Cortadito Coffee House Miami Reviews
Stopped by this coffee shop because we had a long drive ahead of us from Miami, FL back home, & we are coffee enthusiasts. Out of all the coffee shops I’ve been to, this is in my top two. My buddy told me this is genuine Cuban coffee, & it is! The location is amazing, & the shop is well-decorated & organized. They had multiple food items & lots of coffee options. I forgot exactly what I ordered, but it was fresh, cold, &—most of all—tasty! The staff were friendly, helpful, & professional.
I could say it really good for first time to taste Cuba coffee. I’ve told the staff that I cannot drink too sweet coffee please less stweet. Then I gotta a perfect one!!! It’s sooooo good!
I want to recognize Oscar, Dalila, and Gipsy for their excellent customer service. They are consistently friendly, attentive, and make every visit a great experience. Their professionalism truly stands out. My matcha 11/10
Óscar, Dalila and Gipsy always make me feel welcome always attentive to my order and never fail to make me the best strawberry matcha! they are one of the reasons i keep coming back. 10/10 🙂
Love this place. I was met with more than just an incredible cup of coffee. I was met with kindness, professionalism, and joy. Oscar, Mariana, and Gipson go above and beyond with their customer service. They’re not only friendly, but they truly make you feel seen and welcomed. The atmosphere is inviting, the coffee is rich and full of flavor (that cortadito is something special!), and the service is always great. If you’re looking for your new favorite coffee spot, this is it. Thank you for making every visit so enjoyable.
The service here is great!! I online ordered something but they were out of it and happily refunded me. They were super apologetic which I appreciated. The food was also super good and tasted quality. I know Cuban food can be heavy but this felt light while still having that same great flavor.
Love this place. Coffees start my day and they make an amazing cup I had the pistachio latte hot and a croissant. Amazing. Atmosphere was clean and vibey and service was fast. I’ll be back for sure 🥳
Absolutely great Cuban coffee, and the breakfast sandwich was delicious!
Gipsy Mariana serves me my coffee and tostada every morning. She is the nicest and the most professional. The staff in general is really nice. Favorite coffee shop in the area
Local coffee chain that serves great drinks and simple Latin American pastries. Stopped by for some coffee and snacks after shopping nearby. While their lattes looked tempting, the sparkling lemonades were just too enticing to resist on a hot Miami afternoon. On the counter, they also had a few selection of Latin American treats like empanadas and churros. The churro was just okay, but the empanada was great. It was packed with savory, well-seasoned ground beef and baked to a golden crisp. If you're looking for a quick and delicious snack or a refreshing drink to beat the heat, this local coffee chain has got you covered.
Love the vibe🫶As a tourist, it’s a good place for me to enjoy city views in Miami when I was having breakfast here😋This was the first time I tried Cuban food and I really appreciated it! Brunch for two costs 35$.
Coffee was great beef empanada delicious and all was served with a smile really enjoyed it
Love this place so much ! It’s by far the best coffee in Brickell. Great snacks, great vibes and it’s quick. Micheal always gives us the best service and a pup cup for our dog. The outdoor seating is also comfortable and enjoyable. PS- You have to try their banana bread it’s excellent!!
Good food and coffee thanks Yandi great services too!
I am just visiting Miami from Tennessee and decided to stop by for some late lunch. I had a chicken cuban sandwich and ordered a coffee but then decided I didn’t really want a coffee. The man had no problem swapping out the coffee for another drink which even cost a little bit more which I really appreciated so I told myself I had to give these guys a 5 star review. The food is also great!
It was my first time at Cortadito, was a really good time during the morning, the music, a delicious coffee and the service from Nerea, Mariana and Emi was amazing, thank you ladies for sure I’ll come back!
Great coffee! Yondi is the best barista 👌
Nice little Cortadito location. Very small, but they have all the goodies.
i just had the best coffee and pastries in town! Yaritza, Maria and Camila all are BEAUTIFUL AS HECK AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING! LOVE YALL
Friendly enough. Decent food and good coffee!
Fantastic coffee shop! The staff, especially Mike, is super friendly. The cortaditos are a must-try, and the surprise dog treat (pup-cream) Mike brings out makes our visit even more special
Visited Miami for a couple days on a friends trip and stopped by for a quick drink :) fell in love with Cortaditos and made multiple trips here in a day. Staff including Mike was super friendly and we really enjoyed the food, service, and overall vibes!
I really enjoyed this place. It's a great option for breakfast in Brickell. The coffee was top-notch, thanks 😁
I love Cortadito but the service Mike Miriana gave me made it all the more special. The best service I’ve ever received here at the coffee house in brickell . Look forward to having his service again !
