I got the grilled shrimp & broccoli combo it was seasoned very week, not greasy, grilled and generous portions ( 10-12 shrimps!) I highly recommend this for a healthier option meal. They have daily specials. My coworker ordered the spicy chicken wrap and said it was very good as well. The wrap cane with chips, a pickle, and a boiled egg.

The food Is good..love the salads and the wraps but I advise u if u call in and place an order the hold gone be real gangsta. It's sometimes hard to even get through. The customer service just need to tightin up a bit.

Ordered the salad with unlimited toppings and caesar dressing. Great price, large portions, fresh ingedients. I called ahead and my order was ready when I arrived. Will definitely be back! Their salad is comparable to chick-fil-a or panera salads. It was so good, I didn't get to take a picture.

Normally order on Uber eats and it's always amazing! Recently decided to just stop in with a co-worker to save some money, and the staff is just perfect! Super friendly and helpful, despite being really busy during the lunch rush. Couldn't recommend enough.

Chef Kelsey developed some awesome recipes for a family member requiring an extremely restricted diet. The recipes were creative and delicious on top of it. The combination of her background in nutrition along with her cooking skills made her the perfect chef for our needs. Would highly recommend her. Chef Kelsey was also dependable with her timeline given for completion of the recipes. It was so easy to work with her.

Omg I found a gem 💎 in my neighborhood. I had given up on ever getting a nice healthy smoothie again without driving far away. If you live near hear you understand my pain. I got the green machine and you can get it sugar- free or with pure cane, honey or agave. It's to die for literally. It's so good. Plus they have restaurant style sala . With the works. If I wanted a salad I had to settle for McDonald's. Definitely going again. It's actually worth a drive. Their salads had walnuts cranberries shrimp that's delicious trails and vain taken away for you already. I can't say enough about this family owned restaurant. Give them a try you'll love it.

I first learned about Pretty Healthy through my husband while he worked in the area. Since I'm back to working close in vicinity I having been stopping by more during the week on my lunch breaks and glad I did. I even got 3 of my co workers to join me today and they are not from the local Miami area they've been indulging in The Rib Shack, Hoagie Hut and Wendy's for the past four years. Lunch is so expected in the future. Can't wait to get the rest of the team on to this Pretty Healthy Gem!!!

First time visiting and I had a great experience. I have nothing bad to say. The food was amazing. I had a chicken wrap and everything tasted super fresh. I like that they warm it up and the cheese was melted. The house drink is a combination of tea and lemonade which was also really good. Customer service was also great and the place itself is cute and clean, plus they have wifi. I will be coming back to try more things. I’m so happy to have found a healthy place that’s actually good by my house.

Went looking for healthy options for dinner and found this hidden gem in Miami Gardens. What a great place and pleasant service. We were greeted by the staff in a very professional manner. Place was pretty clean, had modern music and very attentive ladies. I ordered two Chicken wraps and all I can say is Wow! I don’t know what they put on it besides for the obvious ingredients but this was delicious, tasty, fresh and All the flavors were great. We also ordered green juice. Mine had kiwi and other fruits. We also got a bottle (free refills) every time u go with it. Which I thought was pretty cool. Definitely recommend and encourage u to go and visit. U won’t be disappointed.

The name Pretty Healthy really suits this place. I was looking for something close by and quick but also something that wouldn't add unwanted pounds to the body I'm trying to maintain. Although I hadn't eaten here before, the name made me curious. I expected to need to add a little seasoning for flavor, but thankfully, I was wrong. My chicken steam bowl was oh so delicious and that smoothies with alllll the berries, Amazing. Everything was flavorful, yet healthy and with me eating here makes me feel good that I'm choosing healthy and feeling pretty doing so ! I'm a regular customer now !😁

I have now gone here twice. First time I got a smoothie only, it was tasty and I was able to customize which was great. I went in a second time during these Covid19 times. I placed an order over the phone, the order was ready when I arrived which is always nice. Staff was great. I ordered a chicken wrap and smoothie. Sorry no photos. My daughter was visiting from Tallee and heard about this place, so we went there and ordered their tuna melts, the green machine and mango smoothies. The food was great, tuna was fresh and light, with no heavy mayo, tasty and the smoothies were made just right. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. We will return again.

