Food is always great! I usually go for the moist brisket (fatty) and collard greens. Dont ignore the limited time special. I just had the smoked burger and it was pretty good. Because it's smoked, you can expect it to be somewhat on the dry side but it is still delicious.
What a great place! Amazing flavor and foods super fast service and the staff is very friendly! Prices are great too! Will be back again
I recently had the pleasure of dining at MISSION BBQ, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This restaurant truly embodies the spirit of American BBQ and delivers it with exceptional flair. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The rustic decor and lively ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's commitment to honoring our nation's heroes is evident in every detail, creating a patriotic atmosphere that is both inspiring and heartfelt. Now, let's talk about the food. MISSION BBQ takes pride in their authentic, mouthwatering BBQ dishes, and they absolutely deliver. Every bite was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Whether you're a fan of their tender and smoky brisket, juicy pulled pork, or tangy barbecued chicken, their menu offers a wide range of options that will satisfy even the most discerning BBQ aficionados. The quality and taste of their food truly exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most, though, was the impeccable service. The staff at MISSION BBQ went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. From the friendly and attentive waitstaff to the knowledgeable servers who provided recommendations and answered my questions, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. Furthermore, MISSION BBQ's dedication to giving back to the community and supporting veterans is truly commendable. Their charitable initiatives and ongoing support for those who have served our country make dining at MISSION BBQ even more meaningful. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend MISSION BBQ to anyone looking for a remarkable BBQ experience. The inviting atmosphere, outstanding food, and exceptional service make this restaurant stand out among the rest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mission BBQ: Where Great Food Meets Even Greater Purpose Mission BBQ is so much more than just a place to eat—it’s an experience that combines phenomenal food, top-notch service, and deep-rooted American values. I’ve been to a lot of BBQ spots, but Mission BBQ is in a league of its own. This is the kind of place you leave feeling full in every way—your stomach, your heart, and your soul. Let’s start with the food, because wow… it’s legit. The meat is smoked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu over time: the brisket melts in your mouth, the pulled pork is perfectly seasoned, the smoked turkey is shockingly moist, and the ribs fall right off the bone. And the sauces? They’ve got a full lineup from sweet to spicy to tangy—something for every taste. You can mix and match depending on what you’re eating, and it’s honestly fun experimenting with them all. The sides are just as impressive. The mac & cheese is creamy with just the right crust on top, the green beans taste home-cooked, and the baked beans have that smoky, rich flavor that makes you go back for seconds. Their cornbread? Soft, buttery, and a perfect pairing with any meal. Everything is served hot and fresh, with generous portions that make you feel like you’re getting real value. Now, on to the service—this is where Mission BBQ really sets itself apart. Every team member I’ve encountered has been friendly, respectful, and eager to help. They greet you with a smile, walk you through the menu if it’s your first time, and they make sure you’re taken care of without hovering. You can tell they’re proud to work there, and it shows in how they treat customers. And the atmosphere? It’s patriotic, humble, and uplifting all at once. The walls are covered in memorabilia and tributes to veterans, first responders, and active-duty military. Every day at noon, the entire restaurant pauses to play the National Anthem, and I’ve never seen anything like it. Everyone stands, hats come off, and there’s a sense of unity and respect that gives you chills. You don’t see that kind of community pride much anymore, but at Mission BBQ, it’s alive and well. I also love that they give back. Mission BBQ truly lives up to its name—they support local heroes, veterans, police, fire, and EMS with real actions, not just words. When you support this business, you’re supporting people who serve our country and our communities. From the first time I walked in, I knew this would be a regular spot for me. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch, catering an event, or bringing the family for dinner, it’s always a 5-star experience. Great food, incredible people, and a place with purpose and heart—that’s what Mission BBQ is all about. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t just have a meal—you’ll have a moment.
Clean, inviting, delicious, and hospitable. Definitely worth the visit! Our first time at any Mission BBQ, and even though we dont have one in our home state, we will be back! Right when we walked in, the delicious smoky smell and inviting atmosphere let us know we chose well. But it doesn't stop there! I would give 6 stars for service if I could. After they kindly explained the menu, we placed our order, and they called our name before we even sat down! The tables were clean and well stocked with paper towels and a variety of BBQ sauces. Then they took it above and beyond by surprising us with a whole tray of samples of the sides that our order didn't include. After trying them all, I can say that nothing on the menu disappoints. To top it off, they brought a full-size dessert and two vouchers good at any location. We were fully amazed and delighted at their hospitality and yummy food. So glad we came.
