My family had a great time having dinner and our waiter Jef was very patient and knowledgeable. Made some great recommendations for my folks who always inquire about the menu. Food was great! Will definitely be back.

We had the perfect waitress. She was upbeat, funny, and gave us the best service. Our entrees and appetizers were to die for.

My mom loves this restaurant. I decided to have my family and I come and celebrate her birthday here. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From the moment we walked in the host greeted us and showed us to our table. The food and drinks came on a timely manner. Our server was lovely and recommended so really good cocktails to try out. Will definitely be coming back.

The food was outstanding! 😋 The service and atmosphere were amazing! The server was very patient and helpful. She suggested a great, tasty, filling dinner selection! Plates and dishes were cleared from the table very frequently. I was there because my friend and I were celebrating our birthdays together, and the server very happily and graciously led the birthday song 🥳🎶 and brought each of us a delicious slice of cheesecake❣️😋

I work around the corner and come often for happy hour. Julian is often our server as he is great and always makes sure we have a great time. He is super attentive, always helpful, and never misses a beat. The food is also good and the happy hour drinks are nice and strong!

It was amazing first time visiting this establishment and I can honestly say it made the list. Jef was our waiter and he was great with my nephew who has Down syndrome. We thank him and the team. The pumpkin ravioli was amazing too 😊 never had anything like it before and the bartender was on point with the drinks. We loved our visit.

We had a great server (we've had him twice before) who is wonderful at suggesting delicious cooking temperatures such as blackened for the Salmon(chef's kiss). Unfortunately, I ordered the filet mignon and lobster and my steak was medium well on the outside and rare as heck on the inside. The manager, Neil, was so amazing that it seems he went to the back and cooked it himself. He made me a fresh new plate which had a beautiful medium well cook on it. It totally turned the experience around for me. I was very grateful for excellent customer service and a delicious meal.

We had a fantastic experience at Bonefish Grill on Saturday. It has been a while since we' been there and were pleasantly surprised to find a lively atmosphere. The food was good and our server, Jef, made the experience even better with his professionalism. His recommendations were on point, he was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back soon.

Had a wonderful experience this evening for dinner. Our server was awesome . Thank you Mark. From the cocktails - dirty martini with lots of olives & mule to the assortment of appetizers we were very satisfied. Bang bang shrimp is always a favourite choice along with Caesar salad and brussel sprouts. The beef & ginger dumplings were a disappointment because of a fishy taste in the sauce. No problem in sending it back. They were very accommodating. Next time we will try the crab cakes & key lime pie as was recommended by our server- Mark 😍

we arrived less than an hr to closing and we couldn’t tell. The service was still amazing and we definitely felt like we had the best waiter in the building!! MARK!!! Loved the service provided by Jef! My brother in law has a milk allergy and Jef was super attentive and caring, and made sure there was no milk or cross contamination with his food. Also, we got there one hour before closing and the quality of the food and service did not disappoint. Everything was delicious!

I'm so excited. I've been wanting & waiting patiently to dine at Bonefish Grill and now the opportunity is finally here. Located in the Town Center Aventura plaza, Bonefish Grill is a large bar & restaurant that has a casual decor with an intimate setting. The restaurant offers brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Their menu consists of a variety of foods such as: * Appetizers & sides * Soups & salads * Seafood * Steak, chicken, surf & turf dishes * burgers & tacos * Desserts * Beer, wine, cocktails, martinis & spirits There are plenty of table seating for patrons. You can choose to sit in the bar area or in the dining area. Once I was seated, my server, Jermaine, handed me the menu and asked if I wanted something to drink. Being it was my first time at the restaurant, I asked if I could have a few minutes to overlook the menu. The items seems so intriguing, but I had to raise an eyebrow at the cost which range from moderate to a bit pricey. I quickly decided to try a fresh pineapple martini for my drink, and cobia piccata (I don't have a clue what that is, just hope it tastes good) & shrimp. Jermaine placed a plate with sliced bread and a small dish of herb butter, for dipping, in front of me. Now I'm not a bread & butter girl so I just eat the bread as is, which was warm and soft. After about five minutes I received my drink, and within another ten minutes, I received my food. Oh, so cobia piccata is a fish; which was fried & seasoned nicely, and flaky. The shrimp was pan seared in a mild flavored sauce and was served with lightly seasoned steamed broccoli and creamy mashed potatoes. The martini was delicious & refreshing. Nice balance of the pineapple juice and rum, and it was not too sweet. I felt like I was transported to the islands with every sip. I received satisfactory service from my server who was very pleasant and checked on me in a timely manner. I became too full for dessert, but I will most definitely return for happy hour for those martinis. Had a very enjoyable evening. Bonefish Grill, you have made me one happy girl.

