Negocio Mexico Reviews
Their catalog is very extensive, and the service is excellent. I liked everything!
The best distribution store to fix up your office or home, very low prices. You can tell that the ones on Mercado Libre and other platforms get their supplies here. I bought some wall tapestries that are 600 online, but I got them for 330. It's really worth it.
Excellent service, everyone was super friendly. My order took a while to arrive, but the seller, Ivonne, was in constant contact via WhatsApp, which was very reassuring and made the time fly by. Thank you!
Very good quality material, I recommend it. We bought 60 boxes of SPC flooring and the service was very pleasant.
I bought some panels that were horribly made, they replaced them, and the ones I took back were the same. I've been waiting for my refund for over a month. First, they told me there were no cash refunds because they had to be made from Peru, that I would have to do it by wire transfer, and then that they don't have access to wire transfer refunds. I've seen many, many complaints about the same thing. It's disgusting that they continue to promote their products that don't work and that they deceive people.
I loved the place; the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only downside was that several things I was looking for were out of stock. I thought it was just a home finishing materials store, but they also have furniture and exercise equipment, and everything looked good. Overall, it's a well-maintained place with good staff, and the prices seem reasonable. The quality of the materials remains to be seen.
Here you can buy your trendy vinyl flooring at a good price. They're located on the main Lázaro Cárdenas thoroughfare. They don't have parking, but the service is good.
The service is very good and personalized, it's just that many of the flooring catalogs are out of stock. There's just one thing I didn't like. I went to buy some products from the ones at the entrance and a man was charging me, in a bad mood and watching on his computer and cell phone pure content of people being beaten up and that kind of thing. This really denigrates the place, the very good service I received from the girl who looks at the laminate flooring.
On weekends, it's very crowded, and they don't have everything they have on display. Good place, good price. Their AWFUL SECURITY MAN gives away parking spaces for charging, but he's very rude. I hope they consider him because it's not that easy to find a parking spot in the downtown area. When I pulled up to my car, the security man wouldn't let me park even though there was a spot. But since he was assisting a police officer, he said he wouldn't give me a spot until he left. Because of that situation, I prefer to go somewhere else. You're not the only ones, mind you, because when I reported it, they told me, "Oh, it's always like this..."
Good prices, but many items are sold out and there's no restock date, so if you go and find something you like, buy everything you're going to use right away because it's very likely they won't be available later.
FAKE CONTENT! The good: Fast service and maybe the prices. The bad: Not enough space inside the store, little merchandise on display, no parking, and if there is space, they give preference to wholesale buyers, little variety, and they don't deliver what their packaging says. I bought two boxes of PVC flooring for approximately $600 pesos. The box and the display say 5 m², but it's a lie! It actually only contains 2.5 m², so you don't get what you pay for. I understand they are imported products, however, it's deceiving the public because they assure you it contains what it says. There would be nothing wrong with listing the actual contents; it would then be up to the public to decide whether to buy it or not. Beware! ⚠️
I ordered a chair, and for the price, don't expect anything premium. It's comfortable, but it feels somewhat fragile over time. The seat is made of a wood-type material with foam and mesh. The stitching of the springs for the cushion... well, I could do that better. And don't even get me started on the supposed lumbar massage system—a device hidden in the poorly cut cushion. They need to improve their products; it's unacceptable that something like this is being sold. Also, the package arrived damaged, with a piece sticking out. I've included photos as proof.
The salesperson served us well, very friendly and helpful. The delivery was terrible. The people in the warehouse are incredibly rude. They throw what you buy at you and take forever to give you what you bought. We stopped by the girl who was writing to tell her what's up, and it seems like she's even afraid of them. We were left with a very bad first impression.
This place is a dump. The service is awful. I bought a gaming chair, the box was all banged up, and they didn't give me the RGB cable for the lights. Now they want me to bring everything back for an exchange, even though they know they don't have all the parts. It's 200 pesos each way, and if I'm lucky, 200 pesos back because of traffic and the area. Their assistants, Ariel Colunga, that idiot, can't fix anything. I called the number they gave me, nobody answers, they say they're out to lunch, even though their busiest time is between 2 and 3. Know that I'm filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency.
X :(
Bad service, especially from NATHALIA ZERPA. She ignores messages and calls. I'd ask if she had things available, and she'd say NO when they were in stock. You make the payment and then they don't answer, they take a long time to send the package, and they don't charge anything cheap for delivery. THEY SCAM. THEY OVERCHARGE. They charged me VAT twice. In the physical store, they gave me one price, and when I ordered the same things online, they charged me less. Be careful.
Terrible attitude from the employees and the porters, even though they're not even from here and Mexico welcomes them and gives them jobs, serving them with a face and zero patience! There are good things and good prices, but just because of the attitude, I won't buy anything here again. If you're thinking of coming, expect to be served rudely.
Yesterday I went shopping and arrived at the store at 5:40 PM. I chose my product and, when I wanted to pay by card, the cashier told me they wouldn't charge me. She was very rude and arrogant. When I insisted, since I had come from far away, she said, "Well, make the transfer," and gave me an account number. When I made the transfer in her presence, laughing, she said, "I remember now, even if you make the transfer, I'm not going to give you your product." She then left the store rudely. I feel offended as a customer because I have to go back today and cover the expenses and time involved.