Man, first time here and I'm impressed. Ordered the pulled brisket sandwich, mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes. Everything was super fresh and wildy flavorful. Mac and cheese was perfect blend of cheesy. Sandwich was outstanding. Washed it down with a cold beer. Great lunch for $19. Took a go home meal for the wife, she devoured her pulled chicken sandwich. Restaurant was also immaculate and staff was really friendly. Will absolutely be back.
Great food & so awesome they show so much gratitude to our military & 1st responders. I just took them my dad's navy pictures (one with his baby sister@1942 & one of my husband's father (army) & mother from approx 1942 also. They put them in frames & screw them onto the wall securely so they won't ever fall.
Amazing service!! Everybody was courteous, they took their time to answer the questions we had, since it was our first time there. They suggested sauces that may go better with our specific choice of food. Everything we ordered was delicious! Definitely coming back 🤩

We used Mission BBQ for a Wedding last week and they were phenomenal! The food was extremely fresh and Jennifer S. and her staff did the impossible to assure it went smooth. They brought their items necessary and assisted us with our Chafing Rental as well. They didn't hesitate to help me with some other logistics and that says everything about a company. Hands down one of the best.
What a cool place. Probably top 3 of BBQ restaurants I've been to in the US. Great sauces as well. Recommend the brisket sandwich, it was amazing! I also appreciate the veteran parking and theme. Will return for another delicious lunch!
MISSION BBQ just opened a store in my neighborhood (Weston, Fl) and I couldn't be happier because good BBQ is hard to find in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. Both food and service are excellent. I hope they keep it up. I've seen restaurants like this start off really hot and then get comfortable and drop the ball.
Visiting area and stop by Mission nearly every evening. The food is consistently very good. The service however is excellent! I frequently encounter the Team Member Honor. She is super friendly, and helpful. I often take her recommendations and they are spot on. If I had a Customer Service oriented business, Honor would be the employee facing my customers. Give her a raise!
Great BBQ! Excellent service, staff, and management. Relaxed environment, which shows strong support for our armed forces and all those who are first responders. Food is top tier, as good as any chain could offer, better than most BBQ you'll get anywhere. Highly recommended.
When we stopped by we were greeted by Tina who was the nicest person I met and you will ever meet. We had our food and it was amazing. I had the brisket sandwich and holy cow did I fall in love with it. Mason came over and recommended us what sauces go with the sandwich and salads etc. The Mac and cheese was amazing and I would want to eat it again. As soon as we were done with our plates Tina brought us some fries with a seasoning on it and i immediately fell in love with it. 100% recommend.
They had no spare ribs so I tried the baby back ribs and it was delicious. The hot and sweet sauce was great too. I will come again for sure.
Food is delicious and affordable. It’s easy to come, order, pick up and seat. The BBQ sauces on every table are great. They honor the military and service men and women. It’s a great place to have a group lunch or dinner. I’m glad they have opened several locations in South Florida
Best American BBQ experience. Quality, flavors and service are great.
Mission BBQ is an absolute gem! We visited as a family and tried the brisket, turkey, chicken sandwich, and baby back ribs—every single item was fantastic. The brisket was tender and full of flavor, the turkey was juicy and perfectly smoked, the chicken sandwich was delicious, and the baby back ribs were fall-off-the-bone good. The sides we ordered—mac and cheese, fries, and coleslaw—were all top-notch. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the coleslaw was fresh and tangy, balancing out the rich BBQ flavors perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and patriotic. We loved seeing all the tributes to our nation’s heroes on the walls. Mission BBQ’s dedication to honoring veterans and first responders really sets them apart and adds a special touch to the dining experience. If you’re looking for great BBQ and a place that truly cares about its community, Mission BBQ is a must-visit. Our family can’t recommend it enough!
The food was the best casual BBQ I've had anywhere. But on top of that, the welcoming attitude & service from the employees is the reason I'll be back. In particular, Phil was above and beyond what you would ever expect from service at a restaurant like this.
