My week has been stressful but I had to post this before it ends, when I finally settled into work Tuesday I was shocked to find this thing. Out of 5 stars I would give this location a 4 but I really want to know what this is?????

This is my local McDonald’s. I’m not sure if management has changed but it is not the same. The service is slow. The order is not always correct. Some of the workers do not speak english. Sometimes I dread going here because I know it will be complicated. This location wasn’t always like this. It can improve

I went to McDonald’s to pick up a breakfast order, and when I arrived they told me it was not possible. I placed the order well before the breakfast hours ended, yet once I got there they said they couldn’t make it. This is very disrespectful, especially after I drove all the way there. The person at the drive-thru window was rude and disrespectful, and they offered no solution at all. Overall, it was a total disaster.

1st waited in drive thru as they took 3 orders from the other side, no one ever came to the mic. Requested a burger with Xtra onions. Since they didn't add them I asked for a side. It took 3 employees to understand what I needed. Manager wouldn't give it to me. They wanted to redo another burger and charge me an additional charge for Xtra onions. I know times are hard but really?

It’s shame! Been coming to this McDonald’s for the last 15 years with absolutely no problems. Came into the lobby to pick up a breakfast order at about 10 am. I had placed this order through their app 6 minutes before. I patiently waited an additional 15 minutes before inquiring about my order. The young lady at the counter says to me and another gentleman in Spanish “we are backed up and you are going to have to wait, if you don’t want to wait cancel your order”. At that point I did try to cancel my order but app clearly stated it could not be cancelled because the order was already sitting on the counter just needed to be handed to me which she refused to do and walked away from the counter as I began to tell another associate what was going on. I asked for her name so I could call corporate and file a complaint instead I was handed a card belonging to the manager and after asking several more time for her name was told it was Isabel. Will never be going there again.

Service between 5am and 8 am is not good . Food is always old. The bread on my sandwich is hard. Hash browns are cold cold. You order a large coffee and it's not hot and missing alot of coffee I side. They pour a medium size in a large cup and charge you for a large. Outside taking for ever to get my order. Waiting and waiting for someone to get my order

It's a shame how the service has declined, a place that was known for having excellent service and super friendly workers. I was there the other night with my children and my kid wanted more food so I went to order more nuggets to which they told me in a really bad way to go through the drive thru because they had already stopped taking orders. I understand that it's just the hours but there's no need to be so rude to the people who are eating there, it seems to me that they can't wait for people to leave. And Jimena, as a manager, I don't think you'll do very well with that attitude. They should have more responsible and prepared people serving the customers.

Excelente service yet the ambience was ruined because of the cleaning lady there. I went at around 6am, that is not time to clean an establishment, perhaps before it opens or after it closes but once people walk in its no longer appropiate much less singing loudly and spraying air refreshner in peoples faces like she did, going as far as to sing about patrisim about Cuba. The manager and the rest of the staff were kind just wish the lady acted the same as them with proper respect for the others eating there.

I just ordered my food and once again it was cold, NOT FRESH, and my older was incorrect. I travel an extra 2 miles to go to a different McDonald’s because this one which is a mile from my house is always poor. The food is always old and never fresh. The managers there must not oversee their staff or they just allow poor service consistently. I wish there was a regional manager that will hold the managers at this McDonald’s accountable.

Got there with a mobile order, only had one car in front. 3 cars got there after me, got helped, and moved in front of me before anyone started talking to me on the headset. Not cool for someone who has a spinal cord injury and is already driving 20 minutes to the nearest fast food just to spend even longer because of inconvenience delay that can be avoided.

Every time i order from here they always forget something, whether its the sauces from our mobile order to the salt on the fries (which is mcdonalds staple; salty savory fries), i rather drive the extra few miles to go to 137th

Worst McDonald's in the area, i do not recommend for anyone to buy here they like serving old burgers to customers with hard as a rock buns

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and unfortunately the experience has been the same. I always place my order at least 15 minutes in advance, yet when I arrive I still have to wait because the order hasn’t been prepared. I understand there can be busy times, but if the system allows ordering ahead, the estimated times should be respected. It’s frustrating to arrive on time and see that the order hasn’t even been started. I hope they can improve their organization and time management.

I’ve had several orders from this restaurant where items were missing or incorrect. On top of that, I’ve had to go inside to pick up my food instead of having it brought out, even though I’m charged the higher delivery or service fees. Can you please explain why I’m paying these fees if I have to do the pickup myself—and what can be done to fix this issue going forward?

If you’re on your way to work, do not stop at this location. You will probably be stuck in a drive-thru line for 17 min. It’s not like we have anywhere to be. All to also be served cold food.
