Ginza Japanese Buffet Miami Reviews
Visiting from Canada, this place really stood out to me. There were so many more options than what we usually see back home, and the ingredients felt much fresher. With how expensive food has become in Canada, this was such a great experience and value. You can really taste the quality and care in the food. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Japanese buffet style cuisine.
We really like this Japanese buffet. It's small, but the menu has all the best things we love. Sushi, various fish, crab legs, and the chocolate fountain are our favorites. The pleasant atmosphere inside, ample parking, and lack of lines are also a nice bonus.
Nice place,I was surprised by such a selection of sushi and desserts. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean.
This is by far the best food we've eaten in Miami. From the outside it looks a normal buffet but on the inside it hides the best secret in Miami. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and the best seafood/sushi you'll eat in South Florida. A hidden gem that will leave you with a full belly and a happy heart. Definitely go check them out and tell them this review sent you.
One of the best Sushi Bars is Miami. Everything is super fresh, they have plenty of options not only the Asian Buffet, they have Hibachi, Sea Food and many other options Our entire family loved it. And the deserts are really good too 😋 100% recommended
The options to have all you can eat sushi as well as lobster and crab are amazing. New to the area but sofar this is a favorite. I’ll definitely be back. The price was around $28 I believe per person. They have plenty of desserts to choose from so everyone can find something they like. They also have traditional Chinese buffet items (spring rolls, orange chicken, coconut shrimp, and much more!
Best Japanese buffet I ever had and even after all these years I am glad this restaurant is still going strong. The selection of fresh sushi, sashimi and other seafood is amazing and it’s all fresh and well when I was there in 2011 I remember the price was 18.99$ but I guess it’s a bit more in 2024 but from what I read it’s still great value for money. I hope one day I’ll be back!
Ginza Japanese Buffet (Poetic review) Five years ago, you opened my eyes to the true art of a buffet, Before that, all I knew was mere nonsense, a foolish display. I wondered at fried sushi, Americanized and bland, Followed by frozen fish—lacking grace, no class in hand. Then I found myself within your ever-growing cocoon, A world of luscious treats, a feast beneath the moon. From you, I learned that a good meal’s delicate art, Requires tender touches, a skilled and humble heart. Praise high, praise loud—for here, my favorite waiter reigns, Miguel, with his smile, easing all my pains. Joking and laughing, sharing stories with cheer, He left a lady giggling, as she kissed him near. Hear ye, sir, who may ask who pens these lines? It’s merely a poet, caught in whimsical confines. Many giggle, many whisper, yet lips may be in doubt— But who, indeed, has this poet wandered about?
The food, service and atmosphere is always exceptional and inviting. The food is top notch with such a wide variety of flavors that are always delicious.
Huge selection of sushi! Food quality, self-service. Unlimited crab legs, snow crab. Looks like a Chinese buffet, only top class. Price per person 32$ If you can afford it, you won't regret it.
Amazing flavors of each of the goods they have. Well, speaking the truth - they have many different desserts to which I am not really into, BUT! : This is an all you can eat Japanese & Chinese kitchen !!! Don't waste your time and space of your stomach for sweets - AMAZING SUSHI COLLECTION WITH FLAVORS LIKE DREAM. Best Miso Soup ever.... if you like Sushi, this will be your new Temple of Japanese culinary joy.
This spot is a better choice than other Japanese Buffet. Food is good, the Habashi is excellent. You dont have to wait too much to be seated. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere gets a 3.0 because of the boxes at the entrance. They look tacky and ghetto for a restaurant that looks like a million dollars.
I went with my family for lunch. We were ten and they quickly prepared a table for us. If you are two or four try to arrive ten to 15 minutes before because normally is super full! As my group was large it was easier. The buffet is big enough to have a good variety of food. Sushi selection is awesome. You have plenty of options and they are all sooo delicious. If you only speak Spanish there is people there to help you too. They have the usual desserts I have seen in other buffets, ice cream, little cakes, pudding, nothing extraordinary but still good. Service is great! The best buffet I have visited so far in Miami! I would come back for sure as soon as I have the opportunity, as a sushi lover I'm always looking for good places to eat as much as I can!