First time here I tried all the sides thanks to mr Tonny very friendly he explained everything that makes them special. The slow cooking and you can just tell they take pride on the food they make. Best customer service If you have never stopped by . Do yourself a favor and try this place out . Raul did a great job explaining the home made sauces they have as well Thanks a lot
Great place to eat some delicious barbecue food and experience some of the arm forces' history as you look at photos from the past. The brisket is a must-try! If you’re able to go around noon, you will share a time to honor as you will be singing the national anthem together with the staff and anyone that is visiting the restaurant. The team went above and beyond to make you feel at home and even brought us some goodies at the end to enjoy together as a group, which was unexpected but appreciated. I definitely will be visiting again.
The bbq is very good, and the atmosphere is first responders and military- public service. You place your order, then choose a place to sit. They yell out your name when it is ready, and you pick it up on a tray. I like the pulled pork sandwich, my husband's favorite is the moist brisket. They have good sides, like green beans with bacon, fries, corn bread, mac and cheese. They have 4 sauces to choose from. 2 we like, 2 not so much. The meats are very good even without a sauce. A little pricey, but worth it!
My family has been enjoying BBQ here for years. Very nice staff, clean restaurant and most importantly delicious bbq meats. They have a variety of half a dozen sauces you can taste on your meats. I tend to get their Meat Sampler, baked beans and Cole slaw.
I totally loved this place. The brisket (moist) is so good. It's perfect for meat lovers and the prices are alright! I highly recommend it. The crew is super nice and friendly.
Great food good service and staff
TL;DR Fantastic food, for a good price (in this economy which makes it even better), and excellent service. They served us pretty dang quickly for six people, and the waiters were super helpful, recommending food. And the food sizes were incredible for the prices - you definitely get a bang for your buck here. And that’s not even getting into how good the food is. Cooked, seasoned, and prepped to near-perfection.
Wow. Yep wow. This was a great find just off Griffin rd. The Brisket was seasoned and cooked with perfection you just can't get everywhere. I am a huge fan of Collard greens, and fortunately for me, they were the seasonal side today. You cannot go wrong with Maggie's Mac-n-cheese either.(5 cheeses) As we sat with our hearty plates a gentleman approached with a tray full of samples of all their sides and dessert. He explained since it was our first visit they wanted us to get to try them all. How wonderful. I will spread the word to anyone I can to try this establishment.
Great service, fantastic food. Had the pulledpork sandwich N.C. style. (Coleslaw) on top, bbq beans & mac and cheese all were terrific! Server heard me talking to cashier about choosing which side to try and brought over a sampling of all the other side items!!! Very impressed! Peach 🍑 cobbler was great and I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and greens a lot.
Mission BBQ is a chain BBQ Style restaurant that has become one of my favorites. I always visit this location and I am always amaze by all the decorations that honor the men and women who are serving the country in the military or in law enforcement. Its pretty cool to see all the military patches adorn all around the walls. My favorite meat to get is the brisket with a side of fries and baked beans. Last night I went to get the two mest sampler and got my usual but now with a chili cheddar sausage. Both were really yummy and were not too dry.
I told my friend we should try Mission BBQ and what a good idea that was. During our meal we met Aaron who came by to ask how the meal was? My Brisket was excellent better than all the other restaurants I've tried. But wasn't a fan of the pork I mentioned it to Aaron who asked me what I wanted instead I said the chicken. No questions asked he went and got me a serving of chicken. Aaron's service was what really made the experience a Great one. 5 Star service. Also the Mac and cheese was rummy just the way I looked it oozing with cheese. I highly recommend Mission.