On 9/22, my daughter held a gender reveal event at the Aventura location. The food and service was phenomenal. The servers and manager on duty were attentive and patient. They catered to over 20 people within the party and never gave any sign of distress. I highly recommend this location for any event!

We sat at the bar. Yenelle and Justin were great. The mood, the food, the drinks…🫠. You want to go out and relax. Bonefish grill is the place. Laid back, good drinks, great bartenders. Happy hour rocks!!!! Highly recommend it. I had the bonefish salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was tender. The margaritas were 💪🏽 strong. And the desser😋Brownie lava . Soft fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream 😋. Omg it hit all the right spots. If you are in The aventura área, stop by, the folks are awesome!!!!

Jef C was super! He was so gracious and brought my cocktail that was “Absolut”-ly perfect! We ordered the crowd pleaser on the shareable menu and every bite was delicious!

I have been to numerous Bonefish grills in southern Florida and in Michigan but this particular Bonefish had the most pleasant atmosphere. Although the decor tends to be similar in most of these restaurants, I liked the low lighting effect which gave an added sophistication and seemed to be more subdued. Steve, the waiter seemed to listen to our requests and continued to be concerned if we added extra attention. For healthy choices in dining out with friends, Bonefish can certainly fit your needs. Even the fresh bread presented initially is complemented with olive oil and herbs but pads of butter can be brought to you upon request. My husband always orders the appetizer mussels as a meal and had never been disappointed. He order the bowl of corn chowder in addition. I always love the trout dishes whether selecting the pecan crusted dish or selecting how I want it prepared. Two side dishes are included which can be all vegetables or rice/potatoes. I am sure that Bonefish is your place when you are seeking fish.

10/10 experience. Food was great, everyone was nice, and everything was quick. Julian Was the icing on the cake, Awesome service.

Had brunch at Bonefish Grill and ordered the shrimp and grits, creme brulee and the bang bang shrimp. I was totally skeptical of the shrimp and grits being that I'm from New Orleans but babbbbbyyy it was everything. Now I'm like a junkie with an itch, i have to have it.

We had a very nice mothers day brunch in the mangrove private room. We beat the noisy mothers day line and crowd. The manager Kristen was so nice and helpful through the planning process. Will definitely be returning for another private event

Went here with my family for brunch on Mother's Day. Our server, Jef with one F gets an F. An F for FANTASTIC that is!! Jef was an amazing server and catered to my family above and beyond. I appreciate him for making our experience quite pleasant and enjoyable.. the only disappointing aspect was that my food and my sisters were both brought out cold but it was promptly taken care of ( they stole someone else's orders ) lol. Also they used slice cheese in the omlette which left a very displeasing effect especially with a restaurant of this caliber which I actually did mention it to the manager.. but over all JeF was the highlight.

We went out for my mom’s birthday. The food was good, the bang bang shrimp never disappoints. I also had a blueberry lemon drop martini. Our server made the occasion special by bringing my mom cheesecake and singing happy birthday. Thank you so much 😊

Great happy hour experience! I was greeted promptly, service continued throughout meal. Alba the bartender and Kristen the manger were great! Can't beat the price. The spicy shrimp app is the best. The fish sandwiches are made with cod so that's a plus. I wouldn't order the fried artichokes again and I love artichokes. Also probably wouldn't order calamari again, but that's just my personal opinion. However, I'll be back soon to try more.

