Everything was perfect! This restaurant is a gem in South Beach. It's a beautiful restaurant, we enjoyed the view of the pool and the live music. We enjoyed the Flaming Cheese Saganaki, the flaming show was fun but the taste of the cheese! So good! My entree, Rigatoni Vodka with Lamb Gyro, was so delicious. The sauce was so flavorful and the pasta was not overcooked. The lamb gyro, such a generous portion and the flavor was outstanding. Our server was extremely attentive, we never had to ask for water refills or drink refills. Next time I'm in South Beach, I know where I'll be stopping for a meal.

After a long travel day, we weren’t sure what to do, or if we should just call it a day. Luckily, we decided to check out Santorini Restaurant at our hotel to see what it had to offer. Not only was our bartender, Piotr, amazing, but he also helped us choose fun drink options and kept us entertained with great conversation. Honestly, I think we might be family now! During this wonderful visit, we also had the chance to meet the owner and manager. They were not only gracious hosts but also incredibly authentic, which confirmed that we were in the right place. All in all, Santorini is a must. Whether you’re a local or traveling from afar, you’ll be in good hands here. 100/10—highly recommend!!

The staff was great, and the food was even better. We opted for the Classic Greek Experience, and the 3 of us could not finish it.. We tried, but alas there was no way. The assortment of food was a great way to try the various specialties, and I was not disappointed. This was my second time at this location, and I plan on going back on my next Miami visit!

We came here and we ordered freddo espresso, it's a coffee we dink in Greece. The stuff member made our coffee was amazing! His name is SAMUEL, he is very kind and smiling person and the coffees he made for us was even better from the coffee we drink in our country. Food here is incredible! We stayed at Hilton Bentley and had two meals here. There was no need to venture elsewhere. Our server, Mauro was so kind, helpful and efficient! The lamb, the gyros and rigatoni pasta were perfect. We will come back just for the food and people.

By far, the best Greek dining experience I've ever had! The food is spectacular and the service is even better. We had a small issue with one of our dishes and the owner and manager both spoke to us to make it right. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy and satisfied. The mixed grill is a must-order as it has all the best meats in one dish. The meatballs are fantastic as well. The calamari was not for me, but I could see others enjoying it. Be sure to get the custard and ice cream dessert as it was perfection. Catarina and Ronnie (sorry if I misspelled their names) were the best hosts I could ask for. Everyone needs to come here! From the very first moment, Lorenzo completely changed my day. His energy, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. He surprised me with a perfectly made Aperol Spritz and recommended an amazing grilled octopus with a fresh Greek salad, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. Every suggestion was spot on, and his timing and attitude were flawless. What could’ve been just a normal beach stop turned into a truly special and relaxing experience thanks to him. Lorenzo didn’t just provide service—he delivered hospitality at the highest level. I left in a completely different mood than the one I arrived with. If you go to Santorini, ask for Lorenzo. He genuinely makes all the difference.

This review is solely base on service and atmosphere. I had the pleasure of going to Santorini with the cast of "when Monica met Hillary," on Monday and Tuesday. Both of our waiters were excellent in taking care of us on each day. A female on Monday and a male on Tuesday. Definitely go for Happy hour 4pm-7pm, it's worth the time. Sorry I can't remember their names. Drinks are excellent 👍. Food could be much better. Mac n cheese was chewy. Pita n Hummus is good. Lamb n chicken gyro are tasty. The beef empanadas only 3 and wasn't good. Shrimp dumplings were okay, however again 3. Calamari was okay, however not enough. Shout out to I believe is either the manger or the owner. Didn't get his name, however showed me a lot of genuine love and was very gracious. Just for that alone I'll definitely be back and much appreciated his and the staff hospitality.

This was my inaugural visit, and it exceeded my expectations! Our waiter, Natalya , was incredibly accommodating and truly enhanced the experience. She was attentive, personable, and offered fantastic suggestions. I will absolutely return!

Their food is very delicious. We love that they offer gluten-free pita bread. We planed our stay at Hilton Bentley because of the Greek restaurant being attached to the hotel and we can use our room food credits when we charge it to our room for being Diamond members. I will definitely go back to this restaurant even when I am not staying at the hotel. Their happy hour is amazing as well.

Wow! Santorini is an extraordinary restaurant. We came from New York and was met by Giorgio himself with the warmest welcome. The place is beautiful without being pretentious. But nothing compares to the food! Our attentive and sweet waitress Maya guided us through the menu and every single item was beyond delicious. This restaurant is a real gem. We ordered the Grilled Octopus, Octopus Ceviche, and the Santorini Dips Sampler. It was all delicious. The grilled Octopus was a little salty for some reason but also had a fresh texture. The ceviche was very tender and tasty. The Sampler was very filling. We probably ordered too much food, but left super full. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Pretty much the best service we've ever had at a restaurant in a very long time. Super warm and attentive -- food was delicious -- atmosphere was lovely. Just a top notch experience, delivered from the most charming server Cristina!! Wanted to try it all but unfortunately were rushing for movie night. True Greek experience including plate smashing, live music by the pool, and more. The best Happy Hour menu I have seen in decades. You can choose from about 15 delicious dishes for $7 each, and about 5 wines and 5 beers, each $5 only. Dinner menu is amazing. And the owner creates a memorable welcome greeting. We became regulars here and keep returning.

