Five stars all day, I do not care. I've been coming here since I can remember coming to the mall, and it has been my favorite food court item ever since. Seriously, next time you're at Dadeland look around the food court and see how many places are there from the lat few years, even last few months, Chick-Fil-A excluded? Kelly's has stood the test of time, and if you can be a little patient while the ladies finish their nice conversation, you can help yourself to a plate of some of the best chicken and sides this side of the Kendall canal. A classic.

Love this place, fast service, good portions, and amazing food. They've gotten slightly more expensive but it's still worth it. It's rare that I chose some place over chick fila but I often do when it comes to this restaurant.

Take out Bourbon Chicken is an amazing dinner when dont feel like cooking after work. Pick it up and the portions are enough for leftovers. Prices going up and portions getting smaller like everywhere but well worth the trip!

Five stars all day, I do not care. I've been coming here since I can remember coming to the mall, and it has been my favorite food court item ever since. Seriously, next time you're at Dadeland look around the food court and see how many places are there from the lat few years, even last few months, Chick-Fil-A excluded? Kelly's has stood the test of time, and if you can be a little patient while the ladies finish their nice conversation, you can help yourself to a plate of some of the best chicken and sides this side of the Kendall canal. This place is a failure, the orange chickens are not chicken, they are a scam, they are fried flour withoutany peace of chicken inside , the food is horrible.

Llegamos al lugar con la mejor actitud para poder comer algo que nos hacía mucha ilusión, primera vez que comía es este lugar. Muy mala atención desde el comienzo, actitud pésima por parte de las empleadas, pésimo servicio, cero trato amable. Si no quieren pasar un mal rato, no vayan a este lugar.

Horrible, pague por orange chicken y NUNCA encontre un pedazo de pollo, todo era empanizadocaramelized, fui y hable con la persona que me atendio y me dijo que asi venia. Si pages por pan, porque recibir tortilla. Es ridiculo.

staff was rude. They served me the wrong order and I asked for the manager because they insisted that what they gave me is what i ordered and the guy I was talking to told me his is the manager. keep in mind “the manager” was the rudest person there. Told me I had to pick my food better next time.

6/26/19 11:30 while waiting in line to give my order, 2 women walk up and are immediately served. I brought to the attention of the employee that was helping them (Teresa), that I had been waiting before them. Teresa nodded and kept serving them. I felt discriminated against and took my business elsewhere.

I tried to order some shrimp and none of the four employees behind the counter could understand a word of English. How is it possible that a restaurant in a mall this big has such an incompetenr staff?

Ask them for a refill they said they don’t do refill,witch is a lie I have got refills before they Mad cuz they mess up on my food and I ask to be replace the plate only and they refuse to give me a refill and they refuse to give it to me even do I’m gonna pay for the refill

Ask to speak to the manager, then they don’t comprehend no speak English. I had a translator and they don’t wanna answer any questions. Very poor service. One of the worker looked like she has the pink eye. The manager (I guess on duty) gave me the wrong number to corporate or the manager of the restaurant. Again very poor service.

Ok so I tried it for the first time, the food was okay, but the service was horrible! The best part was when I had the drink it was full of ice and I told her before even pouring the drink that I need less ice but instead she told me that it’s too hot and the ice is necessary! When she told me that any extra side is 3.49 something I told her to give me the fish on the side for which she was gonna charge me 9.49 without even advising me as if they just wanted to charge me quickly ! Nonetheless their counters were empty and nobody was there eating (dint surprise me at all). And when I asked her why its 9 bucks she made faces at me and replied me in a sarcastic way that NO MY LOVE FISH IS OFC 9 bucks CHICKEN IS 3.49. Worst place to eat at Dadeland mall worst experience ever, and I chose it over Shake Shak and Hagen Daz! Worst customer service God bless them coz they need it

Last night I bought a veggie roll and when at home I realized it was hard as a rock maybe prepared early in the day and old at night. Today as I passed by spoke to a guy Alfredo to be the person in charge and instead of using customer service skills he decided to be bad mannered and didn’t solved my complain I usually get food there. He didn’t care I don’t understand how a person like that is in charge. Terrible service terrible attitude and at a point he asked to step aside when in good manner I just asked to solve it when I asked for his supervisor he said he never comes. I will call corporate