Let me just say I wish I had a picture to show but the way I devour my food so fast there was nothing left to take a picture of but an empty box this was by far the best experience I've had at emission barbecue everybody was so beautiful and polite they literally welcomed me in with open arms and I mean that literally I walked in and got lost because I didn't know where to order since the places super big and there's a pattern to get to the front immediately the host showed me the correct way took my order with the biggest smile on her face and even recommended a few things to try I had a few accommodations that I needed and she went above and beyond to provide them it was so refreshing to walk into an establishment and see smiling faces that were so polite throughout the whole experience if I could give this place 20 stars I would I just started working in the area so it's nice to know that this place has such amazing food at a very reasonable price with such good hospitality guys if you want a southern experience and you're in the mood for some good barbecue I highly recommend this specific mission also the smoked ribeye is ELITE IF YOU NEED A SAUCE RECOMMENDATION WITH IT THE GATOR SAUCE IS VERY REMINISCENT OF A BETTER TASTING HEINZ 57 THANK ME LATER 🥹☀️☀️💜
Update 5/25: Wow!! Ordered barbecue chicken, it was off the charts. Juicy and delicious with a crust, tasty throughout. MB is turning up the heat, good job guys! Update 1/4/24: After a bad experience as outlined previously regarding the poor quality of the food, we were encouraged by the manager to try their food again. I am happy to say that this time, they did not disappoint. We had the brisket served two ways, my wife had lean and I had moist(more fatty), with baked beans(always great). It was tasty, moist and smoky, exactly as expected. The service was as usual so warm and friendly. Next time, we will dine in so I don't have to wait until I get home to dive in. It was so good that I forgot to take photos. Next time. We will be back when we have the longing for barbecue. It ain't Texas but best around here in Weston.
We went there by recommendation of friends and we loved it. The food was great. Staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. They asked if it was our first time there and since it was they gave us samples of the sides. All of them delicious. The BBQ sauces were delicious, each one with unique flavors. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The food is always on point. Hubby loves the Smoked Ribeye, while my favorites are the Shrimp, Turkey and of course the desserts. But the best part of this place is the staff...Aaron, Jayy, Cody and Trent are the bomb.com. I am never disappointed and I always leave with a smile. They all get a 100/10.
Place is incredible, great food, staff is super hospitable, I went to pickup cornbread for thanksgiving tomorrow, upon arrival I was greeted by staff and offered a fountain drink while I wait to pick up food . The ribs and brisket are also great .
A total paradise for meat lovers. The smoky aroma hits you the second you walk in, and the fall-off-the-bone tenderness of the brisket is absolutely legendary!
We walked in right at noon, when they play the Stars Spangled Banner. Everyone standing up, saluting flag and singing. We ordered the Brisket and Pulled Pork: both juicy and flavorful. They have 6 bbq sauces to choose from. Since this was our first time, they brought a sampling of all their sides. Best collard greens I've ever had. Mac-N-cheese was delish. This is more than a meal, it a worthwhile, proud experience. Thanks for sharing this place with us!
I love Mission BBQ! The food is delicious, especially the brisket, green beans and corn!! They also have great service and a nice casual atmosphere.
Mission BBQ has the best smoked brisket among many other homemade BBQ style menu items. Great quality and service.
The only good reason to ride a bull is to meet a nurse. 😉Worth every shiny penny in your saddle pocket. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent location👍🏻 This ain’t your ordinary lunch spot, no ma’am, Yeehaw this is extraordinary!!! Pulled chicken, beef brisket, it’s all delish!! ❤️The barbecue sauces. Give me a thumbs up if this review helped👍🏼😉
One of the best places to eat a real American food in Florida! I always order the turkey with cole slaw and baked beans! Sometimes the spare ribs or the pulled chicken sandwich to my family. Can't decide which is the best plate. The homemade sauces are an attraction as well. The smoky mountain sauce is perfect! I've been only to this location so far and I'm super satisfied with the food and the environment. Will come back very soon!
For a first time being at Mission Bbq it was such a great experience. Jayy did a amazing job. Erin also did a great job. We surely felt like we were at home. Thanks again! We definitely will come back and tell our family and friends!!
It's been a long time since I had such delicious bbq ribs. Shimp platter was awesome. Forgot to take pics. Next time will try the brisket, the house specialty. UPDATE: as Planned, this time I had the brisket. It was Grrreeeat! Definitely, my favorite place for american-style BBQ food around Weston.
My first time at Mission BBQ, and I will most definitely be back! Some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had; wish the barbecued shrimp was always on the menu, as opposed to seasonal... 😋 Aaron was so helpful as well as patient, answering our questions and making recommendations. We were there celebrating my grandson's 7th birthday, and they presented him with a card signed by the staff and a wrapped-up brownie. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere... 🎉
Food was overall pretty good, pulled pork was tender mac and cheese was excellent IMO. Service was very good at this location, probably the nicest I've had at fast casual in a long time. All very friendly. I think Vanessa took my order.
