Everything was absolutely amazing and the food was so flavorful. My toddler son loved it as well!! I had Catfish and grits and everything was freshly cooked I absolutely loved it. Feels like a southern home atmosphere like family

Been here a couple times and everything is consistently wonderful! Love this little community cafe! We've had fried tilapia, creamy shrimp and grits, and oxtail(not pictured). Everything is delicious and service is great!

Waitress was kind, attentive, and treated us like old friends even though it's our first time here. Food was phenomenal I got the creamy shrimp and grits, side of eggs, side of greens and biscuits. My husband got the fried catfish with grits and toast. Everything was hot and fresh, well seasoned, and well presented. Only in town for a quick layover, this was exactly what was needed this morning.

The shrimp and grits flavors are crazy!!! Definitely recommend it. The smother chicken wings were very good also! I had no complaints at all. Everything was perfect and real deal authentic SOUL FOOD.

Best food I’ve had in Miami by far! I’m going to Jackson’s every time we visit Miami! Our server was polite and he was attentive keeping us updated on our order. Food was hot and fresh. The fruit punch lemonade was good too! Prices are decent! I wanted to order for dinner after fishing breakfast 😂

We stopped here for breakfast before leaving Miami. Very courteous and polite staff. The music was on point and set the vibe in this restaurant. Ms. Neda was our waitress and she was awesome! Even though it was close to closing time we got there after 1pm they close at 2pm and the food was served hot and fresh! I will definitely recommend and visit again when we are back in Miami!

Easily top 3 breakfast spots in Miami. and they are not number 3! Jackson’s is by far the supreme breakfast spot in miami. My food was made to perfection! Also had fish and grits but didn’t take a picture due to me eating. My only complaint was it took too long for someone to come to the table to serve us but It would not deter me from returning !

Jackson soul food breakfast is always delicious and decently priced. Their cafe con Leche is powerful.

One of my fav places to eat in Historic Overtown is Jackson Soul Food, where the staff is friendly, and the food is consistent in flavor and quality. The fare is Southern Soul food, and breakfast is my main stop on weekends, but they have lunch and dinner options with both dine in and take out options. I ordered the Fried Yellowtail fish, with Grits, and homemade Biscuits. The fish is always perfectly fried, and fresh. The atmosphere is nice and the locals and tourists make up is diverse. Everyone is welcomed here. Call the restaurant for food delivery services such as Postmates Ubereats, and days/hours of operation. I really enjoyed my breakfast and trust me, you will too!

Really enjoyed being down home, Southern, soul food cooking. Hospitality was pleasant! They do close early in the day, so plan well. Their food is prepared fresh and is delicious!

While visiting a few museums in Miami and Wynwood, we decided to visit the infamous Jackson Soul food and the food was delicioussssss! Our waitress (Janet) was very polite and kind. We ordered a few things but the grilled salmon and fried porkchops were absolutely delicious; worth every penny (which wasn't much). I will definitely be returning!!!

This is one hell of a place to go to! 😃😃😊 😆 The food was excellent! Almost took my shoes off like I do when I eat my Mom's cooking. Everyone there gave us great service! !😀😀

The most amazing soul food restaurant I've ever been to. Next time I'm in Miami, they will see me for breakfast everyday. The creamy shrimp and grits...oh man... you woulda thought the chef had a Nobel peace prize for grits... wow.

The restaurant is really homey feeling. I felt welcomed like it was all family. Our waitress was nice and made good suggestions. You gotta try a FLOP!!! It is absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will be back.

I've been here twice since moving to the area, and I keep daydreaming about the fried wings in between visits. I should try something new next time... The $10 mimosas are nice and strong, but I'm not much of a drinker, so they may not be that strong. Try them yourselves👌🏽

Great customer service, made us feel at home, a real country soul food experience. The sweet tea was worth raving about, the oatmeal was so delicious. Clean environment, AMAZING FOOD, every dish! I had the liver and you know if it's not done right itll ruin the whole meal, it was flavorful not chewy and smothered to perfection. Will be back every visit!

