Ordered delivery a few times, but yesterday afternoon was our first time eating at the restaurant. Delivery was great, but fresh is always best! I had their Steakhouse Chopped salad. Loved the crunch from the herbed quinoa and romaine, sweet cherry tomatoes and creamy green goddess ranch 😋 I was only able to eat about half because they give huge portions!! I’d recommend getting the dressing on the side so the lettuce doesn’t get soggy and you can eat the other half later!!! Fiancé LOVED his Korean Steak BBQ Bowl! Tried their Lemonade (kinda bland, but very mildly sweet) and their Green Goddess Ranch potato chips (crunch 10/10, flavor 6/10). I wish I would’ve caught the name of the lady that served us. She was a ray of sunshine and I always appreciate customer service like that!

I love this place. If you're craving a healthy option this is your spot. Indoors is clean and spacious. Outdoor patio if you want to eat outside. The person who took my order was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Pleasantly surprised by this place! I am not usually a fan of “healthy” places because they sometimes lack flavor but this was definitely an exception! I tried the Citrus shrimp+Avocado which was so delicious and something new I’ve never tried before. The atmosphere is so earthy, open and clean. The lady who served us was so sweet too! Highly recommend (Try the Parmesan chips they’re amazing)

Being locals to the area, we are super excited that a Sweetgreen opened up near us. We normally would drive to Coral Gables and now have this one down the street from us. We’ve visited twice and have been lucky enough to have been served by Dallas who is friendly, personable and makes your experience memorable. She is pleasant and makes the best salads! We are sure to visit again soon! 7/15/21 - Staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. Xilef took our orders and made our salad bowls. Super nice, friendly and professional. Salads were amazing (as usual) in this location! 7/22/21 - Came with a party of three after our workout for a healthy meal to end the night. Carl did a great job preparing our salads while being polite and friendly. Salads were fresh and filling.

I frequent this establishment in Wynwood at least 2x-3x times a week. The food is always great but not as good as the service. Everytime I pick upy online order, the staff is so friendly and on their game. They are rock stars. Employees are a reflection of their leader and Deana is the manager. Deana so friendly and helpful. I totally botched my order online but Deana take care of everything and with a great smile. Love this place!!

I had an amazing experience enjoying a delicious new Korean bowl at the Wynwood location. I was seated next to one of the employees on break, Alen, and he, along with Lya, both appeared happy to be working in such a great environment. I honestly love coming to Sweetgreen. I go almost every day, and it never gets old. Everything tastes so fresh and clean — you can literally smell the quality when you walk in. I really appreciate that they use good ingredients and healthy oils like avocado oil. It makes such a difference in how you feel after eating. The team is always kind, smiling, and welcoming. Food was great. Veggies were fresh. A little speedy so be careful what you order and how much you order. I wanted a certain salad and when they kept asking me what I wanted I kept asking what can I get and of course they say, "Whatever you like like." Fast service, very spacious, clean place and dozens of options to build your own salad bowl. They could just consider lowering their overall prices. If you don’t mind for paying for convenience, it’s an excellent place!

Ordered pick up once and went inside to get the order and it was incredibly chaotic. There was no line and no pick-up system in place. There was a crowd of dashers, Uber eats delivery guys and regulars all together and no line. It was very frustrating. My order was also not ready so had to wait a bit. Lunch seems to be their peak. It was also hard to find parking as you gotta park on the street.

Disappointed with the portions for the price. I understand that the protein is portioned, but they should fill up the bowl with more veggies, which wouldn't cost them much more and would drastically improve the value of what we pay for. For the new steak bowl, I barely had any tomatoes or sweet potatoes. The container was barely filled up and I was left hungry. For the same price point or cheaper, I would 100% prefer going to Fresh Kitchen in midtown, where the bowls are full and leave you satiated. I don't think I will be back anymore.

Meh food. Buy the ingredients at Publix for the same price as one salad and you'll eat salad for a week.

Watched Lexis be super rude to a customer saying the customer was confusing her and the tattoo on her left arm is wild. Super rude. The girl who took care of me was so sweet. Sat down and watched her be rude to legit every customer. How does this lady work here

Food was ok but every associate we encountered was rude and impatient. When we first entered the restaurant, I asked a woman for the code to the bathroom and she very rudely said it’s for customers only and started to walk away instead of asking if I was a customer. Then the associates at the counter were very impatient and forgot items in our bowls. No one was friendly at all.

I’ve been to the sweet greens in nyc and was so excited to try the Miami location. Awful experience. The guy making my salad did not know what he was doing he said he was new so fair enough. But then I went to pay and no one rang me up for 5 min then when I did want to pay they ran around looking for change cause they didn’t have any. Finally I get home to eat my salad and the shrimp was not fresh at all. It was literally mushy.

During the pandemic and even 2022 they used to be great! Large portions and all under $14 with tax. Now...they're stingy with their greens so the salads aren't even a large portion anymore. Closer to $20.