Absolutely AMAZING service!!! 👏 From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed it was my very first time here and the team made it unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make me feel special, and it truly warmed my heart. Huge shoutout to Jayy her customer service is next-level! She’s a total rockstar and made the whole experience incredible 1000/10
The food was absolutely amazing, but what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality of the staff. I only caught the name of our cashier, Phillip, who was friendly and helpful. While we were seated, a staff member noticed my father-in-law’s Marine hat and came over to thank him for his service. She then asked if anyone else at the table had served, and when I mentioned I was also a Marine, she said she’d be right back. A few moments later, she returned with two desserts, each with two spoons, so we could share with our spouses. She thanked us both for our service, and her kindness and attention to detail really left a lasting impression. After we finished our meal, she even cleared our table for us. It’s not often you experience that level of care and genuine appreciation. I wish I had gotten her name, but please know that her gesture meant a lot. Thanks to the whole team for making our visit exceptional from start to finish.
I eat at Mission 3-4 days a week. The staff is extremely friendly. They make great food and Mission supports veterans and armed forces/police. We need more establishments like this. Cody the manager is super friendly and I always tell him he looks sexy with his weight loss! He loves to hear this, so cheer him on. Liz, Nico, Vanessa, Jade, Aaron, Princess—all wonderful people who work there. If you go tell them OFR, Old Fart Rob sent you. My favorite is the yardbird and fries. 1/2 chicken super juicy and I try and eat less than 1/2 the fries.
We just visited Mission BBQ in Weston, FL, and were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was our first time trying Mission BBQ, and it exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and we loved the variety of sauces. Aaron, the manager, stopped by our table to check in and recommended the bread pudding an amazing suggestion! Although we live in Palm Beach, we’ll certainly be visiting our local Mission BBQ and will happily return to the Weston location whenever we’re in the area. Thank you, Aaron, and the entire team, for a wonderful experience!
Mission BBQ is an amazing place. The food is really good, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I especially love how they celebrate important American dates like the 4th of July — it truly makes the experience special and meaningful. Thank you for always honoring and remembering our veterans. That respect and appreciation really sets Mission BBQ apart. 🇺🇸
Decided to try Mission BBQ for the first time today — what a gem! From the moment we walked in, Daniel greeted us and patiently explained all the menu options. After we got our food, another employee (Aaron) checked in to make sure we were happy which was so incredibly thoughtful. The food was amazing and flavorful! We simply have to congratulate the manager Liz on running such a successful establishment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back!
It was mine and my boyfriend’s first time coming in and everything was spectacular! Phillip was on the floor checking on all the tables and offered us the best service! He provided us with so much information about the company and gave us each a card to bring in next time we come for a free sandwich and the envelope that you open up when ordering at the register. 10/10, will be visiting again soon.

Food was overall pretty good, pulled pork was tender mac and cheese was excellent IMO. Service was very good at this location, probably the nicest I've had at fast casual in a long time. All very friendly. I think Vanessa took my order.

Food is really good and quick service good environment to eat in . We tried the pulled pork sandewich both styles and the brisket and ribs and it was all good.
Always great food and service. Restaurant is really clean as well. Cobbler (blueberry or peach) is a must whenever it's in season!

Fast style bbq restaurant, we tried brisket, ribs, salmon and banana pudding, all were delicious and serving size was generous. Staff was friendly and explained all the options. Their sauces are good too.

Today was my first time here and the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. I loved the monster truck outside😎I ordered pulled pork, pulled chicken, green beans, Mac and cheese a gallon of lemonade and a souvenir cup and my grand total was about $50. The food came with complimentary cornbread which was yummy. My only suggestion would be to offer a complimentary basket of french fries and rolls or toast. Kids love bread and french fries. My husband Tutankhamun suggested this. The overhead on fries are cheap which could make your sales 50-60% higher if your including it as a free side. But besides that it was delicious 👍👍👍😎 see you guys soon. Ankhesenamun
Always an All American BBQ Favorite. Great quality, nice cuts of meat with all the traditional fixings. Mission BBQ honors our veterans and men of uniform. Had the brisket and pulled pork with corn bread and baked beans. Dessert was a seasonal bread pudding to die for...OMG, OMG, delish!