We went early so there was no wait. There's free parking available on the side, although small space (but this is Miami). We felt welcomed; the staff was attentive and courteous. The dinning hall was pretty big, clean, and not overcrowded. The food was served quickly and hot. We ordered the typical american breakfast (eggs, bacon, grits...). The food tasted good and fresh. The salmon croquettes and hashbrown were delicious. Overall we had a good dinning experience. I would recommend it and most likely would eat there again.

WOW!!! The food was AMAZING!!! Makes you feel like eating at your grandma's house. No pictures, to busy eating EVERYTHING! The staff was friendly, funny (hostess Ms Nina) , courteous and professional. Will definitely be going back. Nothing like good Home Cooking.

Amazing Southern Soul Food. We all enjoyed our meals. Great Customer Service and Home Felt Environment. My Personal Favorite was the Fried Chicken and Smothered Pork Chops Grit, eggs. Food was seasoned to Perfection. What an amazing 5 Star Restaurant. They also sell breakfast all day.

The food was awesome. The best salmon croquettes ever. I love the southern soul food and the warm friendly hospitality. If your looking for a nice reasonable place to eat Jackson is the place. Make sure you ask for Mrs Brenda the best host in town. She will make you feel right at home. Very nice clean place. Loved it

It's always a great experience going here. My husband got off work early one day 2 months ago and decided to get us some breakfast. Best decision he ever made. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. 2 months later and we get breakfast from there at least 3 times a week. I will highly recommend to anyone

Delicious food, friendly service & easy to find location. We ordered the yellowtail & a bunch of sides. Everything was made perfectly! There was a wait for the fish, but it was well worth it! The waitress who was friendly & informative, advised us that all food is cooked to order so we were prepared to wait. The collard greens were smoky, flavorful & best of all, they didn't have meat in them. A big plus for those who choose not to eat pork or meat in general. I also had the fried okra, it was breaded with cornmeal & seasoned very well. Last but not least, they serve these yummy, fresh corn muffins with your meal. Overall, the food is great & despite the other reviews here about bad customer service, I only saw nice, friendly, smiling faces here. I'll gladly be back!

Shrimp and grits fire. Only two minor issues, not worth going into detail. I’ll be back for sure. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

I had to get on here just to give a review for Curtis. My friends and I visited this spot and had a ball with him. He is definitely a valuable asset to the company from the miles that he puts on his feet while serving the customers as well as his witty sense of humor. He made our entire morning. Keep being you Curtis. 🙂

I ordered the fried catfish and grits and it was to die for! Light, hot and crispy, and not greasy! My daughter ordered the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly medium. The staff was extremely hospitable❤ I would DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the S. Florida area.

Food was amazing each time I went. It was so good I went back the next day. The severs are great and polite. The food came out quickly. The best turkey wings I ever had. It can get a little crowded but all and all I defiantly recommend this restaurant for new people. Great southern hospitality!

The service was great but the fried cat fish was not good or the grits. But the waitress was so polite and really nice she ask me to choose something else because she was there to please me. I got a fried pork chop meal instead and it was great.

When I say customer service is superb here!! Every time I come to Miami I come here to eat. I just have to. The atmosphere feels like you're with family, and the food hits every single time. I can recall one time before heading to the airport for NC, I had to get my Jackson's fix before leaving and I didn't get there about till about 145, and didn't know they closed at 2, and when I tell you the whole staff didn't turn us away they welcomed us and told us no way they was letting us leave without getting some Jackson's close to closing or not!!! They took their time and delivered the best food per usual and let us stay to dine in when we offered to take it to go. I appreciate their hospitality every time I stop in. It's about time for another visit soon!!!

The breakfast was amazing, country sausage and eggs, cornbeef Hash and grits and eggs and smother liver grits and eggs. Everything was very good and the liver was perfect. Especially, I don't eat it, but very soft and not salty. Server Nita was great. Thanks to the cook.

My first time visiting, I was welcomed like family❣️ I stopped in for a to-go plate. These ladies and the cooks really are amazing!! I purchased the smothered pork chop, collard greens, and homemade baked Mac and cheese. It was a great size portion and I was able to snack on it through out the day. The portion was enough to share for two. The food was amazing. I had a chance to speak with some of the staff as well. They go above and beyond for their customers and make you feel right at home. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Especially if you're looking for a Sunday dinner type of meal❣️❣️Thank you so much Jackson's Soul Food for your amazing hospitality and delicious food.