Every time I go to this location usually it’s a pleasant experience. Yesterday I went to go grab a quick bite. But my experience was prolonged just because the worker at the bar was extremely rude. From the beginning of the interaction it seemed like she was unhappy to be there. I asked her a question about what a plate comes with and she gave me a back handed responses rather than being helpful and simply just answering The question that I asked. The workers name is Mary every question I asked her about what the sides are or how many bases come in one plate for example she was rude. The digital menu was also not working for some reason so I couldn’t see what there was to offer. It was just a really off putting interaction. A salad bar should be the last place you have a hostile interaction. Very disappointing and weird.

Definitely different than what I’m used to eating but that’s what I was going for. Decent portions in my opinion but I don’t love their dressing options. I actually discovered them through Uber Eats. I ordered the shrimp bowl (can’t remember the exact name) but there were no shrimp. They charged me full price though. Very dishonest of them because they followed the order just fine until that point. How can you forget the star of the dish?? I’d never come back here off that error alone. And the sweet potatoes were too cold.

They do not serve any customers or allow customers to go to the bathroom 30 minutes before closing time. Basically, everything is closed 30 mins before the official closing time. Terrible service.

Ordered a salad online to take with me on a road trip back to Tampa. Halfway to Tampa I opened the salad to find NO SALAD DRESSING. How do you forget to include the salad dressing in a salad? Couldn’t eat it. Very angry (and hungry). Never going to this place again. $20 and I can’t even eat the salad. Thanks Sweetgreen. And yes I would like a refund.

Super disappointed with this place…. I was extremely excited to order from here as I’ve heard people rave about it. I placed an Uber eats order and when my food arrived I was shocked when I opened the bowl up! The amount of chicken inside seemed to be a joke. The small amount that was inside was all super dry and had very little to no taste. The lettuce had a funny aftertaste and the toppings didn’t taste fresh at all some even tasted as if they’ve gone bad. For such an expensive salad I really expected more. Wouldn’t waste your time or money here.

This locations SUCKS when it comes to ordering delivery, don’t even bother. They screw up our delivery orders nearly every time. Every. Single. Time. Aside from the INSANELY small portions they give for takeout orders, they also consistently get the ingredients and/or substitutions wrong. Estimating that 80-90% of the orders we get delivered have something wrong with them would not be an exaggeration. I’ve received salads WITHOUT lettuce… On multiple occasions received salads with less than a single serving of protein when I ordered *double*… Or often times they’ll give me the dry a** regular chicken instead of blackened…. The list goes on. Who knew making a salad was so difficult? This location is by far the worst Sweetgreen I’ve ever been to which is really too bad because I do love the chain as a whole. Absolutely done ordering here, though I frankly should’ve given up a long time ago.

This honestly is probably the worst sweetgreen in the country. EVERY single order has something missing. I’ve had orders without dressing, and most recently back to back days without the chicken! The last few times I've ordered takeout from here, I've come home and there's no chicken in the salad. Paying $17 for a harvest bowl and there's no protein, come on.

I just want to say this stablishment opened and it instantly became my top 1 go to fast food restaurant in Miami however, little did I know it would go down so quick. After a couple months management for this location has become a nightmare. It seems like the manager has left and it’s nowhere to be found, employees are chatting sitting around blasting very loud obnoxious music. The customer care has declined to almost nothing, I waited there for the server to stop talking to his colleague for over 20 minutes, once the server decided to take care of the customer he forgot to put on his mask while making my salad. Overall this place has a deep lack of management or experience, they need to find new people or new management.

This is a very expensive panera type place. I don't understand why people come here. Please tell me because it looks like a salad with all the flavor coming from the dressing. NOPE. SG delivery is the worst. They regularly mess up my order and then trying to fix it takes a solid hour or more because nobody picks up the phone so you must deal with an AI Bot. How does a courier deliver an order placed 8 hours ago to the wrong person?! Customer service offered a refund and a $5 credit. No help reorder food. Terrible service for a 1st customer. Ordered Mizo Salmon to pick up, when opened the bowl at home there was No salmon. Just an unappetizing mix of rice, onions and cucumber.

Kettene was completely disrespectful. My husband needed to use the restroom while we were in the area, and since we have a baby with us, we figured it wouldn’t be an issue. To be courteous, we even offered to buy a drink, but Kettene claimed they didn’t have drinks—which is an absolute lie. Instead, she insisted that we had to purchase a salad. My husband couldn’t wait, so he was forced to spend $18 just to use the restroom at this establishment. Absolutely ridiculous! No regard for customers whatsoever. As an SG Loyalty member, I’ll be canceling my membership—this is outrageous!

Disaster of delivery experience yesterday. Delivery guy arrived with a bag filled with 1 bowl whereas the receipt stapled to the bag clearly showed an order with 3 items. He didn’t understand what the problem was and was useless. Chatted with sg online and they refunded the two items (but still charged me for all the delivery fees and totally unwarranted delivery tip), which still left me needing lunch for two people at a work meeting.

Sweet Green … more like Nasty Green. Have you ever said to yourself, I want to get violently ill from a pseudo healthy meal? Then this is the place for you. Come be attended … or really not at all.
