Ocean's Ten Miami Reviews
Got drinks here every night we were staying at the Breakwater Hotel and had a great time. We sat at the bar and had great service and fun conversations with strong drinks. There is live music or DJs most nights and the atmosphere is very fun. Excellent people watching from the bar and we enjoyed chatting with Cristian the bartender every visit.
I was hesitant about eating at a restaurant right on the strip, but I was very pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the surf and turf. It took a little while for the dish to come out, but it was obviously made fresh and very good quality ingredients. The bartender, Adiel, was very diligent and attentive. I am very happy with the service and the quality of the food and I highly recommend it.
This is always my go to spot when I come to visit south beach. Christian the bartender who’s been working at the same place for over 20+ years is amazing and always hooks you up. I love the seafood fettuccine and steak fajitas! The live music and DJ is always a vibe! I’d def recommend coming here or at least come for the drinks as your starting point lol — you only need one big one (drink— I love the mojitos and the cucumber mule) and you’re good to go!
Everything was amazing but I got scamed and was charged double. But the food is amazing just make sure you see your check first.
Had the special and shrimp frittata for breakfast with cappuccino. Food was really good (fresh, well seasoned, etc) except the pancakes were from frozen. The service was excellent, thank you Ariel! Lots of reviews complain about the gratuity but that is no different than anywhere else in the area, so no surprise. Just sit, relax, and enjoy the people, art deco, sun and sand!
My wife and I came here for a late night dinner and had a great experience. The atmosphere and music were fantastic, and the food and drinks were excellent. What stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff and the live band that was performing. They played and sang very well, covering a lot of great songs. The drinks were unique and tasted amazing, and the food was very good as well. The prices were fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the live band and the amount of food and drinks we ordered. We will definitely recommend this place and plan to come back again.
Drinks were great. The staff was VERY cool and informative, and the views were great! Great spot to have a drink and people watch in Miami. The receipt with the 4 written names are restaurants that our server recommended us to go check out for the best views and drinks in Miami. We went to three out of the four, and they were great! Now that i think about it,I wish i was sitting there right now. I actually don't remember if we ate here or not, so try the food! Thinking about Miami. 😆🤘
Ocean’s Ten was definitely a whole vibe! Right on Ocean Drive, it’s got that lively, party energy without feeling too wild (unless that’s what you’re looking for). The music was bumpin’, the drinks were strong, and the people-watching? Top tier. Whether you’re grabbing a bite, sipping cocktails, or just soaking up the scene—it’s a fun spot to post up and let the Miami energy hit you. Great for a girls’ night, date night, or just catching the Ocean Drive chaos in style.
I recently had the pleasure of dining and immersing myself in the lively ambiance of Oceans Ten in South Beach, and I must say, it was an experience like no other! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The outdoor dining area at Oceans Ten is simply breathtaking. The chic decor, comfortable seating, and romantic lighting create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Whether you're catching up with friends, having a date night, or simply enjoying a meal by yourself, this spot is an idyllic setting to relax and unwind. The addition of a live DJ adds a vibrant energy to the already captivating space. As I savored every bite of their exquisite cuisine, the pulsating beats and carefully curated music enhanced the overall experience. The ambience was electric, and I found myself tapping my feet and nodding my head to the rhythm. Now, let's talk about the food! Oceans Ten offers an impressive menu that caters to a variety of tastes. However, their spicy Creole shrimp with rice took my taste buds on an incredible journey. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, succulent, and infused with bold flavors that danced on my tongue. Combined with the aromatic rice, it was a match made in heaven. Every bite was bursting with goodness, leaving me craving for more. The presentation of each dish was a work of art. The attention to detail showcased the chef's dedication to creating not only delicious food but also an aesthetically pleasing experience. The stellar service by the attentive staff further enhanced my experience, as they were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Oceans Ten in South Beach is truly a gem that excels in every aspect. From the outdoor dining area with its enchanting ambiance and live DJ, to the incredible menu selections, the restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a seafood lover or looking to explore culinary delights, the spicy Creole shrimp with rice is a dish that will leave a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend Oceans Ten to anyone in search of a remarkable evening filled with great food, fantastic music, and an ambiance that will transport you to a world of pure bliss. Give yourself the chance to indulge, and you'll see why Oceans Ten in South Beach is a top-notch destination not to be missed!