Great food and good service at reasonable prices. We went twice during our stay in Overtown, with Melissa as our server both times; she was very nice. Very convenient to the Dunns Josephine. I especially liked the country sausage and egg on toast sandwich I had.

Intro: this was a very good spot to get breakfast in the morning. Pros: -the shrimp and grits was by far the best I have ever eaten in my life. That sauce they put in the grits was fantastic and they were generous with the shrimp -smothered pork chops were delicious -the catfish was cooked and seasoned well. Cons: -some of the morning customers are a little eh with their wording but I didn’t mind it. Conclusion: I recommend this place as the food was great

My coworker went here for lunch after a workshop. We missed breakfast so we were starving. We ordered almost everything on the menu and it all was great. Staff was super friendly like we were their family. Everyone greeted us as they walked passed. If we ever get a chance to comeback we definitely will and order everything again. We were to hunger to take pics.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean. I ordered the fried catfish and grits. We also ordered smoothed liver and grits. The food was good. The service is great and the food equals. I have not had this authentic soul food and it is reminiscing of my mother’s cooking. I ate here for breakfast and came back to experience their lunch. It was perfect until the end; however, their credit card machine was down the withdrawal to pay for a $18 dollar meal cost me $6 extra dollars: $3 to use their ATM and $3 my bank is going to charge me for using a ATM that was out of network. Smh almost perfect

A little pricey for the amount of food I received. The food was great. I tasted the hashbrowns they were good, fresh potatoes. I will come again and order them for myself. The service was also great! It's hard to find good food nowadays without all the extra salt and butter. Please don't change!!!!!

Excellent food great service! One of the best Soul Food restaurants in South Florida. I've had breakfast or lunch here too many times to count. I gave them a 4 because the time it takes to get your food is hit or miss, sometimes the wait can be significant. When the food gets to your table it's always delicious and the wait staff and greeters are efficient and caring.

T
Tyrone Gooch

Service was very good. The food was hit or miss. Went for breakfast. My wife got the catfish, eggs and grits. The fish was excellent and well seasoned. The grits were not. Needed salt, which only works if you add when cooking them. I had the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were excellent, and well seasoned. The rest of the "sauce" part was just meh. I make shrimp and grits and it's a personal favorite of mine, so I'm familiar with how it's made. They need to change their recipe. The grits, again unseasoned. Taste before serving. Also, typically, you make good S&G grits with chicken stock. We also had homemade biscuits, which would have been good if served warm. Also, serving homemade biscuits with fake butter undermines the efforts put into the biscuits. The lemonade was just too sweet. Would I go back, possibly for the catfish. I don't know if the owners read these reviews but here is an observation. Cut back on so many offering and make the remaining items WOW! There are 24 million people coming to Miami yearly. Better quality dishes can make you a fortune.

J
J Ardesia Morrow-Barlow

The food was down home awesome. Everything my family and I was looking for. The Staff was kind and soulful about those they serve!!! I definitely would recommend for that southern style cooking. They have a huge selection to choose from +Extras... I'm definitely going every chance I get!!!! Shout out to our Waitress "Janet" she rocks!!! Miami!!!!! 💯❤️💯😋💯❤️💯😋💯❤️💯

We visited Jackson Soul Food last Sunday, one year after our first visit. We weren't disappointed. The food, with the exception of the clams, was excellent. Our waitress replaced the rubbery claims with delicious fried shrimp and all was well. We watched some of the NFL division playoffs. The atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we weren't able to take my mom with us for a revisit. She loved her first visit so much that we ordered her favorite's to go and once again, she was very happy with her meal and said she can't wait to go back. We live over an hour away but Jackson Soul Food is worth the drive.

The Salmon and Grits were excellent. There was an issue with the table jelly as it was made in Peru and stated once opened to refrigerate. This may have contributed to the odor coming from the jelly.

N
Nana

We went for breakfast which was pretty good. The place itself is a little dated, no frills. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was a quite tough but the chicken wings were great! Seasoned perfectly and fried golden brown. Nothing fancy about this place or the area but I would definitely go back for the chicken and friendly service.

