Bocato is a really solid new addition to the area! The concept leans more toward tapas and shared plates, so in our case, we might not have experienced it exactly as intended since we went for dinner — but everything we ordered was genuinely delicious. The food came out fairly quickly, the flavors were on point, and the service was excellent — super attentive without being overbearing. Portion sizes were generous and great for sharing. If you go with friends, I’d recommend ordering a few tapas to start and maybe one or two entrées to split — you’ll have plenty. We each ordered our own plates and still ended up taking leftovers home. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully done. Definitely planning to come back and try more dishes soon!

I ate at Bocatto Restaurant two different days while visiting Miami for work, and it was so good I had to come back. This place is truly a hidden gem. One day I enjoyed the pickled eggplant, mixed vegetables, and scallops, and every dish was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. On another visit, I had the octopus and caprese salad, and once again, the food completely impressed me. Everything tasted thoughtfully made and incredibly well balanced. Bocatto feels like a family owned restaurant, and the warmth shows. Everyone was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better. I visited for lunch on both a Sunday and a Tuesday, and it wasn’t busy either time—which honestly surprised me because the food deserves a packed dining room. I don’t understand how this place isn’t constantly full, but I’ll admit it was nice not having to wait for a table. If you’re in Miami and appreciate excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, do not miss out on dining here. I would absolutely return the next time I’m in town.

I had lunch at Bocatto Restaurant and tried the lunch special, which was absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to the soup included in the daily special — it truly transported me back to my childhood and reminded me of my mom’s home cooking—a simple but deeply comforting dish. The portions are generous, with great options to share, and the cuisine is Mediterranean with an exceptional Argentine touch. The selection of cheese plates and unique, delicate appetizers really stands out. They also offer great weekday lunch promotions from Monday to Friday. I’ll be back :) Highly recommended.

Bocatto is simply amazing. No other words are needed to describe this masterful restaurant with amazing dishes and with a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes served here were simply delicious and no other risotto I’ve tried has ever come close to the braised beef one they serve at Bocatto. Bocatto is simply and utterly delicious. An amazing place. We will come back to enjoy more of their amazing dishes.

We recently visited this restaurant in North Miami and had a great experience from start to finish. It’s a new Mediterranean restaurant with strong Argentinian influence, and everything we tried was delicious. They offer excellent weekday specials, including 50% off wine bottles on Mondays, $5 cocktail specials throughout the week, and a really solid weekday lunch special for $24 where you choose an appetizer and an entrée, plus a soft drink or water. From the menu, we tried the croquetas, patatas bravas, and the spaghetti carbonara, which was my personal favorite. For dessert, we had a whiskey and ice cream cocktail, along with dulce de leche mousse and dulce de leche cannoli, all great. From the lunch menu, we ordered the homemade beef empanada served with the owner’s own chimichurri recipe (so flavorful), and the milanesa de pollo topped with ham, tomato sauce, and melted cheese. Everything was well prepared and satisfying. Nice vibes inside, free parking, friendly service, and a menu with a lot of variety. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the North Miami area.

I found this place checking online where to eat. I’m very picky with the food because I don’t eat too many things but I give it a chance. Luckily our server Santiago guide me with my questions and concerns about ingredients and recommend me the board for 2 as a starter and the greatest spaghetti carbonara 🍝.