Our server was very friendly , great vibes and steak dinner was delicious! highly recommend!
Anytime we dine at a place like this; CHOOSE THE BAR! Fast service, amazing drink suggestions, sometimes live music (we visited a few times during the same week). The Latina rubia I did not catch her name but she made me the BEST BULLDOG so good I came back , definitely a bang for your buck which is hard to find in Miami Beach! We also had the chicken quesadilla, super delicious! Would return!
Súper los drinks el servicio excelente la música muy buena y la comida deliciosa lo recomiendo volvemos ! Nos quedamos en el hotel breakwater malísimo
Huge shoutout to Christian (or Tristan?! Idk with my accent lol) the bartender is honestly one of the nicest we’ve met in Miami Beach. Best espresso martini ever. We came back two days later and when another bartender didn’t make them the same way, Christian stepped in and remade them perfectly without hesitation with a laugh. They also have one of the best happy hours in Miami Beach — 50% off ALL THE MENU from 4–6 PM each day which is honestly insane for the area. Food is fine but there is a lot of choices, and the drinks are all insane (lots of choices that we did not see elsewhere) The patio ambiance is amazing — great vibe, Day or night (see pictures attached), relaxed but still lively. I honestly dont get the bad reviews at all! We’ll definitely be back if we come back to Miami Beach as tourists! Highly recommend. The only down side: toilets need a clean up.
Just came for drinks the first time. The bartender (don’t know his name but probably the same one other reviewers have raved about) was awesome. The Passion drink was tasty. Came back that night for drinks and the “live music” that night. They didn’t seem very happy we were taking up a table and did not want to order food which was sort of uncomfortable.
Had a great time at Ocean’s Ten. The location right on Ocean Drive is perfect, with great views, good food, and a lively atmosphere. A fun spot to relax, enjoy the music, and experience the Miami Beach vibe.
We just came to Miami for 2 nights and had very little time to explore. It was sooooo hot and we were coming from the beach and decided on piñas coladas. We saw this spot on the corner of Art Deco Museum and decided to go in. Katherine attended us and she was really nice and attentive. We got 7 real piñas coladas and fried calamaris and they were really good. The drinks are super expensive but Katherine offered us happy hour even though it was 12pm. The ambiance and the music were good. I will say it again; it was very expensive even with the happy hour but we didn’t expect less, at the end of the day is South Beach Miami, everything is expensive 🤷🏾♀️
We just visited for drinks. The perfect spot to people watch with a cocktail in hand mid afternoon. Not too busy at that time and the staff are sexy and attentive. Had Raspberry blended margaritas
The food was alright. My steak was good. The server was very nice and the atmosphere was good. It was a Sunday and they had live entertainment. Overall, good experience. The drinks were good.
Located on Ocean Dr & 10th St. We were bar hopping enjoying Ocean Dr and stopped here because their music & outside bar caught our attention. I ordered a Piña Colada and was disappointed to see it was served pre-made but it was surprisingly delicious! We enjoyed the loud music, fun, and social bar atmosphere. We didn't experience good service but our group enjoyed this spot.
Great little spot for beach viewing and food. Very confusing tho as I did order the tacos listed at $22 and was offered rice and beans on the side not knowing they were an upcharge. Also ordered a Coca Cola and pretty sure it was a Coke Zero as it was very bitter tasting and I’m sensitive to artificial sweeteners. They charge a mandatory sit down charge aka tip(just like the coperto in Italy) and then you’re offered to additionally tip on top. I did tip bc the food was great, but felt misled by the server offering sides without disclosing an upcharge. Be sure to ask questions when ordering.
Really expensive, but perfect location and setting. Our server tried to upsell stuff, which was fine, but everything just ended up being so expensive. The table nearby us was charged the table next to them- which was double what they spent. They mixed up the cards and didn't double check, so we were careful to check before they charged. You're definitely paying for the location, not so much anything spectacular. I would go again though
This place was really good with the food and service. I came to Miami to have a red snapper and this place gave me the whole fish. It was cooked to perfection. It was flavorful and we worth the money. Just be careful when you eat this fish, it is a really boney fish. The sides were delicious and I do recommend this place. The lobster fettuccine dish was big dish so you better bring an appetite if you're wanting these dishes. It'll definitely be a plus to visit again if we're back in Miami in the near future. Come and stop by this place, it's really good 👍
Not sure why this place is rated so low. Service took a little while, but the food was great. We ordered a New York steak medium rare, and it came out wonderful! Their Fettuccini Alfredo was tasty. Sure, drinks (and food) were on the expensive side, but so are food and drinks in most restaurants on Ocean Drive. They were packed even on a Tuesday night. They had live music when we came, and the vibe was just casual and fun!