T
Tatiana Ferguson

I really enjoyed my visit here. They were very polite and served us in a timely manner. Dispute the fact we came with a party of approximately 40 people, including 20 toddlers running around. We were provided good food and and great service. I rated them 4 stars because although the service and food was good. The tables and menus were sticky with syrup and when I took my daughter to the restroom they did not provide and paper towel for drying your hands and the hand dryer did not work. Overall it was a pretty nice experience.

M
Michelle Williams

I visited the one in the airport, of course more expensive than I would have liked but its airport cost. The greens are true and done well, flavor is nice, and just enough heat and vinegar. The meatballs, eeh, not the best. Bartender is attentive and knows her stuff!

D
Dr. Geisha Glass-Abdullah

The food is pretty good, hot, and fast. Specially, the Salmon croquettes are flavorful and the eggs were cooked right. Coffee is not bad, but not that good. Customer Service was flat but timely. The flatware and cups are very dated and one of the spoons was rusty. So, we requested and used plastic. Toxin like lead are known to leak from dated cups and rusty silverware should be replaced - ASAP.

Got it! Here’s your updated review with that detail added in — still warm and natural: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 out of 5 stars) My husband and I visited Jackson’s Soul Food in Miami for the first time after hearing so many good things about it, and we really enjoyed it! It’s a classic soul food restaurant that serves delicious breakfast and lunch. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like home, and the food is full of rich, homemade flavor. It’s easy to see why Jackson’s is such an iconic spot in Miami. We’ll definitely be coming back again! ---

I Googled soulfood breakfast near me; I was staying in Downtown Miami. I stumbled upon Jackson 's Soulfood in Historic Overtown. I had very high hopes, but they came up short. The waitress was very nice, but the service on a Wednesday around 11:30 a.m. was super slow. They were out of champagne for mimosas, steaks for steak and eggs, and hot cocoa for the kids. We ordered french toast, waffles, bacon, catfish and grits, ham, biscuits and hashbrowns. The food came out hot it just didn't come out together, it was okay, I'd give a 6/10 but not enough to come back.

K
Kimberly B

Order: French toast, cheese grits and corned beef hash. Fried catfish, eggs and cheese grits. Drink: suicide Although the food was decent, the service was not. Don’t get me wrong, our waitress was really nice. But not attentive at all. She came to take our drink order, brought our drinks and came to take our food order… after she brought out food we never heard from her again until we had to ask several people for her. I ordered French toast but no syrup was brought out. After waiting over 20 minutes for her to come back and trying to get her attention we asked a man cleaning tables if he could get our waitress. Another 10 minutes went by with nothing. We asked the same man if he could just tell he we are ready for the check. At that point, I was just going to take the French toast with me. She still didn’t come out. So we tried to ask another female waitress if she could get our waitress but when we said “excuse me ma’am” she kept walking and said “hold on”. Without even listening to what we wanted to ask her. Finally, our waitress came out to tend to another table and we got her attention. We asked for the check and she realized she didn’t bring me syrup (because my French toast sat on my plate untouched). She apologized and said she’s “sorry because everyone came in at the same time” (meaning it got busy all of a sudden). I understand getting busy but not once did she check on us after we got our order; she never even refilled our drinks ONCE . Also, it’s freezing cold in the restaurant so it’s like torture sitting and waiting for someone to bring your check when you’ve been ready to pay and leave. The food was good. But they are definitely lacking in customer service. We came from Orlando and wanted to eat black owned. It’s hard to support Black owned when you get service like this.

K
Kayla G.

Food was amazing. The best turkey wings and corn bread stuffing I ever tasted. My only issue was the slow service. Our waitress ignored us so many times it was ridiculous. It wasn't even the food service it was just her. She didn't ask us did we need anything, never came back to the table. No refills no nothing. We even got her attention and she still took her precious time. We told her we was from Atlanta and you would think she would do her best to serve people out of town. But she payed extra attention to some locals who came after us. Good inexpensive food, but if you dont have any other plans for the day take your chance.

J
Javier erazo

Prices went up ( again) spent 11.00 dollars in the lowest price of 1 breakfast including coffee.. The " waiter" was distracted and sometimes he dedicated more time to others carrying away with conversation and me ?, was waiting for my lost toast and my breakfast was getting cold. I like the place thought but I was comparing a 11 dollars breakfast there and 7.50 latin breakfast with coffee that I had the next day somewhere else.