Customer service is great and the wraps and smoothies are DELICIOUS! However, I only give 4 stars because the service is very slow. Be careful coming here on lunch break because it may take all your time and you’ll be late getting back to work. I didn't give them 5 stars because (me just being critical) I think they can use a face lift and improve in food service time as they are pretty busy and the wait time was a bit long. Wait time was extremely long with one person ahead of me. It took over 30 minutes for a Tuna Salad with 4-5 employees. Overall they were welcoming.

The wait time on the weekends is horrible especially on Saturdays. I placed my order at 11:59 AM. Once I was finished placing my order I got a message saying that my order will be ready at 12:19 PM. When I arrive at pretty healthy, my food was not ready. I only ordered a tuna wrap and a smoothie. I had to wait an extra 25 minutes to get my wrap, which is ridiculous. Please work on time management . Especially with the online orders!

I’ve gone a couple times, their food is good. Especially their tuna. My one complaint is I ordered a shrimp steam bowl and I aways check if shrimps are deveined (it’s shrimp poop) I’m not sure if they’ve started cleaning it since I haven’t ordered it since that happened to me. And I ordered their very berry smoothie for the first time today and it doesn’t taste healthy it taste artificial to me so I’m not sure what they use. Wish they were a little faster the service is slow.

The staff is friendly, the food is good, the place is really clean. The only reason why I would not got back is because my card was charged 3x. Once the day of and the remaining two the following day (They use the apple device as a register). I want to say it was probably one of the teenagers there or a mistake and not the woman who blessed me on my way in and out. To be honest I still don't know. I haven't been back since.

It’s not the business fault but GPS took me to an empty lot good thing I knew the location somewhat. The location it self isn’t the best because you can’t see the storefront. The inside is very small which is ok it’s suggested you take it to go. The wait was more than 15 mins after being advised that’s all it would take. I ordered shrimp wrap which was very fresh and seasoned. The wrap it self was too small because they didn’t have enough shrimp I was forced to order the regular which was $10+ and honestly that price is outrageous for how small it was. Literally one my four fingers were bigger in size and length. Very disappointing…social media set me up for a snack that upset my wallet and transportation. I do wish this business the best.

Not a good experience for ther first time. I wanted to try their wrap. I ordered and waited a very long time. Thought I was getting a cold wrap. Received a hot one without them asking me. Had I known it was going to be hot, I wouldn't have put romaine lettuce and cucumbers on it. My wrap wasn't good at all because of that. Customer service was good. The owner handled my wrong order very well. However, I didn't enjoy my wrap. Because of the owner, I'll try again.

The good is very good but the wait time is outrageous! I decided to order online and after the door dasher was there so lone the restaurant decided to cancel the order. A whole hour wait just to have it cancel. The owner needs to look into this. She is losing sales

Food is amazing. But its hard to support a business that does not provide service worth supporting. I had a 15 to 20 minutes drive to the restaurant. I was on hold the entire time only to be hung up on when I made it to the parking lot. When I went into the restaurant I expected a long line only to find that there was no line and only 2-3 people seated and waiting. When I went to place my order the woman said "oh just to let you know we're only taking cash". I drove out of my way to this establishment only to be told that they only took cash and since I had no cash I couldn't be service. If they had simply answered the phone and stayed on the line long enough to talk, they could have informed me of this before I made it it all the way to the restaurant. Do better.

You call in and place an order they start on your food when you get there okay what’s the point of having that option to call in? Fast forward food quality went down its run by a whole bunch of teenagers that are okay not to friendly. I had the shrimp taco and what topped it all off they don’t devein the shrimp disgusting and the shrimp seems cracked out the shell and steamed flavorless.

I’ve been twice. 1 to the store itself, 2nd time was the food truck. The store when i went took about 20 to make my food ngl and i only a smoothie and chicken n cheese quesadilla+the heat for the press wasn’t on so thats why it took so much longer. the truck i only got a smoothie (pineapple +mango juice) thats all that it comes with so it was more of a slushier than a smoothie, plus there was still chunks of fruit within it and that took about 7-8 mins.

