get our food. The pulled pork was delicious. The sides portions seem small in the new plastic containers, however the staff no problem giving me a "free refill" of jalapeño beans.
Listen I know I'm a Yankee (Philly jawn)...but I lived in TX some years back and this Giant Baker with meat was a big disappointment. First the potato wasn't "dressed". I think that should be an option (just a small idea). Because if it were, all my toppings would've had time to marry. But no everything (the toppings ) came in small containers. Those pats of butter were the worst 😔 Everything I asked for I requested extra. Hey this is TX...go BIG or go HOME. No extra sour cream. And the onions.....were sliced not diced. I'm no princess (I'm actually a combat veteran)so I just cut them myself. Maybe that can be another option for diced or sliced onions. Now let's get into the chopped brisket. This brisket was dryer than an old sponge and it lacked flavor. I tasted it before adding the BBQ sauce. Just know I'm highly disappointed. Update: so after you replied to my review and said contact back via the email you provided..... YOU BLOCK ME!!!! This is a clear sign that you couldn't care less about my review. Hopefully the next person that doesn't find your food appealing and you offer to hear back from them.....you'll actually listen.
On Tuesday, we ordered from Dickies, the bbq chain we love, but we tried a different location, this one. The guy over speaker repeated my order back to me, correctly. But then when we got home, my roomate's chicken sandwich was actually a rib meat sandwich. He went back, got what he wanted. So the sandwich went into the fridge. I heated the sandwich today, Saturday, and before I took my bite, I noticed a bone. I opened the sandwich and began to peel the meat from a rib bone. All of them bad bones in them! So not only was it the wrong order, but they full on put BONES IN A SANDWICH! Here is a picture of the meat vs the bones/cartiledge chunks . I love Dickies, but this location needs to watch what they are doing.
Ordered 2 sliced brisket sandwiches and a baked potato did not enjoy the sandwich meat was so dry and tough no flavor the potato was OK the meal was not worth the $29. I spent! oh well lesson learned.
Do Not Get BBQ here. Jesus left and so did his great team. Customer Service Sucks now and the Hispanic lady who is the manager is super rude. Food seems like it’s reheated and now they put some kind of nasty glaze on the meat instead of giving you the meat dry. This place has completely gone down since Jesus left. I will never purchase anything from here ever again!! You’ve been WARNED! Don’t try to take food back that you don’t want instead of getting your money back the lady who is manager will give you attitude and lie about the quality of food you received.
I used to love going to Dicky's (Valley View or Valwood in Farmers Branch?) in the 1980s to get a loaded baked potato. I also loved the spicy BBQ sauce, but it appears that they have recently discontinued selling it by the bottle. The reasons for the low scores on this trip were as follows: 1. Online price versus drive-through price. Screenshot #1 displays the online pricing for a pulled pork sandwich, side, and Big Yellow drink, including tax and a recycling fee of $12.83. The second screenshot shows the price paid at the drive-through of $15.14, with taxes, and without a recycling fee. I also had a Value-Pak coupon for a free pulled pork sandwich with the order of any sandwich combo meal. Online $8.99, same as on receipt, and amount discounted. The total difference of $2.31 more ordering in the drive-through versus ordering online. What would I have paid if I had ordered online for pickup? 2. Both the combo and free sandwiches had very little meat on them and were very dry. Since I don't have recent experience with how much meat should be on a sandwich nowadays, and did not get a picture before consuming, I'll let this one slide. 3. I don't mind paying the $0.39 recycling fee. However, the program must not be working very well since I received both sandwiches in what appeared to be locally non-recyclable, polystyrene (PS 6) containers. Screenshot #3 shows the description of this program fee from Dicky's website. I'll give the Rowlett location a try next time before writing off future visits to Dicky's.
First off it was borderline hot inside and this was at around 6pm. I can’t imagine how hot it is in there at 3pm with the Texas sun still beaming down. The fountain machine was broken so they offered canned drinks which was a bit of a bummer for my bf because he likes the fountain Dr Pepper, but I prefer sweet tea which the canister stayed empty the whole time we were there even after I told them it was out. However, the girl at the register kept taking my cup to the back and filling it up with sweet tea which I will say was probably the best thing at this location. Everything else was cold, the fried okra was underdone and all the meats were dry, tough and flavorless! I will NEVER revisit this location and would not recommend anyone else to either. Save your palette and just go the extra distance to the Rockwall location, far superior to this place in EVERY way!!!
Very disappointed. Had food delivered through uber eats. The rolls, which cost almost $6, were so incredibly dry we couldn't even finish one. We also purchased 2 servings of Banana Pudding at almost $4 each. They were supposed to at least have wafers in the pudding, but not only did they not have wafers, one of them had a large lettuce leaf in it. It was just gross and very underwhelming.
Went to this location because it was on my way home. I tried to redeem the Yellow Cup Points. The manager was rude. As soon as I went in, the manager automatically assumed that I was a food delivery driver. He said that he would only honor one of the rewards. He said that I hacked the system and no way I could have that many points. After about 15 minutes of lecturing from him, I showed him the number of points that I had and finally got my food. The food was cold. The location has seen its better days. There was an odor which wasn't brisket.
I picked up some ribs at this location, but was deeply disappointed. First of all, I should have walked away when I saw them unwrap the ribs from plastic. It was about 11:30 AM and everything should have been fresh for lunch. Then, the ribs had no color charring whatsoever which is extremely unusual when you BBQ or even bake them. They had no taste whatsoever, and definitely not the smoked flavor I expect from BBQ ribs. The way they fell apart when I ate them made me suspicious that these ribs were cooked rather than smoked. Won't be back!