El servicio del server muy bueno ( un chico de República Dominicana ). Música en vivo que da buen ambiente . La hamburguesa la carne un poco reseca pero estaba pasable . La jarra de cerveza fría 16.00 no está nada mal para estar en Ocean Drive .
Let's get this straight. There are two types of reviews here - one set of people came at happy hour, the others that paid regular price. This is pub food. It's good for pub food, but we are talking frozen for the most part. It's prepared well. Tastes good for what it is. But the true price point lies somewhere between happy hour and regular price. So if you come at happy hour, you're happy. If you come outside of happy hour, you're outside of happy. Drinks were stiff and great. Service was fine, but we weren't offered another drink and it was kinda slow. I'd come back for happy hour. Four stars.
The food and service was horrible. Server barely checked on us and the Cuban sandwich was atrocious. Totally disgusting. The band was FABULOUS!!! Atmosphere was awesome.
The music performance was awesome. Very up beat music. The ambiance of the restaurant was ok. The chicken quesadilla was ok. The burger was ok eatable with ketchup. My server was attentive, and the hostess was nice and polite. The price yes is over the roof for burgers that are Eeeh, ok and quesadillas. The mojito was 39 dollars ,and it was water down. 😐
The drinks and appetizers came out quick. The drinks were relatively strong but the server didn't check up on his often, and I felt as if we were getting rushed out and the servers were trying to grab the plate with some food off the table a bit too early. But other than that , great vibe and good food, but a little pricey for what you're getting.
It was a large group of us, so service was kind of slow. The waitress was attentive once we did get one. The big drinks were OK, more juice than alcohol. I wouldn't waste money if you're a regular drinker, just makes you have to pee more. We had burgers, wings and fries and they were good. The DJ was lively and we were able to smoke cigars while there. Typical Ocean Drive restaurant, double the price for regular items. It's Miami though.
The service was great. I loved the environment and music, but drinks and food were overpriced, and not much alcohol in them. We order a sampler ($37). Nothing major or out of this world(Fried calamari, 5 piece of chicken wings, 3 piece of chicken tenders, 3 cheese sticks, and 3 little shrimps). We also ordered 3 bulldogs(drinks) and it was over $200. I guess that’s the price for eating/ drinking at ocean drive. In my opinion is not worth the $213 we payed.
Good location for people watching on Ocean Drive at South Beach. Food was just okay, the appetizer was actually smaller than most American appetizer dishes, so that was good! But I'm not sure I love this concept here of adding a 20% service charge to your bill, and asking for an additional tip after that. It's a bit much. Service was efficient but not that friendly. Calamari was just okay, a bit salty.
Update 2019: 4 years ago the chihuahua was bigger, better cheaper. Now we paid 45 usd including tip/tax for 2 small ones with a 7fl ounce/200ml Corona. Used to be the 333ml Version. Location is great, live bands etc, but could be a bit better in what you get for your buck concerning this cocktail Update 2022: went there for brunch, everything still pricy, but quality was really good. So added a star and nowadays everything gets expensive.
Decided on this place for breakfast as we were hungry. Definitely a tourist spot with its location near the beach and its colorful vibe. The breakfast menu options wasn’t too bad and it was a nice spot to sit. Quality of food was ok, if we had to pay more, it would have been disappointing. 20% tip is automatically added to the bill already, even if you don’t get great service. Might try somewhere else next time haha
We went for the live entertainment last week and ordered 2 regular mojitos We were brought 2 jumbo mojitos that are $36 usd each. When we said we ordered 2 regular; the server called us liars basically saying we pointed at the large ... scammy way of upselling when it was a relatively quiet night. Ambience was great and the live band was amazing but did not enjoy the way we were pushed into paying way way way more.
