I wanted to share my thoughts on Shadow Wagyu. It's an awesome spot to visit with the boys, especially after a run, like the club run with Morning Miles at Emissary with The Running Herd. The Rigatoni and A5 Wagyu steak is definitely a heavy hitter, although it comes with a $225 price tag. The hotdog, or "Glizzy" as some might call it, is really good, especially the chili dog. The short ribs are also great and exceptional with their sauce, and the fried cheese is delicious with their special sauce.

This place know what they’re doing!!!! 100% recommending for any steak and meat lovers. We ordered half the menu and nothing disappointed.

My only complaint - too busy. This place is top notch whether it’s from their butchery or kitchen. Expect delicious food, and most importantly well marbled american and japanese cuts. I’m a big fan of the burger as shown in the picture. However - passing up the steak frites is a mistake get one of each and share with ur friend or partner. Note: Potato bun for the win.

10/10 had my a wagyu churrasco for the first time and it was incredible. Took home some wagyu burgers to cook up at home as well and am very excited to make them.

Shadow Wagyu lives up to its reputation and even exceeded expectations. I picked up a couple New Yorks and a filet to grill for family. Everyone said it was the best beef they've had, and I agree fully. Looking forward to returning for more and trying other cuts - great steaks, great selection.

Dinner May 18, 2024 WOW! what a great Meal & Experience. Miami is littered with "Fancy" - Overpriced restaurants that are all Fluff and No Substance. SW is all about Substance! Quality food (Meat) and Great Service! Not to mention a simple, yet well curated Wine and Beer list to compliment the menu. The Fried Cheese + Guava sauce are "The Bomb". Fries, Burger, steak...you can't go wrong. Expect to wait a little for a table as the location is small, but I encourage the owners to stick true to this concept - Once you go bigger...fancier...it all takes away from the quality. Look forward to frequenting SW in the near future!

The food was great. They make one of the best burgers in Miami. My wife's burger took longer than expected. By the time it arrived I had finished mine, but we didn't mind or said anything. But when they realized their mistake, they apologized and took it out of our check. Great service.

Had the whole works here from my birthday dinner private session in the back to coming back with family and having a burger in front. I wish it was closer to broward because I would be here once a week! Staff is very friendly to a point where consider them friends. Thankful for everyone over at shadow wagyu ! Ill be there again soon for another birthday looking forward to it!

One of the best burgers I’ve had in Miami. Owner is welcoming and there is a good vibe all around. Dine in or get premium cuts of Japanese Wagyu to prepare at home. The fries are perfection. I will definitely be back for a tasting and for the exceptional burger.

This place is a gem. World-class meat prepared expertly. The owner and the staff are on point, and the vibe is very Miami. They have a putting green in front of the restaurant. If you like steak, burgers, or pretty much any red meat, you have to check this place out. Also, you got to get the cheese fried in beef tallow, life-changing.

The food was incredible! Wagyu burger was phenomenal! Fries were delicious! Queso frito very good! I don’t eat foie but was told it was excellent! The filet mignon was also excellent! Carolina was our server and she was amazing! Super sweet and helpful! Recommend and will be returning!

Most amazing meat quality and cuts I have ever tasted and that goes without say I have tried some of the most expensive and lavish steak houses in the Miami area the quality simply does not compare to Shadow Wagyu. As for the restaurant, the customer service and experience is a whole other venture in itself, incredible attention to detail. Wow!

Very attentive and responsive to calls/questions. These guys go out of their way to make the ordering and delivery experience pleasant. They are also following CDC guidelines for social distancing during the pandemic which made me really happy when my items were delivered. Best meat market in Miami, not only do they sell the highest quality meat, they have the best lunch menu. They also do private dinners for birthday parties. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

My best friend invited me to lunch and and said I needed to try the burger. First of fall, really cool set up with big TV’s and old Nas playing in the background, gave me that chill vibe. We ordered sashimi to start it was 🔥. Then we both ordered the cheese burger. It shows up at the table looking delicious! I had a friend we ran into that knew it was my first time trying the burger and said he wanted to stay to see my reaction to the first bite. Holy baby Jesus!!! That was the greatest first bite of a burger I have ever had. It is a 10 out of 10!! 🌟🏆

Shadow Wagyu is one of my favorite places to go to, it's actually a butcher shop but they offer dining and a limited but superb menu that changes frequently. You can't go wrong getting their burger but just about anything you order is going to be amazing. I also highly recommend you purchase meat from them. For Thanksgiving we purchased the Picanha or Top Sirloin Cap and it far exceeded expectations of quality for price.

