Usually only one person working which can make it kinda slow sometimes, but the quality of the food is unmatched! The empanadas are amazing inside and out, highly recommend going here instead of any of the chains. The food and coffee is actually authentic, and tastes amazing!

Every time my partner and I come we order the cafe con leche. Honestly it’s the best one we’ve had ANYWHERE we go! Today we got our cafe con leches, guava and cheese pastry, and the media noche with a batida Mamey. The service is always great and super affordable. Hands down recommended!! 💜

Ese lugar es horrible ,sus empleadas supergroseras. Pedí una orden y lo que supuestamente era una tortilla fue un huevo apenas mezclado. Cuando voy al lugar para que me repitieran mi orden la encargada me dice que soy una extremista , no entiendo es que acaso no tengo derecho a tener mi orden bien hecha? Pues paguè por ella y bien caro. De atrás la que elabora me grita que ella no puede pasarse 10 minutos batiendo un huevo que que yo me creo. Les repito que no quiero mi dinero solo quiero que me vuelvan a hacer la orden bien , esta vez le repito 3 veces durante la espera que es la tortilla con jamón y que creen? Me vuelven a dar la orden mal , esta vez bien revuelta pero sin el jamón. Me vuelvo a quejar y la encargada me dice que mi actitud le molesta y la cocinera que ella ya no tiene más huevos que me conforme. En fin un desastre y una falta de respeto. Hablan por teléfono con su supervisor y les pido que me lo pasen y me dicen que no , que si quiero hablar con él que espere al martes, o sea dos días. Al fin me lo pasan al teléfono y le expliqué lo sucedido, pues nada se solucionó solo que si quería mi dinero y no, yo no quiero mi dinero. Yo solo quería mi orden bien elaborada y un buen trato dos cosas que no pudieron brindarme. Y no soy extremista , es el desayuno de mi niño de 7 años que al final tuvo que comerse un huevo no como el quería por un mal trabajo de dos empleadas. Sin contar el maltrato. Le doy una estrella solo pq no me permite darle 0

My family has been buying food from this establishment since I was a child. I had my first frita at this location. I never post reviews on Google. This place has good food, but terrible service. Don't order online because the staff is incompetent when it comes to electronics. I had 4 orders work out perfectly fine, over grubhub-seamless. The last two were horrible experiences. I ordered my food online and then called ahead to see if my order was ready. I was told it was. I show up and the order was not ready. They then go on arguing with me and saying they haven't received an order online and that the only way to pay is face-to-face. When you place an order online, you have to pay before the order is placed. I am not about to pay twice. The whole point of ordering online is for the pickup to be easy. In and out. My order was canceled right infront of me, as I was explaining the situation. I noticed that I received an email, after the argument saying the order was canceled. They obviously noticed the order but completely disregarded it. Their business relationships with any online party need to end, immediately.

I had a bad experience on a Saturday about 3 weeks ago??? The server inside pretended she didn't see me I am handicapped on an electric wheel chair but she ignored me there were no customers in the store I opened the crack and asked her if she was open she said no so I got out of my chair and leaned on tables and chairs I almost fell down now even thought I finally got up to the counter she still ignored me she went to the cash register and started counting the money other customers came in and she still ignored us finally when there were about 6 more customers she asked me what I wanted I told her everything I wanted on my sandwich instead of charging me the $5 + tax she charged like I had the full meal $8+ I paid it because I was in pain and wanted to get out of there a customer helped me get out to me wheel chair and I took a picture of the door where it says they help handicap and I told the owner the next day that I am going to report her to the BBB he said he would take of her he says he fired her I don't know if he did but I have not seen her

I’ve been eating there for the past 15 years very good food and people till a couple of years the lady owner Carme divorce her husband Carlos who was never there since them is going down hill till last week when I found out the owner took away the tips of the girls that work there he said those tips belonged to him i cant believe such a unfair treatment and gready person after 15 years im not going to spend one mere dime in that place and if you go there and dont care about this remember the tip is not for the girl that serve the food is for the owner