Well, the hostesses were really nice, and the food was good although, as you can can see in the picture you get 3 little tortillas 3 inch diameter 😳 if you order fajitas. Unusual for me, but I am going to rate this on a 3. Let me mention that the waiter had an uppity attitude until I changed to a more assertive tone when I mentioned that the mix drink was not acceptable (all alcohol, not a good mixed drink you want to enjoy, not to just get wasted). Then, our Cuban young bold gentleman waiter, changed his tone as it should be, kind and of service from aggressive (what do you want, "I don't fix the drinks"). They fixed the drink. It was ok.
El servicio y el ambiente son muy buenos y agradables, pero a los tragos les falta mucho para estar a la altura. A parte de ser bastante caros, no tienen la calidad que deberían 🤷🏻
Everything on this strip is a bit pricy but food here is just ok. Not great. Had to send over cooked steak back and get a new one. It was much better. But the cesar salad had grated parmesan cheese that was very powdery which was a bit wierd. Made me feel like my salad was spaghetti instead of a cesar salad. I could have sworn cesar salads were supposed to have shredded parmesan cheese....?! All things considered, I dont think Ill ever come back here to eat. Drinks seem a bit better.
Table area was clean and welcoming. Large flat screen TVs and live DJ playing various types of music. Service was very slow and one drink cost as much as $40.00 😕. By the time we ordered appetizers and drinks, the waiter stole one of my parties cigarettes (whole pack) and lighter. Beware, they add tip onto bill. So, if you leave cash tip on table, you will be leaving a double tip.
The breakfast was good, but 12$ for a bottle of water?!? Have they become crazy?!? They offered me water, so I thought was kind of for free... But when I saw the bill, I got crazy! More expensive than the breakfast itself! And then the waiter told me that the tip wasn't included... Which was a lie! Crazy... Good location but I will never ever go again. They should advise that the tip is included on the bill and the water has a cost.
Food was decent. Our server Ernesto was horrible. He wouldn’t come check on table hardly. He would get one item at a time like ketchup and not see if anyone else needed anything when we did. He would walk away quickly. At end I needed an itemized receipt and it was pulling teeth. Other servers were really nice and were dancing and such. If you go, avoid Ernesto. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he wasn’t good today.
We were a party of 14, including 2 toddlers. The food was good and the portion sizes were fulfilling. The atmosphere and overall vibe was nice, nice band and good music. (I’m guessing that’s what pulls people in) Be aware, there is a 20% gratuity added to your bill whether you get an appetizer, just drinks or an entree. We were 3 separate family and wanted to split the check in 3 based on what each family ordered and apparently that was not an option. Maybe they didn’t want to split because they thought we wouldn’t tip or that the gratuity would be smaller, not sure. In the end one person had to carry the bill of over $1200 when they could’ve easily split it by person or family. They ended up getting away with $250 in gratuity and still wanted us to tip on top of it.
Warm beer, loud music and high prices. They won’t split your bill, which is weird and inconvenient for everyone else at the table. Me and a few others went in for their happy hour. We wanted to sit at the bar but were told the happy hour deals would not apply there. My beer was lukewarm and took long to get, considering no one was sitting at the bar and there were only a few tables with people. We initially wanted to eat but their menu is wild and off putting, pizza, chicken fingers, Cuban food, tacos. I wouldn’t go back and I’m surprised this place is even in business.
Ocean’s Ten on Ocean Drive in Miami offers a dining experience that unfortunately falls short of expectations. While the location is vibrant and perfect for people-watching, the food tends to be overpriced and mediocre. The appetizers, however, are decent and somewhat worth the price; they provide a glimpse of what could have been a better overall meal. One significant drawback is the service. Our server was inattentive, seemingly walking past our table multiple times without checking in. It took us over 20 minutes just to place our drink orders, and when the appetizers finally arrived, they were brought out before our drinks. Additionally, the salad dressings were applied sparingly, forcing us to request more, and we had to ask for condiments (mustard, ketchup, steak sauce) as well. The restaurant was not crowded during our visit, making the lack of attention all the more frustrating. It felt as though we were being ignored, which diminished the overall dining experience. Our waiter did not check on us once after our food had been served. Additionally, we had to ask the hostess for our check. We watched him greet and wait on new customers while we were waiting on our check. While the atmosphere was lively and added a nice touch, the service and quality of food left MUCH to be desired. For the prices charged, we expected more attention and better-quality dishes. Overall, Ocean’s Ten might be ideal for a casual drink and people-watching, but for dining, you may want to consider other options in the area.
