Excellent option for those looking for a quick meal in the rush of everyday life. It has good and fast service, they offer fresh ingredients for the Classic Greasy American Burger and the restaurant has one of the best fries among all fast foods. I went to visit this place looking for the same thing that I enjoyed in New York or in Germantown, but the service was careless and so was the cleanliness of the place. The burger maintained its excellent flavor, but the French fries were soggy in a lot of oil. A key detail is that you do not have free mani to enjoy while you wait for your order.

The burgers are exquisite, some of the best I’ve tried in the U.S. It’s a shame that the service wasn’t the best. Especially considering the place is located in Bayside, where most people are tourists experiencing it for the first time. First of all, there are no peanuts at this location. The soda is always flat and the syrup is not properly mixed into the soda water. Took my order home which is across the street, and when I opened up the bag I found fries that were from the end of the batch. In the attached picture you can see the total amount of fries that came in an order of little fries… not even enough to fill the little cup. Five guys has become way too expensive to be this inconsistent. Burger still slaps though so it’s getting 2 stars.

I visited Five Guys today for the first time, very excited to finally try it, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Today Thursday around 12:30 PM, the service was unacceptable. The thin male employee who took our order was rude from the start, throwing things around, offering zero help, and maintaining an openly hostile attitude. Honestly, his behavior was so aggressive. When we asked for mayonnaise, it felt like we were asking for a huge favor based on the looks and attitude we received. The food did not make up for it at all. The banana milkshake was very bad, the burger was nothing special or memorable, and the soda was poorly mixed with the syrup, tasting completely off. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I give this place a 0 out of 10, mainly because of the awful customer service, but also because the food does not justify the hype at all. I do not recommend this location.

I visited this Five Guys for the first time, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The overall service was extremely poor. Employees were shouting across the restaurant instead of speaking normally, which created a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. The only person who provided good service was the cashier, who was genuinely polite and attentive. Aside from her, the experience was terrible. The health and safety conditions were unacceptable. The heat inside the restaurant was overwhelming, to the point where it was uncomfortable to remain indoors. Several tables were dirty, and we had to move because the one we initially sat at had not been cleaned at all. The overall hygiene was very poor. Even the bags used for the fries and hamburgers were saturated with grease. Looking at the photos will give you a clear idea of what this location represents for me. I do not recommend this Five Guys in any way. Issues like these should be reported to the appropriate city department, and I hope management takes immediate action to correct them.

Cashier was super rude. Didn’t greet me or anything when I was waiting to order, just gave me a sassy “I’m listening” and seemed begrudged while serving me. I was scared to say the wrong thing out of fear of pissing them off further. Never encountered service like this from the jump before.

Ordered a patty melt with jalapenos and an extra patty, did not get extra patty, not to mention did not get any patty no onions , just bread and cheese and fries were not fresh considering I was there before the food was done, didn't figure I would need to check the food since south beach five guys is always on point! Guess I wii have to continue to go to South Beach for my five guys. For what the food cost you need to do better!

It was the worst fast food I've ever been to in my whole life. The staff was rude and making fun of the french accent. Nobody was explaining that we had to use a machine to get beverages. The fries were everywhere in the package except in the cup made for it. The taste of the meat was so disapointing as it was dry and average. The bacon was not tasty so do the atmosphere. The music was too loud, it was dirty everywhere (on the floor, on the table). As so many tourists were completely lost it felts suffocating.

⭐ Five Guys — Bayside Marketplace 📅 October 15, 2025 I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, the bag was greasy and handled with dirty hands. The staff were loud and unprofessional. I truly hope the management takes this seriously — customers deserve better service and cleanliness.