I was SO disappointed in this experience of trying a new, small black business/health food restaurant in this area. My gf and I were excited to order our lunch there today. The menu and prices had looked good... going in there, we immediately saw that the line was long and most notably, SLOW. At first, I was thinking that this place was just that popular. Then, I found out the real problem(s)... first and foremost, they need to hire more employees - and ones that actually know what they're doing, both in terms of efficiency in food preparation AND ESP in terms of customer service. How are you the ones to blow up and give a customer attitude when you tell us that the food will be ready in 20 min when we ordered at 1:20, and then it was already 2pm at that point?! Quick math will tell you that's ANOTHER 20 min (40 min), and that was just for receiving our smoothies only, not even the simple salad and wrap were ready and bagged up yet. My gf couldn't even wait for the food any longer because she had to go back home for work by that point - mind the fact that she had already been waiting in line before ordering for 10-15 min (50-55 min), so it had almost reached the hour mark total... as a business to grow to its fullest potential (or to even make it at all really) they need to SERIOUSLY lower their egos because they clearly don't know what they're doing. They were objectively a disorganized mess regardless of the customer traffic. And the owner lady def shouldn't have taken the side of the employees (prolly nepotism hires) - she embarrassed her whole business in front of the customers who were still waiting in line... Besides being generally disorganized, it seems like she also has an issue playing favorites. There were plenty of customers that received their food at faster rates than others (when they were able to pester her a bit at the counter). Honestly, I'm not even sure if calling ahead really makes much of a difference for this place anyways, all things considering... So overall, these ppl need an actual SYSTEM and get their stuff together... I'm tired of these type of businesses underestimating what it actually takes to run one of these places smoothly and with full respect to their customers. This type of restaurant CAN work in an area like Miami gardens, but you need to actually know what you're doing first. If you're gonna stay doing things so piecemeal like this, AND with attitude to keep yourselves from actually getting better, then nope, sorry, I don't see how that's sustainable - ppl will just chose to do their work lunches at one of the corporate fastfood chains down the street.

Apparently they didn’t have any change…. and instead of asking me do I mind if they keep the change that was due to me, or if I wanted to pay with a card instead…. whoever the fat girl is that was running the front counter said “ if we don’t have it…. we just don’t have it”. As a business I believe their should have been a sign at the counter informing the customers that they don’t have any change. It was her nonchalant attitude that really bothered me because I could care less if they keep the change but don’t act as if I don’t have a choice as to what happens to my money.

I’m definitely done with this place. It’s like try to continuously support black owned businesses regardless of the issue you faced previously visiting. But everytime you visit it’s the same thing. Online ordering system is a complete joke! You guys just need to take that away if your not actually going to consistently check it! Order is never ready. It got to the point where I’ve given y’all extra 30mins before going to get my order I get there & it’s not done the staff just now looking at the online orders placed. I’ve given too many chances. I’m done with this place.

The worst place ever waited for 40 mins to order because they were apparently busy and when I got to the counter the lady was very rude she lacks customer service it’s sad when you try to support black businesses and they don’t respect their customers seems as if they have favoritism with customers because some walked in ad walked out while others waited. I always order from the Miami Gardens location and every time there’s an issue with my order. The last time I ordered , I waited an hour from when my order was made only to find out they gave my food to someone else. Today I ordered 30 minutes in advance, waited an additional 15 minutes inside and was advised they did not receive my order. After showing my email confirmation I was told that my order all of a sudden appeared now. I asked for a refund since my lunch break was over and I had to return to work. No apology was offered or discount for a future order. The staff could care less that I had just wasted my entire lunch break. Moral of the story is stay away from this place unless you have 2 hours to spare to wait for your food.

Although I commend them for providing healthy options, I’m not ordering from this place again as today’s experience was a complete waste of my time. I ordered on DoorDash to discover my order wasn’t not ready and possibly, not even received. As a customer, my only responsibility is to make and pay the order, not worry about which service is working or not. The customer service is below par, as not even an option like a discounted meal. Etc. was offered. By the way, the other customers can’t even park. Just lost a long time customer.

This was just a god-awful experience. My very first time checking this place out and it took exactly 1 hour to get my order. My order simply consisted of 2 wraps, 1 grilled cheese and 3 shakes. The two young ladies are very unorganized and unprofessional. Two customers came in after me and left with their orders before I did. So then I get fed up with waiting and ask what is taking so long? After I bring it to their attention that they're taking excessively too long, that's when they began making my 3 shakes! Seriously?! Then she has the audacity to say to me, I can come back for the shake later. I was truly mind-blown at how horrible this service was. And the final icing on the cake is when I got home with my long a waited order, the lettuce was old and had brown spots on it. Truly disappointed. I WILL never recommend this place to anyone. Ever.