I wish I had read the reviews before eating here. We were approached, told we would get free mimosas if we order from the lunch menu. It was also happy hour, so we were told lunch was 20% off. After ordering our mimosas, we were told it was one or the other for offers, not both. We ordered tacos and carbonara. The tacos were truly the smallest tacos I've ever seen, were very bland in taste and the ingredients looked like they were thrown together with very little care about presentation. The carbonara was 50/50 cheap noodles and onions with sprinkle parmesan and a tiny bit of bacon. Nothing was very good. We did get free shots when my father-in-law complained about being intentionally mislead, which was nice. But our bill was still $145 for 4 of us, for mediocre food and "free" drinks. Do not fall for this tourist trap.
We came here for cocktails (which are expensive). The server took our order and after we received our cocktails it started raining. All the servers went inside and didn’t ask if we are okay. The rain was getting to our table (see photo). I had to go inside to search for the waitress to get the bill. She was standing with the other servers talking and having fun while we were getting soaked. Bad service! And the cocktails are average. Would not recommend.
Worst customer service experience. Overpriced drinks and food They charged 20% fee for 2 drinks The girl in the pic was very rude also, rude and bad behaviour with customer and the place was empty
First of all, the food was the worst. I ordered fries, and they came with extra fries, like a cheese stick and fried shrimp. These were all dry, greasy, and even not warm. Miami is a tourist destination, so most of the restaurants I visited tasted the best, but only this place was terrible. As soon as we sat down, we looked at the menu and wondered if we should go out because it was expensive and nobody was there, but the staff came over and offered a 20% discount, so we just ate. And this was the only stain on my trip to Miami. Not only the fries were bad, but the cocktails and beers are not that cool and tasteless. I've come back and know that, but this place seems to have the lowest rating on the street of this bar. I still regret looking at Google Maps.
$50 for a nasty plate of food, mozzarella sticks didn’t have mozzarella. Overall don’t recommend to anyone of any price range. Just keep walking.
Never again! Stay away from this overpriced place! Food is not worth the price! Customer service is horrible! The drinks are made with cheap liquor and they charge you an arm and a leg for it. The staff always seem to have a nasty attitude. Please trust me when I tell you to avoid this place. There are so many other better options in South Beach!
So, I am not sure where to start this. I don't normally give bad reviews whatsoever, but it is personally well deserved. It might be a lengthy one. To start off, the moment you walk in, this place apparently has an "entrace" and then a "main entrance", okay cool. Through the other entrance the place looks closed: chairs up, empty, barely any lights. Someone guided us to the other side to be seated. As we sat down, we were asked if we wanted any drinks, and out of the norm, without a warning, they just asked for a card to be on file. Which, if you don't read the message on the table, you get weirded out. We weren't drinking. So why exactly were they making a tab? The place was pretty much empty. Most of the waiters and waitresses were just standing around doing nothing. This policy really killed the reliability of this place for me, so I went to check the reviews on Google Maps. To my not-surprise, they were bad. Extremely over priced food, even if it was just for a person. If you wanted to add steak to your plate it was an extra $10, or anything else really was over $5. Mind you, the food quality this place has is worse than Chili's, yet somehow Chili's has better pricing, better taste, you can actually FEEL they made the food there. The service there is also way better. Service did not exist at this place. Waiter would randomly come in to take plates or cups that we were using, just to give us a new one and call that a "service". And the cherry on top, the MUSIC. Loud, obnoxious music. The music literally took the appetite away. Adding to that, the lack of air flow in that place. They have fans, but specifically were they sat us there was none. No one ever asked us if the food was okay, if we were okay, or if we needed anything else. Nothing. And honestly, to spend this much money at a place like this, I'd rather go home and cook myself. There is no enjoyable experience, no memorable service, the food is bland and low quality ingredients. Soooooo... what am I being charged for? The inconvenience of being at a really bad, warm, and loud place? I'll pass.