Great ribs, perfectly done. Brisket was a touch dry, haven't had the pulled worked yet. I ordered a lot as I knew it would last for at least three meals, and it has.
We got the classic sausage, jalapeno and cheese sausage, and wet brisket with sides of mac n cheese and green beans. Both sausages are great but the wet brisket was disappointing in flavor and texture. Both sides were solid and the cornbread is good, nothing outstanding. Service was quick enough and hassle free. Our picture reflects two trays of two meat platters; not sure we were given the correct amount of sausage for the tray that was supposed to be two orders of it. Instead of double the amount it was only 1.5× that of what was given as a single order on the other tray. It proved filling enough at least, but it does feel like we got shorted.
Too expensive for a 50/50 chance of a good meal. Not worth the risk. You can very easily get meat not fit for a dog.

I had the meat sampler. The brisket was ok but not the best. The same goes for the pulled pork. It's not bad, but not amazing. The mac and cheese was dry and not cheesy, so it's basically just slightly cheesed noodles. The beer was adequate, but again, it was not bad but not amazing. The cornbread was probably the worst cornbread I've ever had. All in all, I would potentially recommend this place. The price is fair, so I think that for what you pay, the food you get is fair and adequate. My companions all liked their food. I would probably come again if I was in the area.
I've been wanting to visit this place for a while and I must say I was a bit disappointed. First off, prices are steep, $10.99 for brisket (no sides). All sides are a la carte and they are truly a rip off. The mac and cheese (less than a cup-pictured) was $2.59 and the rest of the prices are alike. I feel they should sell the meats with at least one side. The meat portions are very small too even though very tasty. I ordered the brisket (moist) and it was probably 70% fat that I couldn't even eat I appreciate the kindness of the staff but this place is definitely overhyped.
Do not recommend if you are looking for some satisfying food. 🙅🏻♀️ The brisket and jalapeño sausage are not bad. Pull pork is dry and unseasoned. Cornbread is super dry. Mac and cheese is just cheese and macaroni, no cream at all, very tasteless. Banana pudding is mid.

Good ribs . To much spices for bbq ribs . Moist tender and good smoke taste . The sides are pour not to many options (basic Corn) etc . Mac and cheese very good but to expensive to go just for macs... pull pork very good again sides need works . I order a fries and check the picture and let me.know . And yes tastes like that terrible . The idea is there just need more sides .
I have three uncles whose photos are in one booth. Upon getting there that booth was taken so I asked the two ladies sitting there if I could get a photo of me with my uncles. They couldn’t care less about my request and were quite rude even when they finished they sat in the booth. I had a discussion with them and they looked at me like if I had two heads. Manager Rick tried to rectify the situation but to no avail. I will not return and to top it off the salmon I ordered was dry as a desert and everything else was just okay. My family frequents this spot often but it will be without me and my family.
Wrong day dry meat not the best as I was told.\nTried all the meats and the they were average
Food very good. Clean place. Somewhat expensive . Great service cashier was very nice.

We love Mission BBQ, ordered the usual, the Brisket. The price is about $13, which is a very reasonable price, but the amount of beef was about 2/3 of the normal portion, which was disappointing, not…
Been coming here for years. I’ve catered for my businesses multiple times. Always been a fan. But lately the service has gone down hill. No one is friendly. Everyone one looks bored and unhappy. It doesn’t have that welcoming feeling anymore. Pulled pork which has always been my go to, smelled off and the consistency was very slimey and mushy. A lot of fruit flies flying on the bbq bottles as well. I think I’m taking a break from here until things improve.
This was my first time eating at Mission BBQ. I did not care for the food. I ordered brisket and it was cold and very dry. I did take it back to the counter and got another order of meat. This order was warm, but still dry. The mac n cheese was good. The employees were very nice. We received a free sample of a few sides since it was our first time there, but the food just wasn’t to my liking.
