This place deserves your attention. Food was pretty authentic and yummy. Highly recommended if visiting Key Biscayne or even Miami. It in a hidden spot though. The lamb shawarma was awesome so juicy and perfectly seasoned. Very generous amounts and friendly owner. Also price is decent.

Hidden treasure in Key Biscayne. Very casual and inexpensive but with real authentic flavor. The falafel is made from scratch when you order. The guy is super nice too, and they have a pretty sweet reward program. Best place for lunch!

Straight up--no shame--I am currently eating leftover hummus and lentils I got from this spot THREE DAYS AGO and it's still killer. A definite win. Super friendly too. I always order online and it's ready by the time I arrive ten minutes later.

I was on vacation in Miami and was looking for vegan food when I stumbled on this restaurant and I’m so glad that I did. The food was fresh and so good. The owners didn’t mind telling me which items were vegan and vegetarian friendly. I’m already planning my trip back to Miami and I can’t wait to bring my friends.

I walked in there to get a breakfast. We got falafel wraps, greek salad with falafel and a fatoush salad. The food is delicious, we ate every last bit. Service is very friendly and fast. I will certainly be back for more of their delicious food!

I had the #4 feast and fed an extended family of 8. The meats, vegetables and bread were fresh and tasty. This hole in the wall is a pleasant surprise in an area where you will expect anything of this quality to be much more expensive.

Some of the best food I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. Everything has balanced flavor, is the perfect temperature and mixes with other items. There are so many options to choose from as well. The service was prompt, and the people who worked there are warm. My family and I are not from Miami but every time we come here we will eat at Pita Pockets. Do NOT leave without getting some Baklava for dessert.

No food establishment deserves 5 stars more than this team. They are always friendly without a doubt the nicest buisness owners on the island, their food is consistent and in my opinion deliscious. I could eat here multiple times a week there is enough variety to never get bored. Great lunch spot and the platter is big enough for two meals. Honestly this is the only place on key biscayne that is still a bargain.

Everything on the menu is amazing as I have tried it all. The rib eye is the best. They take the full steps to make sure every garnish is delicious. I always go humus and red pepper dip for my spread. Don’t forget to get the fire Paste. Highly recommend this place as it is a true gem in Miami.

Oh....My...super glad we picked this place for our last dinner on the island. Tons of food, really reasonably priced and not to mention the BEST falafel I've ever had. The garlic spread is out of this world. The dressing on the salad was amazing. Husband got the steak shawarma and ate every last bite even using his pita to clean up the saucy bottom of the container. Definitely recommend 👍👍

Wow!! I just had Pita Pockets on Key Biscayne delicious Chicken Sharma and their Baklava. Amazingly flavorful and the hummus was so smooth and delicious. The portions are big too. They were so nice also. I highly recommend their excellent food!!

After reading all the wonderful reviews for this little restaurant, I visited few weeks ago with skepticism. But i am beyond impressed by the quality and quantity of food served here, and the friendliness of the owners who serve and cook the dishes with such care and attention. The mests well flavored and cooked to perfection, and the sauces thst goes with is truly amaxing !! Hummus. Tiziki, grill peppers, garlic spread, and spicy red sauce makes my palate sing !!! This place is indeed a true GEM on Key Biscayne and I'm so grateful to find Mediterranean comfort food that tastes better than several I've tried elsewhere on the Keys. We've been coming back every week since discovering this place 4 weeks ago, and I'm truly going to miss the food here once my 6 week vacation here ends. Looking forward to coming back next year and sincerely hope the locals as well as the visitors here appreciate this place enough to keep it going successfully fir many more years to come !!

The owner is the manager is the chef is the waiter. Your money goes far here. Food is reasonably priced and authentic. Very friendly atmosphere, he’ll chat with you as long as you like. We had the chicken shawarma and it was fantastic.

We ordered take out and the food was prepared in a very reasonable amount of time and it was delicious. The cheese sambousek was especially good. The perfect place to grab lunch or dinner while visiting Key Biscayne.

Food and service were excellent. The food is very tasty and fresh. It’s a traditional Lebanese food variety of homemade sauces. It’s a little place good for to go only. Bathroom was very dirty.

I'm writing this as I am still wiping the tzatziki of my mouth. I had the lamb pita pocket, and I couldn't have been happier with the food. Very nice staff and pretty fast. The parking lot was the only drawback so if you drive a full size SUV or truck park by the road and walk over, or you can do a 34 point turn as I did. You wont be disappointed by the food.

This is such a sick spot with a real cool and friendly vibe. Got the lamb shawarma plate with -- every -- single -- veggie, sauce and grain option offered ... they all looked (and WERE!) so healthy and delicious - God's in the details. My partner let Abeer, one of the owners, know it was my birthday ... she gifted me some bday baklava ... sweet and genuine people that love good food. def will be comin' back this way next time I'm in town.

The food was amazing, the best falafel and kebabs we ever tried, and spreads on fresh pita are simply delicious. the kebab platters are big enough to cover both lunch and dinner. Anthony Bourdain would appreciate a place like that.

Surprisingly very good food for a hidden place like this. I had a pita-Falafel and my wife has lamb with couscous. Definitely the falafel was different from the ones I'm used to eat in Jewish places, still really tasty. And my wife, I had never seen her eating so much and that fast. Totally approved.