S
Skillz L.

I'm giving this place a 3 only bc of the great customer service... especially by brenda the waitress. The food was very basic at best. I hate to say it bc I'm all for supporting African American businesses. It just threw me back bc I had ordered the chicken and waffles and the cornbeef hash with grits. The hash was good. But we ate the eggs and there were shells in the eggs. Along with that the chicken tasted like fish. (I don't eat fish or seafood. Im allergic) I couldn't eat two of the 4. I hope they can consider frying them in separate fryers if at all possible. The waffle had no flavor either so I was thinking that maybe I could add syrup but unfortunately the syrup was very light in flavor as well. I Like the atmosphere great down to earth people. No disrespect but I Hop breakfast was better than this. Great price though. I just expected more from a "soul food restaurant "

G
Gresham Gresham

Well every time I visit the city I stop by this restaurant; I always try to support black owned businesses; however; the restaurant wasn’t crowded and after seating myself ; it took forever for someone to come take my order; to me everything is ok; I just expect more out of a waitress and host hospitality stand point ; I recommend going here only if you got nothing planned in the immediate hour ; cause valuing someone’s else time is not in their job description

I am all for talking and having fun at your work place... but there is a limit to maintain some aspects ofprofessionalism and appropriateness. Having brunch with my 2 young children while having them witness waiters being overly loud, cursing and inappropriate was not a good experience for us. My waitress was good, food was alright, but there has to be some consideration for your client...

I went to Jackson’s this morning. Both my father and I had the smothered chicken wings with grits and eggs. Service was good as well as the food. My only Feedback is to ease up on the gravy and use less salt. The gravy was too thick and salty. I wipe most of the gravy off, then I was able to really enjoy the wings. The establishment was clean and friendly.

Waitress was great at serving us. However, she looked overworked with her just being the only waitress helping us. More help is needed and better decor to attract more customers. The food is okay but could be better. I want to see this restaurant win however change is needed with new places coming into town

I wanted to experience a black owned restaurant while on holiday. The food was nice. Our server was polite. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. Cons: Sketchy neighborhood. The restroom needs updating, and there was no way to dry my hands because there were no paper towels or working hand dryer. People (non customers) were hanging out around the counter, chatting loudly with the employees

We were eager to patronize a small minority owned business, but we’re sorely disappointed. Staff was slow to take our order. There was a very nice young man that took our order when others were just standing around talking. The food was mediocre at best! The collard greens look to be out of a can and was heavy with sugar. The yams were too sweet, the macaroni even taste like it had sugar in it. Meats did not taste fresh. To add insult to injury, they overcharged us on our bill we think because we came in 15 minutes before they were to close. Could’ve just told them to keep their food, but we went ahead and paid the overcharged bill and left. One thing for sure nothing about this place was done in excellence

Just ok. My grandmother and I came here for some soul food breakfast and was quite disappointed. Biscuits were cold, my smothered liver was dry/overcooked, and her grits had a small balled up piece of aluminum foil in it. See picture attached. The presentation looked good but poor execution on flavor

Order- BLT + Sweet tea Service- 1/5 Waited almost an hour and had to leave since my lunch break ended. Shocked since it wasn't that busy and I only ordered one simple sandwich. Only saving grace was that I was able to get it after my shift ended. Food- 4/5 Good, decent quality Price- 5/5 Well-priced and transparent

I was expecting better food and service based on the reviews. The service was also slow and the waitress made it seem like she didn't know the menu at all. My husband ordered the BLT and she asked "Whats that?" The hashbrowns looked like McDonalds hashbrowns, so obviously from frozen. We got smothered wings which weren't spectacular and chicken tenders which was mostly breading. My son had one bite and wouldn't touch the rest. I wasn't going to leave a review, but now we're all dealing with a stomachache. I would avoid especially if you're on vacation.

The food was "okay"... the service was EXCELLENT! Food Overrated.

I have been patronizing this restaurant for years, over 20 years but the food quality has changed tremendously! The grits and eggs was not flavored or cooked well. The biscuits used to taste like homemade love but now they're dense. The fried fish and smothered chicken was so under seasoned. I had to go home and doctor up everything in order to eat. The pricing isn't bad but the cooks are definitely not the same. I will no longer return unless management changes.