Being Japanese- this is the most authentic Japanese restaurant that I have found! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is beyond amazing, and the prices are unbeatable. They have many authentic food choices that are all fresh- plus a hibachi! I can't wait to become a regular.
Monday night. Everything was fresh with good rotation of popular items. Even has freshly made hibachi! What a great find!
Exactly what’s expected of an all you can eat restaurant. In this case great food.
We love coming here all the time!!!! But Becca topped it! Best waitress we’ve ever had in the 2 years we’ve been coming here! She had everything ready for us and was quick and attentive! Will make sure to request her everytime we come!
My experience was excellent!! The food stations are kept clean and replenished with fresh food , good vibe, lots of variety of sushi . There's soups, salads, hot food, spring rolls, chicken BBQ, fried rice, etc , all for a very reasonable price! I went for lunch and it was worth all the way. Michael was our server and he was nice and very helpful. They also offer a take out menu.I enjoyed the hibachi and the green hot tea was an excellent choice. Dessert offered a variety from fresh fruit to pastries and ice cream...enjoyed the red bean and pistachio ice cream . yummy! I definitely coming back
Really good buffet inside the convenience store! Tons of dishes from different countries and everything tastes great. Had an awesome time here — I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for the great food and service!
If you like sushi and seafood and desserts than it is great place for it . They have coffee or decaf coffee at the dessert buffet area . That made my experience so much better because I always like tea or coffee with desserts . I don’t eat sushi or any seafood , I did beef hibachi .
Amazing all you can eat buffet for sea food. A wide variety of sushi, and the cajun snow crab legs were delicious. Dinner was about $23 per person, but well worth it for me since i love sushi and snow crabs. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we had everything we need, and frequently checked up on us, i believe his name was mike or michael.
Me and my family went here tonight and we ALL we so satisfied and pleased that we are said it's worth it to come to come back to this Buffet again..and we all live far south.. we absolutely loved it! Good job! Excellent ! Clean! Fresh food and great variety.. Excellent!
My reviews are always honest. That is why I have almost a million views. At Ginza now. Rice on the sushi wasn't perfect. Manager had a strange vibe. He brought my check way too early. Otherwise, food was pretty tasty. 23 USD with tip for lunch. Place pretty crowded. When I stop in Miami I visit Ginza or Mizumi for the most delicious Sushi buffet. Natural Born Miracle Makers recommended!
Found this place while searching for a "Sushi Buffet" in the Miami area. The photos and current reviews do not do justice. It is in a shopping plaza, and basic on the outside. The inside of the restaurant is clean and cozy!! Great selection of sushi, there were some hot meals as well as a hibachi grill. Additionally salads and desserts. Reasonable prices considering what if offered! Staff is great as well.
I came to North Miami, and a friend recommended the buffet. Here a summary of my visit: 1- free friendly staff. 2- Variety of the option and all of them made in front of your eyes ( SHUSHI) 3-super reasonable price 4- super clean and take action regarding covid. ( gloves and sanitizer ) I love the fried rice and more the green tea ice cream Love it ♥️
We were so happy to find this lunch buffet. $18 per person not invoicing drinks or tax, and the food was surprisingly good, fresh, and a large variety. It was the perfect thing after our long bike ride. I’ll be sure to come back soon!
Sent by Copilot: Ginza Japanese Buffet offers a delightful dining experience with its spacious and modern design. The buffet features an impressive array of fresh sushi and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. All this comes at a reasonable price, making it a great spot for sushi lovers and those looking to enjoy a diverse selection of Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended for both casual and special occasions!