Been here twice and it's just a delight. This restaurant takes you back to the Mediterranean. Both times we had a family style dinner with a 6+ person reservation booked on the same day. We ordered the Branzino, lamb meat balls, fried squid, octopus, fries and Greek salad. I can vouch for all of these dishes, delicious! We had some wine and drinks. Came out to less than 100$ per person. Such a great experience and flavors are on point. They have beautiful seating around a pool if the weather permits. The indoor decor transports you to a modern restaurant in Greece.

One of the highlights was the beautiful backyard seating—a peaceful oasis away from the lively energy of South Beach. We had specific preferences for a warm, quiet spot without loud music, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we were comfortable and could fully enjoy our meal. The food was mostly exceptional, with fresh ingredients and authentic Greek flavors that transported us straight to the Mediterranean. We ordered the entire vegetarian menu plus the chicken kebab, and the dishes were outstanding. That said, we did notice that the falafel didn’t quite match the level of the other dishes—it had flour in it and lacked the depth of flavor and crispness that we were expecting. Additionally, while the bread was very good, the pitas were too greasy, which took away from the otherwise well-balanced meal. These small tweaks could easily elevate the experience even further, as the overall quality of ingredients and preparation was evident throughout the menu. Despite these minor critiques, the hospitality and ambiance truly set this restaurant apart. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests. Cristina took care of us - we were both celebrating our birthdays and what a special time we had! They treated us to a super version of the desserts we ordered complete with the plate breaking and everything! So for the experience and service from Cristina, it’s a solid 5. But the food is what we came here for in the first place, and it was just as good as the last time we were in the area over 6 years ago and had a wonderful time at Santorini by Georgios. I’ll never forget our conversation with him, and the awesome food which was as good as what we had in Greece! All in all, don’t miss this place if you’re in South Beach.

While walking in the South Beach area, we stumbled upon Santorini by Georgios. We had a delightful lunch, with fantastic ambiance. Outdoor seating by the pool is beautiful. Our food was prepared perfectly, and the service was excellent. The drinks are wonderful, the bartender is a professional. Beware of the mandatory 20% service fee.

I was staying at the Hilton. So this was a natural spot to try. The young guy that worked there is super nice. The food was good but slightly over priced for what you got. Greek salad was fresh. The fish addon was 5 slices of sashimi. Worked out to $30 before tax and tip Pool patio was well kept and clean. I should have stuck to Greek chicken or more traditional items. Maybe next time.

Great atmosphere. The service was ok, probably because it was Valentine's day and they were really busy. The food was a toss up. I would've preferred more seasoning of the appetizers (calamari and zucchini cakes.) Main course was good but was lukewarm and steak from the "Mixed Grill" item was undercooked.

Food and service were exceptional. I had the Moussaka, Avglolemono Soup, Saganaki, and Hummus. This restaurant is attached to the Bentley Hilton, and the pool is in the middle of the restaurant. It has a cool vibe . Beach is literally 10 steps away from the back door to this restaurant.

Tasty food. Medium size potions. We went on Valentine's day and there was live music. Singer and guitar player Latin music. The hostess that night wasn't friendly and didn't seem knowledgeable. The server was not friendly but he was professional. The place is nice but not great.

Bentley's Caesar salad did NOT have any anchovies & dressing was more vinegary than creamy. Ciabatta bread was ordered, but it sure resembled sesame seed bread. Fried calamari was given in a plastic carry out container, so it was not crispy at all. Everyone should know fried foods lose their crispness in closed plastic containers because the steam they release gets trapped inside and turns into condensation, which makes the crispy coating soggy. The insulated, non-porous nature of plastic containers creates a miniature sauna for your food, preventing the moisture from escaping. To be fair this was a take out order. I included my phone number for any questions that may arise. I requested feta cheese, but can't report on that because it was not included.

We ordered the octopus and lamb shank, and both were delicious. However, the hostess seemed uninterested in attending to us, and the waiter could have been more helpful. That said, the food was amazing, so I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food was kinda mid, gave this place a couple of tries while we were in the area, and while there was nothing really wrong with the food, it just didn't really impress us. I felt like the meat was lacking flavor but was otherwise OK. Convenient location (we stayed at the nearby Marriott). Did not get too crowded when we visited during dinner time.

However, the octopus was unfortunately overcooked, and there were quite a few mosquitoes that made it a bit uncomfortable. With a few improvements, this could be a truly great place.

The afternoon started out fabulously, with initially great service, a great "Miami spice" menu, and good atmosphere. Unfortunately, after receiving our meal and ordering our dessert, our server did not come back for over 40 minutes. We ended up paying the bill and waiting for our to-go dessert for another 15 minutes. This was exceptionally aggravating, since the bill was wrong and needed to be corrected. Additionally the bill comes with a twenty percent service charge that should be reserved for fabulous service (which we did not receive by any stretch of the imagination).

Food was okay. I ordered kebabs with rice, it was pretty bland. I also ordered mocktail Pina Colada, that was really yum! Service is really good. Decent price for food and drinks.

Food wasn't bad but I don't think I'd come back for it. Service was ok, nothing special, they did their job Atmosphere wasn't great, the music was very loud .

We ordered 5 virgin mojitos they were absolutely disgusting. It had no sparkling water or limonade and had not taste and no sugar. We waited 20minutes . Do not recommend

I think this restaurant lost of it s rate. I got 2 terrible entrees, i was on the way to pay the 2nd and not eat it not to hurt too much the waitter, but he was nice and proposed me to change for a 3rd time. But there weren t many people at all, just 3 tables. After seeing my entrees i then understood why there weren t kind of people .