They over charge with their happy hour. SCAM, STAY AWAY! Plus food is cold.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Came here for breakfast, save your self a $100 breakfast for 3 and go to IHOP & I dislike IHOP but I’d rather have that than this frozen/warm dollar menu food at the price of a Brickell 4 star restaurant. Worst Eggs Benedict’s I’ve ever tried. Boiled egg. Worst ham and cheese croissant. Bad service , bad food and 20% forced gratuity when we had to go inside to pay for our food
Scam !! Scam !! Scam !! Stay away from this restaurant. Tasteless chicken tacos for $22. Very expensive restaurant. Taco bell does a better job for only $1. Also please note the 20% tip is already added in the bill but the servers are adamant and specifically request you to add more tip. Definitely a tourist trap. Will avoid this one for sure.
We were there on a weekday and the waiters were really restless. They were like literally forcing us to order and once we ordered he came back half an hour later and told us the wings were not there. After that food came an hour later and within 10 minutes the waiter forced us to leave telling that they are closing which he did not even mention. And the worst part was getting sick after eating their chicken fajitas. The prices are super high for the quality they provide. Really bad food and really really bad service.
Very bad hookah and rude waiter. They charged us almost 100$ for hookah smoked for 5 mins its so bad then I left!!
I am a local and this place has fallen off and is straight trash. I ordered the whole Snapper and when it was placed on the table it looked like a dried fish that had washed up out of Biscayne Bay. Terrible service and to top it off they don’t really care. It’s really just a bait for tourists!!!! Stay away and save money.
Once your order was taken, coffee served and food delivered, no one came back to the table to check on anything or offer refills. Food was terrible, pancakes were tough and hard, waffles were rubbery and then we were told those items are microwaved! With 20% gratuity already added onto the bill, these restaurant employees don’t see the need to be kind or attentive. If we would have chosen the party specials we would pay unbelievable prices.
Very surprised with this place. I should have read the reviews. Worst tacos I have wver had in my life. They should be banned from ever making them. I not only didn't finish the 3 tacos, but felt ill after 1 and a half. The drink was sad also. Tacos are a flavor explosion! Theses were chopped up chicken, no flavor, no seasoning - just iceberg lettuce and sour cream. Yuck! Never again. Oh, tax, resort tax, and a 20% service charge for the experience.
Avoid this place if possible. We got a table on the sidewalk and waited and waited and waited for service. When he finally came, he asked if we want flat or sparkling bottled water and we said neither just a couple of glasses of regular flat water. His answer to that is" we don't do that here"! My wife and I looked at each other in shock! So we ended up ordering a couple of soft drinks. This waiter took our credit card in advance or no service, this was another surprise! Now we waited on our drinks for a while too and then he took our order. At least the pastas were decent, not great but better than the service. Later one of the guys that cleans the tables came by and I asked him for a couple glasses of water and he gladly obliged! He even brought it back pretty quick. Unfortunately he was not a waiter. Once we were done our waiter finally showed up with the bill and they already add the tip to the bill, but now he had the audacity to say that is not for us, it goes somewhere else. Please add another tip to pay for myself and the ones who clean. Of course there was ZERO extra tip and they will never see us again!
Came to smoke hookah and enjoy the outside atmosphere, but the hookah was terrible and the music was too loud. Also very overpriced. Paid $100 for JUST hookah!
There is already a 20% tip included, but they’ll pressure you to tip more. Mozz sticks had no cheese in half. Drinks were good to be fair.
Worst food you can get for $200+. Veggie sandwiches are hard and not chewable. Burger bread is as dry as they can make. Food portion is too small and they dont care about what they are serving to people.
definitely over priced, got a salad because what can go wrong with a salad??? Everything salad was nasty, service was very iffy. Waiter would walk past knowing we needed things and would not make eye contact. Bathrooms have a little smell. I would not eat here again! if you’re in the area and need a place to eat DO NOT STOP HERE. very pretty decoration but not worth all your money.