Shadow Wagyu has casual vibes and doubles as a meat market that also serves up some great dishes. They also offer a selection of wine which is a nice touch. The wagyu skirt steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Absolutely delicious. The burger was also very good with a traditional thick patty that hit the spot. Would definitely go back.

I had the Wagyu Parm with pasta, Wagyu fries, Queso frito, and the Wagyu burger. Definitely worth the money and the wait! Don’t forget to order the Wagyu tallow ice cream sandwich cookie for dessert

Besides having the best wagyu I’ve had in my life and cooking it perfectly, you also get top notch service from the guys here. Well worth the wait, and they brought us drinks while we waited for our table. The owner even came out and thanked us for coming. Get the A5 Omi, fries and mushrooms. You won’t be disappointed!

Don’t think about it, just do it! An experience worth having and passion is evident in the staff’s enthusiasm and comes through prominently in the food. Not all fries are created equal and these can’t be missed. The chili is homemade in the Wagyu dog and the skirt steak is out of this world. There is no dessert but you’ll be too full anyways!

just came rom here and ate the mouth watering A5 steak at Shadow Waygu. The steak was good sized and thin. It had some fat so that the meat has natural flavor. Cooked medium raare and still pink in the middle. This steak was cooked well and was very juicy. The ribeye steak in the case looked very good and so did the filet mingon. I will have to go back and have more a5 steak. They also have lamb and bison , so I'll have to try those. I do recommend

Shadow wagyu makes what I consider to be the best burger I have ever had. I had the special which was a gruyere and onion burger on a Japanese milk bun. The wagyu fries are cooked in talo and are absolutely addictive. My wife had the chilli and it was amazing. Our server was great, she loved the food and was very personable. The only thing worth noting is the seating is limited and there is a long table in the middle of the small eating area that is shared. So you will be eating close to a stranger if your not lucky enough to get a hightop. Also they don't take reservations but the wait wasn't long. We went around 2 PM ona Saturday.

When we arrived, we were seated at a shared table that was a bit too snug for our liking, so we asked our server, Caro, if we could move to a high-top table. She handled it like a pro and had us relocated in no time. Shortly after, JP took our drink order and kept things moving swiftly. Caro came back with a rundown of the specials, and let me tell you—this woman knows her food! She practically insisted we try the Gruyère cheese Wagyu burger special, complete with caramelized onions on a milk bun. She even talked me into ordering it medium (something I never do), and spoiler alert: she was absolutely right. Before diving into the burger, we started with their chili and a side of Wagyu fries cooked in Talo. Every single bite was perfection. And that burger? Phenomenal. It was rich, flavorful, and paired perfectly with a glass of their French Pinot Noir. Yum! Caro even brought over a small sample of sea salt for us to try on the burger—talk about next-level attention to detail! It was the cherry on top of an already unforgettable meal. I was so impressed I considered celebrating my birthday here. Sadly, they don’t take reservations, and seating a party of 12+ would be tricky. But don’t let that stop you—this place is worth it! Amazing food, a fantastic vibe, and standout service. Highly recommend!

A friend told us to visit this Butcher/restaurant on the way home from their house. It was very much worth a stop. We had the Wagyu burger, which was fantastic and the hand cut fries. We started with the short ribs, which had great flavor .The ice cream Sandwich is a must even if your full, you have to try this and you will finish the whole thing in three bites

We ordered two Wagyu burgers, and both were fantastic—honestly, the food here is just amazing. ​We also got the french fries, which were delicious and came with a really tasty dipping sauce (tasted like a secret sauce or maybe a Kewpie mayo/ketchup mix). ​The atmosphere is really cool; it’s a small, intimate spot with a great "place to sit" vibe. The service was fantastic as well, which always makes the experience better. I noticed they have a butcher side attached that I didn’t get to check out this time, but I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We came on a Sunday and it was packed. We got lucky and were at the right place at the right time, and got sat by an old familiar face. I hope I'm not getting it wrong, but his name was AJ or CJ, I apologize to him. He used to work at a pizzeria in the gables, that's where I know him from. Anyways, 1st time in and the burgers were no joke!! Just a beautifully executed burger, with just the right amount of everything, and simply one of the best burgers I ever had. My girl had the Vaca Frita steak, or at least that's what I believe the cut was. It was butter tender, with a fantastic beef flavor, and just shined! So I really like this spot, and I will be making part of my monthly rotation of Must-Go places from now on.