Love love love. BFG always has good deals and the food is delicious as well. Very calm ambiance and the staff is always amazing. Sara was my waitress and she was just the best! I had the Mahi-mahi and Shrimp which was delicious!! I was in the mood for a margarita and I was not disappointed. My son finished his whole meal so I know it was tasty because he is pretty picky. I also ordered the key lime cake which was very tasty

I love the ambiance at this BoneFish Grill. My wife and I go every Friday and enjoy the tasty delicious signature drink "blueberry lemon drop". Love it. We enjoy every dish they have. Delicious!! Bang Bang shrimp is awesome for starters. Alba the bartender makes the drinks fantastic and strong. Ask for her when you come and visit.

I absolutely loved this place. It was my first time here and it definitely won't be the last. From the venue to the food, I was not disappointed. The waitress we had took her time to explain everything to make sure our first experience was a lasting one. I had the pumpkin ravioli and it was so good that I forgot to take a picture, lol. They have one of the best brunch around.. You can't beat that $10 unlimited mammosa. It's the best part of the Bonefish Brunch. And I can't forget Angel one of their best servers.

Had a really nice dinner with a small group of friends, no occasion just dinner. Everything was great. The blueberry lemon drop was amazing and the half pounds burger was amazing! The service was great as well, our server was amazing!

He was friendly with a sincerity that was absolutely refreshing, as well as kind, Very Patient, and just seemed to enjoy his job :) We, my husband & I, were pleased with his service. As you enter the restaurant, there is the most unhappy girl to greet and seat you. I was ready to leave as I came to enjoy myself with my family and I don't appreciate down-pressed people, they ruin the atmosphere. Enough said about the greeter. Very good specialties, I adored the bang bang shrimps appetizer (to share), the crab cakes (hard to share because there are only two of those great gems !), and the Brussels sprouts of the day with my scallops and shrimp skewers, wished they'd carried this premium side order all the time...

WOW, Had I read the reviews beforehand, I'd have saved my family this awful experience. For all the reviewers that complained about the food, believe them the first time. Everything placed on our table with the exception of the bread was horrific. We filled up on bread to avoid the other items. Mainstays like that seafood dip followed my recipe consistent with the same seafood dip served at other locations. It's a if the chef couldn't read the cue cards or he/she was intent on running away what little business they have. The wait staff and male manager were attentive and kind. So much so, we did all that we could to spare their feelings. Seeing the other reviews here I realize the staff is in on the secret....THEY KNOW the food is disgusting. I only wish they'd used eye winks, Morris code, gentle whispers, eye rolls ANYTHING to communicate avoid this food at all costs! What a financial waste in a poor economy.

My attraction to the restaurant was the wild salmon, which is not that easy to find, as most restaurants serve farmed salmon. It was very good, although I'm not sure it would stand out without the mango salsa, which was my choice of topping. The dinner entree also came with the choice of a side and I thought the price was very reasonable. It was 45 mins til closing on a Sun night, so the place was virtually empty, which means the server was able to give us her undivided attention. I would return.

Food was really good, the server was awesome and recommended an awesome beer. My only gripe was that the food was a little expensive. But my girlfriend and I had a great time. But beware the environment is quite loud.

We had a good experience. The trout was tasty af. The hostess was very accommodating, moving around tables so that my father was able to get just the right table and spot for his electric wheelchair. This is very telling (about customer service) and was much-appreciated. Our server, Julian, was a pro! Courteous, efficient and he moved quickly to get us our food/drinks without much wait at all. We had a slight mishap with ordering and he didn't hesitate to make it right. I do recommend this location. Enjoy!

The setting of the place is comforting. The servers were very friendly-like and always asking do we anything. The food did take a little longer then expected but it was worth the wait.

Brunch was good (we ordered an omelet and the bang bang shrimp eggs benedict); $10 unlimited mimosas is a great deal. Only negative was the waiter pushing my husband pretty hard to get the drinks when he didn't want to.

