Absolutely recommend this place. The food was outstanding — every dish was full of flavor, beautifully prepared. What made the experience even more special was the service. The general manager, Lena, guided us through traditional Mexican cuisine in such a thoughtful and welcoming way. We had the chance to try flavors and dishes we had never experienced before, and everything was explained and presented perfectly. I've been waiting for Koko and Bakan owners to bring a restaurant to our area for months. So excited. Only advice, you guys need to market better. I found out by accident scrolling on Google maps.

Well Everyone on my way to work so I stopped at my favorite fast food restaurant and what a joy. Ordered my cheeseburgers fresh from the grill and took them no time to make them, large fries (fresh) and my diet coke. From the cashier to the food expediter/manager it was a great experience. As always if you want a great restaurant you hire a great team and you’ll have it. Ray Kroc would be the founder would be jumping for joy over this McDonalds at 200 NE 167th street. From the incredible cashier who took my order to the manager it was an awesome McDonalds experience as it was meant to be.

I had the most amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! The dish I tried was absolutely exquisite, truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive the entire time, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the music just makes everything even better. And the drinks… wow!! Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe them! Honestly, this place is on another level, the best by far, and nothing else compares. I can’t wait to come back!

We made history and were there for the opening day of this restaurant. The interior designed this place was like nothing you’ve ever seen before. The fact that this place was part of a mall is not giving the justice that this place deserves. The servers were over the top and as good as they get. This is true authentic Mexican food. Look it’s easy to make it a good tasting taco, but it’s not easy to make authentic tasting taco and this place did exactly that. All the food was uniquely flavoured and had a lot of taste and flavor. The spot is gonna do welland I’ll definitely be back if ever in the area again.

We had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The tacos were a must-try super juicy and well-seasoned and the chips with salsa and guac were so good we ordered extra. The cocktails were also a highlight: well-balanced, not too sweet, and made with quality tequila. What really made the night, though, was the service. Jairo was outstanding attentive, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. He gave great recommendations, checked on us at the right times, and made sure we were having a good experience without ever feeling rushed. I fully recommend coming to Jacinta de Mexico. The food was amazing, and every single dish tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. What really made the experience special was the service. Our waitress Arantza was great and very kind. She made sure that we enjoyed our meal. On top of that, Elena, the manager, was very welcoming. Amazing restaurant — everything was excellent! The skirt steak was incredibly tender and juicy, perfectly cooked. The seafood ceviche was super fresh, and the spicy green sauce was absolutely finger-licking good. The must-try drink, Vacation in Tulum, was outstanding — especially if you love mezcal like I do. Jacinta De Mexico was AMAZING. Very classy and beautiful decor. All the food was reasonably priced. The presentation, flavor, and portions of the food were fantastic. We had the flank steak and chicken flautas and it was flavorful! The flank steak was tender and made to perfection. The manager “Gus” made sure that our dining experience was pleasant. Our server “Taisha” was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend dining here.

I've been following the hospitality group for a while, and Jacinta, their newest location at Aventura Mall, does not disappoint!!! Food is as delicious as always, with beautiful presentation, generous portions, great prices, and warm, welcoming service. Passion Fruit Hibiscus Margarita is perfectly balanced, easy to drink, and refreshing. Cherry Wood Grilled Skirt Steak is magnificent. Chocolate Tres Leches was the best dessert I've had. One of the few Mexican Restaurants in Miami that is a completely worthy experience. Sit at the Bar!!! Ask for John and Dariel!!! ;)

I’ve been a big fan of Bakan in Wynwood and Koko in Coconut Grove for a long time — and now, I’m so excited they’ve finally opened Jacinta in Aventura, just minutes from my house! The food is exceptional, the ambiance is vibrant and full of energy, and the overall experience is just beyond this world. I truly recommend everyone to come and try it — even just once — and see for yourself what makes it so special.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Today is my 5th time back since they opened. Great food and ambiance, but the hospitality service is top notch. Their mezcal selection in all of their establishment’s is unmatched. Every time I come here, I am treated like a VIP. Their cocktails are amazing, ask them what you want and they will customize any drink. From tacos to their meats, to enchiladas you will not be disappointed.

This place opened up about 2 months ago and I have been there about 7 or 8 times already!! First walking in - you immediately begin to admire the decor, atmosphere, and the overall vibe. Then, the staff hits you with the friendliest customer service. Then comes the food. And let me tell you… it is absolutely amazing!! Everything is so fresh and tasty (especially the cocktails). Additionally, the desserts (pictured here) are all amazing. The Nutella churro’s are a MUST HAVE… and tonight we also tried the flan… absolutely the best we’ve ever had. And to top it off - the service is second to none. Elena (I think she’s the manager) couldn’t have been nicer, more thoughtful, and caring. Everytime we come in - somehow she makes our family and/or whomever we’re with - feel like longtime friends!! She is absolutely amazing!! You have to try this place - I guarantee you’ll fall in love with it!! Honestly, the food here is better than any other Mexican food we have ever eaten (including in Mexico).