They need to be trained by the people who train the Chick Fa La workers. They were all over the place, the one guy that was our waiter was helping everyone in the dining room, while the 3 girls were in the back or helping people at the bar area, he was more busy. It took us 40 minutes to wait and get food, this was very unexceptable. We are from NC and SC we got good reviews from a friend about the food here, but the service sucked. Even though the service sucked we still gave him a $10 just because we know how hard it is to be a server.

We were from out of town looking for a nice soulfood restaurant. Jackson Soul Food was the worst. I had mac n cheese, yams, and Fried Catfish. The fish was soggy unseasoned, the mac n cheese was brown noodles separating like they forgot to add cheese. The best part was the yams and cornbread. I'm not going to get into the other meals, just know we spent almost $75.00 to throw into the trash. Also advertising desserts they don't serve. Thank god they didn't I'm sure we'd be disappointed in that too. Oh! and the food was cold.

Jackson’s used to be one of my favorite soul food places when visiting Miami so we decided to bring a group of friends here. Today our experience was horrible. The food was beyond disgusting! Steak was completely inedible. The steak was tougher than rubber. Mac n Cheese had a sweet taste to it and not to mention it was cold. The candied yams tasted like they came out of the can. Not sure when pigeon peas started getting made with tomato sauce or paste but that was completely different and a disgrace to islanders. The only thing that was good was the Flop. No one in our party finished our food. Let alone no one even came to check on us to see if everything was okay. I’m never one to complain but today was unacceptable. We weren’t offered anything for this. I’m not sure if it’s just me but as a server if I walk up to a table and see everybody’s plate still full I would ask what’s wrong and try to fix what I can. I can guarantee you I’ll never be back there was no soul in the food at all!

I went a few days ago in the morning and was served by a very nice lady. I was there for a few hours, had two sandwiches and a water. After eating and paying, I sat at my table looking at my phone, not bothering anyone, when an idiot who works there approached me and started telling me that I had to leave, that tables have a price and that you have to pay. I should point out that I had already paid and that there were easily 50 tables and only 3 were occupied, including mine. The situation got worse when I left because I couldn't stand the insults from that low-class guy. In the end, the lady also asked me to leave, and no one did anything else about the poor treatment from those people. A CRAPPY PLACE, don't go if you don't want to have a bad time.

My family and I have been coming here for at least a year and a half and this was the first time we got super bad service. Matter of fact we got no service. My husband came in before my friend and I and he said no one said anything to him since he got there. My friend and I arrived at 11:30 today and we joined my husband at his table and we was literally ignored for like 20 minutes! People came in after us and got served right away. But we got no acknowledgment, the guy sever came to us once and gave us napkins and plastic silverware and that was it. No drinks nothing. He kept walking by us as if we did something wrong to him. And we had him before as a sever and he was great and we tipped him well. This was super disappointing and for obvious we’re not coming back.

G

Ordered eggs over medium and they came out hard. Home fries were hard and tasted like cardboard. I had to cut them with a knife. I was the only person at the breakfast bar and the server was socializing with other workers and didn't come over to check on my satisfaction with the food or offer me more coffee until I pushed my plate away. He looked at my plate and saw that I had not eaten any of my eggs and very little potatoes , but said nothing. I wasn't expecting white glove service, but I expected the food to be edible and a little more attention given since I was the only one seated to dine.

They have great customer service but the food is horrible. I remember eating there everyday years ago and I can tell the ingredients in the food is not the same.

The food was good, I'll give them that BUT the waiter we had was rude as hell with a joking undertone! I received my shirmp and grits and politely asked for a side of cheese to go with. When I asked for the cheese, the waiter asked me for what!? That within itself was rude to me because why not just give me what I asked for if im paying? I said its for my grits, he told me NO because I was going to mess up the grits!? Excuse me? Im eating this, not you! At first I thought he was joking but no, he really wouldn't give it to me. When I said something about it, he told me "I told you I wasn't giving it to you because it will mess it up"! I was shocked and appalled that he really wouldn't give me what I was asking for for MY meal especially since I was paying. This was highly disappointing to me and when in Miami, I'll never return here. Very disappointed in his response.
