Quick, clean and fresh Brand new building great attitude, fun family atmosphere. Lots of seating and parking. I had the two item to go which was the beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken with chow main. Delicious!! My wife had the orange chicken bowl with both rice and noodles. She loved it. The restaurant was emasculate!!! The management was on site and out front.

Food was good. Although, the food might sometimes feels mildly warm, it's pretty warm most of the time, that's one thing they gotta work on, but it still tastes great. They do serve a good amount of everything onto your plate. One thing you definitely should do is make it clear on what you want and make sure they got it and give it to you, like sauces or extras. The workers sometimes don't pay attention on what they're serving or what they need to serve. One more thing. I would definitely not recommend ordering online. They will definitely forget something.

So the only reason why I gave it a 4 star on the food is that+yes I know it's such a small non deal breaker reason) is that when you add sauces to be included with your order in the app somehow it always never reaches the bag and being fair it's just not at this location. Now the food, I ordered the bigger plate and I love honey walnut shrimp so I have to get it everytime there's always more walnuts than shrimp and I'd love to get more of the sauce but I usually make my own. The Beijing beef, most of the pieces were tender and it's really hard to describe the taste but it's good. The new item Chili Crisp Shrimp is good, somewhat spicy and was delicious but it needs even if it's on the side some kind of sauce since it can give a dry feeling if you just eat just it. I love their chicken egg rolls and the veggie spring rolls and would love to keep a case of each in my freezer that being said I tried their new apple pie egg rolls and a case of them in my freezer please. The flavor is great and I love that they're tossed in a cinnamon sugar mix (be ready for a little messy) The only downside is they're called egg rolls but they're the size of the spring rolls. I will say that if you have these hot and dip them in vanilla ice cream they are amazing. Delivery was really quick and food was hot. Thanks!!!

07/01/22: I live in the part of town that doesn’t have much of a real, authentic Asian food experience. Panda Express serves its purpose of American Chinese food. Don’t expect a high bar or true blue Chinese food. It’s not bad. Service is fast and fairly friendly.

All good and as expected except for our kid’s meal side. A “Fruit side” makes you expect real fruit, not a bag of apple crisps. Management should look at making this real fresh fruit.

I am changing my review of this Panda Express. The food is decent. The one thing I would say is do not let them talk you into buying a meal that comes with a gift card. I let them talk me into it and unfortunately for me they did not tell me the gift card would expire. The next time I went back they did not honor the card. Luckily I talked to their corporate office and they reimburse me.

Went through drive-thru. They told us it would be a 7 min wait time for an order & asked us to park on side of building. We waited for over 25 min like we were asked, I had to go inside to ask for our drive-thru order. I had to wait another 15 min. What was the point of having a drive-thru if we have to wait for an order that long.

Service and the facility are still great. 3rd time in 3 months and the quality of the food is still down. I like the greens but 3rd time dry again, no flavor. Disappointing. Waiting for pei wei to open.

Lo mein was very undercooked, dry and inedible. I ordered Online, and I arrived 20 min later than the estimated time and to my surprise my food wasn’t even ready yet. Disappointed, if I’m being honest.

AreYOU KIDDING ME? ITS 9:15 PM old food empty pans? Did I miss something is this a Corporate or Franchise? Did they miss the fresh food training video? MGMT or Staff?

Portion size was mostly air. Only had 2 shrimps and tiny pieces of beef and the rest was just veggies. This is for the mew Crispy Sesame shrimp & beef. She scooped like she didn’t want to fill the scoop. $10 for a bowl that took 2 bites to eat the entree. The rice was filler to the brim though. I would not come to this location expecting fair portions.

I've eaten at this location 3 times and their food is always funky tasting. Generally Panda Express is pretty consistent no matter what city/location I go, but not here. Ordered Lo Mein, Orange Chicken and Bejing Beef. The noodles in particular were really funky tasting. Please fix whatever is wrong with this location!

Waited forever in drive thru 😩. Just to be charged and arm and a leg for chowmein and it was cold and super greasy. Customer service was nothing to be proud of. Need work on everything!!

