Los Leones brings the "neighborhood bakery vibe" to North Miami. With Argentinian roots, they look like a family-run business that serves breakfast and lunch. We had the tostone and the omelette and they both tasted very good. They also have a good selection of empanadas (see picture). Everything tasted great. Service was also good. Be mindful that seating is very limited (less than 10 people inside, and like 4 outside), so I don't recommend going in big parties. Last but not least - their prices are as low as they can be, which I appreciate.

Had a fantastic experience at this Argentinian restaurant. Alex, our server, was incredibly kind and attentive, and we’re especially grateful for his excellent dish recommendations. The Napolitana Milanesa was massive and absolutely delicious, a perfect blend of flavors. The portion was so big we could have shared it. The ambiance was cozy, the prices were fair, and though we didn’t try dessert, they looked tempting. Highly recommend for great food and service, and a big thanks to Alex for making our experience memorable!

This hidden gem was great! We came thinking it was another business on google, turned out that one closed but this one was the same argentinian bakery we were seeking. The milanesa sandwhich was one of the best i’ve ever had and the coffee was delicious. The plain factura could’ve been better but that was the only downside. Service by the young man was also great.

I am a snowbird, visiting Miami and ended up at Los Leones for a quick breakfast. The pastries are fresh and out of this world delicious. I also received excellent service. The Barista was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I was treated like family. One of the best experiences in North Miami Beach and this is my 4rth year coming down here. I highly recommend this place for breakfast and Lunch.

This lil bakery is most definitely a 10/10. I work in the plaza and coming here every morning is my everyday routine. Everything about it is amazing. I walk in and I’m immediately greeted with a welcome & a smile. By far one of the best establishments.

Tried the milanesa sandwich for lunch. It was so delicious and homemade. It was not dry and stiff like other places, and the bread was lightly toasted but soft at the same time. Will be coming back to try their other dishes. Super satisfied.

Amazing! I work right up the road and just discovered it and now I'm addicted. I have not had one item from here that I haven't enjoyed. my all-time favorite is the Caprese empanadas 10/10. if you do breakfast las Media-Lunas are insanely great, the Milanese sandwich for lunch always hits the right spots. don't overlook the Flan or the mini Oreo cheesecakes, they are also 10/10. I can't forget the Nutella croissants, perfectly flakey and soft just the right amount of Nutella. The staff is so sweet and helpful, I didn't feel any pressure when ordering in English or Spanish the place is small and quaint and gives such home vibes, outside seating is really cute you feel like you're at a cafe somewhere else. highly recommend and did I mention they are open til 8 PM so even after work I can stop by and grab a little snack and head home happy.

My favorite bakery & cafe in North Miami Beach/Aventura/Sunny Isles/North Miami area. Delicious South American pastries, sandwiches, coffee, empanadas, cakes. Family run and very attentive. They try to please you with your order if they don’t have it. Definitely feel the neighborly warmth. Clean and modern. They serve dinner too, up to 8 pm (ask what the plate of the day is). Recommend it for sure!

Food is fresh. Customer service is not above and beyond.

The fruit bread pudding is delicious, but the flan is as gross as the bread pudding is good. It tastes like hard-boiled eggs, and the texture is too soft.

Have a lot to improve in food presentation and experience staff to prepare lattes and cappuccino s.

The service was good despite a small mistake (they forgot my dessert and I had to go back), but the pork chops I ordered were bone dry inside! They were very well seasoned but almost inedible because of how overcooked they were. I ate most of the first one and threw the second one away. I will not be back. The beef empanada is really tasty.

I was so excited thinking it was a colombian spot but its Argentinen. I walked in with dad and it was clean and nice. The lady that helped us looked like she wasn't having a good day. A little attitudeish. The bolitas de queso were salty. The empanadas were not good neither. Both chicken and ground meat were not seasoned.

When it was my turn, I ordered two croissants — something simple and quick. After me, two people arrived, and they served one a coffee and the other a full breakfast. That’s a lack of respect toward the customer who arrived first. Llegue en la manana alrededor de las 7:45am, estaban terminamdo con un cliente habian otro joven ordenando antes que yo, Llego mi turno ordene 2medias lunas; algo simple y rapido Despues de mi llegaron 2 personas a las q le sirvieron a una un cafe y a la otra un desayuno completo; es una FALTA DE RESPETO HACIA EL CLIENTE Q LLEGO PRIMERO Al final el servicio es lo que importa Los Leones, y no deja de ser una falta del respeto hacia el cliente que le sirvas primero a los que llegaron despues, y LE ACLARO: cuando me fui absolutamente NADIE habia salido a entregarme NADA!! Verifique bien sus grabaciones en su camara de seguridad. Servicio pesimo, lenguaje corporal y actitud de la chica que antendio: HORRIBLE como si le molestara estar sirviendo. I went in and ordered three empanadas to go. The young guy working the counter asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. He then decided upon himself to add a tip to the order without asking for my permission. If he would have asked I would have gladly tipped (even though all he did was hand me 3 empanadas) but the fact that he did it deceitfully is the reason for my 1 star review.

My empanada was as hard as a rock, and my medialuna had what looked like a fungus growing on it. I noticed the paycheck had an obligatory tip and I wanted to change the amount because the service I was given didn’t match the tip they were mandating me to pay. When I asked them to remove it so I could choose the amount of tip I wanted to give they refused to let me. So not only did they charge me extra, they also ruined my morning.

I've been living in Miami for 45 and I am from Argentina and I've been a client of most of the Argentina bakeries and and I have enough full experience in them.. like most of them this one is starting the first two times with very good food and service the first time the food decline was not the same and the first time the service they made me wait 40 minutes for my sandwich and the sandwich was awful I will never recommend this place to anybody please don't go

Unfortunately, the empanadas were quite old, and the service was also below expectations. LAST time here, Los Leones USED TO BE a good place. Guess what? Not anymore