I just happened to stumble upon this place and it turned out to be an unassuming gem. The food was delicious and inexpensive. It had the atmosphere of pretty much every other cheap Middle Eastern eatery that I've been to (cheap tables & chairs, just overall kind of blah), but it didn't matter because the food spoke for itself. I would definitely go back!

I never write reviews, but this deserves it. This has some of the best vegan falafel wraps I have had in my entire life. Especially the freshly made falafels are absolutely incredible. Plus is that the owner was fun and very accommodating.

We really enjoyed the food in this restaurant. It was the best Lebanese food ever for us. Although the restaurant setting wasn't so great but the food quality was worth it. We ordered shrimp platter and a kofta platter, both were delicious. The platters contain a series of sides like salad, pepper paste, hummus and several other things which all of them were exciting and yummy 😋😋

Not at all.. everything was so fresh and flavorful. And I have to say it was honestly one of the best Mediterranean food restaurants I've tasted in awhile! The restaurant is a bit hard to locate in the small strip mall, but just go all the way to the back of the building, past Subway and you will find it... and never forget it. Go. One of the best restaurants for shawarma or any other dish. They have everything you would want here and it is definitely worth stopping by whenever you can. The people who run the place are the most lovely and caring. They will make sure your order is 100% perfect and will allow you to customize it to your liking. The place is a bit hard to find and you have to look for it but it again is worth every penny and I promise you will enjoy it.

This place was great. The owner served me and a few locals came in, they had a lively discussion on local small business. The food was a welcome healthy meal in the middle of vacation. Had the Veggie combo and it was enough for 2 meals - very generous portions. Added the baklava - made fresh that day - was delicious! Price was great too. I would go back for sure.

Food was excellent as was the service. Fresh and tasty. Good variety of sauces. All were delicious. Bathroom was dirty and there was no paper at all toilet or hand towels.

I didn't even know this little place was tucked in back there in this shopping center but glad I found it. This is Lebanese food but the fast version of it and very much like Greek food. I was starving so I needed something massive to satisfy me and I ordered the lamb/beet platter which was sooo big I didn't even get to finish it. Lamb and beef were cooked medium well to my liking and very flavorful. The hummus was good and fresh veggies, my only complaint was the rice pilaf was overcooked and a little hard but edible. This platter is $14 and the portions are huge so you are getting your $$$ worth with the amount of food. Try the platters if you have a very big appetite or even to share. Next time I'll just get a pita and that would do the job. Also they have a points system very much like 5 stars and others out there where you can stack up points to eventually get free food so ask about that if you plan to make this one of your frequent stops, it'll be worth it.

Hands down the food is awesome & falafels are freshly prepared, they serve a very healthy portion which is great! The only qualm i had was the hospitality, we felt unengaged & ignored even though we are from New York & as a large, busy city NYC has its own standards of service that are quite low. That said if you are in the neighborhood & looking for reasonably priced, middle eastern food you can't go wrong with this place.

This place is going to be a landmark. At least according to who we have to assume was the owner. If not, a very prideful employee then. Our food was good, unique but the guy behind the counter really made the experience. His energy and passion for the ingredients really sold us. Two pieces of advice though. First get the sub. I know it's a pita place but my kids got subs and having tried theirs my sandwich would have been multiple times better as a sub. My other advice is, while the garlic sauce is good don't be afraid to call "light" sauce. It can get over powering and by about halfway thru my pita I was wishing I could take it off.

This is a Lebanese restaurant so the flavors are unique. I am a bigger fan of Greek and Turkish Mediterranean food, but the owner is very passionate about his craft and takes great care to prepare everything exactly as it should be for both flavor and appearance. The prices are kind is steep, but this is on Key Biscayne so the rent is probably higher as well. The best bet is a platter. You get to try several sides and sauces. The best fish is the baklava, but it is not always available.

It's pretty much a hole in the wall place but man the food is DELICIOUS! We stopped by on a trip to Miami and had Kebob and the other favorite thing they had was the cool yogurt.. it's the perfect drink to quench your thirst on a hot beach day. I emptied the fridge out when I went back the second time in 2 days. Will definitely come back next time.

Food was correct, a little bland for my taste. Shawarma price was higher than standard but that also seems to be the case for Miami. The owners were nice though so they get an extra star for that.

PITA POCKET is infested with roaches, as they are making my falafel pocket I see little baby roaches crawling into the tabouli, ofcourse I point it out.... and you know what the owner does?!?! Send his employee over the counter to kill it!! (Unfortunately the roach escapes into the salsa). The employees deserve better... they're the only ones keeping this place open.. get it together Pita ...

Their delivery is the worst in the world. I have never had such a bad order delivered to me. I ordered a chicken shawarma with only onions and chicken. The guy brought me two chicken shawarmas with every thing u can possibly think of in it. It ruined my meal and has caused me to become very angry

Avoid at all costs!! Establishment was filthy!! No fresh smell of food cooking with supposedly “fresh” meat on the spit. Cross contamination handling food. Floors were disgusting. I’m not an overly picky person but felt like I was inviting food poisoning eating at this place. It’s a health department disaster. I have no clue how this place justifies its existence on Key Biscayne. If they got a spot inspection, they’d be closed down immediately. Seriously unimpressed and disappointed.

We always loved this place when we were in town, but its closed now. We drove specifically down here to eat it but was 😞.