I love this location in Brickell and their staff. Every day we walk in, we are warmly greeted by Mariana, Paola, and Dana. They already know our orders since we come quite often and always make sure our ‘tres leches’ iced latte is exceptional, and the pastries and tequeños are always warm and delicious. We’ve been here more than we’d like to admit since they opened, but who wouldn’t with such amazing staff?
Mike, Diego and Ariana provide great service every day 24/7. I’ve been coming here for breakfast everyday dor three months. Food is great, atmosphere is wonderful, and service is excellent. Coffee is good too :)
Service is amazing! Loved the hazelnut cortadito and their avocado toast. Shoutout to Gypsy for the amazing service
Amazing food in particular Empanadas and Cuban sandwiches. Best part is cappuccino. We couldn’t have enough so we went three different times and totally indulged. Camala is so sweet and passionate with her work and she did everything with a great smile. So welcoming and outstanding service.
Such a cute location! Food and coffee were amazing (per usual). Oscar, Yari, and Gipson were very kind and helpful during the ordering process.
Th food was delicious! Zuri and Yari are amazing! Excellent services! 🙏☺️
Incredible service from Oscar! Amazing iced latte and the best tequenos I’ve ever had. Also were very kind about my dog being with me while ordering. Highly recommend!
Some of the best coffee I have ever had. I went twice while on vacation and got a cuban coffee (coladita) and an iced latte and both were great. Staff was friendly and prices were very good.
I really love this place. They have a great coffee and food is amazing too. One of the best things they have is the Breakfast Avocado Toast. And you must try the Caramel Latte.
After a cross country drive from California to Miami, Cortadito was my first cafe con leche and guava cheese pastry in Miami. It did not disappoint. Cortadito was a lovely place to land and experience the culture of Miami. Diego was kind and welcoming.
Every time I go to Cortadito Brickell, the staff is super friendly, especially Mariana! Thanks always for the excellent service - they already know my preferences as a customer! The place is always spotless and the food is delicious!
Cortadito is such a cute spot to have yummy Cuban food and coffee! I ordered the Guava and Cheese pastry and it was SO GOOD. I also had a Cafe Bon Bon which was absolutely delicious. Thank you Mariana and Allison for your super kind and lovely service. We had the best experience
Spent the morning getting some work done at Cortadito Coffee House and had an amazing experience. I got the hazelnut iced latte and breakfast sandwich and both were absolutely delicious. All three staff members (Mariana, Mike, and Dana) were very kind and helpful as well. Great atmosphere and amazing food!
Great coffee but hard to find parking nearby with it being on or near the main street. Clean bathroom with outdoor seating.
very cool place!!! I recommend it to everyone!!! the food is fresh and tasty - prepared by a charming, nice woman, coffee - this is a special thanks. in Miami it is hard for me to find real espresso - here it is - so tasty and strong, as it should be. the service surprised - it exists and the customers are treated very friendly and attentively!
This coffee shop is one of my favorites! I’m a local & come here several times per week. Mariana, Dana, & Mike are the absolute best & always make my experience here amazing! The food & coffee are exceptional & the service is top tier. You won’t regret stopping by!
The food/service was excellent. Amazing atmosphere and thanks to Cami for a great experience
I work in the building and from the very first day they opened I have gone every single morning. Love the food, the staff, the service. I think this business will strive and be here for years to come. They fit right in and will definitely give you a great start to your day. From the music they play to the unique style of coffee selection. If you have not came by, you’re missing out.
Amazing food and coffee. More importantly the staff makes you feel so happy when the are serving you. Especially Camila and Yari were accommodating and made you have a great experience
This spot is soooo cute and the food is delicious . Each dish is around $10 and they have pastries (their croissants are hugeeee), pastries, matcha, and fresh squeezed orange juice
I loved the chicken lime power ball! Great for a quick lunch. Staff is nice and service is quick. The place is small and usually full, I asked it to go.