Excellent place. The food and service are outstanding. It’s very far from my house, but I would come back many more times. 🖤
This is the best Japanese Buffet in town, the food is absolutely fantastic. The service is really nice and all the staff is very friendly and attentive. Manly focus on Asian cuisine. There are many many Asian dishes and lots of great food to choose from, I honestly love their sushi and crab legs. The price is also reasonable for the High quality ingredients and the food. Don’t forget to try the Coconut Shrimp and the matcha ice cream!! If you arrived late, you will have to wait because it’s usually busy. Long lines during the weekends but “the waiting time”, whatever that may be is totally WORTH IT! :D To the restaurant owner and staff… thank you for your phenomenal service. I revisited this restaurant after many years and the food and service was as I remembered… amazing!!!
A nice buffet restaurant with Japanese and Chinese mixtures. The food is typical for lunch menu. Great service and remodeling shows update throughout. 7/7/23 update. Went for dinner. Food is delicious but, slim picking as some food choice were mostly depleted like lobster, cajun seafood, etc. at 730 pm. Cold dishes were plentiful. Notwithstanding, still a good place to go.
Giving it 5 star as we were seated right away, food is not the best but decent for the price, you have to consider it’s all you can eat buffet with seafood for $20.95 for lunch in good location where majority of restaurants charge that for one portion. Ambience is nice, they remodelled. Service was great. Overall we were happy.
High-quality and affordable buffet with consistently great service and a convenient location. I had passed this place for years without realizing how good it was until a friend finally invited me — and I’ve been going back ever since. It’s never overly crowded, which makes the experience relaxed and enjoyable, and the food quality honestly surprised me for a buffet. One of my favorite parts is their ice cream selection — easily some of the best I’ve had at a buffet. If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable spot with solid variety and a comfortable atmosphere, this place is definitely worth trying.
Este restaurante tipo bufet me gusta mucho, la comida esta bien preparada, servicio rapido y atento, y la relación precio - beneficio es muy buena. I really like this buffet restaurant; the food is well prepared, the service is fast and attentive, and the price-benefit ratio is very good.
We ordered sushi rolls and unfortunately the taste was disappointing. The fish was not high quality, and there were a lot of artificial ingredients. Many rolls were topped with artificial caviar — it looks nice, but you can clearly tell it’s not natural. Overall, it feels like more effort was put into presentation than into quality. I do want to mention that the crab was well prepared — that was the only real positive about the food. Everything else felt too greasy, with a lot of oil, lacking spices and flavor balance. It also seemed rushed, without proper technical preparation. Desserts were very basic — standard cakes, nothing special or memorable. The staff was polite and fast with service, and responsive when something was needed. The restaurant itself is fairly spacious. Overall, I wouldn’t come back again. The price is too high for the quality. However, for a one-time visit and experience, it’s okay.
I came here with a couple friends on a Saturday evening and we were pleasantly surprised! The place was clean and had a nice vibe, nothing too fancy, but comfortable. The sushi selection was pretty good for a buffet, and the hot food section had a decent variety. I especially liked the hibachi grill, fresh and cooked right in front of you. Some items were a bit hit or miss (like the fried stuff being a little cold), but overall the quality was better than expected for the price. Staff were friendly and quick to clear empty plates, which I appreciated. Not the best buffet I’ve ever been to, but definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and hungry for a lot of food. Will probably be back!
Came all the way from Miami to try this place out and we loved it! Amazing options, hibachi choices, sushi selections, and delicious hot food. Can’t go wrong with the seafood, crab legs, lobster, stuffed scallops, salmon and more! Our waitress Ella was so sweet, made my fiancé’s birthday so special, great attention and service. We wish we lived closer! Worth the drive for the good price. EDIT: I had to lower my rating a little because we called to come at 9:30 on a Sunday and they said they were already closed. Please post accurate hours on google so that people don’t get let down, since it says you’d close at 10pm….
Prompt service, friendly staff and tasty food! I stopped in for the first time during the week for lunch with coworkers and walked away impressed. We arrived a few minutes after 12pm and were seated quickly. Pretty decent selection of foods plus the hibachi grill if you're not craving sushi. I made my way through the sushi selection and had a great lunch. I passed on dessert but my coworkers said it was very good. Will definitely be adding this to the lunch spot rotation!