Came here since my mother wanted to revisit it. It was my first time ever. Nice decor, and whoever had control of the music was of my generation - I'm hearing Lady Gaga, No Doubt, it was great. Our server, Krissi, was wonderful and refreshing. If I do come back, I'll be sure to aak for her. She made great recommendations and was honest about certain menu items I was looking at. On to the more important things - the food and drink. My mom had the Parker's Margarita with a salt rim and I had a sip - very good. I had the French 75 cocktail and was a little disappointed - I think the sparkling wine was a smidge flat, but I enjoy this drink with champagne, so it may have been the choice of sparkling wine in general. My second drink was the winter white cosmo and it was excellent. My mom's second drink was another Parker's marg. Our appetizers were the crab cakes and bang bang shrimp - FANTASTIC. The crab cakes were moist and flaky, with a great remoulade. The bang bang shrimp had a nice crunch and kick of spice. If you must order one appetizer, order this one. The entrees left much to be desired. I had the Rockefeller "Butterfish" with asparagus and bacon mac n cheese and the mac was seasoned and delicious, but the fish and asparagus were not. Honestly, the fish was good without the creamed spinach, so I moved that to the side and sprinkled on some salt and pepper. My mom's salmon was good, but needed a little s&p too, and the lime tomato garlic sauce left much to be desired. If I come back here, I'll stick to appetizers as my entree.

The food was okay. The inside didn't smell too fresh like the carpet needed to be cleaned. The bang bang shrimp was pretty good (not pictured). My mom got the blackened fish tacos with fries. I got a sirloin steak with cilantro rice and I unfortunately I can't remember the other side. Don't think I'll be back to this location.

Totally enjoyed the food!! Our server, Jeff was very nice, accommodating and professional!! We are a group of ladies that meet once a month. This was our first time here and will definitely return. The only drawback is there was a guest with a dog at the bar and my sister is extremely afraid of dogs!

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The service was outstanding, but the food needs a little work. I enjoyed the grilled chicken and shrimp, but my husband did not like the fish and chips. Also, we were not fans of the salad and the seafood deep. But overall, everything was ok.

The food here is reasonable and tasty. Love the bang bang shrimp, but they trick you with putting all that lettuce at the bottom of the bowl. It's a nice laid back atmosphere. You can go for Happy Hour or a nice date. Update: 2/27/22 Not sure if it's the location, but I am not going back. The food and service was good, but had to send back my ice cold bread. This is the second time I have seen a dog🐩🐕🐶 in the dinning area and I am personally not a fan of that. I see if it was outside seating, but pets (in my opinion) are not suppose to be inside a restaurant. But hey 🤷🏾‍♀️

Great food, but very slow service. Had to for wait for 15min for someone to come to table. Had to ask for the bread. Then food was served, never brought a drink that was ordered, guess waiter didn't observe because drink ended up never being served yet on my bill. It was not busy at all!! Get our servers some additional help..please!!

Idk the food was sub par for the pricing I had the pecan encrusted rainbow trout and it was very bland. I forgot the name of the drink I had but it was amazing it was a rum drink it reminded me of the sunset 😍

For appetizer we ordered "Spicy Shrimp"which is no longer on the menu but if you ask nicely they'll usually cook it up for you and after you try it you'll be wondering why they removed it from the menu,it's that good.The surf and turf is great,chared large shrimp with a cooked to perfection steak,it's a can't miss dish!

My family if 6 was seated promptly and greeted by our server. The restaurant was not very busy. We received our drinks, appetizers, and meals in a timely manner. I ordered a drink from the bar right have my entree arrived. Server never brought it. We completed our meal and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes before anyone checked on us. My husband had to request the check, which we ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. The restaurant was not busy.

I love this place and I order few times a month when I have people in my house but today was not OK. They missed 2 orders of Cesar salad and 2 orders of cranberry cookies. Instead of the cranberry cookies they sent me 2 gallons of cranberry JUICE… someone missed read the receipt. I called and a lady named Jessica said to call Uber eats but I’m not don’t believe this is a Uber eats issue

It's okay, good dinner but the prices are way greedy for the Aventura Commons. Okay, you do have a beautiful and amazing dental and waxing zone in the Commons. Oh and Chipotle. Itself feels that the people who eat there work in the area.

I don't like to give negative reviews but I didn't really want to go to this restaurant cause these places are not my bag but my friend wanted to go. Maybe other dishes are better but I ordered the fish tacos with fries. The fish was dry and tasteless. The fries I had asked for were supposed to be unseasoned but they were not; they were cooked in that horrible sodium based oil.

