Picked up an italian sub from Jimmy John's in Miami Springs yesterday afternoon on my way home. The best sub. Shared it with my hubby. I had it toasted which is even better. Definitely will be returning. Thank you Jimmy Johns.

Driving through the Springs, found Jimmy John’s by accident and had to try! Ordered a giant (seriously, it’s two meals) Ultimate Italian sub, toasted. Delicious. Probably the best chain sub I’ve had. Friendly staff, fast service and great food. I’ll be back!!

Came here for lunch to dine in and food came out fast. I tried the Picklewich and it was good. But I don't think I want to substitute bread for a pickle. I also had the bootlegger and I really loved it and need to try it with mayo next time.

My first time here. I went for lunch the other day and had a nice experience. My order came quick, place was clean and the sandwich was great! The lettuce and tomatoes felt and tasted fresh. Will be coming back.

HORRIBLE!!! I’m writing to report a very negative experience I had at a Jimmy John’s due to the behavior of a manager on duty. During my visit, the manager acted in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns calmly and respectfully, they spoke in an extremely rude manner, which made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service is a major part of why people choose where to eat, and this interaction did not meet even basic expectations. I believe employees—especially those in leadership roles—should treat paying customers with courtesy and professionalism at all times. They need to be held accountable for their behavior. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so future customers don’t have to deal with such a negative experience.

Very poor customer service. The manager’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. It’s disappointing when leadership sets such a negative tone for the entire experience. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.

Just walked into this location waited 5 minutes and no service..... first JJ's I have ever been to where they didn't at least welcome you into their store..... so I walked out without ordering....

Ordered. Ultimate combo with double meat. Double cheese got all the way home sandwich had no cheese. Sad to use.I got charged for it

Had the worse, most dry tuna sandwich possible. I didn’t know you can mess up a tuna sandwich until today. Cool staff just bad sandwich.

This Jimmy John’s in Miami Springs is a joke. Can’t get a simple roast beef right — twice now I’ve gotten the wrong sandwiches. If this is how a franchise runs, I honestly hope it fails fast so something better can replace it. Service was on 9.10.25 around noon in the drive thru.

a nosotros desafortunadamente nos fue muy mal, no tenian pan del que muestran en sus fotos, nos ofrecieron pan cuadrado del que tu conmpras para casa, no se si hace parte del servicio, pero no nos ofrecieron si caliente o frio el sanduche al final estaban helados, informamos que era nuestra primera vez en el lugar y a pesar de esto no nos dieron informacion y/o recomendaciones de los productos, son frios o calientres, tienen salsas o no tienen, absolutamente nada, a pesar de no recibir una buena atencion habian al menos 4 o 5 personas trabajando en el lugar. al final pagamos unos sanduches cuadrados, frios 1 gaseosa por un valor alto. no volveremos!