Pretty nice, quality super but dl not arrive late for lunch
Found this restaurant randomly while in North Miami. The price was super affordable for what you got. All you can eat with a very wide option ... sushi bar had all you could imagine and made right there in plain sight. I would highly recommend this experience as a group or as a individual experience.
Pretty decent buffet in North Miami. Lunch during the week is extremely cheap and the food is good. Their variety of sushi rolls is better than most other japanese buffet like Ginza, but I thought their options of hot plates lacked considerably. Service was good and there's plenty of seating.
The food here used to be amazing for the price. While the quality has declined slightly over time, it’s still a solid choice for a buffet. The selection of sushi is impressive, with plenty of variety to choose from, and you’ll find all the classic Chinese dishes you’d expect. The stir-fry station is always fresh, and the seafood options are a nice touch. For the price, it's still one of the better buffet experiences in the area.
A very typical, busy Asian buffet - Chinese style dishes, sushi, etc. We went a Sunday night and were surprised to find a lobster dish. This was good if you could get to the meat! I also especially enjoyed the steamed string beans. Lots of variety to chose from.
When I first walked in, a waiter seated me then he asked "What would you like to drink?". He brought the drink and utensils and walked off. Because this was my first time here I was unaware of whether they had a menu and offered a buffet or not (certain buffets have the option of ordering from a menu or eating at the buffet). The waiter didn't tell me anything. After waiting for a while, I realized that they don't have a menu option and they only offered the buffet. Nonetheless, it would've been better if he told ahead of time. My meals were okay, the dining area was big. They did offer a variety of foods such as soups, sushi, seafood, ribs, fried foods, desert, fruits, raw foods, and even ice cream. Although the waiter was friendly, he barely came to my table to check on me, but he constantly checked on others. He didn't come to the table unless I asked him for something. However they were quite money hungry as they reminded me about the bill and snatched the card out of my hand when it was time to pay. Based on the poor customer service I received, I don't plan on coming back here.
I went for lunch with my family and I was surprised with the huge variety of sushi they have, however, I consider the taste could be better, and also there was no sashimi which was disappointing for me. The hot plates option were good, but the food was a little bit cold so I would recommend to be attentive with that. Overall, it's a good and decent place to enjoy a Japanese buffet, but I think it could be better. Keep it up!
This is an all you can eat buffet. Although it is busy, there are not a lot of selections on the bar unlike other restaurants of this type. I was only able to find a few things that I liked. This place will do in a pinch because it is reasonably priced. Something to consider, it says they close at 3 But that's when the menu changes over to dinner.
This place has been better …. Don’t get me wrong… the food when properly done and re stocked in a timely manner is good … The sushi, I have zero complaints … always fresh and looking nice 👍🏻! Delicious calamari salad and delicious fish eggs rolls… The hit counter is another thing… overly portioned to last a long time , resulting in stale and overly cooked … if you go on weekends, they replace faster… but week days forget it!!! They make a huge portion of things and then ( if they are not holding the food on the back) the food stays there forever I times out how long it took them to replace the coconut shrimp, deep fried shrimp and calamari .. a hole hour before they spread out little Portions of cold food coming from the back… They are stingy and I saw many people Waiting for stuff to be filled out and if you ask them, they pretend they don’t speak any language you try with them or they just say “it’s coming”…take out people waiting for deep fried shrimp, etc…. And if they put the stuff out they stare at people to see how much they are serving themselves … That’s why MIZUMI is still the best in the area… they are not stingy and always full of… Maybe if they change their way of doing things They would be full like them too… Make smaller fresh portions and put them out in a timely manner and you won’t have much waste or people complaining about freshness …
Not much of a hot food selection, but tons of sushi!! Unfortunately it's not labeled as to what it is, so it's a guessing game. The hibachi was very good. The crab legs they advertised, were served cold. Excellent dessert selection
Mediocre at best. Won’t be back but that’s because I will be leaving the state. The variety is surprisingly low for a buffet and with low variety would normally be compensated with quality but that is also lacking. It’s not terrible but nothing amazing. I wouldn’t come back if I was a local. Some of the rolls are falling apart and the cuts are uneven too.
