So glad I ignored the negative reviews . I had the most delicious pan con bistek and Papaya milk shake ever! Thanks to Uber and Montes De Oca my 1AM munchies satisfied.

It was so delicious and the crust was so crunchy. The cheese on top was perfectly melted. The place has an excellent atmosphere. There were very affordable pizzas.

My go to on my days off for a coffee. Food and service is great but can be a little bit better. Very inexpensive and open 24hrs a day 365 days a year. The pizzas need a little bit of work. My last pizza was terrible no sauce hardly any bacon and too much cheese burned as well.

The service was good, the pizza was ok but not grate and the atmosphere soso, there were a guy asking for money to eat during our time to eat.

Worse experience ever at a montes de oca restauranti order a large pizza with 5 garlic roles for pic up after arriving to pick up i had to wait close to 20 minutes for my pizza to come out.as im about to grab my order i asked for the gatlic roles wich to my surprise had never been added to my order.i told the server to leave it like that since i was in a hurry and ahe said the garlic rolls where quick to make.i payed for the order and after a while of waiting i decided to walk out without any rolls as i had alreadyy been waitomg far too long for a pick up order.mind you there was only one person sitting in the entire reataurant and two servers when i arrived.this was beetween 830 and 930 pm

Place really needs a renovation, paint and cleaning. Tried the "Crema de queso" it was alright...tasted a bit bland. Pizza dough didn't seem freshly made; more like they opened a package and melted some cheese on top. Bit $$ considering its not handmade. The pastries looked like they been sitting for awhile. Popularity amongst Cubans as the name "Montes de Oca" originated in Cuba.

We were cruisin Little Havana looking for a place to eat late-night about 1am. We stumbled opon this place when we saw some people outside and police car in the lot. There was only one staff member on staff and she did not speak english AT ALL! The police started yelling at the people outside in spanish, so we decided to leave before they killed someone. Don't think we will be back there or around the police.

They said 15 minutes and I am waiting in the restaurant with an Uber and 2 other riders for over 40 mins. Just tell me you’d take this long from the beginning!

Nice service, bad pizza

Took 50 min for a carryout order, and pizza had a bad smell. Skip this location do not recommend it.

Only 1 person serving and she was attending the phones. Waiting for 5 minutes, no acknowledgement. We left the location.

Lasagna is made only with picadillo meat, I expected at least some sauce inside, didn’t like it! Nobody asked me what kind of sauce I wanted inside.they should ask the costumer what they want inside the lasagna, no excuses for such a bad plate.

Really bad place, people were rude, they don’t know what we asked for, they brought other orders. It was a nightmare. Besides that 4 of the 6 got sick with food poisoning after eating there. Worst pizza and garlic bread I have eaten. The pizza barly had sauce on it, and crust was soft. and the garlic bread was hard and dry. The dishes were dirty and the waitress was inattentive. 1st and last time, I eat in this restaurant, which! by the way needs renovating.

I've never been here so i decided to give it a chance since i heard its like Reys pizza but i heard wrong,this place was terrible.first service, there was no service. after we sat ourselves down it took at least 15 min to get our menus and water,waitress didn't even offer drinks. there were only 2 customers plus us so the service shouldn't have been so bad.now the food, i mean wow. we ordered 2 spaghetti plates, one personal ham and cheese pizza and garlic bread. the spaghetti sauce and chorizo were flavorless.the pizza and pasta were terrible. the garlic bread was just dinner rolls with Parmesan cheese not a hint of garlic at all but yet my bill said garlic bread on it lol , i found that hilarious. Do yourselves a favor and skip this place. I recommend Reys pizza 100%.

Came to get a quick breakfast just some empanadas and pastelitos . Took forever for it to be ready and then the empanada meat was FROZEN. When we told the lady she said there was nothing she could do about it because already bit it. Her solution was frying the same empanadas and giving them back to us. How sanitary is that! Theres 1000 more places that sell the same things that actually give you hot food.

Horrible customer service! I ask for vegetable pizza, I was served onion pizza, when I mention this to the server she told me in my face; that was a vegetable pizza but they Were out of mushroom. I insisted and she change it! She never approached me after that!!!! I will only come back because of the pizza! But your customer service sucks!!!

Ordered a tuna sandwich and after 15 minutes I receive on a plate tuna out of a can still wet with water it was canned with nothing whatsoever in it no mayo no onion nothing at all just stale bread and canned tuna ..trust me I don't mind the canned tuna but prepare it correctly and don't be so lazy ..its a very simple sandwich ...very disappointed this place sucks

Very disappointed, got charged an extra 2.50 for breakfast because I came before 7 am ..And the cafe tasted old and as well as the Cuban bread was hard and would crumble in a million pieces when bit into it .. thanks but no thanks ... I have gone to other montes de oca and this has never happened

Over the phone service the worse, the lady seems like she was mad and was very rude and unprofessional. I gave them 1 star because was the least available, a 0 is more accurate. Took forever with my order and service very unpleasant, people working there seems very miserable. Would never go back there ever. Don’t waste your money or your time, they will treat you like you don’t deserve any respect. 😡😡😡😡

We ordered breakfast, which in the letter says that after 11 in the morning they would charge 2.95 more and the clerk told me that they did not cook eggs after 11. Then we ordered 2 sandwich at midnight and after 10 minutes she apologized for only I had a midnight bread. Then I asked for bread with steak and after 25 minutes he came again to apologize because he did not have lettuce. Is incredible.

I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni and extra-chorizo. What I received was a raw dough 1 pepperoni per baby slices and exactly 7 miniature pieces of chorizo! I also ordered a napolian spaghetti. Wow, if I got cheese it must of been heaven sent. All in all..... Quality of food is horrible. It's unfortunate because the workers are really nice just a really bad cook.

This Montes de Oca pizzeria, they should close it, they give you half the food you pay and discover that you can't eat it when you get home, the spaghetti without cheese and the sauce did not come included, everything is bad, attention to the owners, they may lose prestige for that pizzeria, I think the supervisor should go more often, to see if they can work seriously and professionally, they are the real disappointment.

Honestly I’m sorry but the food is a no. Not only did it take so long for us to get the food but the food was raw, tasteless and their just wasn’t a good organization in my opinion feel free to come and try it out for yourself but for our first time here sorry it’s a No.

Avoid this disgusting place!! I went yesterday and bought a soup.. I have been vomiting, diarrea and stomach ache for more than 12 hours now! I was poisoned!! I am not feeling well at all and I am considering going to hospital. I have been vomiting all night and morning. This place must be inspected. That soup had to be months old to get me how it did.