This place went down the drain. The food is average at best. While most places are improving their customer service during the pandemic in order to retain customers, this place isn't. They don't care. I'll share with you my most recent experience which was the last straw. My family dined at the restaurant Christmas night 2020. I was completely embarrassed with the experience, especially after speaking so highly about this place. It was freezing. Out of all the empty tables available, we were seated at a table where the heater's fire was low. We brought it to the waitress attention. We were informed that they were out of the fluid needed for the fire. We did our best to tolerate the cold for about 30 minutes. We looked around and noticed that we were the only ones going through this. Everyone's heater was functioning properly. We requested the manager. We were told that we can move to another table. We deemed it inappropriate to have to pick up all our food and drinks and bring it over to another table. A few minutes later, fluid for the fire magically appeared at our table and the heater was fixed. It was like pulling teeth to get to this point. The manager came over. He not only made excuses about what happened, he also talked badly about his leadership and the staff to us instead of using the opportunity to make things right. He continued to vent to us about the subpar training the staff receive. In no way was this appropriate to hear when you ask for a manager. In disbelief and disappointment with what transpired, we paid and left knowing that we would never return. We also would spread the word about this horrible experience. Also, the waitress was not attentive to who ordered what. The drinks were mixed up. It was clear she was hired for her beauty and not for her skills a waitress. Of all night it was Christmas and truly a disaster of an experience. Never again will I recommend this place to anyone.
I had a 16.95 rum runner, a small draft bud light and my sister had sprite. My ticket was $64!!! I didn’t even notice that night that they charged me a service charge of $9.33 without my knowledge! the beer price said 7.95 but they charged me $16! I would never go to this establishment again! My waiter couldn’t speak English so we had trouble communicating! This type of establishment enjoys taking advantage of tourists! Don’t go here!!! Just looked up the prices online and they didn’t match up with my ticket!
Food was good, but the way they are treating tourists is not okay. Really shady way of charging you for food and water that looks like its inclusive but it really isn't. They don't mention a thing and when it comes to the bill they walk you trough it so quick that you are not able to see the specifics. Bill was crazy expensive for the amount of drink and food we got. They also don't mention the fact that they automatically charge a 20% dining in fee and then have the audacity to ask for more tips. Walk past this joint.
The waiter spilled my drink and seemed completely uninterested afterward. He wiped the table, but only half of it — the rest of the spilled drink was still sitting there, leaving the table wet and sticky 😨 We basically had to ask for basic cleanup and it felt like no one cared. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of proper service are unacceptable. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
Walked along Ocean Drive and was taken in by the 50% off Happy hour which most of the establishments were running on either drinks or food or both. We chose Oceans 10, for no particular reason other than it seemed quite popular. Service was just ok, attitudes I would describe as superficially friendly and not sincere. I ordered the BBQ spare ribs and chips which I have to say were awful. The ribs were stone cold, I when I cut into one of them it was bloody inside. The chips were clearly cheap frozen ones. I complained and the plate was taken away, microwaved and returned with an apology from the chef that it had not been done in the first place and they must have forgotten. The bloody rib was still bloody inside. It was so awful I couldn't eat it. All in all we we charged an arm and a leg despite the happy hour for an inedible meal. My partner's Mexican dish was not much better. Clearly another rip of establishment in a prime visitor location just intent on ripping customers off with poor service and even worse food just because they can. Thankfully we are moving on and will not be taken in again. Lesson learnt!
I was hungry and decided to stop by for a quick lunch. I ordered chicken and steak tacos and was surprised on how flavorless they were. For the amount of time it took to arrive I was also expecting a better presentation, but no. Nothing remotely tasty. It’s too pricey for what is served. Staff was also not very friendly. Definitely a Miami tourist trap. I lowered it to one star after the server, Fernando, who barely said hi to me brought a receipt with no item description, with an area to add tip. When I requested a receipt with the description of the items, he dropped it in front of me and left. As you may have guessed, 20% tip was already included and he was trying to fool me into adding more tip. Very dishonest service and something management shouldn’t allow or encourage. I won’t be coming back at all!
Everything about this place was terrible. Starting with the food, all of the food came out cold after waiting over an hour for our food (we didn’t order any drinks or appetizers). We ordered a Churrasco steak which normally comes with a chimichurri sauce, our waitress told us they “don’t have that”. When we asked to speak with a manager she magically appeared with the sauce along with another steak sauce. We also ordered chicken tenders and fries, which were terrible. The chicken tenders tasted and looked like they were fried over multiple times before serving. You can tell by the discoloration of the tenders (see photo attached). The French fries were also so greasy. It was also freezing cold outside and there was a heater placed right behind me that wasn’t turned on. I kindly asked if they could turn the heat on and my waitress replied with a stern “no”. When we asked why the heat could no be turned on she walked to a manager who then arranged another staff member to turn the heat on. At the end of our experience there, we asked to finally meet the manager, WILLIAM. He took no accountability for the food or staff. He actually blamed us for our food choices and completely disregarded our concerns. I would never recommend this place to anyone, absolutely terrible! Do not go here.