THE TWO STARS WERE FOR THE SUSHI. The hot food suck!!!! Nothing is replaced except the cheap stuff like rice and noodles and some shrimp We got there at 6:00 And at 7:30 They ran out of fried shrimp and NEVER REPLACED !! We waited for long time for some of The food To be replaced and they never were The photos are the state of the food at 8:00pm!!! And they say they close at 10:00? At 8:30 Nothing else Is replaced and the staff start quickly cleaning to get the hell out This place is snort for a reason! The owners should take a stroll Around their competitors like the amazing MIZUMI, and some others in Fort Lauderdale which never stop Pouring Out fresh food ! And the atmosphere is lively! This place is a drab and they had better days! At this point I believe must be a money laundry business because they obviously don’t care What save this place is the sashimi cuts and some nice sushi, but judging from other reviews that’s going down too🫤🫤🫤
First of all, if you sit near the front by the door you are going to smell cigarettes the whole time. The male host likes to go right outside the door to smoke cigarettes. They have lots of sushi but only a small amount of entrees. The food was ok, not really flavorful, everything needed spices or something. Anything deep fried like the fries and tempura tasted slightly off because the oil was old. You have to ask for white rice, it was the only thing my child could eat without being disgusted. The price tag and blahhh tasting food of Japanese buffets are just too fancy for me I guess.
I will preface this by saying I was very excited to try this location out for the first time. When I was seated I requested a water for my table while I headed over to try things out. I will first say there was a smell when I first walked in that I ignored because of how long it took me to get there I didn’t feel like leaving. It’s a slight rotting fish smell. This was the main reason why I didn’t try the sushi even tho I am a sushi lover. I stuck to cooked foods. First try was the hibachi it was very well cooked and flavorful although the gentlemen preparing it was not friendly what so ever. He was very friendly with the child that came after me tho..you can guess what race I am with this observation. I tried the hot and sour soup and paired my hibachi with broccoli, green beans, two gyoza, short rib, a chicken dish, a mushroom side, a beef dish and a little bit of their rice and a shrimp tempura. The food tasted okay but the hottest thing was the hibachi , everything else was warm or room temp but not hot and fresh. I was also told there is no yum yum sauce but I don’t know how true that is. When I sat down I wanted a drink and waited for my waitress for a long time to notice me but she didn’t. I wouldn’t have expected much service from a buffet unless I had a perfect example of my waitresses amazing service RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Yes the table right next to me. I observed her being charming and engaging and very attentive with them while walking past me and ignoring me. Finally I got up and spoke to a manager and asked for another waitress and instead of getting me another one he got me my drink so I was able to get a drink. It was a Sapporo it was cold and good. I believe the energy of a place is just as important as the quality of food. Sometimes when u feel like u are not wanted somewhere it makes for a bad experience which is unfortunate. I opted out of dessert and another plate because of this. The same waitress that couldn’t be bothered was magically right there when it was time for me to check out. Funny how they are always there to facilitate you leaving swiftly 😂 I left her a tip even tho I’m sure she treated me like that because I was a solo diner right 😉 couldn’t be anything else. I’m sure she assumed I wouldn’t tip only cause of that reason 😉 All in all would I visit again? No. Is it worth 40 dollars for dinner ? No.
32$ for each person with not that many variety of food is a very expensive deal! Near competitors buffet are charging around 20$ at a much better menu quality!
The place is cozy and actually should be 2 1/2 star. The staff very friendly but they didn’t maintain well, there are little dirty, you can se in my pictures. It’s a pity. A big variety of dishes. Price is very cheap according to the variety and quality of dishes. They should be clean and update the place.