The manager was a total jerk to my dad just because we had trouble using a VALID coupon on an online order. This manager said since the order was already placed, we were SOL. Since the guy wouldn't honor the coupon, we asked to cancel the order completely. FINALLY, the manager reluctantly honored the coupon, but he was ridiculously condescending and had to give a lecture like it was such an inconvenience to do his job. I feel bad for the employees who work with this manager because he obviously has an authority issue. Guess the guy didn't make it in cop school or something, so now he's the barbecue police. Perhaps he's overcompensating for his tiny kielbasa... Who knows.
Trying again after not going for a long time, and won't go ever again. Both meats I ordered was dry, sides were bland. Monthly special was over priced and not really a savings
Great Barbeque! My favorite. Yummy😋 Prices have gone up lunch for 2 $30! Update: lunch for 2 $39! The portions are half size, food is always cold, meat served with fat. Disappointed customer who has been coming here for years! ☹️
Disaster! We ordered lunch for our employees. 115 total orders. It was 45 minutes LATE! It was suppose to be organized by dept 35/35/45 - I had to organize it all while here. The poor gentleman who brought the food had ZERO clue what was going on! Before you consider catering or ordering a LARGE order - expect them to be delayed and for it to be a disaster! Super super disappointed!!!!!!!
I will never ever return. The cashier was very rude after ordering $50 food online. I was told to sit like a dog or cancel. I looked to cancel and there was no where to cancel. I wasn’t the only customer told to sit or cancel. I waited for 30 minutes after my food order time. I wanted to do a direct survey and of course the cashier knew to tear my receipt with store information at the top. I saved my receipt and wish I could attach to show the high level of how unprofessional it is. There are so many other places that will gladly accept my money and not talk condescending to their customers.
Order online food for Mother’s Day. They were busy so I understand with waiting but for some reason they poured bbq sauce in the tray of meat. My mom can’t eat the bbq sauce and she has the meat plain. When I had called they kept me on hold for 10 minutes after explaining the situation. I had to drive up there to get them to fix it. Which they did but they had a bad attitude about it and gave me a replacement of cold meat. Been going for years and I haven’t had issues like this before. Do better.
Tried to buy a $200 box, But the female manager is way too rude. I’ll go somewhere else from now on **Update** Went to soul man’s BBQ and got the same amount of Food with better service for $70.00!!!
Ordered two meat plates through Ubereats and didn't receive one of my orders. Called the driver and he was no help, I called the manager of the restaurant and he acted as if the order was no longer in the computer, he hung up on my husband and I twice. I am disappointed and disgusted. I love Dickey's and have never had an experience like this with them. Hope you all do better next time.
I ordered a 3 meat plate(ribs, sausage with cheese and jalapeños inside, sliced brisket) and a 2 meat plate ( chicken, and links) the food was horrible especially the sausage and links the taste like they had wax or something on them. This will be the last time I order from there. The last time i ordered from Dickeys the food was horrible. Mesquite BBQ is so way better. I should have went with my frist thought to order from there.
I was really excited to try Dickey's Barbecue, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The food was bland, with the meat lacking flavor and tenderness. The brisket was dry and tough, and the ribs were overcooked, making them hard to eat. Even the sides were disappointing, with the macaroni and cheese being soggy and the baked beans tasting like they came straight from a can. The service was equally underwhelming. The staff didn’t seem engaged, and my order took far longer than expected. For the price, I expected a much better experience, but I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Management was terrible to say the least 0/10
I eat everyday out breakfast lunch and dinner not satisfied because is two expensive for a small sandwich more bread than meat I paid for two side and sandwich brisket I ratter go two red lobster And pay $40 because is worth what you pay I ive here but won't be going there anymore.
On today with the 30 percent off on the wings they dnt explain that if yu pay for the .30 cent wings with whatever else yu order yu dnt get the 30% off then on the gv away that let employees enter into the drawings didn’t anybody mostly win but relatives of the ppl that work there
I did a Uber eat our driver was there for 20 minutes he was first before other customers start order not only that I had a sweet tea as they left it on the counter just sitting there ice melted. Than while he was waiting wait until while y’all got my order ready to say we out of okra like really come on now. This is poor customer service I worked in restaurants before this is not how do services you don’t skip the first customer that came in and help other customers. Please train your staff properly if you want better services.
Honestly I debated even leaving a review but atlas it felt needed. The food was good and service was good. The issue is I ordered a two meet plate and it’s advertised at 18 bucks. I got a drink and that’s it. After tax and tip ( I pressed the smallest option ) it came out to 27 dollars! 🤯 I will not be coming back because for that price I can go get way better food at a steakhouse or something. Definitely not worth it. If you’re not cheap like me then shoot away but I cannot.
Ignorant people work here. I showed confirmation for my order and yet they still needed more proof for a meal I already paid for. I grabbed my food like your normally supposed to do in the pick up line. Yet the manager took it upon himself to chase me and call the cops on me. Dickies use to be my all time favorite, now I’m never stepping foot in any of their establishments!
I spent $26.00 on a 9 piece wings and a drink and 2 sides. The potato salad was delicious, the baked beans were almost uncooked still a little hard in the middle. BUT the wings seemed like the were left overs from yesterday. I buy hundreds of dollars of food from your location and I have NEVER had this issue. I actually just wasted $23 on crap that I eat or even chew. Fix it or I won't come back.
I ordered a chicken taco and was charged for a beef taco. I asked the person at the window if the price was correct he said yes. When I made it home I had a chicken taco. I feel cheated out of my money. Honesty goes a long way and my receipt said the cashier was the manager. I called back an of course no one answered. Check your food before you leave the drive thru.