I got served food that was probably made a week ago, the chicken was recooked at least 3 times and the meat was terrible, the worst cut you can get and some had a really weird taste... didnt come with tortilla and when I asked I received 3 "2inches" wide tortillas, it was ridiculous. No sauces you have to ask for some and i got like a little cup of spicy sauce. I ordered a fajita, it was at least 3 days old cooked vegetables cooked so many times they were almost black with no flavor at all. I am almost certainly sure that some people have returned the dish I got and they just reheated it before serving it to me. I have to admit that the salad was fresh and the little portion of guacamole was ok. They have a menu saying 50% off of everything which is at the end not true and here is why: My dish was 27$, I didn't say I wanted extra meat just I that I wanted chicken and beef. Didn't order anything to drink. So the bill should have been 13.5 dollars + a couple of dollars tax so about 15$ to 17$. But to my big surprise I receive a bill that was a little more than 30$, I told the waiter that there must be a mistake and he said the machine didn't put the discount on the 10 dollars extra for the extra meat that i never ordered. So I went to talk to the manager he said yeah I will remove the 5 dollars and I said it still doesn't add up to 25+ dollars. I told 2 of the waiters that the food was terrible that I didn't like it and told the manager as well, he didn't even deny it, and he knew it based on the way he acted then I said I will not pay more than 20 dollars for the crap they served me and we both started to get into a verbal fight... when I raised my voice and started saying I will not pay a surcharge on the bill for the crap food and people in the restaurant and on the street started looking he realized he is gonna lose more potential clients and just told me that I don't have to pay for the food. I think this place should be closed for sanitary reasons someone is gonna get food poisoning from this kitchen. Will never set a foot there. There is a reason this place has a 2.8 rating already I should have checked before I sat there. Answer what you want to my comment mister manager but you know I told the whole truth. Sincerely a deceived customer that rarely writes a review but people should know ! Disgusting
Went to eat here with my family for breakfast during the week and was super disappointed, service was not good and everything is ran extremely unprofessional. Management was also no help whatsoever and had a nasty attitude. Would not recommend, really need to learn how to run their restaurant
Bad service, bad food, sloppy attitude & dirty. Just had coffee & eggs there and how bad can it get, right? Yeah but it is that bad. Don’t recommend. Super expensive for such poor service & plates.
If I could rate this place a ZERO I would definitely do it. Terrible food. Microwaved rice, the steak was hard and it had a bad taste. People are selling cigarettes and vapes while you eat and an old man comes to your table to do magic tricks? Do not go here
Price gouging with no itemized receipts. 20% Service Fee plus additional hidden fees. Asked for an itemized receipt but was told and was given the subtotals for the 4 separate tickets in my group of 8. We really should have asked for management but just decided not to return. Be patient and walk the strip for better affordable food and drinks.
Fantastic way to throw your money in the trashcan, if you love frozen vegetables, powdered mashed potatoes and steak that’s been in there fridge for months. This is a great option. On top of that, the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and everyone stares at you like you are trespassing. You would think they would want you to spend money now? I see why it’s always empty. I only ate here because I was starving and it was three in the morning. The only thing worse than the experience and the food was drinks seemed like the bartender intentionally screwed up every drink.
Music was way loud. Service was super poor. The older server never checked back on us and had to get the bus boy to ask for condiments and refills. He then charged us for refills on soda. 18.00 for 2 sodas. This was the most expensive meal all week between Miami to Puerto Rico and the worst in attitude and service. Don't waste your money here. It's a south beach trap. Sad because the food actually had potential. Literally worst experience on my whole trip. Not to mention the 2 half dollar size flour tortillas served with their 40.00 fajitas plate. Avoid this place. Their menu also was advertising a Happy Hour and the server said it wasnt available and we was within the hours of it. Definitely feel ripped off.
