Osman Restaurant Miami Reviews
Krispy Kreme doughnuts are definitely on the pricey side, but they’re worth it for a little indulgence. We tried the Original Glazed Pumpkin Spice Cake, 🍩🍩🍩Glazed Chocolate Iced, Original Glazed, and Strawberry—all delicious and perfectly fresh. The shop itself was clean and the staff super friendly, which made the experience even better. If you’re a doughnut lover and don’t mind spending a bit more, this place is a sweet little treat!🍩🍩🍩
Obviously people run to Krispy Kreme, I definitely don’t blame them. Donuts good and fresh!! My only issue is the amount of glaze on the donuts. It’s a little bit too much. The amount of sugar coating takes away from the flavor of the donut.
I recently visited a Krispy Kreme, and it was an outstanding experience! The highlight was definitely the original glazed donuts, especially when they are hot and freshly made. You can tell they are fresh when the “hot now” sign lights up outside – a true beacon for donut lovers. 🔥 I tried a variety of donuts, and while they were all delicious, nothing compares to the classic original glazed. The drive-thru can get a bit packed when the donuts are freshly made, but the line moves smoothly thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. Kudos to the team for keeping up with the high demand! One of the best parts of the visit was being able to see the donuts being made on the assembly line. The entire area was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend stopping by for a warm, melt-in-your-mouth donut treat. Great job, Krispy Kreme! 👏
The shop was huge, there were tables around so if you decided to enjoy a donut there you could watch the fresh donuts being made. Service only got 2 stars though due to the order being incomplete. We placed an online order through the app and saw we had an option to get a free donut with our purchase. We bought a dozen and picked a free donut but did not receive it, we thought it would have been added in with the dozen but it wasn't. It's not a big deal I'm only mentioning it cause there's a coaching opportunity there with attention to detail. The donuts were pretty and the flavors were very yummy! We got one of the limited-release Barbie donuts that was filled with strawberry creme. That strawberry creme was so fire. Definitely give it a try
Best donuts ive ever tasted. I go on vacation in miami just to have that jelly donut.
Get 'em when they're HOT! One can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme, and seeing that "HOT NOW" sign has become one of my favorite sights. Watching the donuts coming out then getting their sugar bath is relaxing in itself - but when that soft, fresh dough hits the palate it takes things to another level. For first timers, the Original Glazed and the Cinnamon Sugar are the go-to. This specific location is clean and boasts a friendly staff.
I picked up a half dozen🍩 3 lemons 🍋, 2 banana pudding & 1 peach 🍑 cobbler . All the donuts was very yummy 😋 I do have to say this location surely makes great business as I was there after 7PM the line outside was long, but I went inside. Bring on the Dolly Donuts yummy!
Super, there are different types of doughnuts, but the ones they have just made are great, amazing flavor.
Although at first I had a bad experience, it is worth highlighting the work of Krispy Kreme’s team to solve the inconvenience, so I give them a 100. Very attentive and helpful. The donuts as always great. And now their customer service left me delighted. I’ll definitely be back
Always exceptional service and sweets from this team. Special thanks to Keisha (forgive me if improperly spelt), consistently exceeds expectations!
Donuts yummy, coffee so-so! Service of the young girl not that great, the other lady, lovely, gave me a free donut <3 The first girl who attended me, young, not rude but just no customer service skills. I asked which is better: caramel latte or caramel mocha latte, she goes, they're the same... hmmm! Anyhow, I pointed to the screen and ordered the caramel latte (the picture shows a latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle), she hands me a plain latte, I asked, can I also get the whip cream and caramel topping? She adds whip cream, hands it back, I say, and the caramel? Then she says, well I'll give it for now but it costs extra.. hmmm, again I pointed to the screen, and said that's what I ordered, it has whip cream and caramel. Anyhow.. So I sat there, had my latte with a donut. Some time later, the other lady comes up to me and hands me a hot, fresh donut, soo good, and soo nice of her!
I'm Surprised, I have not reviewed Krispy Kreme I've been coming here for decades. The best time to visit is when the hot donut light is on. The original Krispy Kreme donut is superior. There are a variety of donuts and make sure you keep your eye open for seasonal and limited edition donuts. The drinks are overly sweet though. I usually visit early in the morning so there's never a long line. The staff here is super nice and helpful. This is the rebuilt Krispy Kreme and its beautiful inside. The large viewing window allows you to see the conveyor belt of donuts being coated in icing. The outside of Krispy Kreme has chickens and roosters for petting (j/k). This is location is best; I definitely recommend.
Kids always enjoy their Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Store was nice and clean and fully stocked. The staff were friendly and pleasant to speak to. We waited more time than was necessary the 12 doughnuts we ordered, since there was only 1 other person who ordered ahead of us. Service could have been quicker.
This place needs to stay properly staffed came and on a saturday evening , the line was about ten people long to order from the counter. I order from the kiosk and expected my name to be called as the order got fulfilled. However, I had to go up to the counter on the side where the uber drivers pick up and give them my ticket number for the staff to fulfill my order. Its just a little disorganized.
There were about five employees working in the back, all moving slowly and looking frustrated— not a single smile. Another customer even started complaining about the donuts, but no one paid attention. I was shocked. I had four people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier completely ignored me and called the man behind me instead. The customer even asked, “Weren’t you next?” I told him, “It’s okay, go ahead,” even though I’d already been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the cashier didn’t apologize or even smile. Honestly, if people don’t want to work, they should let those who actually do take their place.
Be aware of this location, on the website says they open at 6am but employees are just sitting talking and avoiding customer. Door are closed and they are laughing at everyone outside.
Horrible service, ordered two dozen of glazed doughnuts. We we arrived they gave us one box of glazed and one box of chocolate sprinkles?!!!! We called and asked if they were hot, they said yes and of course they were cold. I wish I could give zero stars...
Monday January 12th 2026 at approximately 7:15p.m. my fiancee and I came through the drive thru and encountered an employee named Blaundene (spelling is more than likely wrong) I am a hispanic woman and my fiancee is Haitian we only ordered one glazed doughnut because we just had dinner but I saw the hot and fresh sign and I was tempted to have one during the purchase the woman decided to mention to my fiancee how he looks like he can eat (he's a large man) but since he's with a white woman he's being forced on a diet and he should get out of this situation. I am utterly upset and don't think I'll ever visit this location again. She needs to be fired immediately that was very disrespectful and uncalled for. Who is she to comment on our relationship based on race not knowing why we were buying one doughnut?
First, they have a homeless person sleeping right next to the speaker to order. Second, donuts were cold, they should be hot and fresh. The personnel is rude. Will not comeback.
I've lived in the area most of my life and this "new" Krispy Kreme will NEVER suffice. For those who don't know, it was once in a perfect location at the corner intersection of N.E. 6th Ave and 167th street. We used to be execited for the famous "HOT" sign to light up. I mean the glazed doughnuts were hot and delicious. Great flaky glaze, warm, nearly melt in your mouth doughnuts. Really divine. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Now it's located in a tight parking lot, doughnuts are never hot, just lukewarm or cold. The batter and glaze has a overly processed after taste. I used to look forward to the days when I could scoff down a doughnut or two. Not anymore! I've tried this spot at least a handful of times now and always disappointed. Management, I hate that you decided to move from such an iconic location for WAWA who doesn't even have working air pumps. I also hate that your doughnuts and service aren't the same. Huge thumbs down. 👎🏾
