Not sure why, but their food is inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes like it’s been sitting for 4–5 hours, and other times it tastes fresh. The chicken breading sometimes tastes like it was fried a second time. But honestly, the cleanliness and customer service are actually good.

Don’t order anything unless you want to wait for food for 20 mins . Ordered a 5 pc meal trough the app because I know this location takes it time. Come in after 10 mins of ordering thru app then had to wait 24 min inside the store because the “fries not ready???

There is one girl that works there, she normally is up-to-date and speed but I don’t know her name. The entire rest of the staff is nonexistent. And if that one girl isn’t there, the service is terrible. It is almost as if she knows everyone’s order. As far as upon entry there’s rarely ever chicken ready to be served. Services very slow. Most time you have to wait time could sit for 10 minutes or More. Me being totally honest, I don’t even think that the staff is following the directions on the preparation of the chicken. It just doesn’t even taste the same. The chicken is giving as many stars and as much energy as the staff is giving, which is very lackluster. I wish this Popeyes could do better. Service is very slow. The woman on the front signaled for me to wait before I could order because she wanted to talk to a coworker. Food was very slow to come out, fries were lukewarm
