Excellent & Friendly service

I personally think it's one of the best restaurants in Mexicali to have breakfast at. I've tried a few other ones that are similar, and while they may be a little cheaper, I prefer this all the way. Usually the closest one is in El Centro, but this one offers the same and for even a little less. The service is excellent and the speed on the order and receiving the meal was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place

This was the nicest and cleanest IHOP that I have ever eaten at. The food was perfect. However not much attention was paid to us due to the fact that my husband and I are foreigners in this country. However I still recommend anyone wanting a nice quick meal, vist here. You won't regret it

The food was good, but something that really impressed me was Hazael’s amazing service! That guy needs a raise! So attentive and helpful IHOP was good but if you have the opportunity I definitely recommend asking for him as your server. You won’t regret it.

The food and the service were great. My server Samantha was attentive and kindly explained when I had questions about the menu.

This is a very new IHOP. The area surrounding is being developed into an upper class area of New Mexicali. Restaurants nearby like Tavola can challenge the simple menu that all IHOP's have. There staff was friendly and the food was very good. The newer decor does throw you off since it is an International House of Pancakes that you are eating at.

I took my cleaning lady's for breakfast on Sunday about 9:00 am. We got seated and ordered 3 coffees , waitress brought us milk in a small glass no stainless steel container. Had to use my butter knife to stir my coffee since no spoon was brought to us until after the waitress saw us using butter knife. Rolled up in our napkin was a fork and butter knife only. I ordered NY steak and eggs medium well , it came back rare. Okay I'll eat it , when I got to my pancakes they had put butter on for me on the top pancake only, no 2 butter containers as is the norm. Went to put on syrup and 2 of the 4 syrup containers handles were broken , no way to use those flavors and we tried to make them work to no avail. Looked at the other tables and the handles were broken on those also , this place is getting rundown in my honest opinion. Even though I am taking my son for breakfast today to give it another shot.

Unfortunately this time I have to say that the experience was not favorable. The time it took for food to be delivered to our table was to long. I ordered the green chilaquile bowl with steack and fried eggs was not tasty at all. The green sauce was very bitter, the eggs were cooked well on one side but very tender on the other. The steak was not well cooked. It was clor to raw point and had no seasoning at all. I hope it's an isolated case.

If you are an IHOP fan it might be OK but if you're not then you are better off somewhere else. Not going again to this place, there are far much better.

The request was NOT honored and our meal was uncomfortable due to the high temperature in restaurant. Restaurant chose to save money at customers expense of eating in a humid and hot environment!

The ihop receptionists is more interested in putting you where SHE wants you to sit than where you wish to sit as well as she insisted that I put the gel on my hands upon interning even after I told her I was allergic and would happily go to the bathroom and wash them, then when I decided to wait for a booth she insisted that I Waite outside while there was a lady clearly sitting ( INSIDE ) The food is great but this particular receptionist needs to find a new job ( this happened on Thursday the 15th at around 9:00 to 9:30 a:m
