Good place to buy a soda or newspaper before the fight but Stay Away from the little curios and cheap vegas memorabilia . we bought two coffee cups only to discover that what looked like a nice coating on the outside of the cup ( a skyline of the strip) turned out to be a decal witch came off in the dishwasher after 1st use . payed like 9.00 each never again .

For a quick healthy fresh bite to eat before or to take on you're flight this is very good alternative to the fast food selections. It's the airport so it's pricey but it super quick and their options are very good. I ordered the mediterranean tuna and it was flavorful but for the bread was stale it it literally feel apart everywhere. NOTE: Ask or sheck when these items were prepared because their quality check is not there!!! Sandwiches along with meat/cheese vegetable pairings are available in convenient to go packaging.

Do not use this machine and charge me $15 for $4.99 smart water. This is ridiculous. Do not use this machine. It doesn’t even provide us a customer service number to call.

This is advertised as a touchless self checkout. There was an employee working the small area and since there were no prices on the alcohol we were asking about the prices. She had ear buds in both ears and didn't hear us. She finally took one out answered our questions and placed them back in. When we made our selection we realized she is the one that does the check out...didn't really make sense. It took her several trys to ring it up. Then she said since we purchased alcohol she had to open it per the rules. I asked If I could open it instead because I really didn't want her bare hands on the drinking area of my drink...she had her ear buds in and didn't hear me and proceeded to open it. Really makes no sense and she was so busy on her phone as you can see from the pictures...just a waste of an employee. Paying 9 dollars for a drink is bad enough. Don't make it worse by putting your hand where my mouth is going. Poor customer service to boot. I felt like our purchase there was more than inconvenience to her.

i was overcharged in 2 items , asked for a refund or cancelation, none would help me , asked for a supervisor but no supervisor , i called the number on the machine but no answer , i didnt get the last 2 items on the recipt, about 20 us

Stockers were rude and told me to move making me lose my spot in line and then the cashier can't even say anything other than the total even though she's joking with said stocker and gives me attitude, a smiling customer. I expect bad customer service from TSA but not from someone doing the easiest job ever. Get new and friendly employee's, we don't pay an arm an a leg for tickets to be treated like crap in the terminals

went to get a juice in here, guy before me left his stuff and told me “good luck. I scan my drink and was told my card declined on the machine. Put the juice back thinking nothing of it. Two days later i get a charge for something i never got. Now been on the phone with my bank for 35 minutes trying to dispute it seeing how that airport cant to anything about it.

Be very careful with this machine. It charges you twice if you scan the barcode and then keep it on the automatic scanner machine! I believe you should be doing only one of the two!!

Sandwich was edible. The ranch chicken salad was a disaster. The lettuce was limp and rusty and old. There were no black beans and I wouldn’t call that chicken but you’re at an airport eatery and there’s nothing else so you do chicken.

Today my wife was at the airport and I suggested she use their kiosk to buy a water for the flight. I've used them before. Same price for water as everyone else. She scanned the water for $4.68. When she used the credit card to pay it charged for two bottle of water. I see numerous other complaints for the same thing. They don't have any employees manning the kiosk so she found a contact number next to the scanner. She called the number. No answer. She got a mailbox full message, and then it automatically transferred the call. The transfer took her to a number out of service message. I also attempted to call and had the same results. It's not about the money. It's the principal of it. They don't staff their kiosks, and don't provide a way to contact them if you have an issue. I won't use them again. I couldn't find a contact number or email for them when I searched the company on Google. I'll dispute the charges with my credit card company. I'm also considering filing a complaint with the airport and the BBB. It is a privilege to get a concession at the airport, and the least they could do is provide some basic customer service.

Same as others happened to me. I purchased 3 water bottles of $5.99 each. Should have been $19.47 with tax but on my bank I was charged $38.95. Most likely that I was double charged for each bottle. This place steals your money for sure. Went to buy a water that cost $5.95 and was charged $110! The machine glitched as I was tapping my card and included about 14 teas. Spoke with the individuals that manage the kiosk and both told me there was nothing they could do, instead urged me to call the number on the kiosk. Called the number numerous times and no one answers. Left a voicemail and no one returns your call.

Payment machine without light. Charged $21.00 for one bottle of water. Why Las Vegas airport allows a company like to operate in their facilities? I will report this matter to the proper governing agency. It is a fraudulent business.

I used the vending machine at Las Vegas T3 airport. I picked up the coke but to my shock got charged for a sandwich too!! This happened twice in one hour. The machine reads it wrong twice!! Will never use it ever again!! Be careful guys!!

Needed a quick bite to eat for family of five. Added all of our items to the radio frequency self check out counter and was notified that it could not read it. So we tried again. Same error message. Before trying to pay a third time, I opened my credit card app and it had already charged me twice for the same items. $60 twice!

Pretty sure it is a scam. It double charged me for water as soon as I tapped my card. Never asked for confirmation. No phone number to contact. Will be reporting as fraud to my bank. Recommend everyone take the time to do this as getting charge backs and impacting their ability to accept credit cards is probably the only way to get them to fix their system.

Hello and sorry for my english, Fresh Atractions stole money from people, for example today i take one sandwich with 14$ but the machine charge me double (28$) I'm not the only one in this situation, please look to the bad review in google (what seller you keep on inside the airport!). The police man from security tell me he can't do nothing, he tell me to make an email and explain the situation to airport authorities.

Just charged me double for a coke too, with no was to dispute other than via my cc. The end result was my double-charge was wiped out completely. Sadly, my cc probably took the hit rather than the real thieves.

Beware. Self checkout design charges double order. Informed worker but could not get refunded. Stood nearby and saw it happening several times.

Overcharged us for items. No way to contact anyone to dispute. Prices either incorrect on menu or frequent machine error. $30 for two waters labeled at $4.99 a piece?

Esto se anuncia como una caja de autoservicio sin contacto. Había una empleada atendiendo la zona pequeña y, como no había precios en las bebidas alcohólicas, le preguntamos por los precios. Llevaba auriculares en ambos oídos y no nos oyó. Finalmente, sacó uno, respondió a nuestras preguntas y se lo volvió a poner. Cuando elegimos, nos dimos cuenta de que era ella quien hacía la caja... no tenía sentido. Le tomó varios intentos cobrar. Luego dijo que, como habíamos comprado alcohol, tenía que abrirlo según las normas. Le pregunté si podía abrirlo yo, porque no quería que sus manos tocaran la zona de mi bebida... llevaba los auriculares puestos, no me oyó y procedió a abrirla. Realmente no tiene sentido, y estaba tan ocupada con su teléfono, como se puede ver en las fotos... un desperdicio de empleada. Pagar 9 dólares por una bebida ya es bastante malo. Me pasó lo mismo que a otros. Compré tres botellas de agua de $5.99 cada una. Deberían haber sido $19.47 con impuestos, pero en mi banco me cobraron $38.95. Probablemente me cobraron el doble por cada botella. ¡Qué ridículo! Ya estábamos pagando por cosas caras en el aeropuerto y esto es una estafa. No hay nadie con quien contactar.