This is our second visit to Jacinta at Aventura Mall. In a word... Fantastic! And don't get me started on the desserts. The plant pictured is the Tres Leches. Amazing! We do not live in the area but plan to visit often. When we do, this will definitely be one of the stops.

Elena goes above and beyond to elevate the dining experience and takes it to the next level. WOW - Aventura gets moving with GREAT Mexican food! We just found this last night and were amazed at it all; people warmly welcomed us at the patio entrance, the interior is no doubt designed by someone special - super well-done in the comfortable furniture, lighting, right down to the floors! Anna (our amazing food representative hit all high points with her recommendations). Only challenge was we ordered a bit too much because everything sounded great - and it was. It’s like they enjoy what they do and you benefit from that. The food: Just delicious!!!! There is something for everyone. It is a Mexican menu but with their own spin on some of the items. However, the flavor sensation and portion sizes are exact what you need. You have to come and dine here. My favorite dishes so far have been the white fish ceviche, the enchiladas and the Tomahawk steak (yes they have steak on the menu). But the real winner for me has to be the desserts! I have a sweet tooth and Jacinta delivers on that!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please try the in house made churros with Nutella filling and the bread pudding!!!!!!!!!!. Also, if your enjoy a drink or two, their margaritas are insanely delicious! This is truly a restaurant that I will continue to dine at. So happy to have Jacinta de Mexico at Aventura Mall. From my very first RumChata cocktail, I couldn’t stop ordering it all night. But the best part of the night was when Elena, the manager, came to our table with her smile. The atmosphere and the food were all wonderful. The service we received from Brian was top notch! As someone with food allergies, I always appreciate a waiter who will go through the extra back and forth from the table to the kitchen to double and triple check what is safe for me to eat. He handled it all with efficiency and a smile on his face. He made great recommendations, too! The brisket quesadilla was delicious, I would definitely order it again. They were able to alter the truffle queso fundido to not have my allergens in there (thank you!!) and it was a great portion size to share between two people. The fresh homemade tortillas made everything even better!

Jacinta is not your usual mexican restaurant. The design of the place is amazing, it looks like you were transported into a beautiful part of the country, the design language is beautiful if you’re an aesthetics person.Flavor is a HUGE thing here, All of the food has tremendous Rich flavor you will never forget. Not to mention even plain dishes like enchiladas a brimming with flavor and great texture due to amazing ingredients. I’m originally from Russia and not a big fan of Mexican cuisine, so I was skeptical at first. But this place completely changed my mind. The food is incredible — more refined, fusion-style Mexican. The fish taco was amazing, and the dessert, served like a flower in a pot, was truly unforgettable. Excellent management and wonderful service — Elena helped us choose the perfect dishes. The restaurante is very new recently opened. From the welcome to the end I would say it was delicious and very welcoming. We received complementary margaritas, very delicious and not disappointing at all, definitely a 10/10 on the drinks. The green sauce enchiladas were decent and made with good quality product but I rate them a 7.5/10 unfortunately I felt they lacked flavor. The service was amazing, you never find yourself looking for a waiter or waitress, they check on you consistently. The taco tray/ was definitely a 10/10 no complaints loves the tortillas and the guacamole sauce it came with. The tortillas are authentic and made with the purple corn from Mexico.

For me, this felt like elevated Mexican food. The dishes were very pretty and looked delicious. Seems like they made my food 20 minutes before I ordered it. This was 5:30am in the morning. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t served hot, more like lukewarm. This was the first time I stopped at this location because it was on my way to my new job. Will give other McDonald’s a chance before I come back to this one.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service was kinda slow and the place was a bit messy when I went. Not bad for a quick bite, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

I wish I can say this is a must go to place, but in my opinion it’s not. Guacamole is standard, tortilla soup, fine, enchiladas verde nothing special, pork tacos good! Unfortunately the soup and dinner were served at the same time. Women’s bathroom was smelly! Saw 3 shots of tequila spilled on a woman. Just a place I would expect to be together, but wasn’t. With so many other options this area, this is a pass.

Fast service but they rip you off. My medium smoothie is 75% full. I asked the drive-thru lady why it was so empty and she said, "it's the machines." Riiight, like you don't control the machines. 🙄

Peak hours 2pm and no frappe??? Young kid at the drive through talking on his phone with a Bluetooth in one ear and the drive through headset on the other ear. Needless to say we were yelling at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response but the employee says the speaker works. This is Our future!!!