The chicken was 1/3 fat, 1/3 gristle and 100% inedible. I didn’t feel comfortable taking it back so I just threw it away. The place was clean and the employees seemed pretty good.

Tried to enter at 9:59PM to retreive two orders for my UberEats customers and the door was locked. A customer came out, so I tried to go inside and get my orders but the worker said we are closed you need to use the drive thru window. Very poor customer service! Thank you for wasting 15 minutes of my time. I feel bad for my customers who will probably now get cold food. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this Panda Express location.

I went here on 7/14 and had the police called on me due to me not being satisfied with the service provided by manager Victor and Adrianna, I don’t understand how Victor is at work cooking food while on his personal cell phone! Luckily I got in contact with the district manager and she authorized them to give me my food for free and I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. Thanks for your horrible service Victor and Adrianna I’m sure your reign here will not last long.

Ordered a side of white rice and found an insect (roach or gnat) halfway through my meal. It's just disgusting and unsanitary.

The workers couldn’t care any less about their jobs, I walked in and it was absolutely filthy, instead of picking up the workers are just sitting around. I ordered chow mein and the rice had both the texture and taste of burnt rubber. I wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me.

I went in and there was nobody in the front they were all in the back talking I tried making noises to get there attention but no one was hearing me I get closer to the register and continue to made noises but still nothing, finally an employee comes out and sees me so I’m thinking okay they’ll send someone out to serve me, so I walk to the front waiting and still nothing I just hear them talking in the back,so I call out twice out loud saying excuse me hoping they hear me, but nothing now the same employee sees me again and I know he saw me cause we made eye contact, so I’m thinking okay finally they’ll send someone out, but still nothing I wait a bit longer until I finally give up and just leave visited on 10/23/25 around 10:45 am ish

Ended up not getting anything because they don't allow you to taste what you would like to order and then I ask the lady if I purchase the item and I don't like the taste of it can I get my refund and she told me no we don't do refunds, this is major chain franchise so how you don't do refunds!!!! My daughter ordered the honey walnut shrimp and she hated it so $10 bowl trashed. I didn't get anything but to who ever the owner is of this franchise if a customer don't like something they order they should not be denied a refund and I will be calling corporate about this non refund policy that is not displayed also!

Went here today to get food the manager came out the bathroom stall talking on her cellphone after using the restroom and she did not wash her hands afterwards and than after that i seen her touching on all the forks with her bare hands this is unsanitary I will not be eating here again.

Will never be back, I went to order through drive through. I ordered a plate, they only gave me 4 pieces of TERIYAKI CHICKEN. I paid $10.50 !!

Great everything about the setup but when it comes to quality with the chicken you get a mystery meat that's strange . Months and months I finally can say I am done trying Panda I don't know why I can't consume it anymore. It's gross quality

I'm not certain what's happened to the Panda Express here in Mesquite, Nevada. My wife and I went to Panda which we've been doing for some time now HOWEVER, our Saturday visit and that would be August 23, 2025, was a sorry and disappointing trip. Service was incredibly poor and my wife was unable to get her usual meal. Voice from the order box indicated we'd have to wait at least ten minutes and there is NO exit from the order lane. Anyway, got food home and I'm not about to guess what I received as my order but the chow mein noodles were dry, there were no vegetables in the chow mein, and the lady working the delivery window short changed us by $0.79 cents. Chump change no doubt but nonetheless, the wife and I are done with Panda Express here in Mesquite, Nevada. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and Panda can more than likely do without our patronage.

The chicken was really good but the rice and chow mein always tastes like burnt oil. Just make your own rice or go next door to chipotle and buy it, get the a la carte chicken instead. Trust me.

The ladies up front are cold and rude. If you Door Dash and need a customer order they ignore you instead of helping to fulfill order or tell you what stage the order is in. When ever we come here to eat, the food is stale and re-fried and they stop making fresh 2hrs before closing. Not a friendly place if you want a good meal with zero attitude. I told the cashier how I felt and she smirked and walked away. They don't care about customers or customer service at all!