Coffee was delicious. Food was as well. Great selection. Friendly staff and quick service. 10/10
Cortadito hypes up 🆙your taste for coffee ☕️ Only in MIA you will find this delightful twist the baristas 👨🍳👩🍳mix the recipe with… From Caramel Flan 🍮, Vanilla, Pistachio, Hazelnut 🌰, and the most Latin representation of all 🥁, Tres Leches Latte 🥛🍼🧋! Of course, they also serve regular recipes like Cappuccino, Sabrina Carpenter’s fav. option (espresso 🎶👧🏼), and the traditional Café con Leche. They also offer plenty of 🇨🇺 Cuban recipes like the original, El Sandwich Cubano (served with ham, pork 🐷, swiss 🧀, and crispy thin-cut fries), and many other sandwiches. Finally, you can indulge yourself with healthy yogurt parfait 🍦, tropical cup fruit dessert 🥭🍍🍌… or a not-so-healthy 😉bakery treats like a Venezuelan 🇻🇪tequeño, Guava/cheese pastry, or a churro with dulce de leche! I visited the Brickell spot and the guys there stood way beyond customer service, making sure my Tres Leche cold drink was blended to perfection, as well as they walked me through all of the delicious stuff I could explore in this MIA 🌇signature coffee chain! Cyntia and Hamyn 👧🏻🧒🏻keep up the good stuff, your service quality is a clear representation of what MIA hospitality is all about…😊
Great coffee and food! The staff who were there the day I went were absolute sweethearts:Oscar, Diego, and Cami! Greetings from Brazil!
Friendly staff, cute restaurant -- ordered a cortadito here and it was great. Will def come back next time I'm in the Brickell area!
Love the Tres Leches Latte here it’s the best drink on the Menu but they also serve great authentic matcha. The worker Yandi also is super kind and friendly and never fails to get me my drink exactly how I like it.
My favorite coffee shop in Brickel! The latte with coconut milk is so good. For food I’ve had the croissants and empanadas both really good! Highly recommend!
Came here with my family after lunch!! Service was amazing. The strawberry matcha with almond milk was amazing. My family said the americano was also good.
Friendly staff, cute place to dine outside if you choose to do so. Coffee was great. I ordered a bowl of the Cuban sampler and it was okay. I think portions are great for the price.
Had a basic breakfast. Cuban, tres leches coffee, and a traditional cortadito. It was exactly what it needed to be. Nothing more, nothing less. The lady who took my order was very nice. I don’t know about the location though. Construction is annoying and it smelled like toilet the whole time. I would recommend take out.
Inside/ outside seating. Simple menu items and combos. Stopped in for a Cuban coffee and empanada. Both hot and delicious. Enjoy!
I usually go to this cortadito location and l love the coffee here! Oscar was amazing — super helpful and professional.
The coffee here is very good , the staff is super friendly and very helpful.
I liked the place, coffee is good. I tried the pastries, but they weren’t that good. it’s average I would say, not sure if I would go back. The place is kind of small and the service wasn’t bad but wasn’t outstanding either.
Cuban coffee and food was ok. Not as good as authentic cafes down in little Havana. But good for quick fix.
I had a good experience here. The coffee (iced latte) was great, and so was the pastry (guava & cream cheese). There was not a lot of seating for my group of 6, but we made do. The staff seemed pretty busy but had a good system down to handle all of the to-go and counter orders coming in. I will say I would stick to coffee & pastries here, as the yogurt parfait was warm and had stale granola, and the cafeteria-style breakfast plates were unappetizing. But for a grab-and-go breakfast pastry and coffee, this is a great stop!
Cute coffee place. We ordered the Cuban Breakfast, it was ok. Pretty bland and they used a lot of oil, or something. You can see how liquidy it is in the picture. Pretty pricey but its Brickell so thats to be expected. Service was nice and the place is cute, very clean with plenty of seating and WiFi. Overall, standard run-of-the-mill coffee shop.
Went in to order a pan con tortilla with eggs and 2 coffee. I started to eat an notice something was missing. I paid $11.95 for pan on tortilla no eggs, bread super hard. Coffee notice some with a lot of foam which is half the cup. Do no borther calling as it asked to switch online messenger.
Coffee is alright. Service could be greatly improved. They didn’t have most utensils stocked and were barely attentive.
Overall very disappointing. American breakfast was worse than an average cheap motel breakfast, the eggs were cold & liquid and the bacon was also luke warm. Cuban bowl was very disappointing, especially the rice which was sludgy mush. The Ham Croquettes were the only good thing in the order.