The chef's table experience at this restaurant is unbelievable. Words cannot even describe the type of meal they serve you. Everything was beyond phenomenal. We traveled almost 2 hours for reservations a friend of ours had made and we were beyond pleased with our experience. The owner and all the staff were super kind. We will 100% be going back here.

Very pricey but food was good! The hamachi sashimi with ponzu was amazing. My son got the wagyu burger and it was pretty good. I got the wagyu vaca frita and it was just ok to me. Not much flavor but very tender. My husband tried the A5 wagyu parm special which was basically wagyu cooked like chicken parm over pasta. The wagyu was so good and melted in your mouth. The pasta was just OK to me but my son loved it.

The steak was delicious. I ordered Steak and fries and a heart of palm salad. The salad was good but too small for the price and literally had only 2 pieces of heart of palms the rest was tomatoes and cucumbers. What I was impressed is there the options for tips ws from 20 to 40%. And the service was poor to normal.

Wasn't bad but it was overhyped. It's a $25 burger, and for $25 I expect more than just the meat being wagyu, and everything else to just be basic burger toppings. I suppose the idea is to let the meat stand out but it's not really a world apart from a regular burger. I'd rather go to Lokal for $5 less or spend $5 more at Motek for the Arayes burger. Also, the fries were far, far too salty, and I say that as someone that never complains about salt. I even went back again a few weeks later and still felt the same way. If they did something unique with the toppings or some kind of special sauce on it, I'd go back and try it, though.

While the food at Shadow Wagyu was good, my experience left me conflicted. I opted for the "special" of the day, which turned out to be 3 flash-fried langostinos. Despite their flavorful taste, the shockingly steep price of $45 for just three small langostinos was hard to ignore. Additionally, the $9 charge for a can of water felt excessive. Although the lack of price transparency was disappointing, the quality of the food itself was good. Overall, while I enjoyed my meal, the pricing left much to be desired, preventing me from giving Shadow Wagyu a higher rating.

The food was really good, but the music inside the market was disappointing. Some songs included explicit language, which didn’t feel appropriate for kids or for a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon.

My wife and I went to try their burgers. So two burgers, one order of fries, one salad, two waters, and one glass of wine $101 plus tip in a venue that was high top tables for two. Was it a good burger, yes but there are equal burgers in Miami without having to empty your wallet. First time last time.

I had high expectations for this place based on the good reviews, but honestly, it was disappointing. The loud music made it hard to enjoy the meal, the service was okay, but the food was overpriced for the quality. There are definitely better burgers elsewhere.

We thought we were lucky when we got seated quickly, but that was the only good part of our experience. It took a staggering 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our burgers. The music and ambiance were not enjoyable, the burguers were good but not worth the price—$132 for two burgers, two croquetas, and three beers. Definitely not worth it. We won’t be coming back. They offer you water and you think they’re bringing tap water. Then they bring a can that costs $4. Two burgers and two waters with an 18% tip ended up being $90. Not worth it at all.

This is definitely NOT A RESTAURANT! Real Wagyu completely charred, inedible, truly a waste of utterly high quality meat that is very poorly cooked.

Were rudely told we had to park somewhere else because we weren’t going into their store. No signage on parking spaces or anything. Was planning on eating there after but won’t be going due to rude service without even entering the restaurant

This place used to be good. I asked for my burger medium rare. It came back fully well done — really weird. After asking for it to be redone, it took an extra 30+ minutes. I couldn’t eat at the same time as my partner and the service was truly subpar. The fries were also burnt. For $25 — a simple burger that can’t be cooked right TWICE — is not worth it. It was nothing out of this world. Shadow has skimmed out on their ingredients, their service, and even the quality of their food. I am not coming back.

Good food, my server sucked, when requesting new items or asking for recommendations they simply nodded and wouldn't give an answer. Manager was rude when we explained that the food was overcooked for what requested, simple over looked us in digust and helped a richer looking customer instead. For private dinners or events which I've been too they are great. However. If you are not of high class money you are looked over and don't care about service just money. To the chefs the food was amazing in general.