This McDonald's was the armpit of McDonald's. There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was in a sketchy area as well.

Very disappointing experience. They advertise gluten-free options, but everything was cross-contaminated. As someone who has to be careful with gluten, this is extremely concerning and honestly irresponsible. If you claim to offer gluten-free food, the staff should be properly trained and the kitchen should follow strict procedures ,that clearly was not the case here. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small for the price. We paid around $100 and only three people ate, and it still felt like we barely had any food. The server also didn’t seem prepared or knowledgeable about the menu or dietary restrictions, which made the whole situation worse. Overall, overpriced, poorly managed, and not safe for people who actually need gluten-free food.

After receiving a cold sandwich in the drive through I went inside & asked for another cheeseburger made fresh they gave me sliced onions instead of slivered, when I asked for the manager, she sucked her teeth, dragged her feet across the floor, and handed me another cold burger overloaded with enough onions for five sandwiches. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the staff on shift tonight should not be representing the McDonald’s brand. I expect better from a company of this size — this needs to be corrected immediately.

There has been a fly in the bakery box the past few visits, I think the fly checks in daily or permanently resides. Unfortunately, no one has taken notice or cares. I don’t recommend the cookies, unless you want McFly sauce.. Yeah, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat here too. Also, closed the dining room at 10:30 pm, although the signage says the dining room closes at 11 pm. Franchises are not reliable, they lack the standards.

Place was very dirty, employee drinking soda while attending a customer, garbage can was full so easier to throw trash on the floor. Very poor customer service, employee should be wearing gloves and face covering while preparing food!

Walked in about 2p was kinda crowded, when it was my turn to order the Cashier SIDEL walked off had to get some to find her to take my order. Then she act like she didn’t know even wanna take my order at all. I should have left then, so I FINALLY place my order. I asked to speak to the manager I heard her talk SIDEL and I quote : these people AlwAYs want something . She never came she REFUSE to speak to me, when I asked her name she said why. I asked other employees what’s the managers name and EVERYONE refuse to give to me. She and that staff needs to be fired. This is not the last step for me, I will for sure talk to General Manager District Manager whoever.

Bathrooms smell horrible! Dirty, no running water on sink!! Should be closed down! Imagine employees hands how nasty they must be!!!

This location never fills the basket of fries and charge a arm and a leg for it at least fill it up too the top I feel shortened

Hands down the worse McDonalds i’ve ever visited. I wait for 10 minutes with no one to help me, I show my order to the cashier, who has a headphone in and not even acknowledging the screen order. Asks me again in another ten minutes what my order is, to get it completely wrong. A large drink and fries, and ten nuggets, and they give me a sandwich. I recommend saving time and money. Not worth it to come here.

I went to this McDonalds today 10/22/2025 around 1:15 pm. The lady at the drive-thru had terrible customer service. I confirmed my order at the 1st window and I asked if I had entered my code. She rolled her eyes at me and told me what I had to pay. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I told her why you have bad service. She rolled her eyes at me again and told me the price I had to pay again. I left McDonalds and went to another restaurant to get something to eat. People like that shouldn't be serving at McDonald's

I visited the McDonald’s at 200 Ne 167th on September 16th 2025 around 7:25am, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the manager on duty. When I approached with a concern about my order, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone instead of trying to help. I asked her name she barely wanted to give me her name. I asked her to spell it for me she told me no call corporate and tell them the name I gave you. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I expect better treatment from management, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this with better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.

I ordered a number 4 MC Crispy and they didn’t put any of the toppings on there , just gave it to me plain , I really don’t appreciate that I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal ….. I ordered during late night shift 2Am …..🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

If I could have gave a zero review that's what I would have gave. I went to McDonald's at 9:20 and ended up leaving the McDonald's at 9:50 all because they made a mistake the night crew which was a dude a young girl. I was charged for the 6-piece Nugget and the fries as well as a Big Mac that I did not ask for and it was such a big confusion to the point where I paid with my Apple pay and he had to give me the difference in change in cash and then when I ask for the receipt the young dude proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the receipts. To tell you the truth is is very unprofessional and very unaccommodated I was in the line for over 30 minutes all because of the mistake that they made I checked my order and realized that they gave me a Big Mac and then the young dude and the girl comes and make it seem like it was my fault after I check my my order. I will never come back to that McDonald's if I could give a zero star review I would unprofessional.

Terrible service do not order a happy meal here ever! You will get toys from last year the employees do not care.