The servers are very polite and they tried to do their best, however I don’t know if they don’t have experience or they don’t have the right oven. The scramble eggs were undercooked as it was the bacon, we sent twice the eggs and the bacon to be placed in the oven a little longer and both times it came back almost as it was before. The tip is included and you don’t noticed it after you paid an additional tip, it’s not the servers fault, it’s the new culture that owners rely more and more on customers paying what it should be their obligation to pay the right salary. The prices are excessive, but this is also “the new culture in Miami”
I'm not sure what happened... outstanding reviews, but my coffee was two thumbs down. I ordered cafe con leche and it tasted like a kind of sad latte with a dash of sugar. I can't put my finger on what was off about it. It wasn't just the lack of sugar (which I truly don't mind; I actually find most CCLs to be way too sweet), but also the strength. I'm a local Miamian and CCLs are my favorite type coffee... I order them everywhere and make an amazing one at home, so I know my stuff. It's imperative make a proper CCL as a cuban themed coffee shop, so I'm a bit wary about trying anything else from there, but I will go back to give the coffee bombon a try. I'll update my review if warranted. For now, 2 stars because the service experience was good, but the most important thing--the coffee--was a fail.
Crappuccino alert!!! Got a decaf in the afternoon - utter failure.
I ordered food had the American breakfast it was super bad. The eggs was not cooked at all correctly. The croquettes it shows too. They only give me one very upsetting because I was recommending you guys because of the coffee because It did taste good just the coffee and I had try croissant sandwich one time and I didn’t say anything. It was very disgusting and it’s not worth $10 like the food is not good at all, but I give you guys prop for the coffee. That’s the only thing that is good. Everything else is terrible. and I tried reaching out. No one answered the phone and no one reached out to me even through like a chat you guys have.. Very disappointing now I’m hoping the people I recommended did not go because that makes me look bad. They are tourist. They’re visiting here and I send them somewhere bad that is a no no so hopefully they didn’t went so. I won’t recommend anymore this place to anyone.. and you guys even use my picture I took a professional picture for you guys for your coffee. That’s one of the best pictures you have on there. Do better loves if you guys don’t know how to make food just stay as a coffee shop because the food is not worth it at all. The other picture did not save, but it looks like just like everyone else Pictures that they have there watery not cooked correctly very Disgusting.
Eggs were severely watery and undercooked, as well as the guava pastry, the photo is AFTER I microwaved the eggs. Unfortunately I won’t be eating here ever again and this was the first time I’d eaten here but trust me there’s much better Cuban food anywhere else.
Place is nice but service is horrible, after paying 10$ for a matcha that is full of sugar and tastes horrible, a blond Latin server comes outside to call my name when I’m already seating on a table but leaves my matcha inside, I turn around thinking she is bringing my order with her and on the contrary she points inside for me to come inside and pick it up! like she came all the way outside to call my name but don’t bring a simple cup of matcha with her for me to go back inside to the cashier and grab it myself, I’ve never seen this in my life! I guess she was mad I didn’t leave 20% for a cup of matcha, literally worst service I’ve ever seen and mean like she comes all the way out to my table to tell me my cup is ready inside instead of bringing it with her to the table! Just mean! And of course they don’t speak one word of English, bad vibes here, came here to relax and have to leave and never come back here.
This place has so much potential, but unfortunately, this is just another over priced brickell establishment with shitty food. The coffee is terrible, it’s an insult to Latin food to call their fried ham lumps ‘croquettas’, and the rest of the food is just meh. I’m sure if this place wanted to, they could step up the food quality and then it wouldn’t feel like robbery paying to eat here. Not trying to be a hater, just trying to give honest feedback back so you guys can be better.
Not a good cuban sandwich at all. The meat was cold and slimy, even though the bread was good. The coffee was okay and why it gets the 2 stars, but I can't recommend this place for a Cuban sandwich.
Worst Iced vanilla latte I’ve ever had. The espresso tasted so burnt that I didn’t have more than two sips before tossing it. I hate wasting and I always finish coffee, but this… nope.
Very disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order from this location. Not only did I receive the wrong sandwich, but both the sandwich and the coffee arrived cold. I was really looking forward to this meal, but the quality and care just weren’t there. I hope they take more pride in their delivery orders moving forward.
What a sorry sandwich they charged me $13+ for. The meat was enough for maybe a half sandwich. The bread was barely toasted. And the sauce for the sandwich? Barely stained the bread it was thrown on. Thankfully the meat was somewhat seasoned but you would have thought it was just boiled pork if you just looked at it. Definitely not worth the $15 (with the tip I should've not given them) I paid for it. I'm not sure it was worth the paper it was wrapped in. Maybe they make one hell of a cup of coffee. I wouldn't know. Sandwiches however? You're better off walking to 7-Eleven. At least then you know the price will match the quality. This place was not it.
I posted a picture and tagged the coffee house on ig, and they took my photo and reposted it without tagging me or giving me credit as if it was their photo. On top of that their food wasn’t that great. The croquettes were very salty and the Cuban bread was too fluffy.