This place was tough to review. The food was great! And my friends and I had a good time... but the service was horrible. We literally waited 10 minutes for our drinks while we sat and watched them get warm at the bar. Our food took forever to come out. The girl never asked us if we wanted a second drink. Plates just stacked up and we had to ask them to be cleared. I'm glad I only paid HH prices. It wasn't even busy early on a Wednesday evening. There were employees standing around talking and on cell phones instead of helping each other. had I paid full menu prices, the service was unacceptable. With a menu price easily bumping to a $50 PPA, your servers should be on point.

The lobster was rubbery. The trout was over fried. The mashed potatoes tasted like the instant kind from the box. The spinach was watery. Soup too salty. Not what we’d expect from this establishment. On top of the disappointing food, be sure to check your receipt! We were charged for the “filet mignon and lobster tail” ($38) instead of the “steak and lobster tail” ($29). Filet mignon is an optional upgrade. We asked for steak, received regular steak, but were charged for filet mignon. When we asked the server about it, he said yes, that was a filet mignon, and filet mignon is the way it comes. He did not correct our bill, even when I showed him on the menu that no, that is not the way it comes. We also received two incorrect side dishes. Recommend taking your business elsewhere for better taste and price.

I am giving this place two stars just because the waitstaff is great . But I would give a one star to the Manager as she wasn’t respectful. Also the kitchen doesn’t seem to know how to cook . My salmon was completely raw it looked like it was still swimming literally. So I told the manager she all attitude , I explained to her half of the salmon I ate was fine but the other half was completely raw . She said this was medium but I can tell you that this was like sushi. Then she was nice enough after she arguing with me wether it was cooked or not ,she offered another piece . I waited super long time with no update . Then the salmon she brought was dry and like a shoe when i specifically ask Medium . Also there was a bone . I think this place needs new management and new kitchen staff. It is mind boggling you can’t cook a simple piece of salmon

My first time going here I had heard great stories about it the staff was friendly on waitress was a great we went around 3 in the afternoon it was not crowded at all ordered the steak and crab cakes the food was delicious Jarvis ordered the clam chowder with the crab lumps Food seem to be great taste we both said we would come here again. I left and went back to work around 6: 30 that same day I got really sick nauseated vomiting stomach cramps all the signs of food poisoning so my steak was medium well it tasted fine I don't know if it's the crabcake not sure what it was. Will I eat here again probably so but I don't think I will order any of that again but for this visit that's why it's just one star cuz I'm still sick and probably won't even go to work today.

Our family is visiting from Orlando for The Miami Dolphins game tomorrow. Decided to have dinner here tonight the appetizers were good, the guy who greeted us was great, our waiter you can tell he was super super rushed. My son had the pecan crested parmesan trout needless to say it was rotten like rotten. He said Mom why does this taste like this when I tasted it I instantly spit it out. The manager came over we told her about it she said I don't understand how that can be when we cook it fresh everyday I wanted to say you can cook something fresh everyday but doesn't necessarily mean the product is fresh. All she said is would you like me to order you something else and we're still waiting for her to apologize. I don't even know how she has that position of being a manager she's just terrible. Horrible horrible experience. How can you go to a fish restaurant and the fish is not fresh? I would never ordered that dish again I don't even know if I'll visit Bonefish again.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating I can give to Bonefish Grill in the Aventura/ North Miami Beach area...... What was suppose to be a fun, fullfilled and enjoyable night with family and friends definitely turned out to be an very unpleasant dining experience. From the unprofessionalism from one of the attending waitresses that left my party guest of over 40 guest in utter disbelief, disgust and disappointment to finding bugs in the food that was given to guest and when asked "What is going to be done about this?" The manager by the name of JESSICA replied "I'm sorry YOU feel this way" but you were given a free cheesecake nothing else can be done." The distastefulness that was shown by the persons that was representing this company and the services provided on this evening left me distrught. NEVER again will I visit this restaurant. Where are the health inspectors??!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! So many of my guest complained about their food from the dried out sirloin tovthe overcooked mahi. The broccoli was either yellow or cold. What a disgrace and disaster. Always always always, check your food!

How we feeling? Last time I ate at bone fish was in 2011 in Pennsylvania thought it was good. Now? Not so good! Food was bland. No love in it at all. I feel like the chefs who made the food was probably watching YouTube on their phone or iPad while cooking and just chillin back there I mean it was very slow when I came. I won’t be returning.