Super Low quality food. The photos looked nice and colourful but DONT be fooled! Don’t waste your time. Everything tastes the same. So blend. Cheap cheap quality food. The place is cheap looking. I really tried everything to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was really terrible and felt bad after. Also, the price was definitely not cheap for the garbage they serve.
This place has a very good selection of sushi and hot dishes.that are rapidly refreshed. There is also a selection of fresh shellfish and desserts. The place can get busy quickly. We arrived and the place was empty, 15 minutes later it was packed. There is free parking in to lot. My only complaint: there's a sign that says to ask for you favorite handroll. I asked for a salmon skin handroll and it was clear they did not know how to make one. They put s small amount of rice on the nori and rolled the roll into something about the size of a cigar and then tried to stuff salmon skin into it. When I asked them to remake it the right way, didn't happen. If not for this rate it 3 stars.
This place is small with not alot of options and the food is horrible with horrible customer service. Will never come back here.
Today I’m very sad I took my family here and we came in at 2:50 and the food was old and disgusting not quality and they had the nerve to charge regular price for trash end of the rope food do better and not do that to honest people.
I had high hopes for this place however The food was disappointing overall, with a dull taste and a very limited selection that left little to choose from. The prices charged did not match the quality of what was offered, making the experience feel overpriced and unsatisfying. To make matters worse, some of the fruits were spoiled, which showed a clear lack of freshness and care. Overall, the meal felt far below expectations and not worth the cost.
I always come here , But took my puppy first time she a ESA ( Emotional Support Animal) meaning she educated and she dose not bark at all I even carry her ID ESA and document With me because people ask me to show them every time I go inside a restaurant … which I go it .. the fact the lady front was dam rude I was in shock . The waitress was Kind to us, but just the fact that the other lady was on top of us because I have my dog. She should’ve asked me if it’s an emotional support or something which she didn’t. I went inside the restaurant my puppy because she’s my emotional Support ... So it’s the fact that I feel comfortable about it and it got me upset because it was my friend birthday. So we left there quickly because we felt so uncomfortable about the situation….look at my dog other employees was look at us and she told us be careful … so this my last time I come here and never had problems anywhere I go with ESA ( emotional support animals ) I understand people fact about this, but I do not have a fake I identification for my dog so thank you make us feel uncomfortable ….
I ate the lunch sushi , or tried to but the salmon tasted tainted so spit it out. The rice tasted sour. The tuna had no taste . I ate two cups of mushroom soup , two pineapple slices. Looked at the deserts and the fly and ate two deserts nonetheless and a scoop of butter pecan ice cream and then started feeling very sick barely making it to the ladies room where I broke into a cold sweat .. my body heaved into violent cramps and I threw up their horrible polluted food . One hour later I emerged pale shaking but happy not in hospital with tube in my arm . . I went to pay my bill and complained to the short haired lady taking my money “ I got violently ill from eating your horrible food!” I said looking at her. There was no reaction . Her eyes would not met mine, so I repeated it “ I got very very sick! “ i looked at her waiting for her to say something but she never looked up at me or met my eyes. I continued on nonetheless as though she had expressed concern.” Your salmon is bad . Rotten foul tasting! I could not eat it ! Again no reaction other than to put the bill in-front of me for $20.00 . I quietly pay snd leave . This restaurant has fallen into decline. There is no hot coffee, the sushi is tasteless and smells bad , it should be shut down flies and all !
Honestly, the food was not bad but what I didn’t like was the fact that my waitress was standing staring at me eat the whole time making me feel very uncomfortable and then at the end came over to demand a tip. I understand it’s a buffet and I was going to leave a cash tip but coming to demand a tip was crazy to me. Not going back there.
I give them 1 star because less then that you can’t!! They close for lunch at 3.30 pm ( We dint know) and we enter the restaurant almost at that time but they don’t tell you so basically you will eat leftovers no hibachi, all personnel’s is eating. Worst experience we didn’t eat anything basically.
