Average food, sometimes it's good and sometimes not so much. Cheap prices that are reflected in the quality. They have a lot of employees but they go about their business hehe they don't even feel like interrupting 😅

It's a place with a very dark atmosphere. I felt it needed lighting. Something it lacks is having a menu on each table with a code so you don't have to order right away when you arrive. The food is average, not to say very good. If you want something not so expensive, it's perfect. The tea is very good.

I found the place a bit run-down. The staff is attentive, but the service is slow. The sushi is very basic, the flavor is rather bland, and the prices don't seem reasonable for the quantity and quality they offer. They could improve a lot… 🙌🏻8 out of 10👌🏻

The place is nice, the food is average. Food: The regular Supreme roll isn't that good, it lacks flavor, it could be better. The regular Thai beef roll is delicious, but with aguachile, that will help it taste better. The regular chicken teriyaki roll is lacking in flavor. I feel like the sauce is sweet on top, but it's delicious, it just lacks seasoning (note: adding chipotle helps give it a flavor boost with the teriyaki). The prices are slightly higher because the teriyaki roll has less chicken and a lot of vegetables, while the roll has more rice.

La verdad las porciones son pequeñas e visto lugares con un mejor servicio y con una mejor calidad de comida,siendo alguien que degusta la comida japonesa este lugar queda muy por debajo de los de mas restaurantes,la comida esta aceptable pero no quiero pensar que el platillo con pelo que se me sirvio haya sido el mismo cuando me lo cambiaron,tardaron 15 m en hacer el platillo de ramen y 5 m en servirme el nuevo.

Antes tenían un muy buen sabor el suprime roll, las ultimas veces viene muy diferente a como siempre, el gratinado es muy diferente y huele a echado a perder el queso. En general la comida es buena pero si hay ocasiones en las que está bueno y otras malo

Me dejaron 45 minutos esperando mi comida (y eso que era para llevar), tuve que ir a preguntar si ya estaba lista, y si, ya estaba lista pero con el nombre de otra persona. Al final solo me dijeron, “una disculpa”. No vuelvo a regresar prefiero manejar al otro Roll factory por el tiempo que tardan aquí y la indiferencia que tienen con el cliente al reconocer que ellos cometieron un error.

The flavor is good, but the rolls are too thin and some came without meat. The prices are reasonable. When you order takeout and ask for extras, check if they're in the bag. I've had to pay extra for eel three times and they don't include them.

Segunda oportunidad y última, demasiado caro $150+ para las porciones de hobbit que dan, NO PIDAN POR UBER O DIDI, no lo vale. (Pedí tamaño mediano)

El domingo fueron mi esposo y mis hijas a comprar para llevar y a las horas los tres estaban intoxicados con diarrea y dolor de estómago estubieron 3 días muy malos tomando medicamentos. Creo que en el lugar algo está pasando o las carnes están perdidas, me gustaría que el dueño pueda leer este mensaje para que tome precauciones. Antes que les lluevan las demandas. Porque con la salud no se juega.

Pésimo servicio, más de 40minutos para entregar un rollo Grosero el personal y solo se dedicaban a mirar la televisión que atender a la gente y dar bien la comida No vayan, mejor la de la calle novena , ahí si atienden rápido y mejor

El menú de sushis se me hace bien insípido, nunca tienen pollo, mucho tiempo de espera y en cuestión de sabor hay mejores:)

The place was mostly empty, yet they took over 30 minutes to give me one roll and dumplings. It wasn’t the best sushi at all. I will not return or recommend. The cashier was nice though.

It used to be a good place to eat, but not anymore. The quality of their food and the presentation of the dishes have gone downhill; they're becoming more and more disappointing. It's not my favorite place, but this has happened several times this year, and the rolls have tasted terrible. This was the last time I'll buy from here. I ordered an Avocado Roll to go a while ago, and they gave me this 👇🏼. Besides the awful taste, I had to throw it away.

This place is the worse place ever 1 they toke forever. They dnt even know there menu. They forgot about my wife's meals they brought her the wrong order. Then took even longer to bring her the meal she ordered. I had to go ask. As there replay was oh we forgot. Weong answer never go here again
