Last night I was there to pick up a Ubereats order and I was waiting for the order to be ready and the chef there give me some free fried sushi shrimp im sorry if that’s not what its called BUT OMG!!!! it was soooo GOOOD with hot sauce!!! I’m definitely going back for myself my favorite NEW SUSHI SPOT!!!!
As a customer was very happy with the service and food. Had an amazing meal at a reasonable price. Great 👍 job will definitely recommend.
I have to say I am super surprised by a couple of reviews and comments I see here because I experience was the total opposite. The place was super clean and the atmosphere was amazing, the perfect spot to spend time with friends for a couple of drink and sushi. 🍣 I was able to meet the owners as I needed a good space for my daughter birthday with her friends and they did a Fantastic job. The food was delicious. I Mercer recommended places but this is one that I would totally recommend, they make sure you leave happy and pleased with their service. I give them a 5 star ⭐️
One of my favorite sushi restaurants in Wynwood's historic arts district. I love that it's family owned and open late (5pm-2am!). They also host monthly community events like Paint & Sips that are perfect for date night! Ask for the mushroom&beef soup, or try the Miami Heat roll.
I have to be honest, this place is surprisingly excellent. It’s in sort of an odd strip mall, in a modest part of town, but the food is actually super good. We had a few of the sushi rolls which were fresh and really nicely prepared with fresh fish and a good balance of flavors. Our mom’s had the two different grilled steak dishes with fried rice. The steak was super tender and flavorful. Definitely not the tough, dry cheap steak I was expecting from the location. It was genuinely really good. We finished it off with fried Oreos and fried bananas, which were also great, in a state fair delightfully decadent kind of way. If you’re wondering how we ended up here (since I was decidedly hesitant based on the location) it was Art Basel and literally every restaurant worth eating at in Wynwood/Design District is booked out.
When I say this place has the most creamy mouth melting sushi in the city it has to be this place!. Even the lo mein that you order is so freaking delicious.. I literally cannot even put it into words lol. Now as far as the atmosphere goes very basic settings nice open bar section nice dining section just everything's a little closed in but very positive. Everything is so worth it !!

Decided to try this place on a weekday late at night. Service was slow, but that's because the one server that was there was taking care of multiple things, she was nice. Had a Cali and volcano roll, they were yummy! Also had shrimp tacos, they were just good, I felt it needed a bit more flavor so I added hot sauce. I will be coming back to try something new. Nice, laid back spot.

Disappointed by the Recent Price Increase As a long-time fan of Sushi Sake, I’ve always enjoyed their delicious food and friendly service. However, I was disappointed to discover that they’ve started charging an extra dollar for a serving of spicy mayo. While I understand that prices may fluctuate, this sudden increase feels unjustified, especially for a condiment that used to be included with certain dishes. It’s disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I hope Sushi Sake will reconsider this decision and find a more customer-friendly approach. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the quality of their sushi and hope to see improvements in the future.

Went in for lunch on a Saturday. We walked in and the only person working was high as a kite listening to loud rap music. He could barely operate the TV to turn it off. They don't serve sushi until the sushi chef arrives later in the day. We placed an order, he forgot it, so we then had to repeat it as he typed it in a notes app on his phone. They never gave us napkins, and didn't clear the dishes off the table. Food wasn't anything special.

Is like if they stole my money. Yesterday I order Sushi with them trough the web, Google said OPEN. I arrived only to see the restaurant was closed. I waited 45 minutes, knock on the window, sign open off, asked to neighbors, called like 10 times between me and my daughter. NO ANSWER,. Called another Sushi order, and left to pick up, The money was taken from my account right away.. Never not even got a call back!!! After more than an hour I was arriving to the other Sushi and called them again to try to get my money back, a young guy VERY RUDE and even trying me like I was lying saying WE WERE OPEN, not a I am sorry about this let me help and ask, and some explanation he was rude saying that I was wrong they have been there all the time, what type of joke is this? My daughter called them they say right away they will have my money put back, nothing until this day but the worse how I was treated. The guy that answered the phone when I called back seemed high, talking non sense, it’s not normal to have a whole restaurant closed when a client comes to pick up and then tell the client she is lying or acting like the client is crazy when you know the client have reasons and proves. I’m calling Costumer Consumers on Monday and putting all this out there. The pictures below is the debit, the message received, and the calls to 3058038259, 7864536001

My party took a car here to have dinner based on favorable Google reviews, but arrived to find they were closed at 7:30pm on the Tuesday after Christmas. Needless to say we were bummed and found another sushi place. Either Google was wrong or they flaked.
The waitress is very unfriendly, I cannot explain that in words. When you are there you will see it. But my advice is don't go there. The portions are very small. And its expensive. I paid 19 dollars including taxes. For one thinny salad and tonic water and red bull.
These guys offer a Groupon, but when you go there, all the lights outside are ON but the door is locked and there is nobody inside. This happened after 5 pm on different Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. They may be a "real" restaurant but not serious about service. Groupon refunded after viewing simimar complaints. Don't waste your time.
I’ve never left a review before but I feel like I need to warn you guys. This sushi was worse than the grocery store, and it took them forever to make. The spring rolls look like grocery store ones and were still cold when they were served us. We saw the table next to us send the soup back cause it was still cold. The fish was definitely not fresh, I hope I don’t get sick from eating it. They were playing two different kinds of music as well, very tense.