The ice cream was warmer than most the food, it all tasted like it was days old. Over $50 for this was a dumb decision on my part 😭
Terrible food and extremely over priced. Found a fly in my soda and the sushi and lobster has been sitting out there for who knows how long. The lobster was rotten and the crawfish had no taste. I’m not that picky with food and wanted to give it a chance but the taste bothered me. Don’t let the good reviews fool you like they fooled me..
This was our first visit to the buffet, and based on the strong online reviews, we arrived with high expectations. Upon walking through the dining area, we were unfortunately disappointed by the overall selection, especially considering this was a Sunday visit. While the sushi and dessert sections were good, the rest of the main courses were largely underwhelming. Also, the employee staffing the hibachi grill was noticeably rude. When placing an order, he spoke to customers in a way that made them feel like a nuisance. I would not return or recommend this restaurant.
Couldn’t have been worse honestly. Tasted like the food was days old and reheated. Picked this place because it had great google reviews and this was wildly disappointing. Waste of $
During our visit, a gratuity of $20 was automatically added to my bill. I politely asked if it could be adjusted to $15, as this was a self-service/buffet-style experience, not a plated or full-service meal. In my view, gratuity in this context should be optional, not mandatory. I was clear that I was not trying to remove the tip entirely—only to adjust it to better reflect the service and value received. The owner/manager refused and stated that adjusting the gratuity would mean he would have to pay his employees. I responded that employee wages should be the responsibility of the business, not something customers are forced to cover through mandatory charges. The conversation went back and forth longer than it should have, and I ultimately stated that I was not going to argue over my money. For additional context, my son has a seafood allergy. While I acknowledge that I should have reviewed the menu beforehand, most buffets offer basic kid-friendly options such as pizza or chicken nuggets. This restaurant did not. The only item available specifically for him was French fries, which I had to order as a takeout plate. I personally ate very little, and my other son only had rice and chicken I still paid full price without dispute. Given this, I did not feel the gratuity amount accurately reflected the value or experience we received(our waiter was nice but not extraordinary, I think there was a language barrier she didn't understand when I asked her a question about the french fries being cooked in a different oil.So I had to walk to the front to figure that out) . Beyond the gratuity issue, the environment was uncomfortable. Customers are closely monitored while dining, which felt intrusive. Additionally, if you are seated near the front side door, you will notice a strong cigarette smell from staff repeatedly going in and out. This was our first and last visit. We came as a group of 11 people with three separate checks. One member of our party had visited several times previously and recommended the restaurant, but this experience ensured that none of us will be returning. Businesses grow through repeat customers and positive experiences. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.
First of all , this place is a freezer the AC was at maximum. We got there at 9:36pm , they close at 10:30 pm. All the food was cold and the sushi was or very thin or Sticky . After going thru all that I went to get some dessert because I was still hungry at this point , the chicolate fountain was there but not the chocolate , they clean the machine before the restaurant close and we still there trying to eat . I decided to try that restaurant just because I thought I was about to eat some fruit and marshmallows with the chocolate fountain. I was not happy with the situation and I speak with the manager , she just give me a 10% discount of a 78$ bill just to eat cold food and old sushi . Worst buffet i went here in FL.
Funny story! I'm writing this from my car in the parking lot of the good restaurant, I'll explain in a moment. I walk into this restaurant, Ginza, after craving it for a whole year. Abundant crab, fresh oysters, and I'm so relieved it's not the other restaurant I had a horrible experience of in 2024 nearby. Scarcity of food, no oysters, staff shutdown crab station 1.5 hours before closing, skimpy portions, rude service, not to mention taking nearly 30 minutes to have a manager talk to me along with payment. Upon walking in I realized that Ginza was in fact the bad restaurant and I had the names mixed up. We were reading reviews en route and something seemed off - well, it is! This alone should let you know what the better restaurant is. We were about to be seated with no line at Ginza. There's at least 50 to 100 people waiting in front of me at the good buffet restaurant 6 minutes away from there.