Extremely overpriced for what it really is. We decided to try it and we paid $30 for just 3 small portions of meat, a small cup of potato salad that hardly had much potato pieces and one small square of corn bread oh and a large drink. The brisket had to be ordered juicy or is not. Pulled pork was like saw dust and the ribs overcooked dry. We liked the mild sauce called Texas something. On the positive, the place is very Americana and tribute to veterans so that’s very cool. They have kids cleaning tables for customers so that’s nice. You have to order like in a fast food restaurant and then they call your name for you to pickup so their prices should be cheaper. They do not have ApplePay so they need to arrive to 2023. In a nutshell, I feel they are too expensive per person with small portions to make people want to become regulars. We rather pay those prices for better BBQ dishes than that. Sorry.
Being originally from Maryland, I tried many Mission BBQ locations. With all honestly, the food I received today at this location was not Mission BBQ quality. Service was very good- no issues here. However, food was extremely dry, from meat to sides- felt like microwaved leftovers. I will come back to you guys soon and see if this was just a bad day. I will be happy to give you five stars if food quality improves.

ribs taste like carbon monoxide \nMac and cheese taste like nothing \n-1 star don't come here 62 bucks for
ribs are fall off the bone however, they are bland as paper. The coleslaw was just shredded cabbage with nothing on it and the fries were just tasteless burnt fries.Never thought I'd have ribs I …
Mission failure bbq. This place was awful. The best thing I consumed here came out of the soda fountain machine. All the food was cold, the baby back ribs were inedible because they tasted like the ocean from the amount of salt they had. This place was good about 5-6 months ago. What a shame.
It's been a while since I've had a pulled pork sandwich! The food was just flavorless and wasn't worth a stop. If I could put a negative star, I would. Pulled pork is one of the easiest sandwich to make and yet this was dry, gummy and just not enjoyable. The fries were barely cooked and drenched in pepper. Quite disappointing.
So we to get to the point the brisket was very dried almost like beef jerky . And I did ask for moist 50/50 . The prices are steep and the tea was watered down like sweet water. It looks like they broil the meat then smoke it at the end . Very disappointing manager offered a refund never received one . We literally thru our food away that's how bad it was . As for a expected response I can see it's computer generated with the same response to all other bad reviews . Oh well over priced and if u like dried broiled brisket there you go . I must say the decorations are nice but not worth $50 in food
My father recently passed away, and his photo now proudly hangs on the Wall of Honor at Mission BBQ. Before his passing, visiting Mission BBQ together was one of our special traditions. Today, in my grief and longing to feel close to him, my family and I decided to visit the restaurant. We arrived 40 minutes before closing, not expecting any issues since the food is typically prepared ahead of time. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply upsetting. The attitude of the two women working that evening was shockingly rude. The young woman at the counter was curt and dismissive, while the other employee was outright hostile—shoving the food toward my husband and barking at another team member to "help." Their behavior was not only unwelcoming, it was disrespectful. To make matters worse, the food was inedible, and I became physically ill afterward. What was meant to be a meaningful moment turned into one filled with disappointment and hurt. Even more troubling was witnessing the same young woman ignore a couple who arrived after us—one of whom was clearly an Army veteran. They stood there awkwardly until another employee finally came to assist them. We understand people are ready to go home at the end of a shift, and we made sure to leave 10 minutes before closing. But the way we were treated was completely uncalled for. The lack of courtesy and respect—especially in a place meant to honor veterans—was heartbreaking. I only wanted to feel close to my dad and share a quiet meal with my family in his honor. Instead, we left feeling dismissed and disrespected.
This is what I imagine ribs in a Chinese prison taste like. Everything on my plate was served colder than room temperature and the brisket and ribs both taste like they have been sitting in tuna water. First and last time eating here, the thought of this place makes me sick. All the sauces on my table were watery like my eyes when I realized I paid $17 to eat a piece of cornbread.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with the brisket at Mission BBQ. It was very dry and lacked flavor, which made the meal disappointing. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy it at all and expected much better
The brisket was super dry, the Mac n cheese was not creamy at all tasted like kraft Mac n cheese, the best part of the meal was the baked beans and the fries (the sides).
Not much good and absolutely inedible. We got carry out and 3 of the 4 dinners we threw in the trash. I'm not talking a little salty, it was totally inedible. What a waste.
